With covid going on theyre mainly taking appointments only. My tech is KK and I love her she very quick and efficient but pays attention to detail and thats what I love. Super friendly and nice and the prices are reasonable I always tip her more because shes really 🔥🔥 the orange pic is an ombre that changes color with the tempature ❤

I needed my nails done for my anniversary last Wednesday and I, the procrastinator that I am, waited until last minute and I called and Jamie got me in, in literally 5 minutes before her next appointment. Even though I waited last minute, she never rushed or was frustrated that I came in before her appointment, and she willingly accepted me and took the time to PERFECTLY do my gel nails! She was in no rush, and my nails came out so beautiful and even made recommendations so that I dont further damage my nails the next time I decide to do artificial nails. This was my first time visiting and certainly will not be my last! I like how clean they are, with having to pay $1 for your own nail file and buffer! Jamie and Jax Nail and Spa are amazing!

My first time here I had a great experience. I had sort of a complicated request but SUSAN did my fill in just fine. Exactly what I asked for.

Jax did my gel nail extensions, which is fairly new but she did a beautiful job. She was very attentive and detail oriented. Would definitely recommend!

I scheduled my first appointment here and Im so happy! The salon is very clean and the girls helped me right on time when I arrived. I believe the prices are fair and I will be coming back for sure.KK did a full set of acrylics with gel polish for me, and they are so beautiful! She took her time and was very nice to work with.It seems like a busier salon (and I can see why) so I recommend scheduling ahead of time!

I love this place. The workers are sweet and very good at their jobs. They always take such wonderful care of their clients. Their prices are very good and they are so clean. They dont use the same file and buffer on everyone. You get your own. I love that, especially now. They have it set up for covid and clean as soon as you get up. This salon is pretty good. They are super clean, they give you your own personal file and buffer for $1 extra. The ladies are very friendly and client oriented. Its best to make an appointment before you go. Ive done this both times and had little to no overlap. The complaints that I do have are how they build their nails. Ive now been serviced by two ladies, one for a full set and one for a fill. The full set was great, a little uneven with the almond but theyre only human. The fill fell short. When filling the nails, all of the lifting wasnt properly filed before new acrylic application. The base of the nail near the cuticle is super thick and mountain like on the majority of my nails. Some have a smooth transition like theyre supposed to. Not a bad place but has room for improvement.

I never had acrylic nails that chipped I grabbed a stack of cardboard and my nail chipped. Within the first couple of days . Back to back my nails were breaking. Generic nails! First and last time Ill ever go there.

I love my nails! The women here are all very fun and welcoming. Ive only been here twice but both times were great experiences. They can get pretty busy so I suggest getting an appointment, but they also try to fit in people if they are able. I really appreciate that they dont seem to try to overfill or overbook.

I love this place for many reasons. First off if you wear gel and are in a hurry, do not go here. I left a set on for 5 fills and my nails had grown under my tips This saloon not only spent quite a bit of time soaking off the set of tips, they were also able to preserve my real nail underneath the tips, and then do an acrylic overlay on my own nails. Faye is my nail tech and is very sweet and very talented. Shes quite the artist and I plan on putting her to the test this week for Valentines Day nails. Everyone is really friendly, professional, and they get the job done. I recommend this salon over any other saloon on the West Side.

Just visited for the first time ever after growing up around here my whole life! I was not disappointed. I called to make an appointment and they squeezed me in, even with a full day. I had Shay, who was very gentle, kind, and helpful. Everything was clean and sterile. My nails are beautiful, and she took her time on them. Very good price for what you get. All of the employees were very welcoming as well. By far one of the best nail experiences I have ever had. I will be returning. :)

This was my first time visiting Jax Salon today, I got a pedicure and I loved it, Alicia did an amazing job, she did everything right, and I really appreciate that! Also, I have to add that the environment was peaceful, it was clean and the staff was friendly, every client that left looked like they were very satisfied. This will definitely be my go to spot from here on out.

I visited Jax Spa for the first time yesterday, and had a pedicure done. Maria was fabulous and took my tired, sore feet and transformed them. I loved the pedicure so much that I made an appointment for today and got a full set with gel polish and an eyebrow wax. I LOVE this place, and will definitely be returning here. The staff is very professional, and the prices cant be beat! Please check them out!

I had a horrible experience at a downtown nail salon and decided to stop in on my way home to see if someone could fix what had just happened. Luckily someone was available to help and fix my emergency. Everyone was so warm and friendly. It was such a relief and I left very happy. I am new to the area and I will not be going anywhere else to get my nails done. I highly recommend Jax!!!

Dominique did a great job. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable in the environment. They got me in and out quickly.

So clean, relaxing and enjoyable. Ping does my massages, Jenny does my nails and Doris is very good with hair cuts/styling/color. These Chinese women are very fun to be with and very good with their services. It is a relaxing place that is very clean and stylish. I highly recommend any service that they offer! They are also open on Sundays and you can make appointments....As Tina Turner says simply the best

I usually get manicures here. The ladies are excellent at what they do. Very professional and I recommend them for sure. Just remember to book an appointment before to ensure your spot when you get there because they get very busy sometimes

KK did a wonderful job on my acrylic overlay also the pedicure was good and the environment was relaxing!! You can pay 1.00 to get your own file and shaper you can bring back for your next visit if you choose I loved that!!

