I went for a fill in and polish change. I waited for about 45 minutes as can be expected on a Friday. Its best to arrive early when they open at 10am if you dont want a long wait. I dont mind waiting for the service is wonderful and the place is clean and sanitized.

I typically go here on a regular basis for the past 8 months. However, today, Katydid my nails.... I didnt like them so I asked her to change them and she yelled at me in front of the entire salon...told me she is going to charge me more because I am making her change them amd then started speaking in her language to the other staff still clearly going off about me not liking what she did. What I wanted done looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Before you scream at me, please learn nail design then go from there.So long story short, I was charged 50 for clear nails. Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever!!!

This was my home nail salon when I lived on the SE side of Indianapolis. I moved to Noblesville 2 years and have tried out several salons and have yet to find one as wonderful as Lovely Nails. Lovely Nails is always clean and the staff is super friendly! They take their time on my pedicures, never rushing me in and out. Im always so relaxed and my feet and nails look and feel great every time!! I highly recommend Lovely Nails and have no problem driving 45 minutes from Noblesville for my monthly pedicure!!

I have visited this nail salon twice, and have had the pleasure of having my nails done by Kim. And while I have no complaints on the performance by Kim on my nails, the way the business is ran, I can confidently say I will not be back to this location. My 1st experience at the nail salon was just like any nail salon, quality service. The 2nd time I came into the nail salon, appointment set at 11:30, they did not have me sat down until 11:45, while that wasnt the end of the world, I had a different nail tech this time, so I made sure to explain to her that I would like stiletto acrylics glued on. She started gluing on the wrong squared Acrylics, so I quickly told her that these are not the ones I wanted. I said it 3 times and she continued to glue the nails on, by the time she got to my 6th finger, I made sure to pull my hands back and explain to her that these were the wrong acrylics. She quickly said, oh Kim did your nails last time, then you can wait for her. And then without soaking the nail she glued on off, she used another nail to rip the nails off my fingers, theres really no other way to say it. I had to wait an hour before getting into kims chair, because she was working on somebody who already previously also had an appointments nails.. By the time it was all said and done, of course Kim did an amazing job on my nails, but the woman who used the wrong nails on me, ripped them off in that manner, and quickly tossed me off to another Tech, then was in charge of charging us. My 4 year old niece who last time had her nails and toes painted for $7, was charged $15 just for her little hands to be painted. They told us the reason was because she used gel. But they did not offer us regular or gel selection. On top of that my nails were $67, after the entire wait, the way my nails were taken off, and I did not get into a chair to have my nails done until almost 1.... When I voiced my concern to the woman who was charging us. She didnt so much as apologize and took zero ownership. I consider myself to be a pretty fair/nice human. And normally dont like confronting. But I had to say something. She had zero remorse, I sadly had to tell Kim I would not be back. And if she were to ever move salons, I would come see her. Its a shame. Because she really is the bomb dot com! Such a shame. The woman made me feel as if my business was not important to her, nor my 2 friends who I brought back with me because I bragged so much about the salon. It was a HUGE let down.

Kim did a full set gel acrylic nail burgundy and burgundy sparkles she did AMAZING. Outstanding job. I waiting about 25 minutes maybe 30 and I had 4 people in front of me. Amazing service ! 10/10 recommend.

Ok I did not have an appointment today. I walked in and waited 20 minutes and they got me in. CHI did my nails and she did a great job. This is my #2. My backup nail salon. My #1 nail salon is closed on tuesdays...so went to my new #2 spot. LOVELY NAILS!! Check out my nails. Simple, clean, solid color.

We made 3 appts for 3pm. We were still waiting at 3:30. My friend had an hair appt at 4:45 and was still late after she got a pedi/mani.

Fast friendly and great work with shaping and color

I went to get my acrylic nails soaked off after one nails came detached from the back with the glue giving out. I warned my manicurist about the issue but it was soon disregarded. Before u went in my real nail was completely in tack and after the manicurist poorly handled my nails she cracked my real nail in the middle. I cried in agony and little care was given. VERY disappointed with how the establishment handled themselves. Now I’m left with some fake nail left on my broken finger nail and constantly in pain. Would not go back.

