Quick and easy. As a real estate agent it’s a plus to have a clean car as that represents you. I just sit while the Scrub-A-Dub does their thing and bonus I’m normally having a complementary pack of pretzels while the job gets done. It’s a no brainer!

So automated car wash no money detailed except they dont spray the car very much before it goes in they only do the hood one side usually I thought Todd had more than one side.However they should come up with a plan for a husband and wife to do it jointly if they use have a car. I know a few people who have dropped the car wash because of having two cards and not wanting to pay 30 some odd dollars a month per vehicle. It would not be hard to have a family plan for two vehicles in only one vehicle being washed per day. Or every other dayI know when my girlfriend moved up from the cave Ill be dropping by car wash as well. If I got to wash her car in the back yard I might as well do both of them unless you come up with a plan before then

I have been a customer of ScrubADub, Shrewsbury, MA location for years and I highly recommend them. The staff are professionally friendly and courteous and the car wash is OUTSTANDING. I’ve noticed that the same staff has been there for YEARS and I think this is why their service is EXCEPTIONAL and OUTSTANDING. Also, the staff maintains the premises very NEAT and CLEAN.

This place not nothing like the reviews or maps says. it is run down and over priced with a card scanner at every turn. 10/10 not coming back. Also every one says the staff are great? there was not an option to have the staff clean my car so I dont know what they are talking about

I have been to car wash a couple of times. I wouldn’t call myself a regular. But, I have tried all their touch less car wash and machine wash car stations.I don’t recommend going to the touch-less car station closest to the manual wash station. The last time I tried it. It didn’t wash my car at all. Also, my wife and I don’t think it is worth going to the touch-less car station. It is not very clean especially your car is full with salt after winter.The price for a car wash is pretty decent. I like it that they provide you rags for free to dry up car and do a little touch up.I just wish that they provide free vacuums for non members.

Im not one to leave bad reviews, but this place has been a dump for a year or so. They used to be great, and I thought they were probably just going through renovations and what not. Nothing works, no pressure in the pressure washers or blowers, no upkeep, it’s dirty.. if you like throwing your money away and having dirt smeared all over your paint, you won’t find a better place than this.. I’ll be the first person to leave a 5 star review once this place is back to the way it was. Until then, spare your car!

So, I think the owner, due to him keeping up with responses is wonderful, which is why I rated it a 3 instead of 1/2. Owner - please know I really wanted to like your car wash, especially since it’s 2 minutes from my place. This is my second time going, doing the executive auto wash, and sadly I will not be returning. Either the wash isn’t sufficiently cleaning or the soap/wax isn’t good quality due to the residue left on my car. I was referred to by a friend to go to Fitzy’s in Grafton and didn’t have an issue like I did at ScrubaDub - although Fitzy’s wax is pretty strong and took me forever to get off my windshield. If things change I’d be happy to return, but I don’t feel it’s proper to pay $15 for a wash that I have to touch up after, where another place I pay the same and come out looking brand new.

Stay away from the Shrewsbury location or cancel your Scrubadub membership as I will soon. There are about 10 vacuum terminals here, and only about two are functional, partially. The rest are broken and won’t detect your membership sticker, rendering your membership useless if you mostly use it for vacuuming. Sometimes, none of them works. There are more competitive car wash services in Worcester County so avoid this one if you can. Foreign-owned tends to be better than family generation owned nowadays.

The two guys working just now went above and beyond when cleaning my car through the car wash. They scrubbed tar and things off the side of my car before going through. If I had cash I would have given them both a tip. For now a good review will work and I’ll be back with cash!

Props: Beautiful location, awesome shop.Cons: no one looking out for dry out towels, the used ones you got so used up that they dont even dry anymore. A lot of customers coming out and no towels to dry vehicles. Talk to a customer and told me is pretty much standard here. No good other than that pretty cool location. Do you guys have someone going around your shops making sure your brand is been represented the right way?

This Scrubadub is in a great location on Rte 9. They have a good number of vacuum bays and plenty of space to dry your car and finish up after a wash. Its nice to have a normal full service wash, touchless and self serve at the same spot.On the negative side, it doesnt get 5 stars because of the water spots left on the car. I am starting to think it is because of the type of water the town uses. The location in Marlborough has the same problem. Every location in Worcester is fine. Anyway, for that reason I only go when I have to.

Touchless wash is broken again. What a waste of time to drive to this place! Never again.