If I could give this place no stars I would I would never Recommend Anyone to go here paid $100 dollars to get my legs waxed and two days later and 7 hours of work and still was left with long hairs and stubbly I could have shaved for better results called the owner to see about getting my money back to be told they dont do refunds and since they went through two different types of wax to try to fix it she definitely would refund money since you are a salon you should of had everything you needed there instead of having to go to the store to buy different stuff will never go here again and will let everyone I know never to go here they only part that I liked about my experience was Ashley she was very nice

Went to get a fill in but was turned around cuz I didn’t have an appointment. The sign on the window said appointments OR walk-ins. There were only 2 people waiting but I was told they had to check their appointments to see if I could be fitted in. They need to take the sign down and put appointments ONLY!!!!

It says walk-ins welcome on the window but when I arrived she said it was 12:45pm and they were booked for appointments at 1pm and couldnt do my nails till the next day. Generally speaking not all technicians are booked by appointment if walk-ins are welcome.

Excellent customer service and extremely professional staff! I had Shay who is one of the owners. She took her time, and I never felt as though she was rushing even though they were extremely busy. I would highly recommend Jax Salon!

Shay is so sweet and professional. All the ladies at JAX are amazing too! Theyve been at this location for about 8 years now and I love it there. Clean, fast, high quality, caring experience. Great choice of colors. My gel pedi lasted forever! If you have gel on just call and let them know in advance so they can soak you. Prices are great. Work with you to fit you in even when busy. Great place.

I go in today just to get a fill in and there are so many things that were wrong. First off one of the ladies that works there came in on her day off and started raising hell because she had like all of the base coats or something in her work station. So the other ladies moved them back and she was all like I bought those, they are mine, and this and that. It was just alot of drama in front of their clients. Then the young lady doing my nails told me the last place I went did my nails all wrong (I thought they looked great amd have been to the other place before and never had any issues). But she burned my nails not once, not twice, but about 4 or 5 times. Never had that happen anywhere else. On top of it all it took over 2 hours just to do the fill in. I was hoping this place would be great because they have a good rating and have had lots of good reviews. Well today they got a bad review from me and if I go back I will ask for someone else to do my nails.Side note: when I went one time for my eye brows to get waxed it was perfect. Maybe they just do better for that.

This place is the absolute worst. I took my 9 year old daughter in to get some fake nails and they made it seem like its a crime for a 9 year old to get their nails done. The whole time she tried to shame us for this, she continued to look at the clock. A friend told me not to go but I figured I would give them a try because they are so close to where I live.

Awesome service. No corners cut here. They are very polite too. They dont really let you wait for anything. If they are busy theyll ask you to come back at a specific time so you dont just sit in there for an hr waiting to get your nails done.

When you schedule an appointment you would expect your appointment would be honored. Ill give them one more chance. Just walk-in,,, they will push the scheduled appointments to the bottom of the list!! SMH,,,, I thought they were different - all the nail places on this side of town stink!!!

I spoke to a woman over the phone that was a happy to take me in, but when I arrived, she immediately said shes booked. They dont serve black people here . Thats obvious, because someone walked in after me and just sat in the chair.

Even when I dont make an appointment they do a good job of trying to fit me in. They always do a good job with my pedicure and the atmosphere is fun and friendly.

Love these ladies, and they all speak english you can understand.

First time at Angel Beauty Spa and I worked with KK. She was extremely friendly and provided high quality service! With some salons you can find friendly employees but I thought KK did a great job and made my first experience a great one. Even the surrounding employees were friendly as well as the clientele within the salon.

I visited this salon once a month since it opened until I developed toenail fungus (diagnosed by a doctor). When I went into the shop to speak with the owner I took her in the back away from customers to show her my toenail....just dry nail, use oil. Visited a Podiatrist that confirmed what I thought was going on........FUNGUS. Went back in to salon to speak with the owner and she basically said that the doctor didnt know what he was talking about....she was the expert. $300 in medication later (with insurance), I am cured. I will never step foot into this salon again, they obviously do not clean their utensils appropriately. I have been getting pedicures for over 10 years and never had a problem until I went to this salon.

Very good @ what they do! But didnt get nearly a minute spent on my.feet.and calves, and thats what I told her to focus on. Instead she focused on my back nearly entire time. Maybe she thought I said back? Will find out tonight! Im going there if an appt. Available by 730@latest cuz they close. Gora call em now! Please please please, rub my sore feet n toes Im cute, if that helps my odds at all of a girl wanting to have her hands all over my bare feet for a half hour, but I promise my feet NEVER stink! Idk why, guess Im really clean or something all the time. Unscented sweat glands?? Lol

JAX is a nice little Salon a few miles South of Clermont Indiana at 10th and Raceway Rd. I take my Father in law there for a Mani pedi and they treat him like their own Grandpa. Its a clean place. Tasteful decor, full service and very affordable.

They fit me in at the last minute and end of the day. There was a miscommunication with what I wanted, but it was very quickly resolved and turned out great!

They are ok, no issues at all with the work. The girl they call Ting is very nice.
