Love my experience was introduced to the dip and I live it. They were able to take my artificial acrylic off with out breaking my real nails. Lets just say I was super nervous at first but the professional tech eased my mind!!!❤❤❤

Go every two weeks faithfully because they do a great job. Plenty of room, very clean, the staff is very nice and theyre open on Sunday! 😊

This place used to good work but not anymore. My daughter-in-law and I both had mani-pedis and they insulted my daughter-in-law while doing her pedicure. Made several derogatory remarks about her feet. And the manicures were very sloppy. Polish was just slopped everywhere. And they over charged us as well. Don’t waist you time going there. We won’t ever go back.

Terrible service. The staff is very rude. One of the women who work here have a very bad attitude and she was talking to others very rudely. She wouldn’t let me choose my own color I wanted, she kept changing my nails and even left one of them crooked. When I asked to see a different color she told me no and made fun of me for not knowing an exact color.

Horrible! I wanted white nails and she told me not to because they turn yellow. Appreciate the warning; Ill take the risk. What she shouldve been worrying about is applying the gel so damn thick and not letting it dry properly so now there are black spots on every other nail. Also, my friend and I were charged different prices for the same exact services. Never again!

Very little to No Wait time for walk ins and finally got the Exact manicure I have wanted and showed to other salons yet nobody but Rose Nail did it spot on. Friendly service!!

I have been coming here for years and absolutely love it! The women are so friendly and nice and I now bring my 5 year old to get her nails and toes done. They are so patient and kind with her. They always do a wonderful job and never rush you through even if they are busy. I have tried other salons in a pinch and nothing compares to here!

I’ve been to this nail salon several times in the last few months. The ladies are very friendly and have done a wonderful job on both my nails and pedicures. I’m very particular and have been looking for sometime for a good nail salon with good customer service that is clean. They have met all three requirements and I plan on going back today!

Really bummed. Used to go here in high school. Went here on Tuesday. I’ve been getting Gel Manicures for YEARS and the lady who did my nails put on 3 layers of clear gel on the base of my nail! On top of that 2 layers of polish and 2 layers of clear gel on top. WAY TOO MUCH! 3 days later all of the polish is coming off. Go figure. The ladies here are also very rude. Definitely will not be coming backZ

Absolutely HORRIBLE place ! They protray themselves as a ‘kid friendly’ nail shop & even have a kid chair . But I took my daughter to get her nails done for her beauty pageant this last weekend & as the lady is finishing my fill in she tells me she can’t do my daughters because ‘she moves to much’ & she’s to nervous with her around . I told her then I’m not doing anything else to mine because that wouldn’t be fair to her, she went back to the other lady & she said it was no problem to paint hers . The one who was doing mine came back to start painting mine & got one finger done & pulled out a big bottle of pills & kept telling me my child is causing her to have to take medication & she’s so nervous, look what your kid is making me have to do . This is after she yelled at her once & cut my skin numerous times . Don’t advertise yourself as a kid friendly shop if you can’t handle a child moving around some !! Also they did my nieces nails & we specifically got her gel polish so it wouldn’t chip before the pageant, they did not do them right so 3-4 hours later all but 3 of her nails had NO polish on them ! I will never ever go here again & would never recommend this place to anyone !

It would be -50. They dont show that. For what they did to my daughter and her friend. They need we need our money back. What happened is BS Saying it nicely! I will be looking into it big time.

I came here today for a fill in. When she painted my nails the Polish was not smooth I asked her to fix it she got all mad yelled at me told me never bring my kids in here again! Cut my finger taking off my polish being rough about it. Then said Im not painting your nails someone else will. They are so rude here and I will never come back again!

Just went in today last mintue. They fit me in and stayed well after closing just to do it. Susie did my nails and toes and they look great. Couldnt be happier, no wait time either. I will definitely be coming back.

I should have trusted the reviews and not gone here but I was getting an oil change and theyre in the same plaza and, as usual, I was over due for a fill in. When I entered it took a few minutes for anyone to even look at and acknowledge me (I was the ONLY client in salon), then within a few hours on the first day one nail already had the nail polish rub off and all I had done was drive and eat! Now, not even 4 full days later a good size chipped nail! Where I normally go, I can go a whole month and not have my nails look like they do after 4 days and theyve NEVER chipped. Will never return, not even to fix the chipped nail!

My granddaughter wanted long nails but the nail tech refused to do them because she said my granddaughter is too young. This was not her choice to make. This really irked me!!

The staff was rude, they only talked to me when they needed me to do something, the water for a pedicure was lukewarm. While doing my pedicure the lady was talking to a coworker and nipped my toe then got mad when I jerked my foot away and asked me what happened and didnt bother to apologize when I told her what happened! When it came time for my manicure they kept pushing gel which I had to get anyways because of the design I wanted. She barely filed and shaped my nails, and didnt pay attention to that one nail was supposed to be different and then when she had painted them all the same color she painted over the one that was supposed to be different and said oops! My nails were subpar. This was my second and last time here stay away!

They are amazing they are going to be my new shop the lady that did mine hasnt done designs in years she said but she would do 1 nail and if I like it she would do them all and they look amazing and very reasonable prices as well cheapest place Ive been to in a long time

I have gone here three times. This visit I was unfortunately stuck with the owner and she was very rude. I asked for gel nails and I had gel polish on my nails which she took off and drilled it off. I gave her the gel polish I wanted and she puts it on like regular polish and never used the gel. I asked her “where is the gel ?”and she argued me up and down you said “ you want regular polish.” I responded and ask her please do not yell at me just finish and I will leave, I won’t be back. She said it would be $25 if I want gel. By now I’m upset, not to mention two couples came in behind us and wanted mani pedis. I think at that point my polish change she didn’t care about anymore. She needs to be a shop owner and not deal with customers. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Word of mouth is powerful and I will never recommend anyone go here. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Oh and to top it off my polish is coming off and it hasn’t been a full day, and I work in healthcare so I constantly wash my hands that’s the main purpose I get gel nails. Horrible experience!!!!

