I receive a call from this business one day before from the pick up since my broker share our labels one week before that they have to cancel our shipment since they call us explaining a lift gate truck for 20 pallets take 2 hours. I explain we be in the business for 3 years and this only takes 40 minutes put 20 pallets with Driver and the secretary told us in other words they are not interested in the job one day before ship our pallets. My broker and I now we have to hire someone else letting know this task one week ago.I do not recommended this business and I would suggest avoid this this local business.

SAIA scheduled a delivery for me yesterday from 2-6pm so I took a half day off work.At 6pm they still hadn’t shown up. No phone call from them at all.I checked online and it then said delivery would be from 6-9pm.Again, no show and no phone call. I checked online to find that the package had been returned to the dock and that I would need to call to reschedule.I called them first thing this morning and was told they couldn’t deliver it because the driver had too many hours. They then said they wouldn’t be able to do a same day delivery for me today.I explained this isn’t a same day delivery, it’s a day late and I had already lost a half day of work to meet the day/time THEY scheduled.I was told multiple times today that I would be contacted by dispatch and there has been zero contact by them.In my calls to the center I have been told multiple times the product would arrive at a certain time, still hasn’t arrived.This is absolutely the worst delivery experience I have ever dealt with.

SAIA delivered my freight right to my front door. The driver was friendly and courteous. The tracking info said my item was in my city and then showed it back in the previous city so I called to check the status of my delivery and the woman I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. She said they forgot my item in the previous city, but that it came on the next truck and was in town and was available to be delivered the next day. She scheduled my delivery time and my item was delivered as scheduled. I had 0 things to complain about, which was a nice surprise after reading the other reviews on this site about them.

Seamless process. In and out.

Our vendors use them frequently and the drivers are always polite and helpful. Good communications with local office. They also have a new tracking app which is helpful.

SAIA delivers Very quickly, the next day! We had no problems at all. The delivery man was very nice and friendly. He even called about 15-20 minutes before he arrived. Great experience!

1st had to wait 4 days after they had my order before they will deliver it to my house...Then was told 2pm-6pm ..Now its 8pm...Call center was not friendly

Staff doesnt read request.i needed them to hold on dock in San Antonio and they sent it to la fedia ..

Was supposed to receive my shipment on Monday but it somehow went to the wrong place and then it shows it Arrived in San Antonio at 12am but it won’t be delivered today! Really frustrated with this company!!!

Worst Damn people you could ever choose to work with. The delivery guy wanted to leave our item in the street and stated he was just there to deliver it and not to put it anywhere. Another item we needed picked up and it took 3 attempts for them to get it right and come pick up the item. If you have an item that is heavy or takes more than one persone to move or pack, dont use this company cause they will not help in the slightest. Their tracking of items is a joke and totally inaccurate. Stay away, Stay away, Stay Away..... Trust me and avoid the headache cause it is a totally waste of your money and time...

Shipped a very heavy very fragile very ackward item that was not packed all that great 1600 miles and didnt put a scratch on it. I was very nervous. The tracking was dead on . Very friendly too. I dont understand the other comments. This is a freight company and not a delivery service and their job is just to get it to your location not put it up. I would recommend them highly.
