(Showing pink nails from previous nail salon before switching to nail and lounge) I have searched for a good nail tech for YEARS, I live in greenwood and have gone to almost every salon down here. The pink nails are how I went into nail and lounge, the set is brand new with only one fill and i had several nails missing or lifting, this was just at the beginning of 2 weeks from fill. There were dips in the acrylic and the they were so thick. I had a simple x and heart o painted on for Valentine’s Day and the tech was so new/young she had to have someone else do it. The same salon who did the full set used dark green powder and i was too cheap to have the set taken off so Trish @ nail and lounge has worked with me to get this green covered as best she could for the last several months. At My next fill the green will be gone and we are throwing a parade lol.nail and lounge has not only quality products but also quality techs! Since Iv started having my fills done here I can go 3+ weeks with out lifting, and I can count on a consistent shape and good work! The color selection is lining the walls she has so many selections and she has about every glitter or gem you could possibly be looking for to do ANY design. I would recommend going through the week day(she could get me in and out during my hr lunch breaks) They are POPPING on the weekends and I think that speaks for the shop itself. You want Instagram quality nails in Indiana… this salon can get you there!

I drive about 45 minutes to come see Trish. I call early in the day and am always able to get an appointment with her that day. All of the staff are nice and accommodating. They offer drinks and even have a point system that they track every time some one signs in to get money back. Nail and Lounge has the biggest selection of acrylic powder I have seen yet in Indy salons.

Myself and two friends tried this nail salon due to our usual being booked. We were over an hour late, unfortunately. However, they did not hesitate to still accommodate us. There was an initial miscommunication regarding the services that we needed done. Its hard to say if it was us or the salon that misunderstood, but they seemed to be a little irritated by it. Rightfully so, seeing how they had 3 pedicures ready for us when we walked in (only needing one).With that being said, they are extremely professional and i wish i wouldve treated them as such initially. it was refreshing to come to a PROFESSIONAL nail salon! most ive been to arent as on top of it.This is the only salon ive been to that can properly shape square nails and get them all even (you wouldnt think itd be that hard). I got exactly what i asked for!the only thing i can complain about is the nail tech nipped me pretty good with the drill, but he quickly recovered and made sure it was clean. I assume he was maybe in a rush due to us being late.all in all, i would not be opposed to returning to this specific salon!

I drive 30 minutes and pass by at least 20 other Nail salons…just to come here. Trish is amazing. Her customer service and the service from her staff is worth every Penny. I needed service and she (and her staff) were closing for the day- she still took me. Didn’t rush. And gave me the same great service that she would have any time of day.

Trish and the team take care of our entire family. They make us feel at home every time. I always get compliments on my nails. They keep me looking good. I’ll continue going here for as long as I can.

My wife recently had this work done.Very Strict environment, if you are an introverted person you should stay away.I would not recommend, but if a some else does recommend this place for you then take the chance if you want. It’s all about reputation

Trish is lovely, kind, professional and does an excellent job with my nails. The pedicure I received was the best I have had in a very long time. The gentleman, O’Henry, gave me a deep tissue massage on my feet and legs as well as the pedicure! Thank you!

I literally will not go anywhere else!! Trish is the best nail technician that I’ve ever had. I have tried a multitude of salons over the years and I always seemed to have the problem of my nails not lasting long at all. Whenever I see Trish, my nails LAST for several weeks (despite the fact that I can be quite hard on my nails) and they always look stunning. She does the best ombré sets, and I consistently continue to receive so many compliments. You must go here and SEE TRISH!!!

Every time I come to Nail Lounge Castleton the entire staff is always pleasant and welcoming. My favorite thing about it is the endless choices of colors and types of polish. You can always find exactly what you’re looking for. I always pull up pictures off Pinterest and my nail tech Trish never fails me and always find the exact color for my dip (hands) and matching gel (feet). They also play an awesome selection of diverse music. I recommend here for anyone who wants a relaxing getaway from school or work or busy life etc.

