I went here to get a fill in on my acrylic nails. The thumb nail had broken so I needed to take it off and get a new one. Instead of soaking it off the man very aggressively tried to pop it off with a nail tip and clippers. He was too rough and made me bleed. I kept telling him it hurt and he did it anyway. Then he was still going to try and put acrylic over this nail and I stopped him. He got upset with me. I told him it was too damaged to put acrylic on and I just wanted to soak them all off at this point. He soaked them off. But didn’t get all the acrylic off at all. But I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave so I didn’t ask him to work on them more. He rushed the entire time and was very aggressive. idk why he need to rush when I was the only one in the shop.Additionally, he was FaceTiming some woman on his phone the entire time watching her sleep and it was really weird an inappropriate to me. I will never be going back. So gross.

I used to love coming here but I am completely done. I went in and they did such a bad rush job. As you can see my nail Polish looks like my three-year-old painted. This was after they told me they didnt do designs. Which is OK but the design was a white French tip which is such a basic standard design offering. Every salon offers a white French tip and they refuse to do it.They were really rude and rough handling my hands and feet. There was such a bad attitude the past couple of times Ive gone in so Im completely done now. I do not recommend them anymore.

To much rushing to do my nails to much talking not professional 1 lady in there mess my middle finger up she was rushing was not professional at all. But over all it was okay

Not going back. Had appointment for Mani, @2, dude starts about 2:30. He removed what lil bit of polish remained and proceeded to polish my nailsTold him, this isnt Mani, its at best color change. Im sure if I had not said anything he would have changed me full price.

Been coming here for a few months now. Price is fair. Clean and nice atmosphere. Had an issue with my polish peeling after a day. May have been the polish or the light. Never had an issue before. Went back the next day and the issue was resolved promptly and professionally. I am pleased with my nails and I am having no issue with peeling.

Fast service best massage and hot stone. For the price it was a great little trip.

I only have one star because I had to in order to write a review, because I give 0 stars. Very unprofessional I called and asked if 4:30pm was to late to set an appointment for a fill and a pedi, I was told no that is fine. Drove from Plainfield when I got off work, got there at 4:23 lights was off, doors locked. So not only closing before your posted hours but also before your last scheduled appointment. BIG WASTE OF MY TIME

I went to them about 3 weeks or so ago. First the guy did my nails super thin to the point no acrylic was on my nails. The owner had to fix my nails. Today I go to my regular nail shop and as soon as they took the polish off I had fugus on my nails. I have been getting my nails done for 17 years and this has never happened.

They were very friendly nice service, my nails came out so good I love the gel nails they do

I got a pedicure yesterday and I though the place was not clean at all. The lady who did my pedicure was older and my toe nails are crooked and she knicked me 5 times I was so close to getting up and leaving. My toes are extremely sore today and itchy so I’m kind of nervous I got an infection, state board needs to do an inspection Bc I’m sure they will fail. It was not a good experience

I give 3 stars only because of the great customer service and promptness of service. But like the rest of these places the polish doesnt hold up. I get natural mani and pedis and my toe polish is not holding up. I have never gotten gel on my feet and it lasts 30 days. One toe was chipped after 4 days. I went back for a redo and it is the same thing on the same toe. 🤔

First time coming here & everything was rushed! My pedi was rushed he messed my toes twice & had to start over. My nails are okay, but the tech was rude as HELL!! She was snatching my hand, she didn’t interact at all, before she started on me she had done this girls nails & she did rhinestones, so when she started color I asked for rhinestones she told me no she don’t do em when I JUST seen her do them on another girl! She was just rude as hell & I won’t be going back

I come here because they are closer to my home. I will no longer go there they do rush jobs nails are crooked and paint job is horrible and on my skin as well. If you tell them something is wrong they get a attitude and want to argue. Never ever again.EVER!!!

Accused me of not paying for services with the last $76 on my card and my services was only $58. My card never declined but he insisted that i did not have the funds. Called the police and everything so a nice stranger inside the shop paid for my services AGAIN of $58. So the next day he owed the stranger $58. It was the disrespect and nonsense for me.

My wife went before her trip to MiamI and its so sad they messed her nails up and she is Blind and they was so rude when we came back to redo the problem and they would not help her to her seat and they would not do her feet because she came and they said she has to wait 3 DaysI guarantee I will be contacting the Better business Bureau and to make a formal complaint

The other day I was going shopping and I decided to get my nails done. So I stopped by here and my experience here was enjoyable. I had to go to somewhere after this, so Donna, my technician, was very on it and quick. After all my nails looked better than ever. This is now my go-to nail place.

I’ve been going here for the past couple of years and I’ve noticed how the tone has changed they do not value their customers they’re always rushing they do not listen and they do not give you what you ask for they want to perform the services that they want and then act like they didn’t understand what you said I would not recommend this place to anyone and the young lady that is the owner needs to dress more professionally always in skimpy cloth

I have gone twice to have my nails done. This last time I went ( 3-13-20) I had an idea for a design and Donna pulled it off fabulously. I would have given them 10 stars if it was an option. GREAT JOB DONNA!!

