Great company so far for us. Very accommodating and dont just throw you to the wolves when setting up your phone systems. Really held our hands through the process thus far. We have been very happy to this point. Everyone from Andrew to Carl to Jackie have been awesome. Highly recommend you give them a listen if youre in the market for a new phone service.

Voice for pest is the first phone system that my business has used. So, I really don’t have anything to compare it to. I have been satisfied enough with the service that I’m not going to go looking around for other others. I usually receive answers to questions right away, so the support team seems very active and available to help. I don’t like that it’s mostly done through email though. It would be nice to just call and talk to someone sometimes, but they seem to be harder to get ahold of via phone. Generally, voice for pest has been great for our business, there are just small, minor things that i wish were different. The portal/user interface needs a new look in my opinion. It’s also a bummer that text messages only show up on one persons device/account. We were using google voice before, and being able to collectively see text messages was a huge help. We’ve experienced minor glitches and issues with our phone queues, but nothing major, and support has been very patient with us.So, in the end I would recommend voice for pest. It has some really great features. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I think there are a few areas they can improve.

Voice for Pest has been a great service that has helped our Company streamline some daily job tasks. We have been able to cut job tasks in half and keep up with reporting that has been helpful on our ROI. With out this we only had a feel of what was going on and not the actual data. We have been with Voice For Pest almost 2 years now. Raymond & the affliated tech team made the integration so easy for us! Very happy with the service. Easy and intuitive to use has allowed our entire office to move away from desk phones. All calls going through the computer allows great flexibility in location if you have a laptop or through the app on your cell phone.

Voice for Pest has been a wonderful addition to our company. It pairs perfectly with our Pest Contro Software to have the customers information display on our screen & we can directly click on our customer and go to their information without having to ask a lot of questions to look them up. Also its been wonderful to go back & look up and listen to conversations our CSRs have on the phone with our customers and use this as training.

Voice for Pest is simply the best phone system that I have ever worked with. Having managed small business and enterprise phone systems for many years, I’ve found that Voice for Pest’s cloud-based system offers features and integrations that were previously only available on expensive on-premises installations. Every feature that we use has been incredibly straight forward and easy to implement. The web-based interface is very intuitive. There’s no need to learn archaic propriety commands and refer to tedious manuals. The system has been very stable and only experienced issues due to severe internet outages. Voice for Pest is much more reliable than our previous provider and has a truly great support team who have always been quick to assist . Call tracking and Analytics reports are easy to configure and accurate. The iOS and Android app has proved extremely valuable and allows us to seamlessly work from home in the event of a storm or other office closure. The system integrations with our Pest CRM have been very reliable and efficient. We’ve come to rely on the ability to automatically access the calling customers account in such a quick manner. Voice for Pest has changed phone system management from a chore to a pleasure. I highly recommend Voice for Pest to anyone who needs a reliable, robust, easy to maintain telephone system.
