I walked into the place and I overheard another customer upset about pricing. I proceeded to get a pedicure that was listed as $33 + 7 for the French tip. When she finishes the pedicure she tells me $57. I’m a little caught off guard because it was nearly 20 more than the price advertised. She then tells me I got the Deluxe pedicure which I made no mention of. Long story short $122 paid for what is normally a 70 service., I paid the money but I was not happy with them upgrading my service with out asking.

I always get my nails & pedis done here. They can usually get you in quickly on weekdays and they are one of the cheapest salons on this side of town. They almost always do a good job with my nails :)

This would never pay my first choice when I think of getting my nails done but it Sunday (3 days ago) the only thing that I wanted was a fill-in of my own nails and just a clear coat polish. But I will let the pictures speak for itself. I was serviced by the oldest person that works there hes a gentleman with a shirt that says Niagara on it. Based on some of the other reviews Im not the only one that was dissatisfied with my service. I dont care how desperate I get I will not be returning.

This place is always busy, but their nail techs are great. They take pride in their nails, everytime. Nails are 3 weeks old now, but holding up pretty good.

I thought Ive been expensive place to get my nails done since its in the mall yeah, but I was extremely impressed and thrilled with my results! Will definitely be a return customer

Quang did my nails and it was my best experience yet!! I’ve been to other nail shops and this is by far my favorite. Quang was nice and friendly and paid such close attention to me and my nails. But what really impressed me is he greeted everyone that walked in the door and made them feel welcomed and got them seated in a timely manner !!!

Horrible Im never going back again, they rush through everything and you end up with nails looking like crap, shapeless and bumpy. Im so pissed off.

I love this Salon. Thank GOD for the NEW MANAGEMENT! Quang is super friendly and very professional at his work. He is such a perfectionist. I love the fact that theyre offering 100% Natural Products in the Salon, I bought a bottle of foot treatment for my dried/ratchet feet and I fell in love!

Went there to get my nails done, and I was sat down fairly quickly, but that was about the only nice experience I had here. My nails werent cut evenly, and most of them are slanted. The nails werent smooth, it was bumpy, and on one nail, it was mushy! Plus, the nails were practically glued to my skin, and not my nails, so when they started to grow, it was painful and now my nails look worse than before. Not to mention they overcharged me. Why bother to get them fixed when youre gonna be overcharged AGAIN? Ive been getting my nails done with acrylics for 4 years now, and gel polish done for about 2 years, and this is probably the worst experience Ive ever had, and Ive had some places make my fingers bleed and I would prefer that over what I went through here. Guess its my own fault for going to a nail place in a mall. Ive always been told not to trust them. I see why now.

The people are very nice. However they make the nails extremely thin and my daughters nails where simply popping off 3days after.

They use to be better I only go to certain ones when I go need to learn to speak to customers better and have better skills on manicure & pedicure 🤔need to take there time on each customer and not rush because they have more customers coming In I want all my spa time I paid for!

Im not sure why people are complaining for. This place is dahbomb! Honestly, people loves to complaint about almost everything. I went in for a Fill and my nails has never been this perfect. Negative people are always negative, its sad. I would give this Salon 10 stars. Ill be back!

I would give negative stars if I could. The service at this nail salon was absolutely terrible. I got in and told one of the employees that I needed a full set and he told me it wouldnt be that long of a wait. I waited for probably about an hour, and in the course of that time they took about 3 or 4 people before me. Two young girls said they needed manicures and were taken back as soon as they picked out their colors. I asked the man again and told him I had been waiting before them and I was told that my full set would take too long and that is why I needed to keep waiting. Then a lady walked in wanting a pedicure and the same thing happened, she got service as soon as she walked in. Then when I got up to cross my name of the list I was asked why I was leaving and that there was someone who could take me right then. I will never return to this salon, and yes they have low prices but I would recommend Venus Nail Salons, they have much better service than this nail salon.

I have been going here for almost a year and it is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to and for the best price. Quang and the rest of the staff are very professional and friendly. I look forward to my visits there!

This is the worst place I have ever visited. I called two days before to set up an appointment for my grandbaby tutu party. I explained to them theyre will be 7 toddlers getting their hands and feet polished went up there the man at the front desk couldnt understand me I explained to him several times I have an appointment customers were walking out because they were so disgusted and disappointed with the lack of customer service then he proceeded to tell me itll be a 2hr wait Ha! Never again! But overall she had a great Birthday.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE. Their skills are TERRIBLE. I got coffin nails and not even two hours after leaving my nail broke. Not to mention how much I complained while in the chair. This is the last time I ever go here . I had to make an appointment just to get my nail fixed which it shouldnt have been able to come off anyway. SOOOOOO pissed .

1st and last time coming here. My nails are uneven, my nail tech didnt speak one word to me. For $40 you could at least ask me how Im doing.

Let’s start with the fact that these are my valentines day nails . I came here because they were open past 7 pm and I went there once and got my nails done and they were great. Today however, an older gentleman done my nails I didn’t get his name but I’m sure he’s the oldest one there. I asked for coffin shape which is $5 more. I got square misshaped nails . Whenever I tried to correct him before he made anothwr mistake he said “ok ok ok” my nails look horrible. He cut me with the metal file twice . And even the paint job is bad. I could have done them myself and got better results. Im very unhappy and will be asking for my money back.

Go here occasionally for a pedicure and I have some gnarly nasty old man feet...….GOD BLESS these wonderful people.....Im sure my feet are the things that cause nightmares..

Never ever will I waste $70 on a gel fill in and fix again!! The older lady did my nails and pedi, she rused both!!! While doing my pedi she kept talking loudly about how bad my feet were it was very embarrassing. My polish looked terrible and the bail she fixed has a diffrent shape than the rest. The acrylic is bumpy! I should have stuck to Venus nail spa but had a few places to run in the mall

This is the WORST nail salon Ive ever been to!! The older guy in there did my nails...he rushed so all my nails had a different shape, the acrylic was bumpy, the tips were too wide for my fingers and OMG...the polish was all over the my cuticles! You can see around my cuticles that he did a horrible job. I told him I just paid you $30 and it looks like my 13 yr old daughter did my nails smh. I was furious and he didnt even try to fix it. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!! I wouldnt be surprised if they are even legally licensed. Those are my nails that I posted on their cover photo...I was embarrassed to even post it

Really nice people. I thought the mani and pedi was perfect when I got it done, but it didnt last long at all eventhough it was shillac. Ended up paying somewhere else a couple days later to get it redone.

My mom got her eyebrows so called done by the really old lady and she burnt her eyelid and she has two scars above her eye. Its convenient in the mall but go elsewhere they do not know what they are doing.

This place is extremely unprofessional the woman offered to give me an discount than didn’t even give me the nails. Plus left my nails Uneven polish messed up on top that tried to attack me when I confront it her!! Do not go here

Terrible experience! My friend and I went together and she got a full set. First they charged 5 dollars extra for the coffin shape, and didnt do the shape correctly. When we said the shape was crooked, the women got an attitude. Please save your money.