No one attempted small talk. I got nicked three different times each on different finger. A couple nails are uneven as a whole nail. Oh and Im pretty sure at least one finger is infected from the cut I receive during my fill. Probably never going back. I dont recommend.

I recently went here this past Saturday. Not crowded at all, everyone seemed nice, & its an overall nice place. But I HATE the way the lady did my nails, & she mustnt have understood me, because she didnt fix anything. Going back tomorrow to see if they can make them look better. My husband isnt a nail man, but even he commented I couldve done a better job. Smh

Came in for a mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax yesterday about 6pm. Wasnt too busy, but soon customers started coming with only 3 nail techs available. My nail tech was awesome. I always find it difficult to find a polish. She was patient, very helpful, and still took her time completing my services. I showed her a picture and she delivered. I walked out feeling like a new woman.

Went I for a full and to fix three nails. They said the wait time would be 20 mins, it was an hour. But well worth it. They did a great job.

This place sucks o do not recommend them to anyone. They do your nails and when they are done they over charge you. I am highly upset and when I was finished they nail was not even worth what I ended up paying

Took my daughter here yesterday because our regular place was closed due to an emergency. The lady doing my pedi was on her phone the whole time, I repeatedly had to ask her to stop hurting me and slow down. I asked for a full set pink and white, she tried to talk me out of it because of the cost, telling my regular French is only 35 but pink and white is 45, well I dont care, I like pink and white. When another lady started doing my nails I noticed my toe nails where uneven, the paint was all over my skin and over all a horrible rushed job. The pedi lasted a whole 15 minutes paying $25 for something I couldve done a better job myself at home. But we come to salons to get pampered and this place doesnt do that. So a new lady is doing my nails and I said 4 times Id like pink and white. Not only did she do French she put oversized nails on my fingers and then shaped them down, they look disgusting. Im embarrassed. I asked them to fix my toes and the owner told me shell take off $5 and next time shell do pink and white for me. Well at this point we had been here for an hour and my daughter is hungry so I paid and we left. So Im back today to get this fixed. I refuse to pay for something that I dont like. They agreed to fix it all but I will not ever come back to this place. Im sure they do their best but aside from the owner the other girls do not know how to do nails and youre better off doing them yourself. Its unprofessional, they arent friendly and they do not listen. The whole place has a illegal vibe to it.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! My mom is a regular customer there, every two weeks getting her nails done. She came in today and the lady doing her nails grabbed her underarm and told her she needed surgery!!! What kind of rude place is this?!?!? They definitely lost some customers over this! Beyond ridiculous!

Not good. Not even close. They would rip the old acrylic nail off by shoving a nail tip under it. While they did this they would tell you to be still—it hurt like H😡LL. I’ll never go back. EVER!! Be ware. They all but ruined my nails. I have ridges on my thumb nails now.

This place is horrible.Wish I could give no star.Went to get a full set and pedi and I was done with my pedi in under 20 minutes...yep I still have rough feet. Once the clock hit 8pm the lady was moving so fast to get my nails painted that she was getting paint all over my fingers. When I said something she said she would go back and get it off with acetone, so I let her continue. Well the acetone didnt do it justice my nails looked absolutely horrible. I told her to remove all polish and start over and maybe go slower this time. She informs me she doesnt have time because it is 10 after 8 and she needs to get home for a family emergency. I said well let someone else do it then because Im not leaving here with nails that look like this. She says no matter who does it it will look horrible because of my color choice Really lady? anyhow I do not recommend putting up with these ladies, very rude and unprofessional.

Unprofessionally told my family we couldn’t come to get a pedicure there since we do not get our nails done there.

If I could give them half a star I would. They just rude and were trying to charge more than the price they had posted. I felt like they was trying to rip me off.

I always come here to get my eyebrows done. They always fit me in, not too much of a wait time and I love how she shapes them. I like that they remember me. It makes a difference.

Went for a pedicure and gel manicure. The person who waited on me got upset i wouldnt let them use the electronic file on my nails and refused to assist me. The manager said the next woman who was available would attend me and she decided she didnt want to either because she couldnt use the electronic file. Horrible customer service. Do NOT waste your money.

Went and got my nails done about 3 days ago, I got my acrylics painted white & they now have about 20 air bubbles in each nail. Do not recommend them they are so unprofessional. The older lady did not even ask me how long I wanted them which resulted in me having short round nails I couldve done at home. I wanted them a bit longer and coffin shape but she told me they wouldnt look right with short nails.... Well first off I did not tell you I wanted short nails I do not care how short my natural nail is, I AM THE ONE PAYING FOR THEM. I came in with 35 dollars expecting to get exactly what I wanted but only ended up paying 25$ for something I hated. Go somewhere else where they actually listen to you.

Every time I stop in to have my nails done Im always greated with a smile and they know my name, which really makes a diffrence.😀They always take their time, with no rushing.The salon is always very clean, and everything is in its place.I have never had a problem having a mani or a pedi.Thanks girls 👄💄👠

I just walked in here, said hello, and not one person acknowledged me. I see that the three employees are busy withbpther clients, but they could at least say Hi, and tell me my wait time. I sat here for 10 minutes looking stupid. Now Im leaving.