The guy was pretty rude. While telling him what I wanted he kept yanking on my fingers and interrupting me. He also cut them super uneven and barley but any glue on them. Not even all the way across my nail.

Ive come here for many years and am very disappointed in my last visit.I had to come back in due to chip/polish smearing. When they repainted pedicure, they realized there was a problem with polish used and it wasnt drying.They offered to repaint in a different color but made me wait for an extended period of time and wouldnt repaint in a different color I wanted.All employees began talking over me and speaking at once. At the end of day I just wanted the Polish removed and a refund. No can do.Will not be back and will no longer be referring friends and family.

My girlfriend went there today. Amazing job and awesome prices! Manicure was dealt very nicely and nails came out perfect. Pedicure was so relaxing.Massage for about 5 min per leg and he even used massage stones. 100% recommend this place!

Oh my goodness, the spa pedicureIs literally the best I’ve ever had. I came here with my daughter on family weekend at UIndy and never expected to have such an amazing and relaxing experience! The pedicure was almost an hour. They massaged our legs, did a sea salt scrub, and massages with hot rocks, and that was all before another final leg massage. Incredible!! Plus, they are very friendly too. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

I went in and immediately was welcome very kindly and they sat me down right away and asked me what I like they didn’t push they asked me if I wanted a pedicure in a manicure but you know they didn’t push it and I was very satisfied with the shape of my nails and the courteous you know and kind welcome

Wonderful nail salon! Very nice shop and I didn’t have to wait long for service (pedicure). The shop was welcoming and clean and calming. They used warm stones to massage my legs too. Very nice touch. Their prices are great too: pedicure for me and “kiddie” manicure for my daughter was just $30. I will be back again! 🌟

Absolutely wonderful, I come to lovely nails every time I get my acrylics (I was introduced by a friend after a horrible nail break) and they always do an amazing time. If you make an APPOINTMENT (looking @ the comments who say it took an hour) than its speedy, if youre a walk in you will have a long wait because the nail salon is amazing and well known. The ladies and man are all sweet and friendly, the wait is definitely worth it!

The lady will tell you there is no wait and then youll wait for 45 min. The technicians are good but they are not consistent. It does seem a little more rushed than I would have liked for spending $70 bucks for two pedicures.

Called to make an appointment 2 days prior, and verified twice over the phone that they offered hard gel nail fills (versus acrylic). The woman assured me that they did. Arrived for my appointment, waited an hour, only to be told that they didnt have what I had asked for. There is not much I despise more than someone wasting my time, let alone the hour wait and 45 minute round trip travel time. Very disappointed at the lack of knowledge of their own services and will not be back.

Best pedicures ever.. and best prices for it

So Im a little disappointed to say the least. I just moved to this area and was looking for a new salon to go to. I got a full set with gel color which was $35. I got there right at 10 and was still 5th in line, so i figured that it being busy was a good sign. The people were polite and organized, which again i thought was a good sign. I waited an hour. The lady started at 11, and was completely done by 11:35. They were getting busy and i am assuming thats why the lady i had was rushing. Ive been getting acrylics for the better of about 8 years now and I have never seen someone rush like this. The best part of her work was getting the color i asked for. Long story short, 2 hours after i left the salon a nail completely popped off and i have paint chipping because she did not use a base coat. I would have gone back but i had a busy day. And they are closed today, so go figure. I tipped $5 out of generosity, but i can definitely say i will NOT be going back.

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon. Ive been going to Katie for over ten years! Ive been her customer since back when she was just a nail tech at Sun Nail (now closed). She now owns this salon, Lovely Nails, with her husband Pho. They are the sweetest people and do AMAZING work. I will go nowhere else. Katie and Chi are my favorites for brow waxing, manicures and acrylics and Pho is my favorite for pedicures. Best in the biz!!!Due to this fact, this shop STAYS packed. Especially on Saturdays! They are no longer open on Sundays. (Everyone needs a day off!)The wait is a small price to pay for the amazing work they do, in my opinion!I constantly get compliments on my nails and toes. I always send more business their way by telling people about this salon. So, if you are looking for a top notch nail salon on the south side of Indy...Look no further! I have been looking for a nail salon in my area, I have tried nearly all of them. This was my favorite by far, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a clean and very organized salon. I got a manicure with gel polish and a pedicure.

