Good business, the tow truck driver was professional job wise and personality

They were very quick got there in 15 mins when all other tow trucks didnt even want to come out... handled my tow and the business side quickly and professionally

Terrible customer service. Bad attitudes and astronomical price. My car was damaged afterward too. I do not recommend dealing with these people.

This company, the owner and his employees are crooked as they come in this world!!! Stay far away, if you happen to get unlucky and have to deal, I suggest going to an attorney, since they will lie to your face and treat you like a criminal.Place is a scam, stay far away!!!To many honest, good people out there to allow this guy to steal money. I have filed suit and will be asking for their removal from city and county rotations.Karma is King

We are from Kentucky, had a rough day needed towed twice. Then we were almost stranded two hours away from our destination. The owner and mechanic were so caring, kept the shop open late just to make sure we could make it to our destination, if you’re ever in need I have no doubt these wonderful people would lend a hand.

This is a late review, as the incident happened in 2017, but I figure I should let people know what happened anyway so they dont make the same mistake I did.So, I got in an accident with a lot of stuff in my car, as I was moving at the time. The car got towed to their lot. I decided to move my stuff out of the car as it was totaled and I didnt know if I was going to sell it to them as scrap. When I tried to walk into the lot, they stopped me and said that since it was a police impound lot, only employees could go in my car and get stuff for me.So one of their guys started taking stuff out of the car and handing it to me over the fence, including about 2 grand with of audio equipment that they damaged pretty badly removing. (Instead of unscrewing the amplifiers from the box they were attached to, they just pried them off, ripping the screws out). When all was said and done, the one thing they didnt remove was the $800 custom airsoft gun that I forgot I had in the back seat, which they later quietly stole out of my car and kept for themselves. After I got the car back, I found some attachments that were on the gun that they left in my back seat because they didnt know what they did, and thats when I found out what happened.So, if your car ever gets towed to Tropic Towing, watch them like a hawk. Call the cops if you have to. Because they WILL try to steal whatever they want out of your car, and they will lie to your face in order to do it.

Reading a bunch of bad reviews but I had a great experience! Came home from work at 240 AM and Tyler was here 15 minutes later to get a vehicle out of my assigned parking spot. Thank you, Tyler!

After being involved in an accident over the weekend I went to tropic to pick up my car. I talked to Tyler in the office and he was very helpful telling me what all needed to be done. would definitely use this company again. thank you for everything.

Not your typical towing company. Very honest and straight forward.

Incompetent idiots who will damage your car and deny responsibility. I had a flat tire in Ft Pierce and called them to toe my Jaguar XKR o a repair facility. The driver had trouble getting the car on the truck and also getting it off. The repair place, PEP Boys, couldnt fix the tire so they put the spare on and I drove home. I noticed that my steering wheel was no longer centered facing 12 o:clock but didnt give it much thought. I ordered a tire on line and had it shipped to a tire place in Port St Lucie. A few days later it came in and I had the new tire installed. On the way home I stopped at the Jaguar dealership to get a wheel alignment. After a few minutes the service advisor took me back to the mechanic on the way, he asked i had recently had the car towed. I said yes and he told me the tow truck guy screwed up and hooked onto the steering rack instead of the towing point. That bent the tie rod. And since the tie rod on the car was all part of the steering rack, the entire rack had to be replaced. $2,900 for the rack and $850 for labor! I called Tropic Towing and they said their drivers would never do that and they would not do anything about it. Know this. If you call Tropic Towing and they damage your car, they will not pay for it. Further, I checked Florida Department of Corporations and the company was dissolved in 2015! So they arent even a legal corporation in Florida. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I wouldnt use this company in a million years... they totally ripped me off and basically stoled my money. Very shortly I am filing a law suite against them. The owner Mike is somewhat nice at first. Then once he gets your money he is jerk. They ruined my truck took my money 650.00 then wouldnt call me back when it was not fixed but in worse shape. I have heard of a lot of people that say he is a crook... Dont let him tow your car. If it ends up in his lot he charged a fortune to get it out. Just go look at his lot. All those cars in there are cars people couldnt get back I am told. Then he can file a lien and take your car. You cant get an invoice so he must be ripping of the THE IRS... I am telling you this is a scam crooked business.

My wife was driving down US-1 and had her car stop running. We called and asked for a tow truck to pick her up. They came out and picked it up and took the car to our mechanic. Driver even dropped my wife off at the house after dropping the car at the shop. Pretty pleased. Would use them again. Hopefully we wont have to.

Mikey once tried to tow my boat with his little dingy after being at the cove. He told me I had to pay him 250 cash only, and I would get my boat back. He did not have a captains license nor a towing endorsement. The city of fort pierce eventually gave me my money back. Dont let this happen to you. Call fwc, coast Guard, and dispatch. He is not allowed to do this.

Well I would just have to say but this guy is a crook. Hes very dishonest money hungry and you cannot trust him. Also if you are a woman and you have to go pick up your car after he takes it. Take him in with you thats all I can tell you.

Horrible experience, shady people, will trash your vehicle. They treat everyone like criminals. Held our vehicle hostage because they had to run errands in the middle of the day so they had no one in the office to release it at 3pm on a Monday. Stay far! Far! Away from this place!

Zero stars worst towing to hit grove park apts slow ass responses up to 2hrs waiting, never do ramdon chks on guest spots

Showed up in a timely matter driver was very polite made the best out of a bad situation I would use them again.

They charge you the highest price possible, they charged my friend 260 dollars for a lock out, and 2 mile impound, out within the hour of the pick up
