First time customer I had a gel fill for my nails and a pedicure. They did a perfect job! My nails have never looked nicer, I am definitely going to be a regular. Everyone was very nice as well.

Spa pedicure is one of the best that I have experienced. Reasonable pricing as well. They were able to get my gel manicure done while doing my pedicure too, which I appreciate because I was limited with time. Thank you Heaven Nails & Spa!!

I’ve been on the hunt for a really great nail salon in NJ. I thoroughly like this place. The employees are friendly and super efficient.

I came in for a new acrylic set. They did a certain type of gel which I wasn’t aware of and she had to shape my nails for a hour and a half. I asked if this was acrylic and they told me it was when it clearly was not. I had to pay $80 for a “full set” and am not satisfied at all with my nails.

I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Heaven Nails establishment. There is no customer focus, the nails look disgusting, each nail is different shape with gel stains. Ladies use nozzles clogged with the material for removing the gel polish, also none of them are trained nail techniques. Everyone is in rush and nobody cares how your nails are going to turn out. My cuticles just a raw skin. Im honestly worried for their customers because its easy to get infected. Worst service ever!!!

I made my appointment for a regular manicure with a simple design and pedicure I showed the girl the picture of what I wanted and she did a terrible job. I should have walked out when I saw the dead roach on the floor. The shape wasn’t right, I asked her to fix it and even showed her the picture again and still didn’t do what I wanted. Not only that but the nails were not even or uniform. Then she finished painting and tells me to go dry with out even doing the design. And when I asked her about it she seemed confused as if I hadn’t been showing the picture throughout the whole time I was there. Someone else had to come do the design, which came out bad because it was rushed. Not only was I dissatisfied, I was there for 2 hours! I didn’t even get gel or anything it was regular polish. I was very unhappy with this place. Maybe I just got a bad person but I will not be going back.

I love this place! My friend had been telling me to try it for the longest and I was so hesitant. I can’t believe I waited so long! Judy and Colleen have both done my nails now and they both were amazing. My nails came out thin, even, and the uv gel did not burn like it does at every other place. They constantly asked me if I was ok or if I liked how they were turning out. You can tell that they care about their job so much and they’re so considerate of their clients! Serena, I think is the manager and she always remembers people’s names and is so friendly. The pedicure ladies are so thorough and really clean my feet (they get any ingrown nails that may hurt too)! 감사합니다

Every one is sweet! The owner Serena is so accommodating.My natural nails have been restored by Pauline to beautiful health after prior bad gels, filli-ins etc.Pedicures by Marina and rest of the girls are wonderful.

Sadly, I pd tolls and drove about 45 min. to get to this highly rated salon. I was in the area earlier and searched salons near me. This seemed to be the best bet. I called to see when the soonest would be that I could get in for a fill. 4:00 was next available. I had things to do all over NJ as well as in NYC. I called when I got stuck in the city and knew I wouldnt be able to make it by 4. The gal was very nice and scheduled me for 6. I arrived on time. The place wasnt as nice as I had anticipated. It was busy and there was friendly chatter w/ regulars. The woman who I was told to sit across from was not warm or friendly. She eventually complained about being tired but said little else. She seemed annoyed with having to do my simple acrylic fill w/ gel polish. She was rude and didnt do an exceptional job to at least justify enduring the time I was forced to sit with her. The place was busy and the woman handling the phone as well as tending to customers nails, was friendly in a professional, as needed way and beyond that with the customers she knew. I was then shocked to be charged $50 for my fill. I pd the $45 cash deal and fled to the trashy parking lot to the warmth and solitude of my car. I will not be returning and would not recommend the place to a friend. There are so many options in NJ, this one was painfully ruled out for me.

I had been going there for a few months. I was recently there and 3 nails broke within less than a week. Both pointers completed cracked in half causing my nail to bleed. My thumb broke at work and was bleeding as well. Another $100+ down the drain. I will not be going back and I suggest you do the same.

