Everything was lovely. My nail tech was very friendly and made sure I got nails that I loved. He did a wonderful job and they look perfect!! My pedicure was also excellent. I messed up one of my still wet toenails and the nail tech redid it for me right away even though I said it wasnt necessary. Ill be coming back for sure!

Eric always does a wonderful job. i had a dip manicure and like always, i love the result. wouldn’t go anywhere else for a manicure or pedicure. the business is so well managed.

I called and made an appointment asking for SNS powder- they gave me gel and it already chipped 3 days later- also the color she picked for my nail was NOT close to the color in the picture i showed her at all- i had to stop her once i saw it on my nail and let her know it looked nothing like what i showed and the nail tech acted annoyed. another client next to me agreed the color was off and also was unhappy with her service - i did not know her, she just felt The same way i did. My mom died that morning and i came in for a service to get cheered up with a powder manicure and did not get that ! The other client next to me felt bad at how i was being treated and i’m usually not picky with nails 1. They gabe me gel not powder and 2. They have already chipped!My mom used to love it here.***They are under new owners- they are NOT THE SAME as they used to be .

Terrible service! I asked for bubble bath OPI on my toes and received some tan color even after I questioned the color that was being placed on my toes. On top of that the coat of polish is not even. The pedicure wasn’t even done completely and not consistent for both feet. I spent over a 2.5 hours at the salon and left unsatisfied with nothing I asked for. Today was a waste of time and money. I do recommend this place at all. The owner solution wasn’t helpful and stated because he doesn’t deal with me when I come into the salon that there was nothing he could do. I beyond upset!The pink color over my big toe is what I asked for and the color everywhere else is what I got.

I was a walk in and they got me right in even though they were busy And the young man who did my nails and toes was excellent did a great job really like this place would recommend

Overall the nicest nail place I’ve been too in a very long time (since covid should I say). Everyone is nice, friendly, and definitely make you feel welcomed and relaxed! Don has never disappointed me, any design or any request he always will do! Madame beaute is the place to go!!!

We got mother and daughter pedicures. The kids LOVED their experience! Because of the expense, it’s a special annual back to school treat for us.

Ly D. Tran is a extraordinary beauty technician with years of experience. She demonstrated a high degree expertise in creating more defined eyebrows exactly as l wanted. The eyeliner really made my eye pop. She topped that off with a cute trendy manicure.All the staff was friendly & courteous. And the facility was very clean with sanitizing between customers. I highly recommend the Madame Royals Nail Salon & spa!

My first time here was amazing and the atmosphere is awesome. Eric did my manicure and pedicure and hes the best! He really paid attention to every little detail of my hands and feet and my nails are beautiful. The waxing was quick and nice too. They are so friendly and they make you feel so comfortable. Usually I go somewhere and really like it, then afterwards find a lot of mess ups but not at Madame Beaute. Thank you so much!

My nail girl is great about the ideas you may have to add to your nails. She does everything be hand no matter what the design you wish apply to your nails. The nail techniques are superior. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I will continue going here even though it is miles for me to travel.

Manager david treated very nice receptionist like a servant demanding things. he was very good at services but receptionist clearly wasn’t feeling okay and he was barking orders when she was on the phone with who she said was her doctor. She seemed very down but put on a brace face when customers came in. she is great!!

Took my 11 year old daughter as her birthday present. It was a spur of the moment decision so we didn’t have an appointment. They got her right in and were so fast, kind and gentle! They did the exact design she wanted from the picture she had on her phone. We will definitely be back!!

I have been going to this salon for over 5 years...Today was a bad experience. I usually get gel on my fingernails but today a female said you need to get dip it is better for your nails. So I agreed not knowing that it takes a lot longer and the end result looks like I had acrylic nails put on. They are super thick and my nails our glued to my finger tips. I am so disappointed in the fact that if they are going to be pushy about getting dip(btw more expensive) to let them know that is looks completely different than gel polish.

I had a gel nail fill. The tech was very nice & proficient. They all get frustrated because I have trouble relaxing my fingers. All nail techs have to realize I am not doing it on purpose & it is very hard to “fix”!! You just have to bare with me!!!

I got a massage by Teresa. She was absolutely amazing. One of the best massages I have ever had. I will be going back for sure.

I have been there for my 2nd time today. All the employees are Very professional They all appear to like their jobs. And its a very relaxing environment to be in. The establishment is clean. Your pricing is the same as everybody else is around. So its just a nice place to go to to get your nails done pedicure relax and let them take care of.