It’s too much wrong to go into detail ! We made an appointment for 3 pedicures, once we arrived the pedicure chairs were filled and we waited 30 minutes. Once we were sat we waited another 20 to even be serviced . Cold water, and my feet were still stained from previous polish after the “pedicure” . They have a bunch of gel polishes but when I tried to pick a color he told me I could not and handed me a tiny wheel with simple colors and told me that was all I could choose from...paint all over my toes and skin !!! Worst experience. I’d give 0 stars if possible ! Save your time and money !!!

Very dirty environment! There were tons of nail clippings and dust everywhere. None of the tools were sanitized between use from other customers. My nail polish is lumpy, and little flecks of glitter are stuck all over them from unclean tools. Definitely not a relaxing space.

This place is awesome! Great customer service and a job well done. Heading back for a fill now :)Update! Just went in for the fill and not only did they remember me, they gave me a little Christmas gift on my way out! How sweet! Worth every penny.

The first time i went about 2 weeks ago i was thrilled. my nails had never looked that good, but they cut 2 of my cuticles a little bit with the drill. they offered me drinks. both times i had to wait at least an hour in the seat before they started on me.the second time i went was today and the girl cut my cuticles on 3 different nails with the drill. she also tried to argue with me about the color i wanted. then as she was filing my nails she cut my fingers so bad with the file that they were bleeding. also way shorter than i asked for and not the shape i wanted. they look good though and i asked her to put diamonds on my nails as she was finishing up and she said it wasnt too late. i had high hopes for this place but im not sure about it now.

I recommend coming in the staff was nice and everyone was friendly and talkative, they also offered drinks and made sure I was comfortable. They were understaffed and it was a long wait but they gave me a discount and took very good care of me. They are also realllyyyy good I got a pedicure and my toes looks reallllyyyy goooddddddd. I really do recommend you come here.

My nails were not how i requested even though i showed the nail tech a picture multiple times and even described how i wanted them. it’s been about two weeks and time to take them off and one of my nails is stuck to my skin and bleeding badly. very poor application and design.

They are absolutely wonderful. They gave an amazing pedicures for me and my husband and i also got an acrylic set done as well and i love them. The prices are very reasonable for the services they provide. This is my go to nail salon.

I had high hopes for this establishment because they were recommended to me for their quality work, customer service and atmosphere. The inside is very nice and well designed and the nail craftsmanship was decent. Customer service is non existent and I felt very unwelcomed. Due to this reason I most likely will never give this nail salon my business again, which is sad because I wanted to like this business.

I went today for the first time, they were awesome! Nice and friendly clean atmosphere. I was in and out within a 1.5 hours for a pedicure and full set

I dont recommend my nails were uneven and when it came time to take my nails off i tried everything and they would not come off it’s eventually started pulling my actual nail off bottom side of my thumbnail is now gone🤦🏽‍♀️

My first time was With Elle my nails were awesome. Had no issues quality all in the bag. Made appt with same tech arrive and she called off. Okay why wasnt i informed?. Oh this tech omg what a waste of time and energy. Cut into my cuticle, during pedi. My manicure. Looks like my child did it. Horrible. So if I return i will only deal with Elle. Really sh$$$$

This place is awesome. First time I got a pedicure and it was amazing.

I was a “walk-in” and was told it would be 5 minutes. It was less than that! Tammy gave me a quick, but well-done gel manicure. I wasn’t a fan of the music they played and there was a pretty strong chemical smell in the salon, but I would return and will request Tammy. I was happy to see they’re open later than other salons (7p) and open on a Sunday (12-5p) which to me, is a great option.

I have been going to RG for about 6 months now. She is truly the best, and this was my first time at this nail salon. I was so pleased with how clean, organized and beautiful the salon was! The employees were great, too! I would recommend this place to anyone😊

Ive been coming here on and off for about 3 years. I dont KEEP my nails done, but if I want them done, this is where Id go. Ive had my first issue for the first time recently and brought it to Tracys attention. Her customer service was amazing, she followed up, fixed my issue immediately and left it at that. Thank you.

