Horrible! I went in there they didn’t even ask what I want or needed. I just sat there for 1 HOUR & half so they can tell me after they don’t have time to do my nails only time to do a pedicure because somebody else is coming in with an APPT!!! Horrible place ! I left right away to another place! Please don’t go to this place ! Waste of your time & money! I seen the horrible reviews but I wouldn’t think it was that bad! Until I actually went myself & notice how horrible it was when I went in today!!!

I got a manicure and she finished it in 3 minutes without even cleaning under my nails or cutting them neatly, nor did she apply a clear coat at the end when i asked her to. On top of that my girlfriend got a pedicure and asked for french tip and she only painted them pink. Terrible customer service, and extremely rude

Worst nail center i’ve ever been My God! I requested an acrylic filling, when I arrived the asian lady (who I think is the owner of the business) decided to do an uv gel without asking my permission and once i notice she wasn’t using acrylic i asked her what is this?? This is not acrylic!? And she stated and i quote “uv gel is so much better never goes yellow” so I immediately asked if it was the same price as the acrylic filling and she said yes so im like ok go ahead then. After confronting her she then proceeded to remove everything in a way she thought I wasn’t going to notice but i sure did notice. She painted my nails with uv gel nail polish 3 times i guess to try and cover the fact that she removed the whole product off my nails and charged 40 dollars! I didn’t say anything because she barely understood english so i wasn’t going to waste my time.(i requested a simple design like french nails but instead of straight i wanted it on the side like a diagonal line and she said she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have the spray machine and that was the only way to do it, i literally said nothing else than okay)I Paid the whole price and tipped her but im never going back and i hope you guys get to read this and DON’T GO EVER! And i obviously didn’t take any pictures because you know how nasty they looked! K bye.

This Chinese Lady was really rude and unprofessional. She just put regular nail polish on my nail didn’t file nor clean. And she kept forcing us that you have to give tip which is not right to be forcing someone for a tip and charging us double. She shouldn’t be working there.

To be honest the place is clean but the workmanship is horrible. I went in for a acrylic fill in and the owner did gel which I didnt mind but she took forever to do my nails and told me they would last 3weeks... they didnt even last 3 days. I went back to have her fix them and she gave an attitude b/c I didnt make an appointment, which I felt I didnt need one since they broke so soon. After just 2 day the same nail she fixed broke again...I DO NOT recommend this place.

Zero customer service. I was just there and left because they ignored me. I sat for 20 minutes no one said hello, what are you getting done? Nothing they just ignored me. Hands down the absolute worse nail salon!!!..

Worse nail place ever I was with my aunt getting out nails done and when the owner told me she was ready for her I sat down waiting for her to finish my gel nails. It usually takes in other places about 30 mins but she was too quick so they were ugly and she even made me bleed.

I have never even gone in here before I called and asked how much is it for a pedicure before I could finish my sentence she interrupted me and said rudely I can’t tell you price, come in and find out and then hung up on me. I suggest not talking to people like that just lost a costumer

Worst service I ever had. The owner did my gel manicure and she was in such a rush my nails looks horrible She was worried about everyone else in the shop and what they were doingI will never go back there again. Dont know why you make an appointment of you are not taken at the time. I had my nails done on August 29 gel and by Sunday I left on my cruise and it was already peeling off. By Monday 9/3 nothing on my nails. Never going there again

Ive been going to Eve nails for over 10 years . I always See Jessica. Well I called this week and was informed that Jessica is no longer there.. this new owner is terrible !!

I was very hesitant to go here, because the reviews were so bad and I thought maybe they had a bad day. Nope. I went for acrylics, she filed my nails so bad that I had cuts on three of my fingers. The color was a royal blue but she did not think it would suit me good, I kept the color and she clearly got mad. The acrylics felt so cheap and bad. they were bumpy, the color was put on terribly and she left my fingers bleeding. one nail fell off the next day, worst place ever

The tech filled up the sink asked me to sit and I put my feet in the water. Another customer came in said something, apparently she had called. The owner proceeds to tell me oh sorry you have to wait.... MY FEET WERE IN THE WATER!!!! If she was booked she could have said that when I asked.In my opinion very bad way to run a business I wont ever go there again

Worst ever! I walked in during a weekday in the afternoon it wasnt too busy so I decided to get a gel manicure and a pedicure However, before seating I asked do you use OPI and do you have the same colors to match my toes. They said seated me to a pedicure-picked out my color. Not once did they soak my polish off after I requested twice. Oh and did I mention cold/cool water for a pedicure. Now its time for my toes to get painted and the colors I picked they dont have. The girl doing my feet couldnt speak English the other 2 workers acted like they were too busy to assist. I walked out toes unpainted nails still needing a manicure. I wont be back EVER!

