I received a pedicure and full set- dip with a cuticle trim. I didn’t have any cuts on my finger, received a dry cuticle trim BEFORE the dip with tools that she grabbed from her caddy(should have asked for clean tools) My finger started hurting a week later, pain persisted and then I ended up at the hospital with a fungal infection of the nail bed and cuticle. It took 6 weeks for my finger to completely heal. IM 4 MONTHS PREGNANT! Clean your tools, and please do not get your nails done with a fungal infection anywhere on your body!! Pictures from start to finish!

I went in and asked for a short coffin shape, 1st picture was the reference......last 2 are what I got. Tech didnt know what she was doing, asked her if she was gonna shape them more and was told yes. Paint was just as bad, my 6 year old could of done this. Save your money and go else where, they dont have the experience wont be returning.

This is what I asked for and DAISY did them THEY’RE CHUNKY and when I asked if she can file it she ignored me and there is no shape she filed it so much they’re not even the length I wanted anymore. this was my first time here and they gave me someone who obviously doesn’t know what she was doing. Never coming here again the place may look nice but I guess there nail techs aren’t that good.

Don’t waste your time or money! After getting my nails dipped 6 days later they come off. I get another full set 7 days later they come off. I call the salon and Nancy tells me she will have to talk to the manager. Nancy calls me back and says I can come in and get my nails redone and they would give me 25% off. What? You think I am going to waste more time and money in this salon you’ve lost your mind! I’ve had dipped nails many times that lasted 3 weeks and now I’ve had 2 sets that lasted a only a week! Thanks but no thanks! AVOID THIS PLACE!

I get dip nails every 3 weeks by Ashya she is wonderful, very professional but friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. The customer service is top notch. The salon is always clean and they are very safety and infection control conscious. I highly recommend going her for all your nail wants and needs.

Each time I have visited the service has been exceptional. Even when I accidentally dropped a bottle of nail polish, my technician was very kind and made me feel welcome.

My tech was Mai. She did a good job, was very thorough. Made sure to get all of dead skin, clear cuticles, shape my ingrown. The basic pedicure is $25 and goes up in $5 increments for each level. There are separate rooms for services (nail room, pedicure, wax, etc.) Complete bar, you can choose between non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. The mimosa was not very strong (served in actual wine glass, not plastic chinaware). My only complaint was waiting for my nails to dry. There was no drying station. At checkout, they enroll you in a rewards program with your cellphone number.

Asked for a full set w shellac...gave me a manicure (I had done my own cuticles the night before ) and painted shellac on my actual nails. Then wanted to charge $37!! Ridiculous. Never again! And u can bet I wont recommend to anyone...should have stuck w my regular salon but they were booked :(

I have been a customer for over two years and today the front desk attendant was rude. I think shes new. First they said my tech was almost done and that I could come in. When I got there, the story changed and I got no service. Last week I scheduled a man I and pedi. Got three and no pedi schedule. Very unprofessional. This place is going downhill.

I love Cinderella Nails! I am always treated so nice and they make my daughter feel special whenever she is with me. Kim is my nail tech and she always does a magnificent job!

I have been coming here for 3 months now, and I am very impressed. The service is amazing, staff is extremely friendly and sweet, the prices are way more affordable than most other places in the area, and the facility is very well kept and upscale. I get a pedicure and dip, and both are done to perfection everytime.

Nancy did an amazing job and was very on point with making sure youre satisified. i did the dip powder, and before i got them done she tested the colors on nails to be 100% sure i liked the outcome. ask for nancy!!! she always does an amazing job and will leave u feeling satisfied and taken care of!

This place is top notch when it comes to being pampered. This is my place to relax and get my hands and feet done. From the moment you walk in the pampering starts. Lena and Jennifer greet you. They are very customer oriented and very professional. Lena is great if you need help picking a certain color or matching colors. Daisy and Gina are the best when it comes to your hands and feet. They are down to earth and very good at what they do. I’ve never been disappointed. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed.