I had planned on getting gel for my nails but the nail technician Erik recommended I try dip nails because they are less likely to chip. He even noticed two of my nails broke and put tips on them so they would all stay the same length. The shape is perfect and he paid a lot of attention to the outcome of my nails. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved Anna! I made my apt online, was greeted at the desk when I arrived and taken back ahead of my scheduled time. Anna was incredible and gave me an amazing pedicure!

I used to come here all the time and they were great, now no so much. I don’t like the color or shape of my nails, however I can take the blame for that one. What I don’t appreciate is that after I got in the car and was looking and my nails, you can clearly see the polish color from my nail fill before that the nail technician did not take the proper time or care to completely remove. The nail technician was too busy running around and doing other things to ever care about my nails. I just wasted $45 and I will NEVER come back here.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon in Indianapolis. I just moved here from Virginia and have tried every salon within a 30 mile radius. And haven’t found anyone who can compete with Madame Royale.Ly does an amazing job on my dip polish. She also does amazing permanent makeup. If you have been looking into getting micro blading give her a call. I have strangers compliment my eyebrows and ask where I went! She is worth every penny!And if you want amazing lashes Teresa is the best! This is a perfect one stop shop for beauty!

This nail salon has new owners and employees, and since the person I previously had an appointment scheduled no longer works there, I met the new owner and she did a great job. She listened to my preferences regarding nail shape and length, and my new manicure is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone on the south side.

I have always loved going to this place. I was not aware that they were under new management. When we walked in today they were very busy & we were instructed to sign in and it would be about 30 mins. We did this. About an hour later we hadnt heard anything so we went to check on the status only to be instructed that we needed to come back about 30 mins later. Which was a little frustrating but I also understood because we were a walk-in. No biggie really.The gentleman who was at the counter at the time was very nice & helpful!The receptionist however was very unprofessional, dressed unprofessional & did not seem to be happy to be there or enjoy her job. Not a very good first impression for someone just walking through the door.However... everyone else was very very friendly. The services were great & my tech took her time and did a wonderful job.I would definitely return!

I have been searching for over a year for a new nail salon. I had been to several disappointing establishments until today! I actually was listened to of what I wanted and how I wanted it. Most places just do what they want. Ruth did a great job on my pedi and Im not sure of the name of the lady who finished my nails, I think she is the owner, but she listened and took her time to make sure I was happy with my nails! My search is over... Madame Beaute is my new nail home! Didnt get the receptionist name, but she was amazing as well! From the moment I walked in until I left EVERYONE was nice and polite.. Ohh and its so pretty and clean.

My appt was at 2 pm was a few minutes early great check in system. Very organized.Khum took me after I made my color choice.Had a gel mani and she replaced 2 broken nails and nail art on both ring fingers. Was done by 2:45. That included putting tin foil on all fingers to take off gel. No soaking and drying out your skinAwesome experience cant wait to go back in a few weeks. Made my next appointment great to deal with good, professional people

I have gone to Madame Royale for years. I have never gone anywhere else in the Indy area, but I am extremely disappointed with the new staff that now owns Madame Beauty; therefore, I will be finding a new nail salon. About a month ago, I went to get an acrylic set done with regular polish. A man suggested that I try the dip method instead because the polish stays better. He also informed me that regular polish and dip gel were the same price. They were definitely not. I did mention that someone told me the wrong price when I went to pay, but my concern was disregarded. I was apprehensive to make another appointment there, but because I thought it was a place that could be trusted, I went back. When I returned, I was again extremely disappointed. The receptionist did not know my name 3 times and I had to repeat what time SHE suggested for an appointment. The man doing my nails tried to use the dip polish again and didnt understand what I wanted when I felt like I was clear about my vision. I was so flustered I got up and paid $6 for getting my acrylics removed, went home and did my own manicure. I was not about to spend $50 on a manicure that wasnt what I wanted. Overall, Im very upset with the new management and I discourage anyone looking for a place to get their nails done to go here.

This was me and my sisters first visit. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted. You can feel the good vibes. It was not hectic and crowded, which was a double plus. This tells me they dont overbook their appointments. They have a good system to keep the flow going as smooth as possible for thier clients. Mimi was my nail technician. She did a wonderful job on my mani and pedi. When I was looking around at the other clients being serviced, you can see how pleased they were with their service as well. I definitely will be going back.

Made an appointment for gel manicure and pedicure. I arrived 5 minutes early, checked in, and picked a polish color as instructed. After that I sat for while they assisted others instead of me. After 15 minutes I left.

Like the staff. The place needs a deep clean. The area where I put my nails to dry was dirty.