I went in for a full set. Was a very busy Saturday but they were doing their best to handle the constant flow of customers. They’re very kind here but they don’t listen to their customers. I think that has more to do with the language barrier than them being unwilling to listen. I asked for a full set coffin shape nails with pink powder and clear gel polish. My nail tech (who I believe is the owner) said okay and proceeded to use clear powder. I was annoyed but I figured I’d do a more pink color because I’d been there for hours and just wanted to go home at this point. After she’s done the powder my nails were too thick for my taste. I knew she was getting close to the polishing stage so I asked if she could thin a few out before that. She said she wasn’t done yet so no problem and then immediately began polishing my nails without thinning them out. Once again I think this has to do with the language barrier. They’re very kind which is why I’m giving a 3 star but I don’t think I’ll be returning. I just moved to Indy from Virginia and I’d rather do my own nails until I find someplace that can do my nails the way I like them. I think they’d be great for a pedicure or regular polish but I don’t think they’re great for acrylics.

I went in for a gel full set and a pedicure and Donna did an amazing job. The salon was well maintained. Her and Bengi were very friendly, which made for an even more pleasurable experience. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable! I will be back for sure.

I just moved to Indiana and i was hoping to get my nails done so i went here and the staff was really nice. I did a pedicure and the technician that was doing them was very friendly and helpful. They did a absolutely amazing job on my pedi. it was really relaxing and at the end of the day My toes had never looked better!

It was busy when I came and I didnt fell rush. The technicians were nice and fun to talk to. Donna (owner) did a wonderful work on my nails. I had a delightful evening.

So this past Saturday I went with my mom. We both got French tio gel manicures. I dont know if they didnt want to do what I wanted or just didnt understand but I wanted the base color s real color with a French and glitter that fanned up towards my tips. This is what I got and what it looks like after 4 days. Im really disappointed because I had tried them years ago and had the same thing happen bit I had hope that it would be better this time. My mothers nails are chipped and peeling, one of mine came off the day after and today they are all peeling and one has come off. I work in a medical office and I do wash my hands constantly which is why I got gel. But 150 for this along with odis that are already peeling to is ridiculous. Im not even going to attempt to get my money back, Im just just never going back.

The Customer Service was 5 Stars Alone!! The manicure itself was another 5 Stars!! I will Be Back!! This was on a Saturday. Went back throughout the week and the service was Trash 😡!! The male nail tech was trying to do me a Rush Job by removing the gel polish from my nails. I politely cancelled my request and Left with just having the polish completely removed and nothing else done!! Sad when people want to half a**do their job!!

Definitely will never go back. The guy that attempted to do my nails didn’t speak English so I couldn’t even tell him what I wanted. He tried to paint my nails when I asked for an acrylic full set. He clearly has no experience and I was the “test dummy” my nails came out horrible I had nail polish all over my fingers! The side of my finger was cut and they acted like it was no big deal.

Bad service.! Don’t spend your money 💰 Here.! I went in to get a full set (gel) and I choose my length.! Turns out you get charged 9 dollars for longer nails .! 🤔🤔 and the guy that did my nails was rushing.! And one of my nails is so bad and I pointed it out and his response was .! Well yes I see it but nobody will notice.! I don’t mind paying a lot for my nail but $47 for a bad set off nail no way .!! 😡😡

Terrible service. Finished my acrylic fill in 15 minutes total! In the sun you can see brush marks and where the color isnt evenly applied. Didnt round my tips so my nails are sharp and uneven. My usual salon was closed today, but it was my only day to go in for a fill. I should have read the reviews first - clearly this is not unusual for this establishment. Do not waste your money here!!!

Do not go to these people. My pink and white ombré $50 fill in nails are about to pop off. They were done on Thursday . Today is the following Wednesday. The nails started popping on Saturday night after I got them done on Thursday. I had to gorilla glue them down. Keep your glue on you hunty cause these mfs do not last. Please don’t go to them!

They must have new ownership- always had ok experience there. Last time, 2 men put so much polish on my nails that it bubbled- I removed it as soon as I got home - plus they were super bossy, insisted I stay and I’d already been there WAY too long. Hope it was just a bad day for them

I was driving by and decided to go in and have my polish changed. The price wasnt bad, but the first thing I noticed was that the place was filthy. I should have left then. Old nail clippings were all over the shelf next to where I was sitting getting my polish removed, and the table, polishes, lotions, etc. were gritty and covered in the white dust from filing nails. The dust was seriously caked on, pushed into corners and such, not from a few days of not cleaning. The nail polish bottles were the same way and had polish running down the sides. Every other place Ive been has always kept the place clean. The guy doing my nails was polite, but painted all over my fingers. The polish dripped from the lid and was all over my hands, his, and the table... He wiped it off of my hand with dry paper towel. When I put my hands in to cure the polish, it burned all over my cuticles and the tips of my fingers where he had gone too far and painted my skin. He tried to dig a clump off of the underside of my finger with cuticle scissors and dug into my skin. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

2 days ago...It took 2 people to apply my new set and I have NEVER had so many negative comments on my hands. They are ALL crooked and mis-shaped. Terribly thick and Glumpy! Wouldnt take my worst enemy here. Atrocious!

Went twice first time got a full set three nails came off the 7th day. Got a fill in 8 days later and now three nails on one hand off in 5 days had to glue them back myself and two on my other hand the next day all because I put my hands in water washing dishes. I wont be visiting again.

Lady has very bad attitude. Only had nails on 3 days it ripped my real nail in half because of how she put it on. Wouldnt recommend this place to no one and ive been going to salons for nails for years