Extremely unimpressed. My pedicure was rushed and lazy. Nail polish application in lumpy. The two front desk girls are unprofessional and only speak if they have to. During this time of covid if I have to wear a mask to get service your staff should not be walking around eating with no mask on. Especially at the front desk eating food.

I came in with a picture of what I wanted which was a black and red ombré stiletto it took her three hours to do it and couldn’t do the ombré and the shape of each nail was uneven and all the nails on my right hand were longer and larger than on my left hand the ombré was unnoticeable and here I am four days later and each nail has come off as if the were press ons they weren’t broken off or anything like that they just started falling off and there goes $65 dollars down the drain I wish I could post the pictures of what I wanted and what I left with versus the nothing I have four days later

I have gotten my nails and brows done several times at Cinderella Nails. Every visit was successful and enjoyable. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and all equipment used is sterile and clean and pedi bowls are lined. I enjoy going every time and relax while there.

I dont like they dont have nail techs that do not know how to do designs.

I dont get my nails done often, but this place is my go to. Way better service here than anywhere else, and the nail technicians are super friendly. This is a great place to go with a friend because the chairs for pedicures are right next to each other so you can talk. Great prices too!

I was at the Pearlanf location before and was very happy but until my normal tech gave me nails that lifted........so i went to this location and the tech who did my nails was in shock my nails were how they were but they all were professional enough to not try to ask me for the techs name .Tiffany at this location did a pretty good job and my nails are in much better condition but they are still pretty thick but Im sure its because she assumed I like them tick..happy so far so lets see how next round goes... Ill just ask for thinner lol

Went here to get my eyebrows waxed and the wax was not cared for properly and ripped off my skin. Would not recommend someone to get any services here as care their is very limited.

Great place, friendly nail technicians that do awesome work

This was my first time here. No one in the lobby waiting, signed in for a shellac manicure I was taken back to sit with my friend and asked the nail tech if I can start soaking my shellac off and she told me she would be with me in a minute so I waited for 35 minutes and my friend asked her tech if anybody was going to come and start my nails after several people came in after us and was seated and started on. My friends nail tech got up and went to the front and they apparently completely forgot about me ? Won’t be returning.

Nails took way too long to come off, about a month. Way too much nail glue, took off my friends whole nail and ripped one of mine in half. They were a total pain to take off. This has never happened to a nail set I’ve had, so I know it was a mistake. Both my middle nails were crooked, too. Gave me anxiety. Please take note of this review. ☹️

Edit to add: 2 nails have broken off (they were done YESTERDAY!) and are being held on by nail glue & as far as the $10 they credited to me I AM NEVER GOING BACK!!!!Though this place is clean that’s about the only thing I am happy with.Today I went in to get a basic and I mean basic pedicure with gel. Along with a fill, and fix on 2 nails. For my pedicure she told me she was adding things on. NOTHING I ASKED FOR!!!!I called in advance for an appointment and to see what the prices were. Doing the math in my head plus tip I knew it would be roughly $85 or so I thought!I was with my 2 year old daughter who was repeatedly asking me for her nails to be polished & I kept saying no. The girl, (Deanna) doing my nails ordered me to pick out a pink for my daughter and then was frustrated when my 2 yo messed up her nails. I mentioned again that I would do them at home. However I was ignored.Then when my total came it was $115 for the entire bill!! When it shouldn’t have been more then $85!!DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! They overcharge, hide the prices until the end and charged me for 2 services I didn’t want in the first place!!!My nails look ok & I have acrylic powder caked on and under my fingers and nails! So not worth the price!Also I am now out of grocery money until next week thanks to the “hidden fees”!!!!

My second time here. I really like it. Clean, big, lots of color options. Good bar drink options. The ladies are very nice. They have a very soft touch for both mani and pedi.

