Staff are very kind and attentive to your animals well being. My elderly dog needed her teeth removed and they were very timely and kind towards us and her throughout the while process. The prices were fair too.

I took our newly adopted rescue yesterday after she got sick on us. We just got her Saturday & by Monday night she was sick, diarrhea, coughing, and throwing up. I couldn’t get her into our vet until Thursday, my vet recommended this place. Sure enough they had us in for a walk in, the wait was only about 10 mins. They ran all the tests needed after the parvo test came back negative. I’m so excited they were able to get her in ASAP & diagnosed quickly! Sure enough she’s back to her self! THANK YOU VCA!

I have never sat so long waiting on a Veterinarian in my whole life and I have had to wait at VCA Emergency Room before. About 95% sure they forgot we were even here. 2 hour waiting is unacceptable in my opinion and very unprofessional. Glad they are not my vet (taking pet in for elderly family member). The Veterinarian was nice when he finally madeIt into the room but waiting that long puts a bad taste in your mouth. I was pleased with the Veterinarian but not the way things were handled with the waiting part.

I love this place! I miss them, since I moved to NYC the quality of care for my dog has dipped a bit. However, I will stick with VCA. Pearland VCA thank you for everything.

I had been looking for several months for a veterinarian for my 3 kittens and had had so many bad experiences with past doctors who lacked the care and attentiveness that Dr. Virgen at Westside has for her patients. This is truly a great place to take your pets!

Great care and a reasonable price. Joseph was especially patient, caring, and thorough with me and my dog for our urgent walk-in visit. The vet made sure we were taken care of and answered all my questions to get him back in good health. This was my first visit, and will definitely be returning!

Don’t bother paying for the Care Club, as they hardly ever have any day of walk-in availability, and you can’t use it at other locations. It’s really disappointing when you need them to see your pet urgently and they aren’t willing to do so.

Be careful what preventative medicines they say they’re giving you. They said they gave us “flea and tick” preventative, and I even called to confirm after finding a tick on my dog. Upon further investigation, the preventative they gave me does nothing for ticks. I’m pretty disappointed at their lack of effective treatment. Additionally, I was about to move cross country and had an issue with my cat’s sedative- called a few times and they kept saying they’d call me back but never did. She was miserable the entire trip.Dr. A really cares and I’m grateful for her excellent communication. Prices are fine and they’re willing to tell you when there are items (specialty food, cone of shame) that you can buy elsewhere for cheaper.Also, they are very bad at documentation. Tried getting all three of my animals’ information sent to a new vet and they lost one of the records sets.

I tried to get my sick dog a same day appointment, called and spoke with Ashley, she said the Vet was busy, but would call me back. Never did. I called after waiting 3 hours, Ashley didnt remember talking to me. I asked if I could still get a vet to see my dog, her answer was a rude and abrupt no. I have been taking all four of my dogs to westside for 6 years and was satisfied, not this time. I wasted all day waiting to get a call that never came, now I am looking for a new vet clinic.

Absolutely amazing doctor and staff!!! My dog ingested rat poisoning and my husband called and we were instructed to bring her in immediately. Upon arriving, they were waiting for me and the doctor took my dog back immediately and began care. I’m so thankful for them and the care they provided for my Daisy. I highly recommend this clinic!

The vets and techs have always been friendly and helpful. Dr. Bertoleni is exceptional with our animals and genuinely loves all animals. Its too bad there is not a large animal vet who can travel out in the field for vaccinations and consultation.

The service is great. I wouldnt recommend walk-ins as you could be sitting in your car for hours. Make sure you make an appointment despite what they say even, if its for meds.

We had a positive experience at Westside Vet Clinic. The technician saw us quickly and kindly recorded all the information we brought about our cat. It was a bit of a wait to see the vet, but she was busy caring for some very sick kittens. When we saw her, she was kind, thorough, and explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Westside Veterinary Clinic is recommended.

Were new to the area and needed our dogs to be vaccinated for an upcoming boarding. The office made an appointment that day and the staff were super accommodating with my two nervous dogs. One staff member even took my dogs away to calm them while I was checking out. The vet and vet tech were excellent with my dogs and made them feel calm. Prices were reasonable as well. Excellent visit!

Great experience! We took our old dog to see them & they were kind, caring, thorough & patient. Money was a concern and they were considerate of our financial needs. I never felt pressured intoAnything. Eventually We had to Put our dog To sleep. They were gentle, patient and very loving. She went out a happy girl. I even received a sympathy Card from them. ❤️

Our first experience was a pleasant one. You can smell the cleanliness when you open the front door. Staff is very friendly. We were seen within minutes of arriving. Dr. E. and his assistant was proficient in their jobs, that you can tell they love. Westside has been a great choice for us. I like that they are a large practice and can handle walk-ins. We are still new clients but our puppy has received top notch professional care at reasonable prices. The office staff is very friendly, considerate and accommodating of our need to occasionally day board our puppy. She comes out happy and is not fearful when she returns. These are good people.