I went on Sunday 8/9/15 and it looks like they are changing owners again. Horrible experience. I had an appointment with Gina - who usually does my nails, when I asked Ari where Gina was, I was told shes out sick. Well, I would have believed it until another customer walked in and her manicurist wasnt there and she asked one of the other workers where her manicurist was and they said shes out sick. Hard to believe that...but they seemed in disarray and instead of a 45 minute gel fil-in with Gina, I had a 1 and 1/2 hour fill in that was horrible. She was so busy doing everything else BUT my nails. Hardly a relaxing Sunday manicure. Good Bye Eve Nails....was nice knowing ya.

I really want to give ZERO stars. Had a split nail too deep into my nailbed to clip off. Walked in, greeted a lady (owner?) and asked if she could drop ONE LITERAL DAB of krazy glue on it for a couple of bucks. She rudely stated no, only manicure and pedicure. Floored at the response, but also ensuring she understood my request, I asked again. Got the same rude answer as before to which I replied, okay, lady and walked out. I would NEVER spend a dime here nor even recommend them if they were the last shop in town. The time it took for her to be rude and obnoxious, she couldve given me the ONE drop of krazy glue, collected a couple of dollars for her effort, and gained some new customers in my family and I. Trash place.

This place is the worse nail salon ever. I walked in this morning and asked to get a mani and pedi done and the owner was extremely rude and said that I had to wait an hour to two hours to come back later because she had someone coming in at 10:30 and the customer she was taking care of was getting into the questions I was asking her, that lady is extremely rude and she shouldnt even have a business turning down customers like why even own a business? she needs help especially with her English and customer service. Ive never met such a rude and upright women before nor have I ever had anyone turn down business. DONT EVER GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TURNED DOWN AND GET EMBARRASSED.

The owner should have her license taken away. She does NOT know how to handle clients and I am surprised she is still in business. She hangs up on you when you try to make an appointment and yells at people in front of the whole entire store if they have a complaint. My mother had warned me against going to this location, but it was convinient. My whole family has boycotted this location. How do you earn money?!

12/23/15 I was a long time customer, NOT anymore ! Since there is new ownership the salon went down hill fast. The owner screamed at an employee in front of everyone and treated her like she was garbage. A lot of customers were upset by this including me. She even slapped the co-workers hand when she wasnt folding the warm towels correctly. This place should be shut down !! The new owner has no respect for anyone! Go elsewhere...

I went to New Eve Nail last week to get a mani and pedi. I didnt have to wait long to get my nails done which was good since I was in a rush. The lady who did my nails and toes was nice and did a pretty good job. Compare to other nail salons Ive been to, this had the best atmosphere, it was nice a cool inside and looked like they really took care of the store well. I would recommend this place to my friends and will be back myself.

New owner is extremely rude to customers and employees. She was straight out yelling to her workers, I felt so bad for them.Will never return to this place energy was uncomfortable and felt like as if I was bothering the owner when Im the one paying to get a service.

So I go in for the first time paid 72 dollars for tips w. Gel nail polish. I Show a pic of the style I want I express to them that if Im paying 70 buks I. Hope they are strong and last at least the 2 weeks.3 days later my nail falls off. The style I chose was so nice instead I got big square nails that I hate. Then i go back 3 days later to get it fixed she says ok just sit n wait 30 mins later never mind youll have to come back in 4 days when the person who did your nails is in. Im not a confrontational person so I said ok and walked a way I do sales for Epic Signs and awnings so now Im meeting clients w broken missing ugly nails. Tomorow is the day Im supposed to go back. And I will go back just for this last time. I want my nails fixed by them cause I paid them way too much. But after that I will not return. What an awful experience....Its like its my fault that they obviously do not have the professionalism it takes to do nails properly. Sucks I never do my nails I treat my self once pay top dollar and 3 days later my nails look worse then when i do them myself.

Today I had the worst experience ever!!!! The owner was very rude to me. She is very racist with Latinos/Hispanics because she says we are tingy and dont give tips! I went there today cause they have manicure&pedicure for $20.00 (regular price is $29.99). The problem was that she wasnt doing a proper job with my nails so I asked her to cut some skin around my fingers. Right after that, she yelled oh gosh! And she said I was being very annoying because I wasnt paying the regular price!!! In other words, I had no right to claim anything because it was an offer! Can you imagine that?

Worst nail salon ever went to get my nails done the owner suggested that I get gel because it last long so I did she rushed the entire time and two days later the gel was falling off will never go back!

I tried to have my nails fixed. The place was literally empty, and I think the owner told me they were busy and to come back like in an hour. She was really nasty and not client friendly at all.