My boyfriend and I got pedicures. The service was very rushed. The staff was very rough with our feet. On my boyfriends feet, the tech was so rough she caused him to bleed and had to hold pressure for it to stop however it was still bleeding when we left. Also my tech kept digging into my nails where it was very painful and uncomfortable and bled as well. And my toes remained in pain for hours after the pedicure was done.When I went to tell the lady at the checkout counter, she was very rude and indifferent. Absolutely did not care at all.I just wouldnt go to this place! You can have better experiences at other places.

Love the baybrook location. Done with the other original location, they have gotten to big and run it just thinking about getting you out quickly and moving to the next customer. The baybrook location took the time to make my daughter feel special and her nails still look good a week later (except where she picked at it but shes 4 so what do you expect). I took her there for her birthday to get ready for her party and she had a blast.

I’ve given this place several chances and I’m disappointed each time. The last couple of times I went, I’ve picked a color and the tech can’t find it or says it’s empty. I ask for coffin and half end up square and the other half are round. I always end up fixing the shape myself. The prices are way to high for the service you end up getting. I would not recommend them.

It was okay. i love my nails, but the lady completely took off my nail beds. my nails feel very sore. but my pedicure was great.

I will not be coming back to this place. When I was brought back the tech was not personable and in a rush to get my fingers done. She knicked 4 of my fingers causing them to bleed and used tools from the drawer. Not a sanitized sleeve, nor did she clean the tools for the next client. Nor did she wash her hands after my blood was on them. When I told the girl up front she was more worried about collecting 40 from me and eating her ice cream.

They gave my young daughter and I great service to me it means more how they treat her and make sure she is happy and comfortable not just me. The staff are All wonderful from arrival to departure. I have only been there 2 times but i found my salon no need to look anywhere else.

I would like to share my experience with Cinderella Nails today. I went in as a walk in, I explained to the receptionist that I was there to get a manicure & pedicure & I also have in-growns on my big toes. I asked her to please put me with a experienced technician, much to my surprise, she put me with Gina! I have never had such a wonderful experience! Gina was very sweet & met all my needs far beyond my expectations! Gina did a FABULOUS JOB! She is absolutely THE BEST! I have found a new home there & would recommend Cinderella Nails to anyone who is looking for a TOP NOTCH SALON! She even made me a cup of hot tea, which was wonderful! Awful job they said they could do what I wanted they didnt. ( French) lines were awful nails were cut uneven. The worst part they filed my nails and toe nails way to much made them so thin they actually hurt for over a month. The services I received hands and feet didnt last the weekend one day to be exact . They were so pushy to do a certain type of pedicure I couldnt do that I kept saying Im allergic to. so I end up having to pay more for a lesser of a pedicure. I left so miserably unhappy when I tried to tell the front I wasnt happy, and that person said they could do this service which they clearly couldnt. All that was said was no its good .......This place is also unsanitary with the dip everyone dips their nails into the exact same nail dip power. I was disappointed because I heard such wonderful things. Maybe my tech was new and didnt know how to do nails or pedicures maybe it was a fluke but I can not return after being in physical pain from the extreme filing. It is a pretty place so that is the one good thing I can say.

Took my two young girls for a fun mommy daughter day. That treated us great and were courteous. I think prices on par with other salons but I felt more pampered here.

Ive been coming here for several months now. Unfortunately, I dont have time to come very often. I always have received pretty good customer service - aside from one tech who left a mess of the powder dip gunk under each of my nails. Today however, Gina went above and beyond for me. I could not make it yesterday before closing and I have an important interview today. My ridiculously grown out shellac manicure was embarrassing and I could not get the old shellac off at home. Gina got me in and out in 30 minutes and did an amazing job. Now I have a fresh mani to help me feel confident and look professional at my interview. I highly recommend this place. Even when I had the prior issue, they took care of it right away without making me feel like an inconvenience.