I have been a client at Heaven Nails for nearly 2 years now. Because I bite my nails and always have, I have always been bothered about how ugly they looked. At Heaven Nails I get a great manicure every single time and this helped me stop biting.The owner and staff are welcoming and professional. The entire place is always CLEAN too. During the pandemic they are taking safety precautions very seriously and that makes me comfortable continuing to go there. Im never disappointed.

It really depends on what nail you get. Some change the pricing for the same service every time you, Some let you chose what color you would like and the owner demands what color would look best on you. Some are great and Some just pretend that they will give you what you want after clarifying five times. Its hit or miss

Attending this nail salon is like going to a spa for your feet and hands...especially your feet! I love love love how they include a hot stone massage as part of their regular pedicure package...you can’t beat that! They also do an amazing job at making sure your feet are as soft as possible by the end of the pedicure. All of the nail technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and caring but I especially recommend Pauline for an even longer lasting gel manicure. I have been attending here for over 5 years and I feel so relaxed by the end of my experience.I do notice a few reviews saying how the aesthetic of the place is not the best...true, BUT it is clean, organized, taken care of, and they follow all COVID protocols. It is not a fancy place but I have been to boujiee places that charge way more that don’t even come close to the quality pedicures I get here. I also love that they don’t try to shove expensive packages down my throat like other places I have been to...I highly recommend!

The friendliness of the team and their interactions w everyone who entered - many who seem to be long-time, loyal customers - is THE saving grace of this nail salon. They KNOW what customer service is. Unfortunately, the nail work I received leaves much to be desired.UPDATE: As of day 8, 6 of 10 nails have chipped. The point of SNS powder is to add nutrients, yet the nail tech insisted using what looked like crazy glue was necessary to make the lacquer last, I should trust her. Although I called SAME DAY to have the work repaired, I decided it was not worth my time. Theyve told me who they are and I believe them.

I absolutely love this salon because of the workers personality, cleanliness, all the services. I love the warm rocks they massage you with on your feet. I am a mom of 3 boys and this salon is definitely my go to place for ME time! I feel safe getting services from this salon especially during this pandemic! Amy is so sweet & does amazing work on my nails which is hard to do because I have oily nail beds but she has made it work out for me. I got gel extension and she does amazing work. It lasts long and very strong!

I’ve used Heaven Nail for quite a few years and they’ve gone through different owners. The new owner Serena...she is a breath of fresh air. When she talks she sounds like she is singing ☺️. I get mani/pedis. I used to get tips but since Covid Iblike my gel manicure. I also like spa pedicures. On my opinion, Heaven gives the best pedicures in the area. My daughter thinks so too.I have a habit of breaking nails. Serena or one of her workers will fix. I always try to give them a few extra dollars because they lost a lot of money being closed because of the virus. I want Serena and her staff at Heaven nails to win. They are all dedicated and pleasant to be around.I encourage you to give Heaven a shot. You won’t be sorry. Serena probably won’t know who gave this review because of my google name but she knows me very well. I just left with a broken nail that Serena fixed 😊

I have been coming here for years. Always excellent service. Reasonable prices. Made sure to put in extra safety features when reopening after COVID. Appointments only right now but have never had trouble getting in. Have recommended multiple friends and coworkers who also love it here.

Excellent service! Serena and her crew are fabulous. Aimee does my color gel manicure and she does a great and consistent job. I am never disappointed. Karen does my spa pedicures and she is a treasure. The entire staff are very friendly and welcoming.

They were very pleasant. However, seemed very unsanitary. We originally were booked for a mani pedi but when I saw the pedicure area the women simply was housing down the basin that was just previously used without properly sanitizing. In addition, it smelled like sewage.As my friend was already started on her manicure I decided to at least do a manicure. I decided to try the dip nails. At one point they used a nail grinder and they passed it back and forth to one another and didn’t sanitize it between my friend and I. At one point, one of the salon workers went to grab the same clipper she used on my friend to use on me. The manicure itself was bubbly and thick- almost like overpainting your nails and having thick bubbles. It was not cheap either for the manicure $42 total. I don’t think I will be going back.

