My pictures dont do this justice. I asked for holographic nails and they understood the assignment. They were so on top of everything and really cared about making this a great experience. My pedicure was also amazing. Unfortunately I live in a different state and I am just visiting but I highly suggest this salon to anyone!!!

I will definitely be going back. The place was clean, customer service was great, and they don’t keep you waiting for ever.

They always make my nails look great & accomplish all of the color combos, designs, & nail art that I ask for.

The customer service is always friendly and every time I come in with a new design he always do it like I ask Never disappoint it when I leave out

They did a good job on my partners pedicure and painting my toes however my gel on my nails chipped the next day. Got nails on a Friday, called on Saturday, they said they would fix them no charge but that they were closed until Wednesday. I’ll be out of town until Monday unfortunately. It’s not worth driving back at that point as my acrylic will be a bit grown out and only a week off from a fill. Long story short good service just make sure your gel is fully cured.

My sister and I have been to several nail places. Leaving disappointed everytime. We finally found a place we love and return to over and over again. Myself personally feel relaxed and at home here. My nails stay on for weeks and always look great receiving compliments all day. Definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful nail salon! Vincent does a wonderful job and all of the staff is very friendly! They have taken plenty of COVID-19 precautions and charge fair prices. I’ve attached my most recent fill and polish!This is definitely a place to go if you’re looking for a new “nail place”!

I went to Organic Nails with an idea for one set of nails and they seated me and started on my nails. He made the base of my nails white which I realized I liked so I informed him I would like my nails just white to which he replied No, you already picked so we cant change it. Mind you nothing else had been done to my nails yet. I finally convinced him to paint them white and for the rest of the appointment he was being rude and yanking my hand all annoyed. Not a good time, will not be going back, and did not appreciate it whatsoever.

Recently moved to Indiana/ Indianapolis area and have been looking for a nail salon. A friend suggested I try Organic Nails and I must say she did a wonderful job!! (Phuong N I believe her name was) I got a basic manicure with gel polish and she really took her time cutting my cuticles and shaping my nails! They were pretty busy and I did not feel like she rushed through my manicure, she took her time and made sure I was happy with the end result. Definitely think I found my new nail salon!!!Highly recommend you give this place a try!

I went and got my nails and feet done on Friday 6/18. My gel nails are ALREADY chipped ! Also my pedicure was rushed and only 5 minutes. I can’t believe they charge so much for poor quality and service! Please do not go there ! BIG WASTE OF MONEY

Nail techs are like hair stylists. Good ones are hard to come by. It took me a while to find a good nail tech, but when i came here and found Olivia, I have not been to a different nail salon since. I drive 45 minutes to come to Organic Nails. They practice cleanliness, and theyre professional. I have never felt like the job was rushed. Even past closing time when my appointment would run overtime.10/10 would recommend.

Poor experience! The technician sprayed me with water and laughed instead of offering a towel. Soak my phone and clothes. Then, talked on a FaceTime call while giving a message with one hand. Never even touched my feet with the massage or lotion. By far the worst pedicure I have received.

I took my mother here for her first medi pedi. She was extremely pleased. This was my 3rd time, and excited to say this was the best place so far. Im looking forward to visiting and taking her back next time. The staff was very kind they ask questions more then others, they offered different services but never overwhelmed us. We got exactly what we wanted. Well worth it! As a guy I didnt want much but she got the color and all and looked beautiful.

I felt man handled at this location. All the tugging and pulling on my hands and arms was unnecessary. I was completely relaxed. I wanted to tell the tech any more relaxed, and my hand was going to fall off. All you had to do was tell me scoot up, or something but don’t pull on people. It’s rude.And it’s only been 24 hours since my acrylic application, and hair is already getting caught and stuck under the nail. I noticed he used a very thin layer of acrylic, and that right there is why they don’t last. I usually drive 45 minutes to Greenwood to get my nails done, and this was last minute so I don’t think I’ll go back.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had. I came here to get my nails and feet done. I walked out with my nails looking like TRASH and barely feeling welcome. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. WHAT YOU SEE ON FACEBOOK IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET WHEN YOU COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I’m from out of town and I have a hard time finding salons I trust because I’m so picky. This place was the perfect go to and I’m glad I chose it. The prices are reasonable and the owners who assisted us were great! They were friendly, the service was quick, and the mood of the setting was so relaxing! My pedicure came out beautiful.

Came in for a mani pedi with me and my boyfriend. I got an acrylic full set. My nails turned out nice but were coming off within 4 days. My usual set lasts a minimum of 2 weeks. Both mine and my boyfriends skin on our hands were cut up from improper use of the tools. I asked my friend who had been if she had the same experience and she informed me her acrylics were off within a week and the gel had chipped within 3 days as well as her fingers were cut up too. Would not recommend. The nails come out pretty but its cheap and they dont last. There are cheaper places with much better quality.

Always quick and friendly service. I have used them several times and never have any issues. Normally in and out getting a full set in under 60 minutes.

I have been getting my nails and feet done for a year and i have continually had to go back the last 3 times i have been in . Twice because my nails kept coming off after getting a new set. Then these last 2 times because the polish is turning brown !! I tried to change to a different color and it is still turning brown after ONE day! Its Christmas time and this has been a waste of money i do not have time to keep coming in !

I was a little skeptical at first, this isn’t my usual nail salon, but my nail technican did my pedicure to perfection. She took her time and did not rush on to the next client. Excellent!

My mom, daughter, and I went to have a mani/pedi for my brothers wedding. They were very clean, polite, and professional. The environment was very relaxing and clean! Everyone was very happy with their nails as well!

Wow!!! Such a soothing nail salon. I got a mani-pedi and it was perfect for a girls day with my friend! The spa pedicure was exactly what I was needing!The staff is friendly and professional. Both Olivia and Vincent were so gentle with my dry skin. I will definitely be coming back!(They also took appropriate precautions for COVID, wearing masks, shields for the manicure, and washing hands when you first come in!)
