Kevin is freakin awesome! He does such a great job on my nails every time! He Never disappoints and hes creative. Gotta make an appt. Hes a busy man lbs Other workers there also do a good job. I just prefer Kevin and would recommend him to anyone!!

I visit the nail shop for the first time this week and was very pleased with my service. Angie was my nail technician and did a wonderful job on my nails with dipping powder. I had an appointment foe 530 and only waited maybe 15minutes while she finished up with another client. I received an update fromThe shop owner to set wait expectations which was incredibly professional in my opinion. I will be returning back.

I don’t like my nails. The lady did a bad job at painting them. If I see it I know she seen it. She was finna let me leave with my polish jacked up on my thumb. I’m not satisfied I’ll go else where because I feel like they just want money. To keep good reviews you need to do everyone’s nails nice not just your regulars!!!!

The guy that did my feet cut me multiple times with the grader whole he was doing my pedi. I told him to stop and he didnt speak English and I guees thought I said something else. The nail polish was sub par and having my legs slapped at the end with a warm towl is not the relaxing experience I was going for. Ive been to multiple nail places, not always the most savvy part of town also, and have gotten better serivce. Never again will I waste my money here 🅿️.

Professional and kind staff......however even if you have an appointment it means nothing because Ive been here multiple times and it never fails that Im not seen until at minimum 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time due to it being so busy here all the time

If it were possible to give this place zero starts that’s exactly what I would give them. The staff is offensively impolite, and their complete disregard - or even acknowledgement - of me was as astounding as it was harrowing. I was unable to receive any services after waiting almost 2 hours. It was a completely surreal experience. I’ll never return and suggest no one does.

After just a couple days one nails breaks ...and one just popped off today! They are barley attached. Stuff keeps getting in-between my real nail and the fake nail. Its only been a week and they look and feel like they are old ...this was a new full set too smh

Beautifully done but understaffed

I went in to get a nail replaced had over an hour wait the man who finally got to fixing it kept hurling my hand started drilling ino my skin not the nail basically told me I was making him uncomfortable but I was the one in a wheelchair coraprating with him but constantly kept getting my hand jurked and pulled on then the manager basically said if you dont like it here dont come back believe me I wont and have told everyone how I was treated

Always crowded but they moved fast! Nails always on point no matter who does them! Cool attitudes,(at least most are)and still the best prices of most of these shops in Indy! Right inside of Linwood Plaza try them out, they dont disappoint!

My mom and I were trying to get pedicures and called ahead for an appointment for two and confirmed it just for me to get off work and get told that the appointment was only reserved for one person instead of two but even when we got there the pedicure station was not booked do we could have been helped but no that was not the case

I had a great nail tech but the place was so loud and un-peaceful. Don’t come here if you want to relax.

I dont get my nails done often but when I do I usually go with nail trap. I was not satisfied this time

I definitely like going to get my nails and toes getting my pedicure in my medicare there yes and it is awesome customer service there is awesome off the chain I go there every two weeks I would never go anywhere else they give you what you exactly want so I give him a thumbs up all the way but they stay packed you got to go try to get there early to get out of there

The techs are awesome - it can be packed, but no fault of the business. I guess thats a good sign!

First off they made me set a appointment because they said they wasnt doing walk ins when clearly they were had me waiting for a hour after I got there...then they put acrylic on my REAL nails when I told them I wanted powder so the stuff they put on MY NAILS ACTUALLY burnt my nails then they just slapped the powder on any kind of way worst nail shop ever

