I love coming here because of Luisa she makes me feel comfortable and welcomed every single time. Her professionalism and attentiveness is impeccable. I receive endless amounts of compliments when she does my nails. My nails always look perfect thanks to her :)

Finetouch is my default go to for all my nail needs! They do a fantastic job, they’re clean, and kind. You won’t find a better place where they take can care of you with the attention to detail that they have! I’ve been going here for 10+ years and have tried a lot of different places but this one is the best.

Good service from everyone I have gone to so far except billy. he is rude and impolite. Its very unfortunate because he does nails well but he definitely needs to work on his customer service. he wont be getting my money again but fine touch is a good nail salon over all.

I would like to leave a better review, however I was treated with disrespect. Luisa was very rude. I Basically paid to get treated like trash. The whole time I could tell Luisa did not want to do my nails cause I was her last customer who MADE an appointment BTW. She told another technician, “look at all the work I had to do especially for my last customer.” I felt highly uncomfortable the whole time. She even made a very rude remark about my friend who is of black descent.When I got to the car, I noticed all the nail polish under my nails. My nails also look grown out. This is unjustified for $50.

I’m sick of the nasty receptionists. Last time I went was my last straw and decided I Will no longer return. And it’s not just one receptionist every time I see a new face I have some sort of hope. They all sit on their phones and act like you’re a nuisance when it’s time for them to take care of you Which does not require much. If you are looking for a salon with professional service, reasonable prices and ACTUAL APPOINTMENTS, then this is it!!! They have every color you can think of and a huge range of services. You can get a regular pedicure starting at 20 or you can amp it up to a spa pedicure. They have all the latest styles and techniques. I usually go to pinterest pick a style and it is recreated seamlessly. There are also hair services offered such as wash and blow out for 25 on certain days I believe. You just cant go wrong. Its conveniently located right next to the library. There is free parking in the lot on Moore street right behind where Santas used to be and Marks Pizza still is.

My new favorite place for facials!! McKenna was amazing. She gave me suggestions and recommendations on how to get my skin to a better place beyond the facial she was giving me. Left my skin glowing for days!! Will def be back for more facials

I usually dont like leaving bad reviews for nail salons but I was definitely not happy with the service. The nail tech that has assisting me was Yeni Varela. I was on time for my appointment. There is a lot of traffic where the salon is so I parked a couple blocks away. As soon as I walked in the receptionist was so nice. She told me to wait for Yeni. She made me wait for 10 minutes. I dont understand why I booked a time with her if she cant even be on time? Its just rude. And then she wasnt even nice to me. She was on the phone middle of doing my nails and its unprofessional to me on the phone. Then she hung up and proceeded to doing my nails. She was quiet and kept complaining how stiff my hands were. Like lady you are in control, I never had an issue with the other nail salon I went too. And what made me so annoyed was the fact when her phone ring for the 2nd time, she left and said be right back. I just thought she was so rude and not very nice. I have no idea why I tipped her 5 dollars when she didnt deserve it. And to make it worse, she couldnt even match the calm pink i wanted so I settle for another color that was simple. I am never coming back here again. Its not even worth the price.

Good customer service, the shop is always clean and my nail tech Anna is the best!! I get nail designs and my nails last 3 to four weeks.Just make sure you schedule an appointment because they stay busy.

I started coming here around 6 months ago.My nail tech is Luisa shes very creative,attentive to details,clean and professional,I just show her a picture of what I want and shell do her magic adding sometimes her touch which never disappoints.I also appreciate that shes always on point with her appointments.

This is a friendly, clean and modern nail salon in Hackensack. It was my first time visiting. I called at the last minute for 2 simultaneous appointments for manis and pedis. The manager advised she was short handed but squeezed my neice and I in. We were not disappointed. The technicians (Marina and Gabby) were very thorough and gentle. We had an event to attend so we ended up forgoing the pedis. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. When I get a pedi there, I will update my review and post pictures. I will definitely be back!