3rd time to this location.Ive gotten pedicures for years, this was the second worst experience ever. Daisy was very rough and left the callus remover on my foot too long, causing extreme pain. I told her, and she blamed ME, saying its dry feet. Had she apologized for her error, I wouldnt had left this review. I cant walk properly or without extreme pain at this time due to raw flesh on my foot secondary to the callus remover on my foot.

The staff is super friendly, but felt kinda rushed getting my full set. I showed the nail technician a photo of a different styled French tip and she kinda struggled doing it. I completely understood, so asked for just a normal French tip and she struggled as well. I then opted for just white powder and this took over 45 minutes to do and was still left w bumps. She had to keep trying to fix my nails to the point where it felt like forever. Over and over again. I just felt like if she didn’t know how to do it, I could have been w someone else or at least told.

Rushed as soon as you get in the door and through out the whole service. My shilac nail manicure starting cracking on the second day and every day after. The Shilac gel has never let me down until i got them done at Cinderella nails and spa.🧐 I gave them two stars because the facility is nice. I wish I knew how to post a pic..

Cinderella Nails was one of the best pedicure experiences I have had at a nail salon in the Webster-Clear Lake area. When you walk in you are greeted right away and a quickly started on for your requested service. The place is absolutely beautiful and makes you feel like you are in a very upscale spa. The pedicure chairs are much more roomy than typical nail salon chairs and are easier to get in and out; these chairs include the built in massager I know some people enjoy. Angie was my nail technician and she was very attentive during my pedicure. Angie provided me with a long and thorough massage (unlike many other nail salons I have been to), and made sure the oil, wax and stones were not too hot before providing the service. She was delicate with my nails and cuticles, but shaped and cleaned them up well. The only downside to Cinderella Nails is the prices are on the higher end, but you get what pay for ($45 for basic pedi, masque/warm towel wrap, hot stone massage, and wax). The prices can go up to $60 for pedicure or lower for a more basic service. Overall, I will be returning and truly enjoyed my experience at this nail salon.

Its a very well maintained and clean establishment. I see Tiffany every time and she is fantastic. The receptionist is not the friendliest, but thats my only complaint.

You pay for what you get! A bit more expensive but Ive always enjoyed the quality of products and the services. This location is spacious and beautiful!! The nail techs are great. Tracy did a great full set of SNS dip nails for me. ($40)The time before I got a great (fancy) relaxing pedi for $40 and a full set for $50. I tried to tell a different tech that I wanted short coffin nail shape, she didnt listen after I asked multiple times. It was fine, (language barrier) and the nails still lasted 3 weeks with no lifting. But make sure you let them know what you want them to look like with a picture if they arent listening. Other than that, I love this place!

I love Gina! From the very first day I walked into this nail salon she treated me like I had been coming for years! I moved farther away and started going somewhere else and hated it, so I make the drive just to go back and see Gina!!

Im glad to have found this place and my favorite girl, Sandy. I absolutely love how she does my nails and always goes the extra mile to make me very comfortable and pampered.

Let me start with this was my ballin’ day. I get my pedi by Mimi it’s everything I want and 35$ with the jewels. Amazing massage, really personable. I’m happy. Then come my acrylic set. I have a pic and yes it has designs but I’ve gone to plenty of places that always have an artist on hand. So I show ma and she goes “oh” I can’t do that.” So I’m like ok can someone? She’s like “I’ll try” well I don’t want my nails looking like a 5 year old did them so no don’t try and get me someone who can. So we move onto color. I want acrylic no sparkle all she has is sparkle and is steady pushing for dip which is like $20 more. I find a few acrylic colors but they are down to nothing. At this point I say I’m leaving and she rolls her eyes and I tell her they just don’t have what I want. basically she finds me a color 🙄 but it’s dip so I just go dip. It was$125 with the tip and I was not impressed and just ready to go so I didn’t have her keep trying the lines or do the design I wanted on my pinkies. Just left. Lots of arguing between customers and techs during my two hours there. Will keep searching for a salon I like. *** the price was not an issue just think the quality of my nails and experience should’ve been better

We had 4 generations getting ready for a wedding. The staff was great as usual. 4 pedi, 1 set of eyebrows, I Mani and 3 margaritas later (1 each). This has been my go 2 nail place and I am very apprecitave of all they do. Shop is always clean and neat.

