This place deserves 0 stars. They dried out my cuticles and made my nails look like watermelons. 0/10 would not recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else

Worst. Nail salon. Ever. My child could do a better job. Ive had my nails on for 48 hours and they are already coming off. On top of that, the manager was VERY rude when I asked her about their standards. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Find somewhere else ... anywhere else ... do not go here! If you decide to get your nails done here, buy a bottle of super glue - youll need it once you leave. If I could give zero stars I would.

I got a dip manicure here and they came up within two days. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they are extremely rude. This has happened several times. I waited for over 45 minutes to be seen and for them to be fixed and eventually asked if I could be refunded due to poor service instead. Nails are too expensive to keep having to repair them every 2 days. Do not waste your time or money and go elsewhere!

I absolutely love nail studio and would 10/10 recommend going! My nails have looked so good! Evie did such a good job on me and my sisters nails and she was super sweet to us! I love everything about nail studio! I believe they recently redid the place and it looks fabulous!

I went on a referral from my cousin and I really like this place. If you want a good pedicure....get the Bougie pendicure! The best Ive had in a long time. Evie was the best! Shes sweet and personable. I will be back.

I love Nail Studio. They easily work me in at any time of the day and any day of the week. Evie is the best! I can walk in and describe what I want in three words and she has found the perfect color for me a lot of times! The new renovation makes the pace look great. Id highly recommend.

I went in for a full set and toe polish. I can tell I was a rush job. My nails look like it too. I was excited and it turned out to be pointless.

My girlfriend was inside for about 40 minutes noted she was the only customer inside. She comes out and shows me them... Needless to say Ive seen 5 year olds do better than they did so we walked back in and I confronted the guy named son. To fix them he was very rude about it. Along with the picture you can decide yourselves.

I absolutely loved it there. The nail tech was very nice and did a manicure for both my mom and I. Reasonably priced and the store was very clean.

I COMPLETELY loved this place. I took FOREVER to find a decent place to find that was actually worth the money. And it was done in less than 2 hours nails and toes. I would definitely recommend to anybody. They’re sooooo friendly she even put my card in bag so my nails won’t mess up 😭😭

Clean, quiet and excellent service. The staff are generally quiet and reserved. So if you want a friendly and chatty experience then this might not be the place for you. But if you want excellent service in a clean and quiet environment then this is a great place for manicures and pedicures. Love the massage chairs while getting a pedicure,

The gentleman who did my nails got me in quickly & was fast but did a great job. The place could use some attention to detail when it comes to decoration but Ill definitely come back. Overall good experience.

I come here every other week religiously. They have a very friendly staff. They can be quiet, but thats if your quiet. If you talk to them and interact with the staff they are really quite fantastic. Some techs are better than others but thats everywhere you go. If you want something done, dont be afraid to tell them. They are very accommodating and understand its your body not theirs. Also I highly recommend the ladies, especially the owner because shes the best! Also highly recommend their brow wax. oh and ask them to teach you Vietnamese because its actually a lot of fun to learn! (I know 4 words so far) haha!

Missed my pinkie toe 100%. Girl couldnt stop looking at the soccer game on TV to do my nails. Would turn her whole body to watch tv and forget she was doing my nails for a good two minutes. Felt rush the whole time man rushed my moms nails to where they were still sharp and she had to do them herself at home and some of her nails were even painted. Wont be coming back to this place

Typical discount Nail Salon appointed in colorful decor apparently of Asian origin. Nice place and nice people but, the nail techs dont speak English, or at least very little of it so you are not going to have a conversation while they work. The manager speaks a little bit more and can transact money. Their conversations with each other are always in their tongue so it can come across as rude.

I really hope my experience is unusual. I was referred by someone for the dip polish and I felt like the tech rushed through. The quality was OK but not the best. When it was time to redo I went back to have the polish removed. Again I feel like the tech rushed through leaving product on my nails (they weren’t even busy, i was the only one there). Their charge for polish removal was higher than others as well, especially considering that they put it on.

Ive been going here for years. I wont go anywhere else. Staff know customers by name and remember what we like and how we like! Not a high turn over like most places. Never ever an issue with my nails.

Yesterday was my first time in the salon. Michelle did a French shellac manicure on my real nails. They looked exactly like the picture I showed her of what I wanted. Every step of the way she asked if the manicure looked ok. She lotioned and massaged my hands as well. It was worth every penny!While I was in there, another customer decided that she didnt like the color she chose after her manicure was complete. Son repainted her nails immediately and was very gracious about it. Evie was there as well and it is true that she speaks great English and is concerned with the customers happiness. I will be back!

The only nail salon i regularly go to! All the employees there are always so nice and they always do a great job on my nails. I will continue to go to this nail salon as long as they are there!

My bridal party and I had mani/pedis here the week before my wedding. Our pedicures were fine, but our full set acryllic nails...well...I do a better job on my own with the kits I buy at Walgreens. Not set right...my pinky nails were at like at 45 degree angle off of my actual nail. The ends/bases were not filled in right, and they came off less than a week later. They looked alright far away...but up close was awful. Maybe theyre just out of practice with acryllic nails? 2 stars because at least my feet looked good. Picture does not truly capture the uneven-ness of the nails.

Didnt file my old acrylic down enough so you can see the line under it. Acrylic on the sides. Love the color i choose though. I asked for really square, my corners are rounded. Didnt want to say anything while i was there. Looks ok from someone elses perspective, but i know what i like, & this is subpar quality. Went back in to get them fixed, all he did was wipe off a little bit of smudged polish from the sides. Definitely wont be back.

Had a gel fill in. After two days polish peeled. Nail tech was rough handling my nails. Cant recommend

I would say my mani/pedi experience was FAIR. Not the best, not the worst. The facility was dark and a little sad looking. The lady that did my nails was mostly indifferent. She seemed nice enough and my nails look ok, but she was quick, rough and left my nails very jagged. I will have to file them down so they dont snag on everything I touch. Price was what I expected - $35 mani/pedi combo.

I went in for a fill with ombre sparkles and I left with uneven, fat and bumpy nails & after bringing to their attention that the nails were bumpy and uneven they said The top coat would fit it. I wasted $30 today & will never go back here.

Acrylic nails look terrible. Gel polish they used so old that they had to do 4 coats. Way to think and look awful. Didnt offer re do or anything when I said I wasnt satisfied. Stay away!!

They messed up my moms nails and when asked to fix one the lady freaked out and cut off all of the nails (fake and real) and my mom asked for her money back and the lady freaked out again.
