Phil is a awesome, he is a good guy, friendly and creative with my nails.. I have never had any issues out of him, we joke and laugh and talk politics he is funny as ever… I truly would recommend him to anyone because of the type of work he performs, he goes over and beyond and RACE isn’t a issue.. I truly feel bad for people that see color over creativity. DO NOT GET A PEDICURE HERE!!!! Phil does amazing acrylic nails and nails in general. But the guy who does the pedicures is so rude and aggressive with your legs and feet! If you are going to get you nails done here. Make sure its just your finger nails!!

The ladies took very good care of me and my Princess Granddaughter. The pedicure was great. My 1st time, and I would return. Lots of nail color to choose from.

I took my 4 girls to get their nails done 1 hour before they closed. Everyone was so professional. Everything was clean. Phil and Helen were awesome and attentive. The nails turned out great.

I came in for a pedicure and the guy that did it never spoke a word to me. He would just jerk my foot around and never did he once ask if I was OK with the job he performed. When I asked him for a design on my toe he told me no.WHAT?? Then another guy came over and completed it. They are not friendly or welcoming. This was the first and last time I come to this place.If you are going to be in business then be respectful to your customers.

This is THE best place to get your nails done in all of Greenville. Phil is the best! He’s so funny and cares about you. Go Mon-Thurs if you work at the hospital or are a college student for 10% off! They also have other deals if you go in (there’s a blackboard before the checkout hanging up).Honestly such great deals, such great nails you can’t go wrong. My new favorite nail salon in Greenville. They are affordable, and their results are long-lasting. The staff members are very nice and have never cut me (vs other places in town who have cut me multiple times in one sitting).

Before I normally purchase something or get a service done I always read reviews.You would think I was in a different salon from what others describe. Maybe the fact that they were really busy or my tech wasnt as seasoned as the others is the reason why my experience wasnt like others.I see others describe the techs as extra friendly ...I didnt get that experience which is fine I wasnt there to make friends but get a pedicure.I was offered anything to drink ...all though the brochure stated they offer all customers this.Not a deal breaker at all just something I noticed.The service I felt would have been better if the tech was more sure of herself...not sure if she was new or not but my polish doesnt look up to par because it seemed she didnt know what she was doing and I could tell the other techs was aware.Polish was left on top of my feet and the polish looks like a child did it.Not sure if Ill return.

I am here right now and I’ve been coming faithfully every 2 weeks. The atmosphere is clean and the nail techs are very sweet as well as professional they all make you feel very welcome and make you feel like MVP! I love how they do my nails it’s always neat and the pedicures are awesome especially after that massage! The prices are also reasonable!

I was unsure of my nails at one point in time and they went above their expectations to make sure I was happy. Thank you. I have lived in four different states and this is by far my favorite nail place I have ever been to! Every time I have gone there has been no wait, the techs are fast and friendly and my nails never feel raw after leaving like I have experienced at other salons after a gel mani. The quality of work is great. However, the technician was more concerned with how long me and my daughters nails were instead of completing the job requested. If youre not able to service all lengths of nails how can you call yourself a licensed nail artist? If you cant service a person just allow another tech to handle it; you shouldnt catch an attitude because a person wears long nails, if Im paying you then it shouldnt be an issue. Especially for the high prices they have. Ms. Helen is this best tech there honestly and her work was very neat n pretty. Other than that the service was awesome.

First nail tech passed me to a second nail tech. I watched him smear my gel and then he told ME I shouldve been more careful. Made no effort to fix it. The techs use their own nails to scrap the underside of your nail. It seemed extremely unsanitary at best. Mediocre customer service. I dont ever leave negative reviews but I wont be back. :(

I wont recommend that place to a friend or a family member, in a nutshell their customer service skill is lacking . My appointment was booked and confirmed through their online booking system but when I walked in my greeting was once I walked through the door We are not taking anyone more today, sweetieThats inappropriate and unprofessional way of addressing your customers.In the future I would recommend that you say sorry our online system is incorrect simple and easy.I am extremely mad about the way he addressed me, completely ignored while he was finishing what he was doing and when I mentioned their online system the reply was Yeah I will fix that.Very subpar place. I have tried almost EVERY nail salon in Greenville before discovering Lavish Nails & Spa and this salon is the absolute BEST nail salon in Greenville. I have never been more happy with my nails and I refuse to go anywhere else but Lavish. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and joking with you and overall such a fantastic experience. They always make sure I am 100% happy with my nails before leaving. At other nail salons i’ve been to before, my nails would either chip/break off/gets loose after only a week of having them on. Once I get my nails done at Lavish, I don’t have to get a fill in for 3 weeks because they’re just THAT good. I see a few bad reviews and I honestly don’t know what they’re talking about because i’ve never had that experience here and i’ve never got that feedback from any of the people I recommend to go here. All my friends have now switched over to Lavish Nails and they refuse to go elsewhere. In general, I love this salon and I refuse to let anyone else do my nails!

The worse nail salon ever the customer service was bad abd thr guy that did my pedicure did not do a good job I was looking for him so he could repaint my feet he was no where to be found I will not return here. I was so uncomfortable in most places you visit the people thr work there will atleast ask hiw you are doing and make a little convo but not here I even tried sparking convo with the lady who ended up repainting my feet she didnt say anything back...maybe she didnt speak English is all in saying. I will not return...i really do not even see how this place hs so many good reviews...if that is good service to you then you should try some of the other salons around town because you would be blown away.😠

I would have given this place closer to a 5 star but tonight was not a good experience. I didnt have an issue the first two times I went but this time I took my mother-in-law after talking the place up.She got a pedicure and the tech was terrible to her. She has multiple medical conditions that leaves her legs numb and they flinch without her being able to control it. She told the tech this after he began hitting her legs and feet to get her to stop moving. He got short with her after that and she tried to explain again she couldnt control it. He went to who I am assuming is the manager and next thing I know I am being approached to see if she would mind not getting the manicure done she asked for since they needed to close early.I find it pretty convenient that when we got there it wasnt a problem to do a full set, a pedicure and a manicure before they closed but after the tech got mad about my mother-in-law we were practically told to just leave. Reason why I think its shady because there was no mention prior to this that they would be closing early and I have walked in 30 mins before closing to get my nails done and they have stayed later even for people who have walked in 5 mins before closing.The excuse we were given for the tech getting short with her was that he didnt speak English so didnt understand what she was saying. I am sorry but you should be able to communicate on some level with your customers. Just stay away if you need a little extra attention or consideration during your service.Still had us pay full price even though the tech made her bleed, hit her repeatedly and failed to paint her nails. Not sure I will be going back. Sad because the man who has done my nails did a good job but I take my mother-in-law with me for girls days.

The experience was horrific !!!! Phil was very rude today and unprofessional my time was wasted first he told me 1 hour mind you I arrived at 11am didn’t leave til 230 and still was not a happy customer ! when it came to the pedicure they tried to charge me for something I didn’t have, the feet afterward look like bullcrap, the first person that did my toes were very rough and complained about me moving so much but ur hurting me ! Supper AGGRESSIVE NOT FRIENDLY OR WELCOMING AT ALL !! so I asked them to fix it of course they had an attitude about fixing the issues they created so then comes another worker that doesn’t speak English omg it was the worst, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO HERE for PEDICURES OR ANY OTHER SERVICE UNLESS U HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE !!! Not to mention THE business IS NOT THAT OLD I have never felt so disappointed in my life