PLEASE READ IF U WANT THE TRUTH! I have been going here for about 4 years Tony done my nails most of the time and done a great job but now I will NEVER in my life go back! Its like he rushes doesnt care he even said he was lazy when I showed him a simple color with diamonds and wouldnt do it! Vicki does a wonderful job but the wait for her takes hours sometimes lol which If I could wait that long I would. She takes her time and actually does anything u want and charged me $60 well Tony charged me $63 for color coffin nails with silver on the ring fingers remind u I wouldnt mind IF he actually done something to my nails and not just color! I was highly irritated so I just didnt say anything at all! I just had them done 2 weeks ago today and they are already off! I had 3 nails come off 4 days after they was done! I never get fill ins either! REMIND U ( I dont do any hard work, not rough, dont play sports, and etc! I know things like that could lead to them popping off)If u dont mind the wait then have VICKI do them for sure! I wish I wouldve took pics so I could show u all! Im sorry ☹️ Anyways I hope this is helpful! Thanks for reading!

Wow my sister is currently on her way to the hospital, because of this place. No sanitation of the tools what so ever. I don’t know what kind of business they think they are running, but it’s obviously not a nail buisness. I’ve been to many nail places myself and I have never gotten a fungal before. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! It’s a waste and I doubt you would want your nail to fall off too

Love it been going there for 6 years now and have not had any problems.

Quality work was only done when Cindy was there . I was told after being her customer for 2 yrs that she was in vacation and would be back next week to come back and be told that she had got fired. If it wasnt so hard to find quality work in Indy I wouldnt of been there . The service is horrible and the wait is even worse .

I started getting my nails done here recently up until yesterday the services were absolutely amazing... but a bad day for Vickie meant not a good service for me, as a customer representative I know what a bad day is for we are “only human” however your bad day shouldn’t show on your work or the customer service one receives I understand a bad day for we all have them but my customers are my number one priority for their the reason we have business for word out of mouth and good service goes a long way, as stated their work is amazing being if only their not having a bad day but if you happen to stop by and their In a bad mood this is service you’ll be receiving and god forbid you nicely and respectfully let them know that their work wasn’t done you’ll pretty much be humiliated as to why your services were done that way and told that even the most higher paying customer or most generous tippers don’t receive special treatments... well she’s lucky I even left her an 8 dollar tip being the way I was treated she barely deserved a thanks I have the thickest nails ever for 60$ geez I wasn’t generous enough or able enough to pay the 150 she would have preferred.Found the perfect nail salon that not only does the best nails in town but her customer service regardless of the amount of bad days she has or how hard life can tend to get sometimes, whom not only values my money, time but earns every dollar I spend with her, depending on my “mood” and how I’m “feeling” the service itself is worth every last cent... the work is worth the price, don’t mind paying for great service and amazing work she’s definitely worth the 100+ I pay plus the tip I leave gladly... Head to ooh la la nail salon in Castleton Ask for Argie she’s beyond amazing with beyond amazing customer service she pretty much treats you like family I loooooove her... Nail worth the 30 min drive! For your more pricey nails and impeccable detail work a one of a kind design ( she won’t share designs with others she creates art for each customer individually and won’t repeat last set was a little over 180 but worth my 4 weeks without needing to go back) head down to Fishers and visit Ms. Susie at A great shop and name says it all Nail BAR, enjoy ladies hope you find your perfect place like I have.... Indianapolis is hard place to get your nails done... not many take pride in their work or detail’s for your wants and needs!

The wait was about 30 mins or more. One of the guys did a good job on my nails but the nail polish wasnt so great, he put way too much so it took forever to dry. Not the best or worst

Raised their prices recently. Just as expensive as anyone else now. I go here because its close to work. No one except the Asian women can do eyebrows, so watch out. Ive had Vicky and Tamika destroy my eyebrows. And it literally makes me want to cry because Ill spend months growing them out to get them shaped. Then someone who thinks I cant tell the difference butchers my facial hair. I literally cried today after Tamika did my eyebrows. It is so bad. Not going back. Bad enough I was avoiding Vicky. I cant avoid 2 people. Will not be returning.

They was fighting when I was up there worst service in the world!!! Closed an hour early and the ppl are the rudest and you are not valued at ALL!!!! The manager grabbed a young lady by the neck and his brother was about to tase her