Since Serena has taken over this salon, I feel the service and ambiance of Heaven Nails has gotten so much better. She is so friendly and grateful for our business.Most importantly, she treats her employees with respect. I know that does not make a good or bad manicure, but it makes the experience a lot nicer. They fixed it and the next day the same thing happened, I went back to show them and they accused me of picking the polish off... REALLY!!!! You be the judge

The team is very professional, kind, and friendly. They work carefully and efficiently. A french gel pedicure as around $50 which is a little expensive and a french gel manicure around $35 which is competitive.Currently if you pay cash you receive 10% off the services.

Wonderful SNS manicure by Michelle. She tried very hard to get the powder gel color to match my pedi by using a white under the sheer pink they offer. One of the few places in the area to offer SNS. Everyone was tremendously polite.

My friend and I went to get our nails done- she got a gel manicure and I got a full gel set. Both nail technicians, Serena and Jackie, were really nice and super helpful. Jackie was really detailed and careful doing my set so that they came out perfect! Appreciated because I can be a little particular about the shape of my nails. Also, they include gel polish with the gel set and fills which is awesome because their prices are already really reasonable. Will 100% go back!

This place is clean and orderly, with incredibly comfortable seating that offers back massages while youre being pampered. The staff is cordial and amiable.Talia provided the Pedicure/Foot Massage service and what an exceptional service it was. My Daughter enjoyed her massage & pedicure...in other words, she had the royal treatment. Talia did a superb job.Serena did the manicure part. She was very gentle and professional. I love heaven nails! I am so picky about my nails but they do a fantastic job! They are always accommodating and even stay later to make sure my nails get done! They never rush you and the staff is so nice! I recommend them to all my friends!

I thought I found my nail place, but after skipping me taking someone before me then waiting an hour till they was able to take me again. They messed up my nails so bad, I am not able to do anything with out my nails ripping and breaking. Never Again.

Heres a Covid-19 review lol.Went back today after they opened on June 22nd. I called and made an appointment (as now required). Went in, and there was 1 other person getting a manicure. I was seated for my pedicure right away. Pedicure was great, as usual.Now on the the important stuff:For the manicure station, they have heavy, clear plastic sheets partitioning off each section where the seats are. They also have plexiglass walls between you and the manicurist, with a hole you slide your arms in so they can do your nails.In the pedicure station, there are dividers that partition each seat. Of course, there is nothing between you and the pedicurist, but everyone had on masks so we should be safe.I admit, I was nervous about going in due to the on-going pandemic. But Heaven Nails definitely make safety a priority. Keep up the good work!

My wife came here about the a month ago. She said they did her nails perfectly and it was at a good price. We came back with my oldest daughter who was 15 and I now realised why they had a good time.

Not sure how to rate this salon. I first should start off by giving credit where it’s due. All the women who do pedicures are very sweet, and do an amazing job. However, the rest of the workers, is why I am leaving a poor review. A friend of mine recommended this place and I was pleasantly surprised to find I got a $20 pedicure, with hot rocks and a little thing for your heel. As time went on, each visit got worse. The owner is extremely rude, she is always rushing the girls who are giving pedicures, when it is obvious they are trying their best. If the owner just followed by appointments, she wouldn’t need to rush the poor girls. In addition to always having a wait EVEN after making an appointment, the owner was full-on fighting with a customer. A lady came in complaining about how her nails chipped after one day, instead of just fixing the nails as a courtesy, she compared them to her own. I was appalled at the way a business owner handled a situation. It disrupted the entire salon, and she should be embarrassed and ashamed of herself. The way she treats not only customers, but her own employees- is absolutely ridiculous. I feel sorry for the young girls that give the pedicures, no one should deal with the way their boss acts. They won’t be getting my business any longer. should take a few lessons on customer service

Great customer service. I go there twice a week and they treat me as a star customer. Greets me by name, takes care of me right away, and my gel manicures always come out great(only $25!) Definitely recommend.

