Bad review because owner is a thief...prices marked are not what they charge. Price for nails is not the same as price for pedicures although they have different price menu for both. Wanted a simple polish change, listed at $7 under nails menu, not under pedicure or manicure menu.. yet i was charged $10 plus tip. Is not a lot, but its the principle of them ripping you off right to your face.

Bad bad BAD experience here. Came in to get a basic gel manicure. they were quick to seat me which I was pleased about. they soaked the previous gel color for about twenty minutes when two girls came in. just as they were walking in, the nail technician was preparing to remove the foils on my nails. the one girl started saying how she had UV gels she needed filled in and everyone stopped and flocked to her side. they then turned to me and asked me to GET UP out of the seat, which I had already made myself comfortable in, to sit this girl down and get started on her nails right away. I then sat for ANOTHER twenty minutes till another technician finished with her customer. they then made me get up YET again (moving all my things with wrapped fingers of course) so she could get started. I had to ask repeatedly for her to fix the shape, each time she stated she knew what she was doing (which she didnt seem to) at the end, I will say my nails came out nicely, but the fact that I was there for almost two hours, played musical chairs, and was put second to customers that came in after me, I certainly felt like my money could have been better spent elsewhere. I will not be returning.

1 review1.0 star rating 11/28/2016I decided to go here because it was close to my house, and I needed something done fast. I had never been in this place. All the 1-2 star reviews are correct. The owner is rude at best. She was not very inviting. The young woman who did my nails had to make soooo many corrections and clean up my cuticles. Further, I got a gel manicure...the final clear coat was not applied well.The best part of this story is that the operator made three of my cuticles bleed, leaving them tender and sore. Further, I got an infection from the utensils used...on one of those fingers that was hurt. I realized when I left, the operator did not use a new pack of utensils and I do not recall her cleaning them.I will never ever go there again, I highly recommend that no one else go there

Never again I am wasting my $30 dollars. Worst experience ever. The owner is rude and has the worst attitude. She acted like she didnt want to do my nails... And I got gel manicure which literally looks worst than regular manicure. I never give anyone bad review, but I felt like I just got robbed at this place. Never again!!!! I rather do my nails at home.

Very rude staff/manager people (not the girls). The only good thing is that they are open on Sundays. But please find somewhere else to go. They dont know how to treat their customers!

The pedicure ladies are very sweet but it takes forever for your nails to dry because they have old equipment that barely blows.

Sandra is the best, my sister and I, were going to this place for years. You get great service, highly recommended, always innovative, new techniques, makes you really feel good, relaxed.

First I called to see if they were open and asked about soaking my nails and doing them over. She said I should make an apt. I decided to walk into the salon right after and there was only one other customer there. The lady first told me they dont use acrylic so I asked her if they use something else. She acted as if she didnt even want to do my nails for me. Then she told me they dont soak nails, that I should go somewhere else to soak them and then come back. Very very rude, will never go there again.

Much better than 2 years ago. Customer service and nail jobs are improved.

I love that they do a real manicure in addition to the gel. Very nice.

This place is clean and the staff is friendly. They open on Sundays which is perfect for me.

Ive never a bad comment about them, they are really good compare to other places because they do a real pedí and mani there. And the staff is very nice and professional, not the owner she looks rude to me.
