Great Service. No water in the truck at all from the tint job. Great price. Best I could find in the area. Carrie was the best in helping me. I was suprised it only took 40 min to get all the tint on. I would recommend them to anyone.

Quick professional service. Kindness, professionalism and quality service. Not the typical service you would expect for Midland. If you were blindfolded and visited this shop you would think you were in a big city. The level of professional courtesy was exemplary. I would visit here again just for the conversation. Great prices, fast and great work. I got mine done last year and the brow was below the AS1 linedue to my lightbar inhibiting hand trimming. The guy told me to come back next year for state inspection and hed redo it for free with my lightbar off, which they did. I had free coffee and looked at some classic cars they were working on while waiting.

Got my Pathfinder tinted here. I dont remember the ladys name but Im assuming she is the owner . She was so friendly. We were a little early but it didnt take them too long to get done.so far no issues with our tint but we had our terrain tinted here like 4 years ago and havent had an issue with it. She also had the cutest dog with her in the office who kept my son and I company while we waited.

Perfect tint and nice/helpful customer service! My car was returned clean and they only took about an hour! No bubbles or imperfections at all. Also very good pricing compared to out of state. This place was recommended to me and I will definitely pass their name along!

Excellent service

The techs that work here have absolutely no common sense or courtesy to treat customers vehicles as their own. A $350 tint job turned into our cars trunk being soaked in water, frying wires and our car spending a week at the Audi dealership in Lubbock to get fixed. My husband tried to speak to the owner the same day he picked up our car but the owner was too busy, oh and the best part was their excuse of, No your speakers were already cracking when you brought it in, just give it a few days to dry out. Common sense and customer service is lacking here, stay away!

THE TINT SHOP FOR PRESIDENT!!!!If the country was run like these people run their business it would be a perfect world. This place is top notch!I called to make an appointment, and even though they were very busy they got me right it. I had two windows tinted on my 2015 GMC Sierra. Only took 30 minutes to complete. The price was very reasonable. While I was there I noticed they do many other vehicle upgrades. Im going to have them upgrade my headlights.Thank you Tint Shop for the fast, friendly and professional service.YOUVE GOT MY VOTE!!!

The Tint Shop is an amazing place to go everybody there is so friendly and helpful. I have now taken 2 of my trucks there for a few different things to get done and they have been perfect. There was one problem with a miscommunication but Russ was very polite and got everything resolved. I couldnt be happier with the way everything turned out. I am looking forward to returning time after time. I HIGHLY recommend The Tint Shop for anything your trucks needs.

I will first start by saying that things did not go as planned during my experience on more than one occasion, but the owner Russ was able to help out.The first issue I experienced was the wrong quote due to a misunderstanding about how large an panoramic sunroof. After that issue, they cut all of the film, but since they forgot to update their system none of it fit. That process took 90 minutes of my time during which no one told me there was an issue.I politely went up to the counter to inquire about when the car would be done not knowing about the improper cutting of the film. Once I found out about the large delay, I requested to speak with someone about it. Russ, the owner, spoke with me, and was very polite, sincere and really helped explain and apologize for the numerous problems. He then gave me the sunroof tint at no cost to show how he really wanted to make things right. While many things did go wrong, Russ handled it well in my opinion and really went above any beyond what he had to do, for this reason, and their professionalism I can now highly recommend going here. Issues happen, yet its not the issue that matters most, its how the business addresses it.

Called and talked to a very nice lady. Set my time up and went to drop my pickup off to be tinted. Parking lot so full there was no where to park. I parked in front to run in and ask where to park at and the guys were so rude I got back in and left. I wont recommend this shop to anyone. I would rather drive to Odessa then put up with that.

I am giving a 1 star because there is nothing lower, but this establishment deserves the lowest rating possible. They did a very poor job the first time (all windows had air pockets) on a brand new car (the dealership took it in). When i took it back to get the errors fixed, they did not change all the windows, plus they gave a nice scrape on my rear fender. Of course when i took the car to ask for answers they denied they had anything to do with the damage to my car, and they asked for a receipt, a receipt the dealership took the car it is new plus they just had the car in their shop the night before. This is a very questionable place to do business with just by the looks of it (dirty and dark and badly groomed individuals. Please take your cars somewhere else.

$500 Terrible job... 2014 Tundra 1794 ed. I asked them to watch out for the dash speakers and leather so not to get it wet... They said no problem / will do.. Come back to pick up and the dash / leather / whole interior is like you took a garden hose to it... Water bled down on top of the radio / behind dash where there is a place holder held by peg holes on top of the dash... Truck wouldnt start / radio wouldnt work / spots everywhere / water standing in upward facing speakers. Asked manager to make it right and he eventually said though sh** and not his responsibility and that the only thing he would do is have the guys clean the inside a little, to which I said they are not allowed to touch it again. I had to air out the dash and inside to finally get the water to evaporate behind dash to start it. Do not go to the Shade Shop.. They do not deserve business.

Went to get my windows tinted. They saidit would b about an hour. They finally finished 3 hours later. So they tell u not to roll ur windows down for 2 days so after rolling them down after a few days i notice the tint is so far off its actually hanging off the edge of the 2 back windows! It also doesnt go all the way to the top of the back left one. I had also seen bubbles and the guy said not to worry that they will go away. Well. One week in and theyre still there.ill be checking in to see if they can re do it.Not happy with the quality i got. I went here because they had good reviews. Buyer Beware

Was quoted $130 over the phone on two separate phone calls for my vehicle only for the price to be $170 after I arrived. This was after waiting for 5 minutes in the office while they all stood out front talking. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
