This was my first time there today and I had a great experience compared to the last nightmare salon I went to. Im new to the area and its been hard to find a good salon!The owner started me off and was very friendly and have me great advice when I asked for recommendations. Im not sure the other woman name who did the rest and my eyebrows but she wasted no time getting me out of there! She analyzed every nail and they turned out absolutely PERFECT!

I went on my lunch break to get a new set of SNS, the young lady was very quick and thorough. Very pleased!! I will definitely return♡

I went in on Monday to get a pedicure with my fiancé and then back today to get my nails done. Gina was amazing! She did everything I asked and went above and beyond! From the the length to the shape. I was indecisive on a color and she told me “whatever you want” and she was the FIRST time in my 10+ years of getting my nails done. I will always give them my business! Thank you so much Gina!

I get my dip nails done here fairly regularly. Their manicures are the longest lasting Ive had. Mary and Frank are the best.

Very clean and friendly. Sometimes theres a bit of a wait, but they tell you how long and keep you informed while you wait. They also make appointments but I usually walk in.

Ann was my tech for the afternoon. She was patient, quiet but fun, and very thorough at what she does. I came in to have a mani / pedi done. I had gel done for the first time. They still look great after 2 weeks. I absolutely recommend the Botanical Escapes Herbal Spa pedicure. WOW - it was amazing! I plan on coming back!

Frank is amazing! He always does a great job and my nails last roughly three weeks without a fill. He is very talented and I recommend him to everyone! The other staff members at fabulous nails are very friendly, and they all remember my name when I come in. I always love that!

First and last visit!! Never been hurt so bad with a pedicure. First off staff was rude only talked to each other. No customer interaction. The nail tech cut me really badly where I started bleeding. She also dropped the cutical trimmers on the floor. She grabbed another pair but never changed gloves. She then accidentally used the pair that dropped on the floor on me. Yikes!! She had just thrown them back on the tray after they dropped contaminating the entire tray. After the torture with that she then scrubbed my legs and feet with a salt scrub it was so rough. Never had a problem with this before. She massaged my feet and legs with this. Something Ive never experienced. They usually massage with a lotion. It was very abrasive. After my horrible rub down she then proceeded to take towels out of the warmer to place on my legs. She immediately put them on. It was scalding hot. I wanted to cry. I will never ever ever go back there. Oh and hit with a whopping $50 charge where on the menu it said $35 they charged extra for the polish she picked out. Never told me it was extra. Horrible experience.

So expensive with not good quality nails

I got a classic pedicure with white tips. Jan did my pedicure and did a GREAT JOB!!! Everyone is so nice, the salon is very clean and has a spa like feel. Smells good, not chemically like other salons. Highly recommended this salon 😊

The owner, Frank, is such s joy! I always request him for my manicures. He’s one of the only people I have ever found who can apply a set that lasts more than 2 weeks! Love the family and service!

How this place has earned more stars than one I don’t know. The receptionist was not the least bit accommodating or friendly. Surly might be a good descriptor for her. My wife & I each had an appointment for the same time. One should be able to assume there would be two staff available to accommodate such. Here? Nope! My wife waited while I got a pedicure and was then served by the same technician. And if that weren’t enough to get them a 1* rating, I got “Surly Girl” as my mani tech. In other words, our experience was lousy and we won’t be going back, ever! Oh, and the tab for the two of us? $155!

If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere to have your nails done, you will not find it here. I had a full set and a spa pedicure and the entire time that I was there the entire staff was LOUD and talked NONSTOP only among themselves. On top of that the music was turned up to the max as they played Christmas music. Two hours there was torture and I left feeling stressed and had a headache. My nails turned out fine but my visit was ruined by the clamoring. I paid $95.00 and should have left feeling wonderful. They should remove the word Spa from their name because the only thing Spa like there was the price. :(

I went here last week for just a gel polish. I picked out a glittery red color. As the lady started painting my nails I noticed that she was getting a lot on my skin portion. She Was also not painting my entire nail. I mentioned this to her and she said she couldnt paint the entire nail because it would come off sooner? I have never heard that before ..I could tell the lady with glasses was trying her best but the polish was getting very messy. I did not like the end result because it looked like a messy polish with polish still on my actual skin that I had to remind her to remove. When I told her this she told me that is because of the color that I picked that I shouldve gotten a manicure before to avoid it looking like that. I asked her and the owner that if they know certain polishes come out that way why not tell me that beforehand so I couldve picked something else? It did me no good for them to make an excuse afterward..all I got there was a gel polish and I wont be back ...

They really impressed me today. The salon is clean and organized. I had a pedicure and manicure combo today. Techs are very attentive and careful with my nails. Though it was pretty busy on a Friday, the lady did not try to rush me out or skip any steps. One of the best pedicure I have ever had. They use modern and clean tools. Reasonable price. There is no reason not to try this place if you live in the area unless you dont do nails. Highly recommended !!!

Wonderful manicure experience. Technician was very informative in making nail coverage suggestions and maintaining the care. Very friendly inspite of some language issues. Will return and would recommend.

Hands down the BEST nail salon in Greenville! I drive almost 30 minutes one way just to have Frank do my nails. I will never go anywhere else. Absolutely love the setup and all of the options for pedicures!!!

Walked in to get my nails done wanted a basic manicure. Lady tried selling me gel without the manicure. I told her no but kept insisting. So got up and left.

My wife said it was over priced for what you get.

It was my first time there and the staff were very friendly. I did a walk-in pedicure and I was helped right away. I got the signature pedicure. The only thing I wasnt entirely happy about was the description in the signature pedicure listed a massage that will take your stress away (you know how they usually work on your legs and feet a bit), but the tech who was working on me seemed to kind of rush through that part. Unfortunately, that was the part I was looking forward to most because Im on my feet all day. There were more people walking in as she was working on my pedicure, so Im sure she was worried about making sure everyone was helped. Other than that, it was a lovely experience and I will definitely be back.

Tried them out for the first time instead of going to my usual place on Augusta Rd, because I was in lunch break and they was near my job...I got the nail dip... It suppose to last three weeks with no problem, as it always do when I go to my NORM!! Two nails broke in one week..I went back in the other day and got one fixed,, long before two days later I knicked my finger and there went my nail.... And the others look like they ready to fall off at any time ...I wont be going back... The wife Mary is super sweet and professional, their nail quality isnt tho!!! She will also tell you when you leave,if nail break, we fix for free. Lol I now know why she told me that I was back in a week getting one fixed SMH...

I got my nails done on Monday (Today is Friday), and it already looks like the dip powder polish and tips I got have been growing out for two weeks. Some of the tips are crooked, too. The staff are really kind, but Im disappointed with the quality of work.

I had a gift certificate for a mani-pedi and had never been to this place before, not only was her maybe 12 year old daughter doing nails beside me but during my manicure she cut the skin around my nail and when i pulled back because it was bleeding she said she had to get close to the skin to make it right (which i have never had done before) and then when she was finished my nails were not the same length and she told me I owed her but had not gotten a pedicure yet and told me a mani-pedi is only worth $40. I DO NOT recommend buying anyone a gift certificate here because I think they 100% ripped me off. Very bad first experience and will not be going back.