It all depends on which person you get some rush you some take their time and do an amazing job ... for some reason it seems like the men take more time with you if you get one of them you will be happy and satisfied

They give fast service, take walk-ins but definitely best if you make appointments. Kim does the best on shape and nails.

This is my 2nd visit here. The 1st time I was ignored so I left. They were busy so I gave a second try thinking it was an oversite. This visit I came for a pedicure. I have never had my toenails cut so short. I asked for them to be filed and squared. Maybe I am being petty but it is sandel season and these nails are not what I paid for!

KIM is an excellent Nail Technician who previously worked at Sun Nails for over 16 years. Lovely Nails will definitely benefit with having KIM at this shop -- shes an excellent Nail Technician. One of the best on the Southside of Indy!

Tried this nail salon for 1st time yesterday (with no appt). They were pretty busy about 10:45am on Thurs. but I only waited about 10-15 mins...no problem. Had a great pedicure done by Andy. He was very thorough, clipped my nails just as requested, & the warm stone massage as part of the basic pedi was amazing! He did a great job on the polish & was so efficient, but not rushed at all. And besides all that, they give a discount for cash payment! I will definitely be back! 😊

I got nail fungus! My baby toe nail fell off due to the fungus! I didnt like the places experience. As far as my friend she goes all the time and loves it. But my experience was horrible.

First time going in for a pedi everyone was so friendly and welconing. Most other shops seen irritated when kids tag along but they welcomed the child that was with me and even let him sit in a chair for a massage while he waited for me and offered him something to drink. They made us both feel welcome and did fantastic on my toes. Excellent customer service

Best pedicure Ive ever had!!

Drove an hour just to go here ! I love this place and everyone who works there ! Ive gone here for over a year . While I was pregnant I came in for pedicures all the time due to working 14 hr days on my feet ! They took very good care of me always provided me with water everytime, walked me to the dryers so I didn’t fall, ALWAYS carried my stuff as well . They are very curtious and polite . I will never go any where else . Yes sometimes the wait is annoying but its well worth it!

Katie(the owner/ manager) doesn’t write appointment times down. I waited for 40min for my apt and then she told me it would be an additional 30+ min wait for a fill. Katie informed me that “not my fault we so busy”.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new salon. I get a gel mani every two weeks so I have somewhat high expectations. Maybe some techs at this salon are good but the girl I had was awful. Gel polish all over my cuticles and skin... I could have done better my self. She completely ruined the oval shape I had been maintaining. Dont waste your time if you are new to this place...

Me and my daughters thought we would try a new place cause ours was closed my youngest got her nails painted with crackel the lady kept coughing in her face not bothering to cover her mouth. My oldest had a fill in and it looks terrible and they cut 3 of her fingers. I was getting my nails soaked off and he tried prying them off, I told him no and then he attempted 2 more times each time I had to make him stop because it rips off my nail bed and hurts finally I was so frustrated I told him I dont want them redone only soaked off and he said whatever I dont care, so rude!

Worst experience at a nail salon ever. Went in with my mom she was doing pedicure I was gonna do a full set. They said 30 min wait so we waited she got to go first after the 30 mins to just sit there I sat over and hour waiting to get mine done. They then asked me to move to one of the nail tech seat I did to only wait another 15-20 mins. Very disappointed. Then I told them I dont want the services they then stated we can have you done before your mom. I dont know if you have ever had a full set be less than 30 mins but she was pretty much done with her pedicure. Ridiculous to me. Never coming back.

I will NEVER use thier aervices again. Not only after asking several times for the tech to fix his mistakes, he still couldnt fix it and said it was normal. I was not even gobe from the salon for 10 mins and realized he didnt even have the polish fully covering my tips. When I called and spoke with the owner she called me a LIAR and refused to refind my money. I have now filed a dispute for the transaction and a report with the BBB.
