Dishonest.Vehicle towed 9pm Saturday night. Called Sunday morning to arrange pickup. The business operates 24 hours but was told to call back Monday at 8am when the office reopens. This must be a common practice because when I mentioned the call, the office staff said they were open Sunday but knew exactly who I had spoken with. Picked car up Monday around 12:30 but was charged for three days.

Absolutely stellar service, and Brandon was probably the most courteous and professional wrecker driver Ive met. He picked us up at almost midnight, and carried our car to west Houston, which took almost 3 hours due to a wreck on I45. Their prices were by far the best, and to top it off, they were the only company that had a wrecker with enough seats to hold my family of 5!

So I was leaving work which is in Bryan and got a flat tire on the motorcycle. Chris responded quickly and was very professional when I spoke with him. He gave me the price which is very reasonable since how far he has to drive just to load a bike up and bring it back into town. Motorcycle broke down. Called Snags and they said that they were on the way. Didnt show after 40 minutes. I called back and got another driver who said that his boss gave him the phone and he did not know anything about the tow. He said that he would call me right back. After 10 minutes, I called another wrecker company who came out 10 minutes later. I called Snags and cancelled.

My tire went flat while drive home late the other night. I called Chris and let him know we were stuck on the side of 45 with my wife and kids and needed help. It wasn’t more than 5 minutes and he was there! He safety loaded my low profile mustang without a scratch and delivered it to my house AND put it exactly where I wanted. He managed to back it up down the driveway perfectly... the same driveway even normal cars can’t make it down! I was more than highly impressed with the service all around and recommend him to anyone in need!

Great service and friendly staff. Needed towing first time as my cars radiator leaked fluid. Snags Wrecker Services agreed to tow for $60 to Firestone. I had my dad with me who is handicap so they drove two trucks. When it was time for me to pay, the drive told me its ok I can use some help. I have never had any one not charge me for $60 service.
