I walked in around 4pm today nobody greeted but proceeded to sit down because I seen 2 other women in front of me. I waited till 5 just because they did my nails previously and what was done I wanted off. Plus the acrylic that was put on my big toes made my entire nails come off so I just wanted the gel polish took off my toes. The gel polish has caused all of my toenails to break off. I waited an whole hour and no one asked what I needed. But I know my worth and take my business somewhere else. Thank god I didn’t get an infection in my toe.

I am always very pleased with my services. They recognize you when you walk in. Take Cate of you quickly and spend lots of time when they are working on you. Pay special attention to problem areas such as calluses and problem nails. They even play Christian music!!! Such a relaxing place to feel pampered and cared for.

Amazing place and super nice and professional. I lost my engagement ring when I paid. I didnt know till I got back home. I called them and they were so helpful finding it and returning it to me. High recommended! She also did amazing on my nails, took her time and detail.

I went in last night with a few of my girlfriends. They were very hospitable to us. They were very kind and genuine. They took their time to do a really good job on our nails and a few even stayed a little later to finish our nails well. They went out of their way to care for me as a customer. I will go back.

The lady doing my mani was very sweet and took her time to make it look good but she didn’t do the design i wanted at all. She kept stopping to ask if I liked my nails and they looked nothing like the picture so I asked to do something different several times to try and meet with her in the middle but she kept saying she couldn’t do it. All i wanted was a simple multicolored pastel flower design but she said it would be extra for more than one color, which is fine, but it was still extra for flowers on each nail. Then after the mani, I got my eyebrows done and had to go home and pluck them myself and she burned my skin. Overall service was nice, but wouldn’t recommend if you want your nails done a specific design.

Very nice staff. Yet, my fist manicure at cost of $24.00, 2nd $26.00, and 3rd $33.00. My third manicure was very uneven, left hand cut shorter than right, Not happy and will not be back!

Felt like royalty! Had one doing pedicure while other doing my finger nails. I used the dipping powder method. So super Sweet! Ill be recommending to my friends who need some pampering during these trying times. 😉

I have visited this establishment at least 4-6 times. The staff is very nice and friendly. Tina gave me a manicure today and I let her pick my colors. My nails look AWESOME!! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend that everyone goes to them.

Love this place! I hardly ever get my nails done but have gone here twice with bridal parties to get them done before a wedding. I called the day before to make an appointment for 8 people and they were super nice and got us all done in record time! The gel nail polish they do lasts until you take it off. I have literally gone a month with it and had to take it off because my nails were growing. Super recommend this place!

Ive been here 3 times now and after going there I wont go anywhere else! Prom nails with powder and a pedicure turned out amazing! Acrylic French tips turned out exactly how I wanted them! I even went for a pedicure today that was very much needed and it was great! Ive never had any issues with my nails afterward and the staff are so sweet!❤

Great pedicure, cold atmosphere! I called ahead and made an appointment with John on my second visit. I checked in and a nail tech notified him that I was there. I waited 10 minutes and he told her to tell me he was busy with another customer and to come back in an hour. I never went back and found a better spot that got me in and out!

I cannot even begin to tell anyone how AWFUL my experience was here. I went in to get my acrylics removed (this was the first time Ive gotten them), waited 30 mins and Lisa started prying the acrylic off of my nails using another fake nail, no soaking and it was painful. I let her know but she said this is how you do it. No. I ended up with horribly damaged nails and bleeding nails. Terrible.

I called to make an appointment. The time was 12:30 the lady said come at 2:30. I get her at 2:28 and she said I said 3:00. I told her I can wait its not a problem. She proceeds to tell her customer they make appointments and never show up. This my 4th time coming here and whoever they is.....is definitely not me. This place will never receive my service again. Very unprofessional.

I attempted to set up a Mani/pedi For my Daughters birthday. On the phone they were very short and hard to understand and said they had other things to do because they were busy And then said just come by when you’re ready, so of course we did just that. I thought maybe it was a language barrier so we went ahead and came by thinking there was a misunderstanding In regards to I’m too busy and then go ahead and come by.There were several available stations and only one other client there. And they told me they were busy again in person. It turned out to be a good thing because as I looked around inside I noticed that the bowls were not clean and not only was the floor not swept but there was fingerprints all over the glass which tells me their instruments are probably not clean either.Fortunately for us about 400 yards away is a place called pretty nails that was more than accommodating. It’s her seventh birthday and they treated her like a queen. We didn’t need the extra nice service that they gave us at Pretty Nails but I wanna head and got gift certificates for my mother and my aunt while I was there because they really impressed me. But as far as business is concerned I won’t be back and from what I’m reading from other reviews most people feel the same way. I’ve lived all over the country and even out of the country for a short period of time and never in my life have I seen a nail salon that was too busy to book a client at 11 o’clock in the morning for any time slot

Soon as I was seated for my pedi the lady who did mines (I can’t recall her name) she automatically begin on my pedi. No greeting was given, no questions was asked on how I want them done what Pedi I would like or anything. Her service was very rushed. I wasn’t pleased AT ALL. I’m not sure I’d pay another visit here after the service I received today. Not to mention, this was my FIRST time there.

Been going here for over 3 years. Their attention to detail is amazing and they are always so nice. I wont go anywhere else. They take their time to make sure your nails are done exactly how you want them. Love this place. 5 out of 5 stars easy!

