The best academy for Muay Thai in the area and a welcoming family environment. This is the place to be whether you want to become a Muay Thai champion, learn the art, or simply get in great shape! The owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend this place.

Ive trained here a few times while visiting from out of town. The whole team is very friendly and helps you grow. Sonny is an awesome coach. The equipment is always kept clean. I look forward to training here again!

A safe space to learn and grow where egos are left at the door, I went from having 0 martial arts experience and from lifting/cardio every day at another normal gym to doing classes almost every day at prime Muay Thai and the change in my body, mind and willpower in the first two months has been unreal. I have never felt so good and had so much happiness in my life and it is only because of the amazing coaching staff and kind team members there,who all are involved in wanting to help you succeed.

You cannot meet a nicer group of people. My children attend PRIME Muay Thai and the positive impact the experience has had on them is priceless. I strongly recommend them.

Sonny and his instuctors are terrific!I enrolled my son (11) and daughter (9) into Sonnys program because the school my children attended, failed to protect them from bullies.Muay Thai MMA, gave my children the tools they needed. With every class, they became physically stronger, smarter, and their confidence level soared (something I personally would never have been able to teach them).Signing my children up, was by far, the best decision I ever made and I highly suggest all parents enroll their children with Prime Muay Thai MMA.

The first time I walked into Prime a year ago, it felt like home! I had never done Muay Thai (kickboxing + clinches + elbows and knees) before but a friend convinced me to try it out with her. It is a small independently owned gym with a family feel that is run by Coach Sonny and his wife Tricia. I thought it might be intimidating since some of the members actually fight in competitions, but Coach is really great at starting you with the basics and pushing you forward when you are ready. Even though you may never fight, he will train you the same as the fighters to get your form and technique as good as possible. There is a wide range of abilities and goals, but everyone is supportive of each other and egos are left at the door. I liked the gym so much that I signed my kids up for the kid’s class!In addition to Muay Thai, jiu jitsu, judo, and Krav Maga classes are also offered. There are two bathrooms, two changing rooms, and the gym is always clean. The prices are a little higher than corporate gyms because it’s a small indie store, but it’s well worth it for the personalized attention. They encourage you to try a class for free to see if the gym is a good fit, so what do you have to lose? (Nothing - you’re going to love it!)

Fun gym with amazing people. I have been going here for MuayThai for 8 months without previous experience and Coach Sonny is awesome, helpful and patient. Really learned a lot and love every minute!
