I come here often and for the past two years... Went for a pedicure came out with an infection in my toe. Had to have my toenail partially removed. Doctor said it came from the equipment not being clean. Take my advice, dont come here. . Getting your toenail removed isnt pleasant. I never thought in my life that something like this would happen at a place like this. So disappointing.

Prior to covid, I loved the pedicures I was getting at this salon but that was with one particular girl who I requested. Now my last 2 pedicures were horrible. The operators were inexperienced, and also using New throw away cheap and small utensils. I complained but without any satisfaction. Customer service and appreciation is the worst. Having a pedicure should be a good experience but not here any longer.

Prior to the pandemic, I would go in frequently for a regular pedicure, which would last for about 25/30 minutes. I enjoyed this place. I made an appointment today for a regular pedicure. It was a 30 minute time slot. The woman who did my pedicure spent less than 18 minutes on my feet (5 of which were spent fussing around with towels and chatting with co-workers). I asked why she was rushing and spent very little time and her response was “if you paid for the spa pedi, it would have been longer”. I’m sorry, but who can do a quality pedicure in 15 minutes?? Not this place!! I voiced my complaint the front desk as well and all I got was “oh! I so sorry” I will not go back and you should avoid this place at all costs .

I LOVE this salon!! I come basically every time I get my nails done and they’re amazing. I normally get a gel manicure and it’s decently priced in comparison to the other salons near me. They’re gel color selection is amazing, and they have very trendy colors too. Also amazing at designs for nails!

Love this place! Eva, is legit my favorite girl! She has been a nail tech for years and it shows in her work since the nails usually last me 3 weeks (depends on my workouts). They are so kind and I take my 93 year old Grammie and they treat her very well.

Best nail salon by far! I have been going to this nail salon since they opened a little over a year ago and they are amazing! I have recommended to all my friends and they all love it!Never missed getting my nails done so much when they closed during the virus. They have made all the necessary changes to reopen!!

Terrible terrible service!! It was my first time going to the salon and honestly I was excited to try them. Just after a day of getting dipping powder nail color done, it started to peel and in 3 days my nails started to break and chip. I got my nails done a day before my birthday so it did upset me. I went back to the salon in a few days to have the dipping powder removed and to get my nails buffed and clipped and get the credit back what I paid for the service. The lady at the front desk sat me with a staff who removed the dipping powder nail color. Once done she said there was going to be an extra charge to clip my nail and buff them to make the nail surface smoother. I was amazed to hear that! My nails were breaking and chipping by the dipping powder and now I was being asked to pay to get their mistake corrected. More so, I was a customer who was not being overly upset or creating a scene. I was very reasonable and told the staff my nails were ruined and it took me months to grow my nail that long and was not at all happy with the service. When I asked for the credit back, i was amused when i was insisted for a store gift card or a check. To that I said I paid in cash and wanted a cash back. When asked about the owner of the store. I was told owner is rarely at store. I informed the staff I was not going to share my experience but now after being treated this way I would def share my bad experience. To which they didnt care and the entire time I was there never once apologized for a terrible service rendered. So disappointed to see how a customer is treated by a local business.P.S. The Google review doesnt give me an option to respond to the Salon managers comment. I got back after 6 days due to work and family commitments. I came in and asked if the staff was able to remove the dipping powder, buff and clip my nails. If unable to perform the service despite of just few customers in the Salon, I should have made aware and Id come at a later time. Thank you for the apology however I wont be returning.

I love Eden Nail. Clara is the best nail technician I have ever had and everyone always remembers my name when I go in there. I love being able to have a massage while getting my nails done and the pedicure selections are fantastic. I also have my eyelash extensions done here and they are amazing and long-lasting! One stop shop.

I was very upset about how the salon workers weresaying pretty impolite things about the costumers in a different language.also, the polish was cheap and smudged and they cut the nails way to short. my nails were very short and ugly. the googley eyes i put on my nails looked better...

First thing I like was the welcoming atmosphere. I got gel manicure along with a nice design. The owner is very patient and good at explaining the services offered at Eden Nails. Overall a great experience and satisfied with the service.

Love Eden Nails and was so pleased when the New Providence location opened. I am very particular about my gel manicure and Eva does an amazing job and really takes her time with a focus on detail. I have never felt rushed and often found I was asking to get done quicker since I had another appointment to get to! I highly recommend and their pedicures are fabulous as well.

This is my go to nail salon! Ever since they’ve opened I’ve gone to Eva. She is fantastic for gel manicures. She shapes my nails perfectly every single time and manages to keep my nails looking amazing for weeks. Make sure you book an appointment with her because she definitely fills up!! 10/10 recommend eden nail and spa.

