Came in with my mom and sister and I got acrylics and my mom got dip. My nails turned out very poorly shaped, uneven, and bulky. My moms nails were not even close to the color she wanted, and her nails turned out super lumpy. I do not recommend this place and we will not be returning. Spent way too much money for the service we got.. very disappointed.

I have gone here multiple times for pedicures and am always thrilled with my experience. Very friendly technician and a fantastic pedicure that I always feel they go the extra mile for. They’ve also been extremely clean and protective after reopening after Covid shutdown!

So my nails look absolutely beautiful I love the color. The only reason I didnt give 5 star is because the young lady who did my nails was so rough! My fingers are incredibly sore and my cubcicle is torn.. But she was very nice, everything else truly was great. I will just ask for someone else next time.

Was In town for work and need my nails done. Call this place for prices. When I got there the environment was so laid back and nice just how I like it. When it for a new set of dip set. The guy who did me nails did an amazing job. Didn’t feel rush and got exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t be more happier will definitely be back whenever I’m in town.

We love the nail techs and service at Polish. We have never been disappointed. Pedicures and manicures are fabulous! Weve tried a lot of spas in the area and no one compares. Husband loves to go for a pedicure too!

I stumbled across this place because it was the only nail salon on Pelham that was open on a Sunday, but I went back later that same week, and every week since. The people are friendly and do a great job, they use high quality products, and really just provide a great experience for a reasonable price. Ill go back here for everything from now on!

I went to get my SNS removed, and the guy pulled out a fake nail sample and used it to pry the SNS off of my nail, which ripped off some of my real nail as well. After I asked him to please soak off the polish, rather than rip it off, he did but didn’t let it set long enough to soak off. He got the electric nail file and filed all the way down to my nails, and then some. He then used his fingers to try to pull off a hang nail, rather than simply clip it off. After leaving, my nails already started to break. Do not recommend!!!

Love it! I have been here now twice. I have been able to go during lunch and make it back to work. Also, I enjoy that it is a peaceful and relaxing environment!

I came here cause it was the only place open on Sunday and u was not disappointed. I didnt have an appointment and didnt need to wait long at all and they did a great job .I highly recommend this place.

They took over an hour to start my nails and the entire time spoke to me twice to let me know that it would be “5 more minutes”, while I sat and watched all them stand around and speak in the back. They were called out by one other customer but continued to ignore everyone. That’s until a regular walked in and left within 30 minutes completely done with their services. They were very slow and very rude to me the moment I walked in the door and did not bother to at least try to get to me as soon as possible. They also did not clean the area before moving me into the past customers spot. Then left me in that spot for another 30 minutes alone with no word on when I would get my nails done.

I went to get a French manicure set with gel polish and paid $50. I asked them how much a fill in was they said it was $19. Three weeks later I go and get a fill-in and He was almost done and then he said that they have regular polish for 10 extra dollars or jail polish for 20 extra dollars and it was $30. I got home that night and my right hand everyone of them has already chipped. I think for $30 it’s not worth it. A lady came in when I was almost done and They asked her if she wanted water, both times I was there I’ve never got offered anything to drink.

The hot towels were too hot and burned my feet. The person that did my pedicure could not do designs and they would not fix it. They tried to tell me that it was cute. It was super ugly! My boyfriend still paid, even though they didnt fix it. I have two blisters from the burns when I waken.

I absolutely love Polished. I have been going every other week for the past 4 months for a Gel Mani and Pedi as well as waxing. Ask for Eva. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Very disappointed in the service we received today. My 14 year old daughter took me for mothers day and was not very pleased with the quality of the manicure. The nail tech kept pushing a gel manicure saying that a regular manicure was only good for 24 hours. They rushed through the manicure and did not use hand lotion or even cuticle oil on our cuticles. Felt like they really didnt care since we were only getting a 24 hour manicure (according to her words). Truely took away from the fun experience my daughter was treating us to.

Sat there for 30 minutes and was brutally ignored, they took regulars that were walking in and sitting them down and doing their stuff even though we were sitting there for 30 minutes, never going back. Please dont go there if you arent a regular, they will ignore you and no make you a priority.

I’ve now had two terrible experiences here. I keep going back because it’s very close to my house and when you get the right person, it’s ok. But unfortunately, I would not recommend the majority of the technicians here. Today I went in for a gel manicure. Everything was fine until the polish. I like my nails short, so I have them cut each time. She polished my whole finger with the clear polish. I thought for sure she’d clean it up after. When we were done I asked if she could clean the clear polish off my fingers. She took a nail file and started filing my finger. I immediately told her that hurt and asked if we could use acetone instead. She told me no, and that it was my fault because my nails are so short. She told me to go home and shower and scrub and it would eventually come off of my fingers. Not to mention they charge $36 for a gel mani which is more than other local salons.

We went on Sunday to get a set of nails filled. Tammy the nail technician was rude on several occasions. One of the nails wasnt evenly angled and she continued to argue that we were looking at it wrong. Then when putting on the top coat the brush she was using was leaving behind little places. Told us if we wanted it done differently we should go elsewhere. She kept saying they were being touched when they were wet. After being rude she realized that it was her brush and fixed it. She is a rude person, firing her would be too good for her.

I am a African American women and i felt they really didnt my mom and I there. We both recieved a fill, gel polish with french tip. Our total eas $91.00 and payed the tip in cash. The next day my checking account was charged $111.00.Also, 2 white women came in for pedicures and was given glasses of wine. We werent asked.

I came in for a simple polish change and ended up waiting for a whole hour. They kept skipping over me for customers who wanted full pedis and other more expensive services. There were at least seven people working. I ended up walking out.

Love this salon. The only one I will use.

Terrible service- extremely rude and pushy nail technician. I would rate 0 stars if I could. I will never go back and neither will the friends I was with. Very disappointed and the pedicure did not even last a week before it was messed up.

I went in today to get a fill in on my nails. This was my 3rd or 4th time i have been there and i have had 2 sets since. A set of nails for me usally lasts a couple months not just 1 fill in. The nail tech decided that all my nails were in terrible condition (I just had a new set 2 weeks ago) and started to cut my fake nails off with nail clippers!!! While taking my nails off she split my real nail in half and it started bleeding!!! She didnt apologize at all and then she asked if I still wanted the fake nails which I said no since I was bleeding! She then said that will be $10 and said to come back when my nail was healed which I laughed at. NEVER GO HERE!! RUDE AND OVERPRICED!!!

Didnt tell me how much a French nail gel polish would cost and it was $41. FOR A GEL POLISH? Also ended up screwing up a few of my nails. I dont recommend this place.

They never fail everytime I come for mani and pedi!!!

My wife went there for something they call a fill in on her fingers, they gave her a color change and over charged her for a design she didnt want and the design they gave her looks more like the McDonalds M rather then the yellow ribbon she requested
