I have found my forever nail home! Hands down best shop around! They are friendly, fast and efficient! Dare I say Steve is damn near a perfectionist and I LOVE IT! Kelly did an amazing job on my toes and was friendly and kind! They noth made sure I was enjoying the service throughout the whole experience. Their prices are reasonable and apparent (no wondering how much anything cost). They even vlean up your cuticles 🥰! This place is a must try, just make sure to make your appointment and choose all the services you want so the time is blocked off for you!

This was my first time coming here and my nail tech was Peter and he did a good job! The staff was very friendly and there are lots of color options. My only complaint is that I made an appointment, arrived on time, but wasn’t seen until 40 minutes later. I did come on a Saturday so I’m not upset about it and was told they were short 3 people. Hopefully next visit won’t have so long of a wait...I’ll definitely be back!

This is the 4th time that I’ve made an appointment and had to wait almost an hour to get in the nail chair despite being on time. Then Steve lies about how much more of a wait it’s going to be although clearly it’s going to take longer than “5 minutes”. I noticed that they’re ok with wasting my time as a black customer but a walk-in of a different color takes priority. They’ve lost a long term customer.

Yall!!! This place is legit. I just dropped $400 to get my toes done and my 3 daughters. We had all together 2 pedis and 3 Manis w acrylics. All gel. I am so in love!! This place should def have your business. Go here for real. Our techs were: Minh, Kim, Kimi, and Tina Im sure anyone you get will be amazing! Definitely 5 stars. 2 thumbs up. And we will definitely be coming back.

Queency is very diligent and gentle. She is the best nail tech here. When she is done with my fills, the nailbed is never thick and has the correct curvature. Her attention to the massage when getting a pedicure is relaxing and phenomenal. Definitely worth the extra money and extra tip!

The staff is nice. I enjoyed my pedicure and its lasting. I also had SNS placed on my finger nails, it barely lasted a week. So I probably wont have that done their again but will go back for a pedicure.

Very comfortable spot i really like that its by appointment only during this pandemic. Steve was quick and very skilled. I got the nano gel nails and they came out great. They are durable yet look and feel thin. Small discount if you pay cash instead of card. I will definitely return.Update - the service is very good and Steve makes sure you are satisfied with your mani. It is no longer only by appointment, walk ins are welcome. My nails are growing out pretty well and the nano gel overlay is the best!

Today was my first time coming to this nail salon, I loved it. The place was clean and busy which to me means a lot of people love it. I did not have an appt and walked in and waited approximately 5-10 mins before someone was done to work on my nails. I got the manager who was very professional and quick with his hands. I got a full set in about 45 mins I usually hate when people rush because sometimes they hurt you or do a bad job. But not this guy he knew exactly what he was doing and I was also in a pinch for time so it worked out well for me. He did such a good job for my gender reveal nails. I am literally having a hard time looking away from my nails. I also got a pedicure which was just as good and loved all the smell good products they used. I will definitely be coming back to this place for future services.

Steve is an artist when it comes to the perfect hair cut, regardless of gender, hair length, or hair texture. He works quickly and is a great conversationalist.Helen is so friendly, always remembers you, and keeps the salon buzzing along. I can’t think of a time I’ve had to wait more than five minutes.My family is moving across the country but I’m seriously considering flying back to see Steve for my hair. Usually this is my go to place for nails, but today (Saturday) I waited over an hour for a gel manicure and once I was seen, my appointment was rushed. He didn’t cut my cuticles, didn’t have me wash my hands in between filing and painting so I had nail dust all over me. If I had seen Sofia (I believe that’s her name) I would’ve given them 5 stars, she’s always amazing! Today gets 2 stars, disappointed in my appointment because I was watching all these ladies around me have intricate sets put on with detail which is more complicated than just painting my nails. Will only be returning on weekdays for Sofia.

I dont think I have ever been to a Salon like Pfinesse, its truly one of a kind. The attention to detail they put into your nails is amazing!! Steve was wonderful, I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he made it 1000xs better. They use techniques I have never even seen any other salon use. They are always busy but its so worth the wait.Their work is flawless and they take their time making sure your nails look perfect in the end. I think after years and years of constantly trying new places out I have finally found my new permanent salon. If you havent please go check them out. After this I think Steve will be the only person allowed to do my nails!!!!