After waiting 20 minutes for a pedicure, I was asked to come back in an hour so the three white women that came in after me can get their pedicures done together. Im not happy with this salon at all anymore. This the only nail salon Ive been to in Greenville, SC. since I moved here eight years ago. I tip every time I come. And I didnt flip out when her brother messed up my nails before the pandemic

One of the best places in Greenville! I’ve had serval different techs here and they’re all equally good. Naked nails today but I’ll be back for my regular full set in 2 weeks. My manicure was painless for what had to be taken off and my nails actually look prettier.

Worst pedicure I have ever had!!! And I get regular pedis, so my feet were not bad...I really just wanted a polish change. I will not go back, and I really wish I had I had the time to go up there to get my money back. My friends 5 year old could have done a better polish job...ugh

Went in ask for a full set of acrylic nails and my toes painted the same color. Was told it would be $25 for my nails and $12 for my toes.The guy done something I had no idea what he was doing, it took him an hour and a half just for my finger nails.My toes are peach (like I wanted) my finger nails are white with a hint of pink. NOT EVEN close.$67 later Im a very UNHAPPY customer.I wont be back, now Ive got to go pay somebody to straighten out his mess

Went to go get my nails done I was the only one there to get a manicure the other ladies got a pedicure and it took 2 hours for me to get my nails done also I had to come back the next day because one of my nails messed up and then when I came back the man didnt even want to give me a courtesy discount for my next visit you know like I asked for the next time just for me coming back or not not professional at all he didnt care and just fixed it and the hell with it Im just very disappointed because I have to take my time out to go right back thats not good at all will not be going back . Dont let John do your nails very rough and take hours I am very disappointed

I walked in at 7 pm, the hours on their door displayed that they close at 8 pm. I stood in the waiting area for about a minute while eveyone just looked at me. There were a few people in getting serviced and one of the tech said to me we are closed and not doing anyone else. I told her that she didnt know what I was there to get. I only wanted a brow wax. She said well nobody can do it. I will politely take my money elsewhere and I highly recommend anyone else who wants to spend their money for good customer service to do the same.

The prices are a little more than I usually like to spend but this was one of the best pedicures Ive ever gotten. They are super friendly and I had a great experience! Will definitely be back.

UNSANITARY!Got a fungal infection from Tina...couldnt put polish on nail for a month.Found out she was overcharging me $8 every time I went.They talk bad about customers..and think its funny.If you are a minority...expect to be ignored/treated poorly...so you will leave.DIRTY stations, RUDE workers and waiting to RIP YOU OFF!Id give it 0 stars if I could.Worse place ever!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We had reservations for four of us the day before a wedding - three manis and one pedi. My mother felt her manicurist was very unfriendly. Another kept yelling at my friend to stop talking to her friend getting a pedicure and constantly complained that the polish she was using wasnt covering. She went over and over the nails, and it never did look right. My manicurist wouldnt do the job until I paid in advance. Then he completely ignored my requests. I told him not to cut my cuticles, but he did anyway. I didnt want square nails, but thats what he gave me - and they looked awful. He also did a horrible job applying the polish. Finally, my daughters pedicure seemed to be great until later in the day when it started chipping. We all had chipping polish by the end of the day.

After sitting for 15 mins because it was a guys turn who was eating and was not her turn (the owner) finally says she will do my fill and repair so gladly switch seats and she proceeds to say I need gel. I brought in my own color do too my feet being pedicured the day before somewhere else and I wanted matching colors so I turned down the gel and she say well your fill with repair is $35. WHAT!!! So I say with a smile how much for my fill she stutters and I say $25 for fill and $10 for a nail repair. Your joking right! Needless to say I left feeling very disappointed I own a hair salon and that is not how you do business at all. She didnt really want to do them so she jacks the price. Money was not the issue but the principle behind it all mattered to me more! I do not recommend visiting them!

They are over priced. I believe in paying for great service, and for services rendered; however, this place charges entirely too much for the basic services and the owner seems to have a bad attitude if you refuse a service she suggests. Then she antagonizes you by telling you you dont want to pay $15 more, its only $15.

Do not get your eyebrows done here! One of my eyebrows was longer and thicker than the other. They did not tweeze stray hairs or trim my eyebrows. As for my friend, she had the same problems but had a different man (who was clearly sick and had smelly breath) do hers. Even aside from the poor quality of service, there was no privacy for the waxing nor did they even let me see my eyebrows when he finished. In short: Avoid this place unless you enjoy subpar services.

Literally the worst acrylic nails I have ever gotten. My nails have so many bubbles and none of the match. Some are thicker than others. No two are the same shape or length. Kim cut my cuticles twice and asked three times if I wanted to get my eyebrows done. Horrible!

Service I just had was awful. Lady that did my nails Tina didnt do a good job at all. 1 I told her to cut down she did but took off too much. Then my pinky and index nail are pointed and the rest is somewhat of a coffin shape. Then to top it off she filed on my skin on 3 fingers. Someone called when I was in chair at 6:35 she told her to come at 7 the lady came at 6:45 she told me she couldnt finish her brother was and he didnt even base my nails before applying gel polish. All around service is bad. Ill definitely want go back there. Great service Ill be going back to World Of Nails in Mauldin.

She left the hair in one of my nails and when I pointed it out to her instead of fixing it she said it was okay and that somehow it was my fault.

I just received a pedicure, and the manicurist caused my toe to bleed around the nail bed. I chose no polish as I didn’t want to get bacteria from polish that is used by many people. I expected somewhat of a discount but the manager agreed that there would be no discount at all. Ridiculous and very poor service.
