Usually I come in for fuel but this time around I broke down and it was very confusing to check in for service. The woman in the service dept. told me that I had to come back on Tuesday after I explained that the truck wasnt running and she still insisted that I come back another day. Finally she decided to get a mechanic to look at the truck. I know that the place is very busy all of the time and service is hard but after breaking down and told to come back on Tuesday wasnt happening. I can understand waiting but not being told to come back. Otherwise the service supervisor and the rental agent were very nice and got going on service right away so that was a plus in the right direction.

Fallon Road is tight and exit to I93 North bound is unusual at light of a backward 45 degree left turn. The yard is tight to drive in, watch out for tail swing and trailer tracking toward protective poles turning at fuel island. Getting service is variable, sometimes good, sometimes not available. They are nice folks.

Its a running joke in my company how awful this place is. Sadly, the poor service and non-solutions are so common place it is no longer funny. From shoddy repairs to incompetence in service, this organization should be avoided at all costs.

Fast fueling service

Worst Ryder truck place ever. No communication! Too many runarounds to get the company truck fixed. The employees are rude and disrespectful most likely because they cannot handle their jobs. That place needs a complete overhaul

At this place are people who are completely negligent about their work, they repaired my truck one week and it broke down again in 15 minutes after pick up. They don’t care about anything.
