Nails kept popping off even after I went and got them fixed. Nails just came off with no problem. Never here again. And I really liked this place at one time.

It was getting close to closing and she got in a hurry and put 2 nails on my daughter wrong fingers still charged full price but did not fix her mistake after I had been there an hour already. Guess going home was more important than customer satisfaction.If you dont want to fix your mistake at least take off some of the price to make up for it.

Staff is always courteous and friendly, the salon is clean and they have an amazing selection of nail polish, both regular and gel.

Nina’s is typically my go-to. I wish I could get a tech to answer the phone for appointments but they don’t. Other than that, I can never complain. Good work for the prices ❤️

They do nails to perfection

This is a really good nail salon. They give you great service & completely focus on you when its your turn. Sometimes the fumes are really high & the wait can be longer than I would like but overall I enjoy my experience. They dont rush you and are very patient & courteous. I will definitely go back.

Came in and got a fill in and pedicure on Wednesday, they started rushing once they seen customers come in, soon as I leave my nail breaks they tell me they can’t fix it because they’re about to close and it’s not enough people working . So I come back Thursday morning and I tell them I’m back because my nail broke they have an attitude and was rude, I waited a hour for them to fix my one nail that wouldn’t have broke if they wasn’t rushing & my nails were too thin !

When I walked in no one greeted me and asked what services I would like to be provided. I arrived at 5:50 p.m. and it is now 6:33 p.m.. My sister was here before I arrived and she waited a whole hour, no one greeted her and asked what services she wanted provided. We have never had to wait this long at a nail salon. I usually do my own nails and pedicures but I decided to come to Ninas Nails to give myself a break! I waited 42 minutes and decided to leave, none of the workers still didn’t say anything to me.

They are rude when they mess up your nails. Nice at first but if you dnt agree with their poor quality work, they get nasty. Take your business elsewhere.

Moved here from New Jersey and so far this is the most decent nail salon Ive been to. I feel like they care and they take their time. Prices are reasonable as well.

Im so glad I found this place! Ive been getting my nails done here for over a year & always get great service & my nails always look great. They are customer focused here, & their prices are very affordable. They also do eyebrows, for those looking for a good place for that service.

I came in for a 10:30 am appointment. I didn’t get seated until 11:30 and there were chairs open. They called me for eyebrows first and the lady asked me what I would like for my nails while I was back there. I said pink and white OMBRÉ and she even repeated “ok, so pink and white ombré?” And I said yes ma’am. She seated me and began doing my nails but I noticed she was doing French after the first nail. I said “those are cute but it’s not what I asked for...I asked for pink and white ombré.” She looked at me dead in the face and laughed at me and said “well clearly this isn’t ombré.” I said “yes ma’am but I originally asked you for ombré nails.” She huffed and puffed and proceeded to snark at me in Vietnamese to her male coworker. I know they were talking about me because she would say “pink and white ombré” and the word “ombré” in English while they were conversing in their native language. I have no issue with them speaking in Vietnamese, but they were VERY OBVIOUSLY talking about me or me correcting her, and in front of the customer that is highly unprofessional. I will not be back. On top of this, they used a literal vacuum to clean the hand area, like the ones you use on the floor. Work on professionalism and customer service and hospitality, or find a new line of work. Thanks.

Never going here again. I came to get my nails done because my friend referred me, the staff are rude, they lied and said they don’t do designs and the same friend I sent there came back with designs, meanwhile I got gel polish and it comes off within 3 days. HORRIBLE PLACE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Ninas received one star from me because I had to select something. If it were up to me, they would receive -5 stars. Do not go to this shop for nail service!!! I acquired a nail fungus and the owner told me it was my fault. Hmm, if you are the nail technician who did not perform the application of acrylic appropriately, and moisture gathered underneath, how is it my fault??? Ill wait for that response. She was so busy speaking Vietnamese to her coworkers, she neglected to provide me with helpful options to treat my nail! I was so upset and will NEVER go back!! Please do not waste your time, or risk your health going here. There are plenty of nail shops in town to visit who actual care about their clients. NEWS FLASH: If not for your patrons, you would not be in business. Try taken some accountability for your lack of sterile care, cleanliness, and unsanitary practices.

They use a vaccum on your hands, literally. The girl who did my nails basically filed the skin around my nails off. Not gentle at all I’m in pain

Ive been going here for months, they all do a fantastic job especially with acrylics, I refuse to go anywhere else because Ninas is the only place in Greenville that has my nails looking celebrity-worthy.

Do NOT go here! I’m new to area. I found them rude and not polite at all. When i asked about the process of the service the nail tech became irritated which i found odd as a potential paying customer. She was impatient and annoyed. Also because there was NO One else in the salon. I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life. Due to the customer service I left.