By far the care of my service dogs over the years has been perfect. The care and boarding is great. My dogs, max and cowboy liked it there. They received a lot of attention. Max lived to 15 because of there care. Cowboy is now 4 and as a service dog, he is necessary for my independence. Replacing a service dog can cost $ 10-20,000.00. It is a must to have a staff and plant of the highest quality and they do... Thank you.

Our little 11 week old Yorkie was sick today. Not eating and just laying around. He also had worms in his poop. I called they were so nice and got me in. The tech and the doctor was great. The doctor gave us a good plan for him and they gave him fluids. Once he had his fluids he perked up some. So I am thankful they knew exactly what to do. I would recommend them to anyone that has a pet. You could really tell that everyone there loved their jobs. Great 1st experience.

I took care of all paperwork via their website. When I arrived all my information had been drawn up, and I only had to sign confirming all was correct. The office, and exam room, smelled clean, and were well taken care of.The vet tech was very sweet and worked well with our dog. You could really tell she had a knack for animals, and enjoys her job.The veterinarian took her time with our visit, and answered all questions. She was thorough and kind in her delivery of information.

Dr. Farrar is an amazing doctor and surgeon. You can trust your pets life in her hands!!! Dr. Campbell is also amazing! I love that the receptionists go above and beyond, and the doctors personally call and are super reachable. All in all, the best vet I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a bunch!!

There was almost no wait time before they got Gypsy into a room. The staff was so kind and caring. They took really good care of him. He gets grumpy sometimes but they were able to handle him well. This old cat still has alot of life in him thanks to Westside Veterinary!

Everyone in the office was so sweet & excited to meet my puppy, Max. The Vet tech actually said he was the cutest puppy shed ever seen. Doctor was warm and kind and very gentle with my baby boy. Explained everything thoroughly and gave recommendations for feeding, training, and bathing. A wonderful first visit to Westside!

LOVE these guys. Ive tried several of the vets in the area since I have two large dogs. These guys are both the most professional ive seen AND the most reasonably priced. My dogs have been going here for years and theyve had cancer surgery and regular allergy treatments here.

Great group of caring professionals. I highly recommend them. I have utilized the services of several of the doctors and loved them all. They have cared for my cats and dogs. I took a feral cat to have it spayed. They called and told me it had already been spayed. I was impressed with the honesty of the doctors. I had taken another stray to a different clinic and they charged me for spaying. I later found out the cat was already spayed.

ALL of the vets here are AWESOME! The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is a very clean environment. I take both of my cats here and they are always handled with care. They also offer spay and neuter discounts for pets that have been obtained through the local shelter. They also have another clinic location on the west side of Pearland, closer to Hwy 288. They also offer boarding services for dogs and cats.

Were new to the area and had not found a vet for our pets. Our beagle needed some attention on a Saturday morning and Westside Veterinary Hospital is near our house. The office was busy, but the entire staff was fast, courteous and thorough. I hope we dont need their services often, but well definitely use Westside for any other veterinary needs we have. (Bonus: prices for our visit were super reasonable.)

We had never been here before, but my cat was having urinary problems and I wasnt happy with our previous vet, so I made an appointment. I was able to get in that day, which I was very grateful for. Everyone in the office we met, from the front desk to the doctor were very nice. The doctor diagnosed my kitty in a timely manner and was able to treat his infection that day, as well as recommend options for preventing it from reoccurring. I was very happy with my experience and will definately be returning in the future!

After moving here from out of state and searching for a good vet we are so grateful to have found this fabulous team! Everyone is extremely friendly, we were taken back to the exam room less than five minutes after walking in, and Dr. Cupples spent lots of time explaining everything so thoroughly. We could not be more pleased with our experience!

If you want your pets to have the best care available this is the place. My dad use to bring his dogs here and his horses were seen as well. Our vet then was Dr.Campbell. We lived down the street from were she kept her horses. I use to love to watch her ride. This practice has nothing but compassion. We see Dr.Cupples now and she is awesome.And the staff is the best around.

Dr. Eickelman and the vet tech who tended to my dog were wonderful. They showed compassion and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me even though it was past closing time. They were also open and up front with their treatment pricing so I wasnt caught off guard by a huge bill.

I had an emergency last night with my puppy, I tried to call the office around 7:20 as they listed the office closed at 7:30 pm, Figuring Id possibly be able to set an appointment for today. I was routed to the automated voicemail stating if I had an emergency, to please dial the number provided. To say the least, it was a terrible phone call that resulted in me NOT wanting to take her in. I watched our pet over night, and figured I could call at 7:15 am to make an appointment for today if possible. After calling multiple times at 7:15 this morning, I finally was able to reach someone at 8:15. I was informed that the office is opened at 7:15, But phone calls do not get picked up until 8 am. I was able to be seen as a walk in patient, The vet and staff is amazing as always. Only suggestions I would offer is for the website to be updated with the times of walk-ins, and also the times the phones would be answered.