My cousin and I had a terrible day. We had been in the hospital with our grandmother, and just wanted to get our nails done to relax. Not expecting more than a manicure, we got much more than we paid for. The staff was welcoming, friendly, supportive, talented and attentive. The price was too low for the quality. My cousin got a gel manicure and I got a gel fill— both done exceptionally. I would actually make the hour and a half drive to come here in the future. Highly recommend!

Some of the ladies who does gel manicures are not trained nail technicians and are allowed to practice on your. I went to get a gel manicure and it was not done properly i complained to the owner, who had to redo manicure with assistance from one of the girls. The owner is very rude and disrespectful, rush to complete the job and then asking me to give the lady who didnt do my nails properly a tip i refuse and the owner katie actually tell me she didnt want to see me there again. Katie says if i want my nails to be done nicely I have to give tip. I could not believe a business owner would behave in such manner. I do not recommend this place.

Quality work for the right price.

Im writing this review on behalf of my mom and she wanted to recommend this salon to everyone. My Mom also referred by her friend and she said ladies there are exceptionally friendly and impressed of their skills on pedi & mani.

Incredibly nice and welcoming staffs. Ive been getting my nails done for 6 months and have never been disappointed.

My best advice is save your money and go somewhere else.I went here for a full gel set and the woman doing my nails, Ana, glued tips onto my real nails instead of using a mold. $70 and 2 weeks later the glue didn’t adhere to my nail, causing the nail to lift where the tips were placed, and my nails began to fall off. I called to have them fixed and they complained about the time i could come in. They fixed my nail with a mold and i got a fill in for $45. i was happy with it even tho the shape was a little different than the rest of them.When i come back from my trip, more of the nails had fallen off. I called to make an appointment and had a much more flexible schedule so we agreed at 9 am on a Saturday. I get there at 9 and they look at my nails. By this time i figured i should just get a fill in and they suggested getting a whole new set “because it’s time.” I asked them what they meant seeing as the nail set was hardly a month and a half old, and i had a fill in since then. They tried to explain to me that my nails outgrew the set and insisted i just had them for too long. I replied that doesn’t make sense and the woman rolled her eyes at me.I spoke with Serene who asked me if i could come back later. I said no because i had an appt at 9!!! That’s the point of an appointment! She said she’d do my nails, i was happy with that. She said she wouldn’t charge me for a full set and i was happy with that too.Serene applies a gel set with a mold and then proceeds to ask me to move to a different station. She whispered in my ear that they’re Korean and they’re not trying to scam me. They don’t do that. And she wants me to trust her. She then sits me down with Ana, AGAIN, and says to show her what i wanted (a red French manicure) and she said okay. Ana then asked if she knew what i was being charged because it’s going to be $60. I get up and ask Serene about the price and she explained “the fill in is $50 bc of the gel (i always got gel so that didn’t make sense), and with a gel French manicure it’s $10 more.” I was livid seeing that the prices here are CONSTANTLY changing.And it turned out that Ana doesn’t know how to do French manicures in the first place! She painted my nail a pale pink, then tried to swipe the red nail polish on the tips but the lines were horrible; all over the place and crooked. I said the lines look really bad and she got a thin line brush but didn’t know how to use it and so the polish was uneven and the line just looked bad.I used to come here often but they’re just getting worse and worse. They’re def scamming and changing the pricing on their customers and their work is incredibly inconsistent.I forgot to mention: Ana filed all of my nails on an angle so they looked crooked and so i ended up filing my nails MYSELF to make them look correct.UPDATE:They responded to my review and said that I damaged my own nail and that they fixed it for free to be nice. This is incorrect.My nail fell off while tying my shoe and was already the SECOND NAIL to have fallen off so easily. I work an office job where I do not use my hands roughly and I take care of my nails with GREAT CARE. The fact that they REFUSE to acknowledge that they did a horrible job just goes to show you that they refuse to take responsibility for themselves. They fixed this nail when I got a fill-in the first time, and ignored the nails that I showed them were lifting, and just applied gel on top of it.Secondly, I came in to fix the 4 nails that fell off and asked for a FILL IN instead, and they then coaxed me into getting a full set under the guise that I would be charged for a FILL-IN instead of a FULL SET.Never in my 27 years of life have I EVER had this many issues with a nail salon or a full set. I completely see why my friends have STOPPED going there a LONG TIME AGO. They are out of their minds to think Im going to waste my time going to their salon AGAIN.