I got a fill in done by Maira. I came in and showed her a photo of what I wanted, French with some snowflakes. She freestyled the design a little bit which I didn’t complain about because as a nail tech myself I know you always want to make it your own. She then was adding rhinestones to the design which I didn’t ask for and I know rhinestones are typically an additional charge to which she replied “no don’t worry you’re paying for design on each nail so it’s included”. I paid $75 for this fill... $75! I left the salon and was overall happy with my nails. 2 days later one of the rhinestones fell off. (A little back story, I’m 7 months pregnant practically on bed rest so I do nothing at all and there’s no reason for any missing stones or breakage on my nails.) I contacted Maira through Instagram and she told me to come in the next day and she’d put another stone which I did. 2 days later a nail broke, literally just broke right off in the middle I didn’t even feel it pop off. I sent her a photo again on ig to which she replied “omg come monday”. I contacted her Monday to ask what time I could come several hours passed and she didn’t respond so I messaged her again with a question mark. She opened my messages but did not respond. On Tuesday, I messaged her again, she once again read my message but did not respond. On Wednesday, I messaged her again asking “okay so you can’t fix it anymore?” She again read my message and did not respond. She was however very active on Instagram posting all the sets she’d been doing. - So today, Friday, I left a comment on the photo she posted of my set saying what had happened and how she kept reading my messages and not responding. Right away she sent me a message telling me she’s been busy and how she did all my designs without “even charging me what she was supposed to” and proceeded to tell me it was unnecessary for me to comment on her post. (But that’s the only way I was able to get a response from her?) She then deleted my comment and blocked me on Instagram. I’m highly highly disappointed. I feel I’m entitled to at least a partial refund. I will never return to Maira ever again. Is this how she treats all her customers? I’m surprised anyone even returns to her. She charged me $75 for a fill that didn’t even last 4 days... I’ve never paid $75 for a fill and I’ve never charged someone $75 for a fill. How insane. Terrible terrible customer service on her part. You could delete my comment and block me on ig but you can’t delete my review Maira, shame on you.

I’ve Been going to this nail salon for about twelve years. Their device is excellent. Jenny Varela, my nail technician is great. She’s very accommodating, always has new ideas on colors and designs every time I go. I like the products they use. They have Hundredths of colors available. The salon is very clean. I like the fact that they always play music, which creates a positive atmosphere. Makes it easier to relax. Great job!

I visited this place a few days ago and had a full set of acrylic and I love it. The girl who worked on me is named Laura Ospin and she is phenomenal. Definitely my new place to go for my nails. I didnt put 5 stars, because the music is a little to loud for me and a lot of Spanish music . Will be perfect of they lower the volume and a variety of softer music similar to a spa. I will change the rating to 5 stars if the changes are made when I return for my next treatment.

It was my first time getting my nails done here and I’m absolutely in love with the way they came out! I had Martha, she took her time and made sure my nails looked perfect and I could not be happier with the results, I will definitely be coming here from now on!

I am not a picky person... but i wanted to address this.I went to this salon on 03/02/2020.It was my first time there and as a new customer you really hope that the nail tech will do her best to do a good job but this was not the case.I was attended by a lady named Ana, I told her what I wanted and she proceed with my ombré nails.From the very beginning she was like in a rush... I’ve never seen someone work so fast and I thought she had another appointment or something.No customer would ever like to feel someone is rushing and probably not doing a good job and that was what happened.My nails were not coming nice and the shapes were uneven. Not to mention she was being so rough and two of my nails started to bleed! I never had this happening ever. I was so uncomfortable and the day after my nails were hurting.I politely told her I didn’t like how they were coming out and as soon I said “ I feel you’re rushing” she got upset and started speaking in her language.I went today to another place and what a big difference!I will never return to this salon and I would not recommend it to anybody... my experience was not good and I had to speak up bc at the end of the day I’m paying for a service and it should be a whole experience between customer service and quality ofwork.Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE!

Always an amazing job ! I never request anyone specific because everyone is good there. Customer service is great, the only thing I would have to unfortunately complain about is how every time I come in there’s a wait, even after making an appointment. However, they always do so good it’s not something that would stop me from going there ! Highly recommend.

My nails look really good!! The place is clean and Organized. However, I am giving them 3 stars just because my nail tech was kind of rude. Laura was her name, she kept telling me to relax my hand (in a rude way) and told me i was scratching her even though I was not. I will go back for sure but just to a different nail tech. I like nail techs that actually talk and seem to like their jobs.

The salon takes your temperature and requires you to wash your hands before they service you. They have plexiglass dividers around each work station and customer seat. I did an acrylic ombre set with Yeni. She was very good. I showed her a picture from the internet and she was spot on. Very smooth finish.PSA: I booked my appointment online. The prices online do not matter. They do not match the salons prices. Call in advanced if you want to confirm price.

Ladies, do not have Anthony work on your nails! I went in 10 min before my appointment to pick out a color and he didn’t let me look he rushed me to his chair. Then in 20 min. My acrylic fill was DONE!!! He didn’t even look to see if the nails were even. This was my first time at this salon and I will never go to him again