I had gotten my hair done by Steve many times before but this last time was a disaster. So unprofessional and such poor customer service. My hair is a disaster. For details you can see my review on Yelp. They make their $$ on nails and hair is a money loser for them. So save you cash and go somewhere else. THIS IS HIS REPLY Sorry for the result but that was how you wanted. You came in with the picture of the one length long bob(no layers) and you wanted it done shorter version. I did 1st one inch below your hairline at the nape (that is the shortest length for a bob). But you insisted shorter and made me cut shorter the front to the jaw line. I said that, if you want that short, the back should be too short and it will look funny. Remember, bob is a horizontal one length cut, if the front is too short, the nape area will be too short. However you did not listen to my advice and made me cut 2nd time. I did cut the back as short as I could right the back hairline. You still said that the front is still long. Then you made me cut 3rd time to make the front shorter. I cut exactly how short you wanted for the front, And blended the front to the back by a curve line to avoid to shave half of your nape. The cut was not I wanted, not in style but turn out as what you wanted.NOOOOO!!!! DUDE! HEY!!! After reading this poor guys REPLY he is delusional! NUMBER ONE: I did not have any photo NUMBER TWO: He just cut my hair one time and we never discussed layers or anything like that and I would never ever go back for him to fix it. It is obvious that he is talking about ANOTHER dissatisfied customer. Sorry Steve! WRONG person! Poor guy- they must be so many that he is getting confused. Take my advise Get your hair cut there at your own risk!

Steve has horrible customer service skills. He charged me for shaping my nails oval from coffin & charged me $5.00 extra with out telling me. Mind you my nails are short. I would understand if you have to add length to charge me. He is very rude. I hope the owner reads these reviews because he is having customers to go elsewhere for their full services & making the salon lose money. He also refused to help me schedule another appointment. All the other staff is very friendly & helpful.

This is my second visit and Kimmy is AMAZING! She is fast, friendly, professional, and is drew my designs exactly like the picture reference! I also loved that she took time to make sure I liked the length, color, and design throughout the process.HOWEVER, I am not sure if I will be returning due to one of the managers (female) who did not wear a mask the entire time she was in the salon. Seeing her interact with customers and at one point asking for my name without a mask on within 6 feet of my face left me disturbed. I felt comfortable the first visit after seeing the level of care the salon was taking to prevent the spread of Covid, but now I will have to quarantine and monitor symptoms and get a Covid test done to ensure that I am not an asymptomatic carrier if I continue without symptoms.I know that businesses are open at 100% and that the mask mandate is gone, but if businesses want to continue I’d encourage all managers and staff members to continue masking up while implementing other strategies to limit the spread of Covid as much as possible...

Absolutely loved everything about this salon. Lee and I believe her name was Anna took great care of me. Charged me exactly what I was told I was going to get charged not a penny more. They didnt rush me or push me to do anything. I brought my 2 year old boy and they have him a juice and were patient I had to get up constantly to attend my crazy boy. My nails came out fabulous. Best nails Ive gotten in years. They helped me pick a color and Im loving it. Even my 2 year old says I have princes fingers. Ill be back. 😍

I love Pfinesse Salon & Spa. They have taken every precaution to help us stay safe with plastic guards at every station, temp taken at check in, masks worn for everyone. Plus Steve is pretty funny if you get him talking. I mostly go for pedicures but have gotten my nails done many times. I also take friends & family when they are in town.

Let me begin by saying at 51yo, Ive been having my nails done for about 30 years and have had probably about the same number of nail techs over the years after multiple moves as a now retired Navy wife. Ive been a regular customer of Steve for about 6 months since moving to PF. I am extremely particular about the shape and thickness of my nails. Since only my second visit Steve has been spot on with both! I love that I can truly relax and not feel like I must keep an eye on what he is doing to ensure my nails are done right. They are always perfect! I always schedule my appointment several days in advance online with ease. I highly recommend this salon! I tried a few others before finding this place. I am a customer for life! Super friendly staff, clean, and none of the usual nail chemical smell.

So I started coming to this salon back in April and Chloe has been my nail tech since!! She does NO wrong!! I can go 4 weeks and my nails still look good. I have never had any nails break or lift. I swear by her she is amazing!!

First time to this salon and it was AMAZING! I got a wonderful sport pedicure, so relaxing, and lots of massaging. Then I got SNS for my manicure and it came out soooo perfect. I noticed there was a LOT of regular clients in there and for a Friday morning the place was hopping, which is always a good sign in a salon. The staff was friendly and this is definitely a place where they will remember you, super client relationship focused. Salon was also very clean. I was very happy with their services and I will definitely be back! Also, their online reservations system was super easy! :) LOVE this place!

Would not recommend the salon in this place. This is a nail salon. And do NOT use their appointments online as they do not call you to ask any questions about what you want done to your hair, or length. I selected long hair, and when I arrived I was not impressed with what they call the SALON area...its two chairs so close to the entrance, you will greet all the customers that walk in and walk out. No privacy and it was awful lighting, how could they even see what they are doing to your hair...NO THANKS!!! This is a Big Nope

Came here for the first time today and they did a great job! The lady that did them paid close attention to detail and it shows. I like mine fairly simple, but the sns is great and smooth, no bumps, the shape is great and no painful cuticle nicks from the drill.

