This place was great when I started. Of course like any other business, it grew and then it became difficult to get sessions in with staff that you worked with. When I cancelled my membership they still wanted to charge the extra month and I had 7 credits remaining. I left multiple messages for the manager to handle this and I never received a call back. A true waste and lack of communication!!!

I bought my boyfriend a gift card for Christmas for three 30 minute sessions and all they have done every time he has tried to make appointment is try to get him to upgrade to longer sessions for more money and buy more packages. I find this to be very unprofessional. The pressure and constant sales pitches take away from the experience and this is the reason people don’t buy packages!

This place is amazing and it’s run by people who truly care. Give them a try. You won’t regret it :)

I’ve been going to Stretch Lab now for a few months. The flexologists are caring and knowledgeable. I feel so relaxed after my stretch. I look forward to every one of them. Self-care is very important. And this is a must!

StretchLab will change your life. In one month of bi-weekly stretching I have seen an enormous difference. Whether you are very physically active or not, you will benefit and your whole body will thank you. The staff is wonderful!!! They are going beyond to keep everyone safe as well. Visited Stretchlab today and walked out feeling like a new man. Andrea and Angela went above & beyond with their service. The facilities and workspace were clean & all staff members wore masks. I will definitely visit again.

Went for my first stretch session yesterday, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism of the team. My stretch flexologist stretched all my critical areas, and provided an assessment on my flexibility. I am signing up for a membership later this month.

So much better than I thought it was going to be- I would prefer a stretch over a massage any day. I recommend 100%