A few of my friends recommended this place and I am extremely disappointed. I had called ahead of time to schedule a full set acrylic for 5pm with LAURA OSPINA. I arrived 10 minutes before and was barely greeted by the receptionist. I had asked her if she had any change for the meters she opened her draw and said no, barely looked. She didn’t even offer a place for me to get change.Then she told me to go to chair 11. When I went to the chair Laura asked if I picked a color. I said no, she said go to the front and pick one. I didn’t know that they didn’t have a color book, and the receptionist never said choose a color. I had been waiting for 5 minutes. I walk back and Laura is on her phone.She asked me what shape and I wanted and then began the rush job. The entire time I felt rushed. She took a total of 45 minutes to do the whole thing. At my regular place a new set takes 1hr 15 min. I kept telling her that it was painful, and she just said sorry but proceeded. She applied way to much pressure while filing with the drill. I was in literal pain.My cuticles were barely taken off. She didn’t apply a base coat for the gel. She also messed up my thumb and tried to add more nail polish, until she saw my face and then started over. My nails are all different shapes and you can tell where the acrylic is thicker on one side of the nail. While I was washing my hands she was packing up and waiting for my tip.The receptionist didn’t even ask how my service was or if I liked it. I called back to voice my concern and she just said come back and her boss “should have a solution” . I’m unable to go on Tuesday because they don’t take appointments after 6, so the next is Wednesday.So disappointed by the lack of time and care the nail technician took to do her job. It was a rushed job and a painful one at that.

Love this nail salon. I been going here for 5 years now and each time I walk out as a happy customer. I love the staff they are all very nice each time I go. The salon itself is a clean salon so I don’t feel grossed out by any thing. My nail tech crystal always does an amazing job on my nails, I can literally show her a picture of what i want and she will do her best to recreate it which if she has the stuff to recreate it it always comes out just like the picture or even better. I have recommended so many of my family and friends to this salon and they all end up loving it. Definitely check the place out if you’re looking for a great quality nail salon.

I had my nails done at this place for the 1st time with Tim. I got a full set done the Tip itself wasn’t glued properly to my real nail, there are gaps in between my real nail and the tip . Like if i showed you my nails you would be like what?!?! It looks nasty. I told the owner i wasn’t happy with the way they came out and how i was concerned that water would filter in between and cause fungus. His response was that he had been doing nails for a long time and “fixed” it by placing crazy glue in the gaps and around my cuticles. Ever since my cuticles have been peeling with the glue and it hurts and they didn’t even clean my cuticles. I will never be coming back. I honestly would like a refund.

So, I have gone a couple of times there to get acrylic nails, and it went pretty well. However, today when I went there I got a woman named Laura Ospina who did my nails so horribly. She left my cuticles very ugly and she also cut two of my fingers with the Electric file. My experience at Fine Touch had never been so bad or painful. Fine touch let me down. I had always recommend people to go there. Not anymore. My nails turned out bad and it had never hurt doing them. I had to pay so much money just to get my fingers cut and my nails even uglier than before. I am very disappointed with fine touch nails. I will continue to go, but make sure that I never get that lady again. This place is actual trash 🗑. No joke, it’s very trashy 🤢🤮

Ahhhhh. Relaxation and talented nail techs equals 1 fine experience. I left another salon that was much closer to my home for this one and I have absolutely no regrets. I have been going to this salon for about 6 months. Initially really liked it because they have a lot of color options for GEL the also have a lot of fun crystals and designs. However for their location, the appearance of the nail salon they are extremely over priced. They charge extra for the shape of your nails. They charge extra for matt top coat when its literally just a top coat they have to apply. I have been on the fence about going back for a while. Then I went to get my nails done today I had an appointment and ended up waiting an hour until I left. Without my nails done. The receptionist in the front is nice but they just dont have customer service of their prices. If Im paying from 40 - 50 dollars for my nails I expect a little bit more.

This place is the worst. You have to call 3x or more for anyone to answer. They act like you’re hassling them just to make an appointment, extremely rude on the phone. The girl huffed and was very short for no reason.I made an appointment anyway and when I got there they all stared at me and then ignored me. No one greeted me or even said they’d be with me shortly. I sat waiting for almost 15 minutes and no one ever said a word or acknowledged me even though I made and appointment. Another woman walked in and they took her right away and refused to even speak to me when I asked how long the wait is and that I had an appointment. I got fed up and walked out. I was no more than 2 stores down the street when I received a text from them saying I was a no show. I don’t care how good or cheap they are, I will never go here and would warn others to avoid it.

She a really good at her job but I have recently had issues with her cancelling appointments. I have had about five/six appointments cancelled on me in a short time frame. I was completely disrespected when I was told my appointment on Valentines day had to be rescheduled since she had to leave early. When I got to the salon at time my appointment was suppose to be she was STILL THERE DOING SOMEONE ELSES NAILS! And said nothing to me which is complete disrespect.

This place is horrible, first when I called to set up the appointment they seemed nice ...but when I got there it was a different story. Some guy did my nails ...a fill in at that and when I told him I wanted a new set, he said we didnt have time. They only give u 1hr appointments here and they dont tell u that upfront. I always get gel nail polish so this time around the guy never put a base gel coat that your supposed to put before u put the actual color on, so my gel polish that I paid $40 peeled in two days .... when I called the lady was rude and said to come for a new set and I would be charged. Save your money !!! Dont go theres better salons around. Apparently theres 1 good people in that shop but they are always booked And you cant set up an appointment...