This is my second visit and I absolutely love this place. I was hesitant after reading the reviews but they are under new management now! I love the nail tech that did my gel nails. She took her time and was so pleasant!! Think her name was Shari but she is the best; the others seem to rush.

Ebony has very nice strong hands. She really cleans your toes very good and give them the perfect shape. Pedicure to die for!!

The technician who did my nails was very friendly, however he did quite the poor job. My nails were not shaped well, they were different lengths, and the gel polish wasn’t smooth. When I came back in to get it fixed the next day it was clear that they were embarrassed by the quality of work. They fixed the length and polished but didn’t talk to me and rushed me out of there as quick as possible. I really wanted to like this place but I won’t be returning.

Can you say ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE?I tried out this place for the first time recently after having success at the Noblesville-area salon with the same name. The Castleton area Nails & Lounge was like stepping into another world and it was extremely unpleasant from start to finish. Nightmarish is not a strong enough adjective to describe the experience.As I walked in, someone simply yelled at me from her station as opposed to walking up to the counter. It was clear they really did not want to do my service as they were closing in 45 minutes. I should have left then but they said they could/would provide a pedicure.The services were subpar and it was clear the employee was new and rushed through things. Making it (much) worse, however, was the unprofessional behavior of the other employees. One tech was on FaceTime with her mom the entire time I was in the salon. She was also providing a service to a customer at the time, so it was like a FaceTime party and no one else could talk or even think due to the loudness of their multi-party, awkward chat about rude customers of the salon. It was very off-putting and wildly unprofessional. I could not wait to get outI would rather go without than to ever visit this disaster of a place again.

I love this place. Ive been here multiple times before and came in to get a pedi before vacation. I sprained my ankle a few weeks prior and my nail tech was so gentle. They offer you wine, soda, water etc. If you want a truly relaxing experience come to Nail & Lounge. Im getting married in May and will bring my bridal party here!

Shari did my pedicure. No one has ever taken the care that she has for my pedicure... and that includes here & other places Ive been. She doesnt rush through it. You can tell by her own pedicure that she will care for yours. She, also, does eyebrows which is a plus.

I’ve been coming to here for 2 years now. I love Traci, Shari, lil Traci, and Eboni. The clientele is upscale & I never have any complaints. They care of their clients & always do top notch work. I have done gel polish here but prefer the Organic Dip. I get manicures & polish changes on my toes. Always stellar! I’ve been other places & nothing compares.

Love the staff and vibe of the shop. They have great drinks to choose from and they treat you like family. Great prices!

A girl in this salon was rude to me off top. I just had a newborn baby and my nails are weak . Ask she worked on my hands she nicked me . To lose you patience and decide to go off on a customer is not what you do no matter what your facing . I just came in to get my nails done and instead I got talk to rudely. Don’t go here also you hear baby music with children running around . This girl ps has braids and looks like she may be in college no telling also no home training .

Not our usual place decided to try it, only complaint is we were told $35 for a fill in. When we checked out it was $50(m not gel) no repair just the fill. Liked the place and tech but when youre told one price and its $15 more that bothered me.

Absolutely loved this place! I’ve been looking for a new nail place since I got fed up with the rudeness at a place in Fishers where I used to be a regular customer. Nail & Lounge isn’t the first place I checked out, but it will be the last because now I’m not going anywhere else! The facility was very nice, Azzaya was incredibly professional, and the prices are so good! Plus they offer free wine or soda. Compared to other places I’ve been, I cant believe a nail place like this exists!

My daughter and I went to this establishment for service. We called to make an appointment but was told they don’t have appointments on Saturdays and Sundays. When we got there they said the wait time was 30 minutes. After waiting over an hour a few more people came in to be serviced and one particular person walked in and was immediately serviced. Not once were we offered a beverage, update on time or explanation. So my daughter and I left. I then called the establishment to make a complaint. She refused to apologize and hung up on me. Never Again!

Worst nail shop ever I went in for a full set they are over priced. Terrible customer service, my nails were suppose to be coffin they don’t have a snap they are long bulky and thick and they have a lot of lumps in them. Never again