First time pet owner, so I didnt know exactly what to expect. However, everything was quickly explained and moved efficiently! My golden retriever puppy seemed nervous but that quickly disappeared when the techs and doctors were examining him. Already schedule my second appointment, would recommend!

I was received as a walk in on Saturday and was seen by a specialist Within 20 minutes. Everyone was very courteous and informative and provided the care and only the care that I specifically needed. Prices were reasonable as well. I appreciated the personal attention and will be returning with my cat, Crystal.

I have used them for 2 years and have never had any problems. Everyone in the office is great and they are very patient with my dog since shes usually timid and scared around new people. Its very convenient that you dont need to have an appointment.

Awesome job overall. My only complaint was that we had to wait about 20 minutes past our appointment time just to get roomed, and the communication about this wasnt great. That said, they only charged us for one exam despite doing two, which was appreciated. They are clearly a popular place, which has its challenges, but I was very satisfied overall.

They asked lots of questions to help them know my cat and what was going on with her in her world that could have been causing her problems. She was also very diplomatic when I told her what she said I was feeding her was recommended by another vet I found this to be very positive. Not ragging a fellow vet -👍🏻. Office was clean and nice.

Was informed on what my puppy needed. The doctor and nurse were very helpful. I was a little taken back on the itemized statement as I was told a different price over the phone, but when I checked out, the price was a little over $200 bucks!! I felt kind of mislead with far as pricing goes. Wasnt looking forward to spending that much on my daughters dog.

First visit went okay. They were running behind because of heavy patient schedules. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but I found the overly busy front desk/office personnel did not smile like the rest of the staff and doctor that I saw.

Our dog was very sick and we couldnt get in anywhere else. They were able to take us on very short notice. They were quick, and equally important, they were patient and thorough. Both the tech and the doctor helped keep us at ease until we found out more. Definitely recommend them. Probably change to our permanent vet.

Its a very good place. I went to see the Vet and they were so fast. We probably waited for 10-15 and we saw the Vet. They staff was very courteous and helpful.

I love this place! I was very tired and frustrated that I have to do this alone with two babies( a fussy 9 month baby and my dog). However, the staffs were so nice and friendly.Both the nurse and the vet tried very hard to explain everything for me since English is my second language. They are so patient with me! The vet is very knowledgable and took her time to explain everything.I am so glad I chose this place.And I will definitely recommend this place to other people!

I have used Westside for many years. I work closely with the Animal Shelter and have taken animals from there when needed. We had a dog that was injured and ended up having his leg amputated. He has done great. I love them all and appreciate all the hard work.

Today is our first visit to the clinic since moved to Pearland area. The staff and doctor are so friendly and patient. They answered my questions thoroughly and had a plan for the best of my cat. Later I called back to refill the monthly vaccine. The staff answered the phone quickly and took care of that immediately. I really like their service. Also the price is great and affordable.

It was our first time at this clinic and our experience was great! The wait time was less than 5 minutes and the staff was lovely. The vet took her time to explain everything about our German Shepherd, Kimber, answered all my questions. I loved the complimentary water and treats :)

Went there for the first time yesterday afternoon. I didn’t even have an appointment but they still got me quickly taken care of. Everyone was very friendly! My cat wasn’t happy by the end of the trip, but I sure was. Highly recommend this vet.

This place is awesome, everyone there is super nice. Treated my puppy with care, they listen to my concerns etc... and best of all they take appointments. Unlike SPCA which is first come first serve and you have to wait there for hours and hours at a time, very frustrating when your pet really needs immediate attention.I Recommend Westside Veterinary to anyone that has a four legged family member.

I was very impressed with the level of attention and service provided by the staff. The doctor was wayyyy more informational than I expected, she showed love and concern and it show she loves what she does. I was there for a consult for my pit bull ear cropping and I left with pure confidence that my pup would get above exceptional treatment.

They have cared for all of our animals. Dr. Andy was with us through the last months of one of our dogs lives. The entire staff was wonderful helping us through the most difficult time. They has also been there for our Jack Russell, and she is allergic to everything. Now our Daughter has 5 rescue cats and a rescue Lab. They have been wonderful helping her care for her fur babies. Her lab had Heart worms when she adopted her, they treated her and she today is she is a healthy loving baby. we love Westside..They treat you like family and care for your animals like they were their own.......

Very courteous staff who took care of my kitten right away when she had a high fever. Bill was very reasonable given the treatment. Everything was explained very well and I didnt feel pushed to get expensive diagnostic testing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vet to go to.

As the human companion to an amazing Service Dog, I was very careful of who I was going to have take care of my buddy Colt. They did a great job stitching my cat up from his wound he had for at least 5 hours. Sadly he tore them off but they are currently restitching it up and hopefully will put him in a cast so he cannot tear that off like he did his cone of shame & the top half of his stitches.Very nice staff as well.