The acrylic nail quality is good but I had asked for ombré nails and she just gave me plain white nails, even though i had kept the picture of what i wanted on the table the whole time. When I asked why my nails weren’t ombré her excuse was that she thought i had meant the nails shape in the picture not the actual colors. At the beginning I asked her, “Is it still $70 with the ombré?” as I was pointing at the picture and she said yes. At the end, when i told her that I had wanted ombré she said “I’ll take this set off and give you ombré for $85”. At that point I was outraged. Not only did I spend and hour and half to get my nails done already, but she still wanted to charge me. I ended up sticking with the white nails (which are also crooked) and paid $70 for something i didn’t even ask for. I’m very disappointed because I wasted $70 for something I didn’t even want. The area around my nails is very messy. My cuticles are also very red and there is just raw skin. I am worried that the skin there is going to get infected. My cuticles hurt very very much and I cannot wait to get my acrylics off.

I like this place a lot been going for a long long time very courteous staff. They get you in there as soon as possible even if its crowded. Their pedicures last me a while.

Worst experience. The girl who scrubbed my foot used the pumice scrub so hard I started bleeding from the bony areas at the side of my foot.She also clipped off too much of the side edge of my big toe nail (I dont even have ingrowns!) and it throbbed that night and was sore for 2 days during my vacation.Paint job had bubbles too. Ugh...!!Suzy Q in rochelle park is always consistent and never disappoints me.

The spa pedicures are great, Rosa and the girls really go above and beyond. As for the gel manicures do not waste your time or money. 4 times in a row after 3 days yhe gel peeled right off. Also, do not go to Jessica. She is extremely rude and has a very bad attitude. She speaks to customers as if they are below her. Just terrible.

Horrible, they don’t have sterile equipment, they don’t soak your nails before cutting cuticles because they’re rushing you, I paid 10 dollars for shaping of my nails and gel soak,. These Asian nail salons need to be taught a lesson on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not recommend at all.

Do not waste your money here. I went here in April 2017 In getting a manicure, the manicurists drilled my nails to the point i could feel the burn of the drill. A manicure should not hurt nor burn. To this day my nails are extremely weak, brittle, dry. Its to the point that if I have my nails too long, the nail itself can bend backwards, painful! Do not go here!!

I do not recommend this place to anyone, the first time I went to this place it was a Saturday and it was the worst manicure I have ever had! The next day, my two thumbs begin to peel off, so I called the following week; I also, should add that one person who start to work on your nails, but a second person finishes the job, same thing with the pedicure, so your not only have to tip the one who starts, but you end up giving tips to four people, plus the cost. So I went back to the lady who did my nails to she can fixed it, same thing again, one person did part of the touch-up and a second finished the retouching, but as soon as I got home the retouching came out again, and two days later, all my nails started to peel off. I will never go to Heaven Nails ever again!

Terrible, I will never go there again. The place is filthy and needs to be cleaned. I asked for a pedicure and wound up paying extra for some callous remover that I never asked for.

I used to go to this place for years, until I moved. In that time frame the management changed. I was there on 5/14/17 with a friend. The service was very fast, a little overcrowded but pretty fast. Unfortunately my friend didnt have much luck and the pedicure lady scraped the skin of his feet making it bleed.My friend did not want to make a big deal about it because the girl could loose her job, when I asked the girl what happened, the girl just said That the feet were too long in the water and thats why he bled when she did the pedicure. No apologies, no nothing was done.2 days later he is still limping.For sure I will never go back to that place.