I am so disappointed with this Nail Salon, it is not the first time I come here and my nails not last for more than 1 day. Decided to give them a second try. I went on Friday 3/10/2018 to get my nails done, I did have shellac on my nails so they did have to remove ($5) I tell the lady I want powder and coffin shape (powder $40 and coffin shape $5). Plus a manicure which is not included because I wanted my cuticles cut($10). Over all my total comes out $70 because I left the lady $10 dollar tip. The next day Saturday night 2 of my nails break off. At this point I do want refund because I no longer want services with this nail salon. Manager tells me that they do not offer refunds but they will fix the broken nails. I paid a good amount for my nails and I expected my nails to last more than one weekend!I WOULD NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t understand why my tech could use the uv light. She had it (the Uv light)but insisted I use the fan. My nails instantly ruined. I had a gel polish and she made also a statement that it would take long. I am very livid.

I’ve gotten my nails done a ton a times and with great people, i just so happened to have a gift certificate from here so figured I’d give it a try. The people and tech were really nice but everything felt rushed and my nails are all different shapes and there’s even missing powder on some of my nails. I didn’t complain because i had switched my color a few times because the tech couldn’t do what i asked her to which was a white and pink ombré it legit all looked white lol there was no ombré. All in all if you don’t get your nails done very often then this place would probably be good for getting your nails done once, but if you’re about quality and know how your tech should be doing things this isn’t the place for you you’ll be very disappointed. But i was grateful for her patience in letting me switch colors.

I have been going to the Pearland location for at least five years and will not go to other nail salons, so I tried the Baybrook location today and took my daughter and mother along with me. Baybrooks location provided the same top notch quality service Im use to and I found it a bit more relaxing. Jessica was awesome! Ill be back for sure.

Took almost 2 hours for mani pedi because 2 different techs do each one. Not good as used to getting at least manicure started while pedicure was going on. Will not be back.

I normally use shellac. Regular polish works well on my nails but the shellac keeps them from breaking. The nail tech suggested I try SNS dipping. She said it was better for my nails and would not chip. It chipped with in two days. I went back and had 2 chipped nails fix. It hasnt been two weeks and every nail but 3 is chipped or cracked. I am not hard on my hands at all. I asked that they fix them or remove them. To fix them I would be charged the full price minus 20%. I had them removed and will not return. When I pay $100 for a mani-pedi I expect flawless nails for 2 weeks not a couple days. This is my only experience with Cinderella Nails and its really disappointing bc the place and staff are nice and I thought I had found a nail salon home.

Worst salon experience Ive ever had! My tech was careless when filling the sides of my nails that she filed right into my pinky, and NOT just a little. My pinky started bleeding, and it hurt. I pointed it out to her, so she proceeded to roughly swipe a cotton ball on it, then disregarded it when using a brush to brush off dust, needless to say burning my cut pinky. She never apologised. Upon leaving I made a complaint to the woman at the front desk. She didnt give an apology either, and insisted on putting a blue liquid on my finger which BURNED so bad! My nails were also crooked, which I had pointed out before my tech dismissed it.I posted my review on the companys Facebook page only to have one of the employees CURSE at me, call my mother fat white trash etc, and mocking my review. I did a little digging (didnt take much) and found that this same person has been terrorizing EVERYONE with a review lower than 4 stars, often calling them white trash; b****, c**t, etc etc.The owner does NOTHING about anyones bad reviews, but is quick to laugh at you when calling with a complaint (as he did to MANY people).My pinky became infected and the tip turned purple. I had to go to my doctor to get antibiotics. I pointed this out to Cinderellas, and yet the problem was never fixed. They think very poorly of their customers, and completely disregard ALL complaints.This place needs to be shut down.