I got my nails done a few times there. I had to wait like 3 hours.. The tips that i got put on didnt even last a week. I went back and they looked at me like i was crazy.. they are very rude.. My fingers overrall are small. They are very impatient with me and the guys are rough. Its not worth it ... they are very rude to people..

I wanted to get my nails done for a special occasion. Upon leaving the salon, I realized that my nails were bumpy and weren’t at all what I expected. I’m disappointed.

They have TONS of colors to choose from if youre getting a gel manicure. They are typically fast but there are a few people who like to really take their time. Good price, they just dont let you add tip on the card, so make sure to have cash.

Excellent service... Luann was my nail tech and she was attentive to detail and extremely personable. Even the manager was welcoming and accommodating. I appreciate the atmosphere, its classy! Very clean and they offer services like microblading too (I havent tried yet but will be soon) And I love the fact that I can make an appointment via the Vagaro App!

I was kind of worried of coming here since it was my first time and i was not disappointed! laura did an amazing job on my nails. i had an appt and only had to wait about 5 mins. she did my nails exactly how i wanted and they came out beautiful. for tip fill in gel only $30 so good prices too. thank you and i cant wait to come back!!

My spot! I go to Crystal for my nails and Sandy for my pedis and eyebrows. I’m very picky and annoying with it but NEVER have a complaint because they both go above and beyond. Crystals shaking is always on point and she’s really really good with drawing designs and rhinestone designs. She always has a new idea when I walk in. Sandy always makes sure she gets any ingrown out and your toe nail shape is perfect and even. Same with the eyebrows. She’s good with re shaping and giving a nice clean look. I live 30 minutes away from the salon and don’t ever think about changing salons. I don’t mind the commute if I know I’m going to walk out with exactly what I want. I’m always getting compliments on my nails and eyebrows and on my toes in the summer so that makes it even better lol.

Unprofessional staff. I made an appointment online with someone and when I got there, no one told me she wasnt there and someone else had to do my nails. Online I did the manicure first and following was the pedicure with the same person. Someone else did my pedicure and i got the impression she didnt really want to do my feet. When she was cutting my toe nails she found an ingrown nail and instead of her cutting it, she pulls and turns it. I told her it hurts and she said do I want it out or not. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I made a complaint with the receptionist (lady with freckles) espically since they wanted my cousin to go to the same person. She told me i understand what u are saying but if she wants to get a pedicure then she has no choice but to go to her. MIND YOU, WE NEVER SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS LADY. Never going back again. They lost a customer. I simple explanation of why I was waiting so long and telling me that my person wasnt there would have been great. Offer to reschedule with someone else if i didnt want to stay.

I scheduled an appointment through a booking app via the website. I read reviews and did some research since I was looking for a new nail salon. Service and work of my tech was excellent, no question. Soaked and filed off SnS (powder dip), prepped and installed a full UV gel (no tip) set all in under an hour. Fabulous work.However, the pricing on the website said $45, add another $10 for a simple 2 rhinestone detail on the ring fingers. When I went to the reception desk to pay I was told $72!!!When I asked why the price wasnt $55 as advertised for the work I had done, I was told that Billys prices are different. Now how am I supposed to know that different techs have different pricing when its not even hinted at on the site?!Though I am completely satisfied with the quality of work I received, the pricing issue really left a bad impression on me and how casually she stated that its pretty much the same thing. No maam. $45 is NOT the same as $72. Should be more transparent with this information. Especially since its what is listed/advertised.

I like the fact they really do a great job on your nails... I have my friends and family go there for that reason alone!!! There customer services need alot of work Jason the manager have a cocky demeanor never smile... Lou I do not like him at all he have the nerve to cancel my appointment for no reason whatsoever!!! The rest of technician are fine so far... But Jason and Lou need a couple classes in customer services...

HORRIBLE! I was cut 3x (that cut on my thumb, on my middle finger, and pinky). I originally wanted a design and it looked like it was done by myself. I then asked the worker to please change it to the solid color because I did not like them. She got upset at me and told me she couldnt do it because she didnt have time. At this point I told her I was not leaving the nail salon with my nails with an ugly design. She told me she would change it back to a solid color but would change me extra (I paid $66). I told her i didnt care. She seemed like she was in a rush so she left my nails bumpy. NEVER AGAIN! her name was Maira by the way. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I don’t care how great they maybe at doing nails, their staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never give my money to any establishment that treats their customers like an issue. I walked in today and waited for a for a while. No one greeted me or asked how I could be helped. A few ladies were sitting around, they looked at me and said nothing. Finally someone walked up to the desk to grab a polish color. I politely asked, if they were booked. She shrugged her shoulder and said I don’t know. I walked out.
