Always clean. The maintenance woman is so nice and patient with the people who give her lip. The owner is nice when he comes in. He speaks to people and has conversations. He was more than willing to listen when I had questions about the amount of minutes given for a quarter in the dryer. His reasoning was enlightening. I wish I would have invested in a laundry mat years ago.
