Very good but they need more workers. I went with my daughter on a Friday at 11:30am didnt get done till 1:45pm and my daughter didnt get done till 2:11pm. 40$ for pedicure with gel Im use to paying 30$ and 30$ for a refill with gel, Im use to paying 20$. I got stone work done which took my total up to 40$, my daughters total was 90$ and way too much. She got a full set with hearts in the acrylic and a pedicure which I would have generally paid a total of 70$, overall I would come back. Nice place and fairly reasonable.

The owners of this location were amazing! They actually accommodated our schedule and opened early to fit in our group of four. Although busy, they were so friendly. My friend with a birthday was surprised with extra decoration on her nails. I highly recommend this salon! Thanks!

If you make an appointment you get right in & out quickly. If not t there may be a little bit of a wait.

I just left the nail shop 4/20/2021 and I am very disappointed. Firstly the guy who started on my toes cut my nails completely down until there is nothing left to cut when i only wanted them trimmed a little bit and now there is barely any toe nail left. Secondly he didn’t put my gel polish on correctly so a different lady had to come and take it all off and redo it. Also i still have nail polish all over my toes they didn’t clean them up at all I have never been this disappointed in a pedicure. I simply do not recommend going to Elite Nails.

The older man is very rude. Nails are poor quality. They take a very long time and do not go in order of the walk ins. 0/10 would definitely never recommend

I went on February 13, 2021to get a gel manicure. The nail tech rushed, she cut my cuticles twice and made me bleed, tried to stop it glue and did a terrible job on my nails. She told me that she was sorry and only took $5 off the cost which was $30. I told her that she was forgiven. Yet, I am now in the healing process of both my fingers and I dont appreciate an unsuccessful, painful, rushed and sloppy gel manicure. I will never go back. I am writing this review in order for this business to know that treating the customer with care is important since you are getting paid for a service.

This was hands down the absolute worst experience Ive ever had. I only went here because Nina nails had an hour wait but boy do I wish I would have waited that hour. I got there at 10:30 am and was immediately greeted warmly by a gentleman. He asked what I came in for and I told him a fill-in. While he did the fill, I looked for my color and soon found the right one. After coming back from washing my hands I noticed an iridescent paint color and decided to go with that instead. As he started to paint I noticed that the color wasnt what I picked, I expressed that and he quickly removed it. As he removed the paint I thought that I should just get nude to be on the safe side since he had already messed up. Instead of the nude he insisted that I would love the iridescent so he did it anyway....I hated it. He removed the color incompletely and began to paint the nude on top....I was sure that after the second coat the previous color would be gone but of course I saw that color too (the iridescent color was a Colt blue). Unfortunately I hated it and asked if he could just remove the nude and paint them clear....1 1/2 hour in, let me remind you that there were no customers there when I came. While taking the nude off he quietly told me and I quote, just give me 20. I looked at the one hand that had already been painted clear and noticed that there was paint still on them (nude and blue), the shape was extremely boxy (the opposite of what I asked), and even some of the clear paint didnt cover my entire nail. I politely told him that I didnt think this was even worth 20 and after he painted my nails he said and I quote you can just leave. This was my second experience here....my first was ruined by an employee obviously high on something. They are not listed with the BBB either. These pictures were taken 1 hour after the service. P.s. my manicure materials were not sterilized...they were pulled from a drawer out of a box that looked like a pencil case

Honestly, the people are so sweet and kind. They take their time when doing your nails and they have really great vibes. Best I have been to in Indy!

This nail shop is very unprofessional. They don’t take customers in the order of arrival. They stop in the middle of servicing you to service another customer. Overall they just move slow.

My favorite nail salon in Indy great prices and the people are so nice it’s a very family oriented environment without all the bells and whistles of a high end salon

Owner was unprofessional. Did a terrible job on my nails. Wasnt going to use any sanitary measures until I asked her to. Then she started questioning me. Service was subpar even by these dime a dozen standards

No social distancing. No cleaning of things between customers. Why are there still magazines for customers to share?

The older gentleman that greatest us was very nice. The older lady who did my pedicure seemed grumpy. This was my first time there. The shop had older worn chairs and equipment. The floor was dirty and dusty. The place needs some major house cleaning.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. FRom the start I didn’t receive a friendly greeting. I came for a pedi and no blue tablet, no cleaning(said it was clean), particles in the water, no jacuzzi(price kept falling off), they didn’t have hot water, and they never checked on me after addressing my concerns. I walked out. NEVER AGAIN.

Difficult to understand the tech, foot bowls didnt appear to be sanitized after use, just rinsed out. Never saw any sanitizing solutions for the instruments, they were sprayed down with a solution, which wasnt marked as alcohol, or sanitizing spray. The tech, didnt appear to be focused on what the customer wanted, and didnt listen to customer when customer told tech that the nail was smudged, or a section of the nail was totally missed with color. Tech said the blank spot was skin 😳. The shop was accommodating with doing a mani-pedi an hour before closing, but this will probably be a shop to use only for an emergency.

Walked in asked if they could fit in a full set they said yes I waited about 20 mins the older gentlemen said to sit at his station as I was sitting and he grabbed the polish I wanted an older lady walked in he sat her in the far end he removed my polish started filing them and went to her and starting doing her nails I waited 10mins wondering if he was going to return and finish what he started. Than phone ring he grabs keys and walks out I see him drive off I asked one of the techs if he’s coming back she said 10 mins. I was never given an explanation of what was going on or why he started my nails and left so I left as well. Unprofessional and bad service. I understand when they are busy or doing another person nails or maybe if he had an emergency come up but nothing was explained especially to start someone nails and leave and expect them to sit and wait till your return when I seen you drive off.

Yall look for can she did so good on my hands and feet and she kind of did her thing but go to can shes good

They are not the nicest ppl. I went in there spent almost 200$ and tip them 5$. Most ppl dont even tip. They thought cause they where speaking there language I wouldnt know they where talking about me. Laughed at my tip. Went here on Sunday because my regular place is closed on Sunday. My nails where horrible. Polish was left in the skim around my nails and a clear coat was not put on. Bad service. Wish there was a 0 Star choice?
