I brought a picture from google specific design I like for my nails, to be honest, she did it just the picture, Glenda was very patient with my daughter who took long time to decide what she wants and she helped her a lot to chose what is suitable for her age, it’s not my first time her, every time I go they make me feel satisfying about the service and the money I paid. No words can describe the Pedicure, just relaxing and she will take care of you from cleaning to massaging the whole leg.

Super fast lack of quality.Gets very crowded.Doesnt really matter if you an appointment.Felt rushed.Nails werent dried enough so the shine came off after they wiped it down with alcohol.1 week later my uv gel came off and discolored ... Horrible quality

OK, so i have been to this place a few times and gotten my feet done and a basic Mani. the only reason i would go is because the shop is convenient for a fast set during lunch.so i go today to get a filling with on my tips with gel polish. first off she made up a price and also could not count.i was willing to pay her price anyway. then she go on to tell me she dont know how to do long nails it to much work. my nails are the normal tip length not very long at all. she said its way to much work and how she only do short nails. so i said to her you would rather turn down my money because your being lazy? and your the owner? wow! i told her in this business you need to know how to do it all. my nail set was one of the most basic things to do. she is always lazy.

Ive come here a few times per year. Small space nice ladies. Problem is they are short on staff all the time and even with an appointment they make you wait.

Looking at the reviews... The owner herself has to leave the only 2 positive reviews, and didnt even take the time to use a different name. Thats SURELY a bad sign. Glenda Hernandez is mentioned in a positive review... and then there are two five star reviews left by her. SMDH.

If I could I would give this establishment 0 stars. As a graduation present my daughter purchased a group on. She made the appointment two weeks in advance. We arrived 15 minutes early and the greeting was you are early. WHAT? The place is small and severely understaffed. After waiting for a half hour I asked how long the wait would be and instead of apologizing the woman told me that they were busy today and that they had customers that they had turned away and were Told to come back later. HUH? As this is bEing said to me the one tech that was working on pedicures proceeds to take a customer who came in after us. When I pointed that out the woman who I believe is the owner told me that she is a regular customer and she would be taken care of before us even though we had an appointment. This is not how you run a business. If you purchase a group on dont bother to make an appointment. I dont know if we went on an off day even though it was a Tuesday afternoon; nevertheless there was no semblance of professionalism and extremely poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE!

Not your typical nail salon. RUN AWAY, the staff is friendly, but the facilities look like they place is going to collapse on you. I had my nails done by this awesome girl Diana, but the place just looks too dirty...

Went here on a recommendation, the recommendation being they have some sort of discount during the week for mani/pedi. It was $30, not sure what they discounted but thats not even the reason Im not going back. The two ladies that did our nails were so sweet, but the owner walks in from lunch and mean mugged my mother and I up and down repeatedly. The place is a bit on the dirty side and I didnt get the huge impression that cleanliness is their forte. My nails look fine, nothing special. The owner asked the nail tech that was working with me if I wanted a back rub (standard practice post manicure) and she said no, she doesnt. I mean, I really didnt but she never even asked so... whatever. Pedicure chairs look dirty and they definitely did not clean them after we sat there and a little while later a lady walked in and they sat her in the same uncleaned chair I sat in. Id rather pay a bit more for a really clean salon and great professionalism. New Pinky nails of tenafly will continue to get my business.

ROACHES!! THEY HAVE ROACHES. Looked up at my toes after my pedicure and saw 2 huge roaches on the cart where the supplies were, went to get a fast regular manicure before i left and there were baby ones crawling out from under the hand rest. I asked the girl for a napkin to kill them before they crawled on me, she acted like it was normal. The owner Glenda is too pre-occupied in her phone to notice anything or even care. Maybe shes looking for more surgeries to have done, like the fake butt she has!! Will never go back IDC how cheap they are.

Friendly staff and they are good doing pedicure. Glenda does the best eyebrows!

This place is awful. The girl who did my pedicure did not know what she was doing. The place looks dirty. The girl who worked on other customer prior to me did not properly clean the tub which is gross. I would not recommend this place to anyone to get their nails done here.

Great pedis at a decent price

I’ve given this place many chances because I’m a creature of habit but today was the last straw. The owner told me to find another salon if the gel polish that they put on my fingers peels off again. This has happened on more than one occasion and as proof I have attached a photo of the top coat still on when the color had peeled off. She claims it’s my lack of care for my nails. I can assure you this isn’t the case. I also want to take the time to add that this by no way reflects her employees who are hard workers and very attentive to detail. Over the years (yes, years) I’ve seen her turn away costumers due to understaffing. She does not believe in appointments and walk ins take priority (which I am guilty of). Her lack of professionalism towards her customers is well known. I allowed her lack of professionalism for years because her employees did excellent work (zuleyma specifically - and if you do decide to go there, which after reading this I hope you don’t, ask for her. Her work is what kept me coming back). Employees even agreed that her polishes are old and outdated which could have been the reason for them peeling off (this verification from an employee there further proves that their polishes are old). Old polishes. Half ass disinfecting of tool and out dated gel light machines and to add insult to injury, rude and extremely unprofessional owner (gelenda). Please be warned ladies.

Ok bought a groupon for this place wanted to get a full set of gel coffin style nails. now I tried this place just off of the reviews and ratings alone. the girlthat did my toes great job very polite and sweet.all the girls were even the owner who did my hand. thats not the reason why Im giving them a one star rating. that would be mean. the reason Im giving the bad rating and review is solely because of the owner, the lady who did my full set work ethic, not her courtesy, because she was very polite. mind you I got to the salon a whole 2.5 hrs before they closed and this lady completely rushed the job, that my nails looks terrible, no two nails look alike. wen I told her to fix it because I was unhappy of course her attempts were miraculously worst. unsatisfactory work. you do not never rush ur clients. especially when they tell you they are trying you out based on your good reviews . if want to get out early close ur store early. but if I came in a whole 2.5 hrs before u close thats more then enough time for you take your time and do a much better job. every disappointed!!