Ive gotten manicures, a pedicure, waxing and a haircut here. My daughter also got hair cut here. The staff is so friendly! They were super sweet to my daughter! And we were so pleased with our looks! We love this place and the staff!!!

THEY WENT THROUGH MY PURSE! DO NOT GO HERE!I received a facial from here and I always keep my purse in the room with me. During the facial, she put a warm towel on my face and I heard a metal snapping sound but thought it was just the person getting everything ready. After the facial, I realized she had gone through my purse and moved every single one of my credit cards. The metal snapping sound turned out to be her unclamping my wallet from inside my purse. She clamped it back in the wrong place. There had to be another person in the room because when the metal sound was happening, the facial was still happening.Do yourself a favor and find a better place to go. Look at their negative reviews and see how the owner responds to people. Unprofessional in ever sense.

It has been a couple weeks since I got my nails done oh, but this is the only place that I will go from now on! I have been here twice and the experience has been amazing both times. Just recently moved to the area and tried a few different places to see it was good.Steven did an amazing job on my SNS nails. Last time I had them done by another salon they were thick and long and not at all what I was wanting. He made sure that I had exactly what I wanted!Vivian, who did my pedicure, was the absolute best! My feet feel so soft and they look incredibly polished. When you pay for an hour pedicure, you get an hour pedicure. Amazing!Will definitely be a customer here in the future and will recommend to anyone who wants a great experience!

I’ve came here a couple of times and had a great experience but my most recent experience was just not good at all. I had an appointment with sonny and they had someone else do my nails, and then she was prepping my nails to add the acrylic tips she cut my finger. It was bleeding quite a bit so she used NAIL GLUE on the cut to get it to stop bleeding. Needless to say she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Only reason I’m giving three stars is because my first couple experiences were good until now.

I have been going to Pfinesse for over a year and I personally love the staff. They’re very sweet and always treat my daughter amazing. Every time I have gone to get my nails down there has been an issue and I never ever complain. The nails start to fall off after a week depending on who did them or the diamonds come off after a couple of days and I pay a lot but I don’t ever say anything. Yesterday 6/10 I went and got a pedicure for my daughter and myself and I got a manicure as well. There was a new nail tech and she started to do my nails. As she was doing them I noticed a crooked nail and asked her to fix it, she went on to say it was my finger that was crooked. (Keep in mind that I have never had my nails be crooked before) I finished up and I spent $140, Including a $25 tip. As the day went on I noticed that some nails were longer then others and that several nails on one hand were crooked. I called and Steve said to come in and he would fix the issue. Today 6/11 i went in to have the issue corrected. Steve noticed that all the nails on my left hand were longer then the right hand and reshaped them. I asked Steve “can we do anything about the crooked nails” he said “no” as he tried to reshape the nail. I am literally angry and disappointed with the whole situation. I didn’t do my own nails and ask him to fix them, i paid a lot of money and his nail tech did this and he as the owner should have properly fixed the issue. He made it seem as though it was my fault. I will no longer return here and I will let everyone know about my experience.

This is my fourth time coming to pfinesse nails the other times it was great. But Steve was in a rush this time trying to get to other people, even though I was there since 9 am, so I didn’t get the nails I wanted and within three days two of my nails are already off because he didn’t glue them correctly. Also, we book an appointment and still have to wait hours just to be seen. I’m also not a fan of being told what I should get even though I already said what I wanted.Edit: Yikes. I totally agree that my cousin didn’t get what I wanted right but that doesn’t excuse the fact that I asked for just a checkerboard and flame on four of my nails. You couldn’t do it? Okay sure I asked for a rose not a complicated one just one with the outline of a rose and y’all still couldn’t do that. He said “ My client is here, I’ll do flowers.” I agreed to the flowers but at least let me pick what I want or send me to someone else. I felt like I wasn’t a valued customer, I got in first the other person could’ve waited. When I first started coming you said you can do any design. I only agreed to the design because I felt pressured to, but okay. Also how is it my fault he spent 1 hr and 30 minutes? I appreciate the nail shape I love it, but the timing was not my fault, we got there on time. If I’m told you can do any design, I expect that you can do any design. Communicate that you can’t do it instead of making me feel like you’re just trying to rush me out the chair. Have a great day and I will not be coming back spending my hard earned money at this place after the response you had making up excuses.

So I moved to Austin and went to a previous nail place I was not happy about. I went here and will stick to this salon even if I were to move 45 minutes away. Steve and the team are extremely polite. Yes if you don’t book an appointment online you will be waiting. But that goes with anywhere. I have NEVER had a problem with my nails. Other places I have gone to will change their prices each time. At Pfinesse you won’t have that problem, if I could give ten stars I would.