Wonderful salon... have plenty of people working so you never have to wait, a great selection of colors (both gel and regular), and the men give the best chair massages! Can really tell they care about their clients. Beautiful new addition to town.

Eden is an excellent salon! Very clean and relaxing. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. Clara does a beautiful job with my gel manicures and Jessica’s pedicures are the best! Try this place out!!

Never again. Horrible manicure which was completely rushed. Then the guy who was doing 10 min free massage ask me if I would like to have an extra massage. I agreed $10 -15 min. My thinking was first 10 min was great what could go wrong. He made it all WORSE not to may my lower back hurts more my legs feel numb. I hope he did not screw up my back completely. I think union county health department needs to checkout this place for the right licensure.

Great job on new gel tips lousy pedicure. My toenails are not pretty but the girl never even sanded them just painted them and didnt paint the ends. I could have done that myself

By far the WORST nail place that I have ever been to in my entire life. My friend and I went in on Saturday and were excited to get gel nails done. We were harshly greeted by someone who worked there, and literally pushed into a chair. We were surprised that gel nails for teens were $35 each, being that gel nails almost everywhere else are $25-30. However, we sat down and the lady doing my nails started filing and trimming my nails, and cut my nail so short that I barely had any nails left. My friend’s lady burnt her skin with the electric nail filer. We picked out the color that we wanted, and told them that we wanted stars on our ring finger. Easy enough right? Apparently not. So they paint our nails the base color, and it looks awful. There are bumps in the polish and parts of the nails were just simply not covered. And then it gets good. The nail ladies did not realize that my friend was Hispanic and speaks fluent Spanish, so she could understand everything that they were saying to each other. The ladies continue to say as my friend is listening, “these stupid American girls want stars on their nails. Only babies get stars on their nails. I dont even know how to do a star so this is going to be so bad”. I kid you not. My friend then responds (in Spanish), “if you don’t know how to do stars dont do them on my nails”. They shut up real fast. You would think that after that encounter, they would do an extra good job to make up for it. Well it felt like they did the exact opposite. My nail lady had to redo the ONE star on my nail about 7 times, and was cursing under her breath the entire time. I cannot even express how bad the stars were. The star on my left hand was so uneven and large, and the star on my right hand was tiny and skinny. When I approached her about the abnormal difference of the stars on my nails, she proceeded to tell me that one star was on a diet and the other one ate too much. DEAD SERIOUS. I went straight to CVS and got nail polish to cover over it. When I went to pay, I asked for the names of the ladies who had done my nails, and the man at the desk didn’t know and couldn’t tell me because he couldn’t read the name on the receipt. Although I expressed how unhappy I was with my nails I was given no apology and still payed $80 for two gel manicures. Yes - my two ugly stars were an extra $10. I have never been more disappointed with a salon. I will be sure to share my experience on Facebook and I will not be shy to make sure that people know not to go to Eden in the future.

I am very particular about the quality of my nail polish and how my nails are painted. Eva meet all my expectations! She took her time, did not question my nail color selection, and really made sure my cuticles were perfect. Pleased with my edges! She knows what she is doing!!

Very clean. Everyone who works here is really nice and they do a great job with the pedicures nd manicures. The chairs are comfortable. It’s a very professionally run operation. I just hope this review doeant make it so busy that I can’t get in anymore!

I walked in last minute right before closing for a gel manicure. Eva was nice & sweet, did a magnificent job. I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. Definitely coming back!

I ruined one of my fingers while stepping into the car and they immediately corrected it. They are very successful in french manicure.

I have been here twice in the past two months.The salon is very clean and new. The people who work here are very nice and polite. My only issue with the physical place is that the bathroom doors don’t lock or there is a hidden lock that l can’t find.The prices here are very high. I seclected a reg pedicure, but was told that l should get my calluses removed and that was an extra charge. I could swear that they had the hand calluse paddle and used it last time in the reg. pedicure . I ended up getting a much more expensive “reflexology “ and Shea butter pedicure. I expected reflexology on my feet, but l got a foot rub and extended time lower leg rub. It was a total disappointing pedicure. I wouldn’t have minded the price had l actually had true reflexology, but it wasn’t.My manicure was ok. nothing special.I don’t know if l will go back or not. My experience was just ok.

Service is horrible, the lady who did my nails..I guess she is the only one who speaks in English spoiled my nails shape and she didn’t know how to apply the color infact while painting other nails she missed up existing finish .. she hurt my nails in rush to finish and take other customers .the staff is not Curtious in taking customers, for pedicure they made me sit in chair for 20 min.. and three people changed to do pedi and manicure. I’ll not go this place again and will not recommend.. only the ambience is good but not the service
