If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in for a new acrylic set. She told me that it would be $35 for regular and I thought it was a reasonable price. As she started doing my nails and “filling” them in, I noticed that some were pointing left, some were round, and some were coffin shaped; mind you I asked for almond shape. Then she started filing my nail and used a machine. Omg, she slipped so many times, the nail bed is completely uneven, my nail started to burn because she went in too deep and on top of that I got cut. My nails are now bumpy, uneven, different shape and all. So I asked them to take them off because they were just disgusting. The woman that did my nails complained and I basically had to beg her to take them off completely and give me a basic shape. She did square nails that looks bulky and to the side.

Wish i had read the reviews before going here, tbis place was so dirty and unsanitary, they did not clean any of the tools, the older asian lady was so mean and unprofessional, i asked her for “cat nails” instead they came out bumpy uneven and different shaped, it took her over 3 hours for uv gel after me explaining for over 30mins, thisPlace is the worst nail salon ever

I just went to get a nail cut down on my natural nails all I wanted was them evened out she gave me a whole manicure on top of cutting my cuticles real bad to were it’s multiple spots of it bleeding and I get home and my nails aren’t even straight nor smoothly filled. And also I have cuts on my ring finger. And charged me $10 and was looking for a tip. I recommend no one go here

I hate giving them a bad review because they seem nice but I am really not happy with my nails. I came in for acrylic fill and gel color. I showed the lady a picture and she did such a bad job she went back to try and fix it...... I was here for 2 hours and nails look like nothing close to what I wanted. They’re so lumpy and thick and not even coffin shaped. Never coming back here I’m glad I didn’t ask for a design. Posting the pic I showed and what I got......

Girls, men... everyone! I don’t even know where to start. I have been to my fair share of nail places in my lifetime and this is NOT a good one. So my experience is as follows:I asked for a French rounded tip acrylic set. Which is basically acrylic tips rounded with a white line on top. Pretty simple. I loved that she used clear nail tips, it gives it a much more natural look! When I told her I liked the clear tip and how pretty it looked (definitely spoke too soon) she hiked up the price from $35-$40) But when it came to her shaping my nails.. OH MY GAWD some were pointing to the left, some were pointing to the right and three were pointing straight. Two nails were really really bad, so I asked her to fix them, which she did as best she could, so the nails themselves ended up being more pointy than rounded.The painting process was worse. The white French lines weren’t curved, or even fully filled in, it wasn’t a solid white line, the paint was blotchy, the nail beds weren’t smooth... I mean the list goes on and on. I asked her to add some more paint to the French tip because there were clearly lines on the nail that didn’t have any paint. Finally after she finished I just started at them in disappointment. As she was doing my pedicure I kept looking at my nails and just noticing more and more problems. Finally I just asked her if she could repaint them a burgundy, you can’t mess up a solid color. She huffed and puffed with a smile (which is weird lol) and redid them but she didn’t take off all the white. SMH.If you are going to go to this place because you MUST just get a manicure they don’t know how to style or color properly.

They are good, but dont come close to closing. My nails looked so good until they rushed me out. They told me they were dry. Still love them. They take off your gel properly. Nice experience and Monday through Wednesday you can get a mani/pedi for like 25 bucks.

Great place! I was incorrectly told that my nails were dry and I could put my sneakers back on. I came home and all my toes were messed up so I came back the next day. They redid the nail polish on all my toes within 5 mins. Thank you!

Arrived. I asked if they double dip, they said no... so, I told them full leg and bikini. She got in the room and said that she would give me the bikini for free as long as I tipped her... I just nervously laughed.... Got into the wax room, the pillow had old hair and wax stains on it. I asked for it to be covered before I lay down, she did it. I then noticed that she started using the same stick over and over. I downgraded to just half leg. I noticed she was pulling in two diff directions, my leg hairs do not grow in two diff directions... she cut my when giving me my manicure, I havent been cut in YEARS... then time to go, Im giving out my $10 tip to each person that serviced me and the same woman points and reminds me that another lady did my daughter manicure and that I should tip her... extremely money hungry over there! Please dont demand that I tip anyone! Very unprofessional.

I love this nail salon! They do an excellent job. They take their time and dont take walk-ins close to closing time, so be sure to make an appointment if you have time constraints.

Horrible service. Very unprofessional and rude staff that doesn’t honor appointments made. Also not good for specialized manicures such as UV gel and acrylic. DONT GO !

I walked out with my wet toe nails and Im never returning After finishing my pedicure the owner actually expected me to sit and wait for my attendant to do another pedicure before having my manicure done!! Sorry maam thats not how this business works. Never again *zero stars*

If I could rate a negative star, I would. The esthetician, (if you would even call her that) used an electric nail buffer to remove my prior gel polish. Anyone who gets gel manis knows how bad this is for your nails. In doing so, she literally shaved off the top layer of each of my natural nails- the result? Every single one of my nails has split and broken - some well below the finger tip, causing excruciating pain. Some actually bled and scabbed. Im totally disgusted by these people and they should lose their license to provide nail services if theyre so lazy that they choose to maim their clients versus taking the time to perform their jobs safely and correctly. You couldnt pay me to go back to these people and Ill be filing complaints with the board of health as well as the BBB- if you wanna roll the dice with your hands and fingernails- by all means, visit these hacks- if not- visit one of the other zillion nail salons in the immediate area and keep your fingernails safe and far away from these a holes.

Not the first time... but, definitely the last! The owner wanted me to wait in between pedi and mani while she assigned a new customer to her employee. You sit, you dry. NOT!
