I’ve been going here for the past few years and they’ve never disappointed until now. I could usually go to anyone in the shop and they would do a GREAT job. However when I made an appointment for this time, I still had to wait. The person who did my nails didn’t do the best. The shape of my nails were a little off and cut me twice using the buffer tool. Ouch. Definitely will be my last time.

After eight years using the same nail salon, my technician was suddenly gone and they would not tell me where she went. All technicians were male and not terribly friendly. I decided to make a change. After calling several salons, I decided to try A Perfect 10 Nails and Spa. The atmosphere was welcoming and very zen. Anne gave me an excellent pedicure. I had their signature pedicure that included massaging the legs and use of aromatherapy oils. I will go back.

Came today, cleanliness was not up to par. I had an appointment that did not start on time and was thrown 7 books of colors for dip powder and that was very Overwhelming... the girl that did my nails rushed, didnt ask me what shape I wanted and did them WAY to thick.. it looks like I have gum drops on my fingers.Wont be back. Would not recommend.

I am new to Greenville and currently shopping around for a new nail place. Called Friday morning to make an appointment for the afternoon. They told me they were available at 3pm. Arrived at 3pm and it was a zoo. I waited for 25 minutes before anyone began my manicure. After manicure I had to wait over 30 minutes before someone came to do my pedicure. Didn’t leave until 5pm and spent more time waiting than actually getting my mani/pedi. And the icing on top of the cake is it has been less than 48 hours and my gel French tip has already chipped a little on a couple of the nails. 🙃

I love this place! My sister and I have been coming here for years and have always had a wonderful experience. Doan is so sweet and is amazing at doing nails. I recommend this place to all my friends!

Naomi is amazing! I haven’t scheduled with her specifically but I usually end up with her she did great and takes great care of me. Had to wait a while after my toes and wax for my nails with appt tho but overall they always do good. I’m going to miss them while I’m at college.

If you are choosing dip as a healthier alternative for your nails, do not trust this salon! Big warning here!As you may know, Dip powder (base, color coat, top coat) provide benefit to your nails with their Keratin bond. This salon - rather than doing it the right way - places a cheap acrylic on your nails before and after the powder coats. If you’re like me and looking to dip for the benefits of keratin than this is a scam. It’s a dangerous scam too. There are a handful of harmful effects from acrylic, but also you’re paying for dip and the premium quality that goes along with it. No salon should be allowed to bait and switch this way.I addressed the issue head on with the owner and was given the response, “this is what everyone uses.” I know that not to be true for one, but to know youre lying to every person walking in your door asking for the healthy alternative because “everyone does it” is simply inexcusable. If I walked into Whole Foods and picked up a gluten free item that WF intentionally mislabeled then they would be held accountable - its your health they’d be gambling with. A salon should be held to that same standard. Your nails, specifically the toxins you put on your nails, wildly impacts your health as a female. This salon should honestly be ashamed of themselves.Side note: they aren’t manicuring your nails. You sit down, they soak the old polish off and then shave the nail bed down. This is not the way. They simply want you in and out as quickly as possible - it’s lazy work.

Easy reservations online and great service inside. The shop was clean and the lady was very professional. I had a relaxing service and will for sure be back again!

I was hoping to start my morning with a relaxing pedicure. The ladies at the front desk were really nice but once I got to the chair my experience changed. The lady who did my toes rushed me out the chair and was very unpleasant. I definitely would not recommend and will not be back. I shouldn’t be surprised but I’ve never left a nail salon feeling so upset or discriminated toward.

I’ve received services at multiple nail salons in fifteen yrs I’ve lived in Greenville and A Perfect 10 is the best. Doan and her techs are professional, extremely knowledgeable and the finished product is always beautiful. They are respectful of the clients and always friendly to the patrons. I am new to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon saw this place had great reviews and decided to give it a try. I have been getting dip done for 2 years now and have always had strong nails and have never experienced breaks or them feeling brittle. After getting dip done here twice my nails are completely destroyed. Firstly, they were never smooth and the manicure was awful. Secondly, they do not know how to properly use the drill my nails are now paper thin I can’t even pull up my pants without them breaking! You can see pics below from when I got them done at another place before giving a perfect 10 a try. These are both my natural nails.

Always on time and they do an amazing job. Make an appointment but they will get you in for a walk in for sure. Best around Greenville

I consider myself pretty picky about my nails. I got a full set of acrylics and they turned out amazing! Im very impressed. I called an hour ahead, although, they welcome walk-ins. They are well staffed and have a wide range of talented artists. There was an older lady getting her nails done next to me who kept wanting to switch her nail color after it was already applied, the lady doing her nails was super polite and extremely accommodating to her. For polite staff and talented artists, I would recommend this place.

My co-workers and I all go here. Great gel manicures - I love that they automatically put three layers of color on when some salons only do two. Pedicures are always good and relaxing as well.

Grew up around here and got my nails done here years before going to college. Came back 5+ years ago today with my mom, and one of the techs recognized my mom and asked about where I was. Completely shocked at how the professionalism has stayed the same! Naomi did my mani and Pedi, and even picked out the perfect nail color to compliment the glitter top coat I picked. Will definitely be back!

I went to another salon to get nail art done (oscar nails) and they were really messy and they gave me the hardest time about fixing it. Thats what I get for trying someplace new. Long story short, for only $12 perfect ten fixed the other salons mistake! They are always so kind, thorough, and compassionate. I was so upset about my messed up nails, but perfect ten has solved all my issues. I am the happiest girl right now! Locally owned and passionate business owners! One of the best salons in Greenville for sure! Not to mention, they even gave out goodie bags and lotion for their customers around Christmas! Literally the best!

I’ve been in Greenville for 4 years and A Perfect 10 is by far my favorite nail place! Always so kind, clean, thorough, and I never have to wait even though they get plenty of people! I ask for Julia who does my gel manicures and she does the BEST job! Nails last so much longer than other places I’ve been.

I was a walk-in and it was my first time here and wanted an acrylic fill-in going from long square nails to coffin nails with lacquer nail polish and the technician filed almost all of my nails crooked. I requested just a “little” off the length and he did my nails much shorter than a little. I believe it was bc they were very busy and he was trying to get through it quickly but I spent $30.00 (not including a tip) on this fill in and they could at least be straight. I am not the type to say anything if I notice something wrong but there is NO WAY he could not see that they were completely crooked. I literally had to file them to fix them when I got home and went straight to work from that fill-in. All of my female coworkers who saw my nails were like “where did you go?” Bc they looked so bad. Hopefully I will find a good nail salon that takes pride in their work!

Ben gave me the best pedicure in this world!!!! It was 10/10! He took his time on every step. Will be always coming back!

I get my nails done every two weeks here. These nails changed color with hot or cold. Last time I tried green and blue. Loved it. This time its pick. Awesome

Best nail salon in the upstate! I’ve been seeing Doan for four years, and have always been completely happy with my nails. I even moved away for a while and would hold out to get them done when I visited him by Doan. She’s really the best in the biz if you ask me. It’s always very clean, rarely a wait (and when there is a wait they actually give you a realistic wait time), and completely professional. You just can’t beat a family run business, either.

Can not say enough wonderful things about this salon! I go about every three weeks and never have any issues. Everyone is polite and friendly. My nails always look great and the most important part to me, they are always clean!

I was left waiting in the chair because the nail tech was 25 minutes late to my appointment. While filing, she cut me to the point of bleeding on two different fingers. Then I was overcharged by $15 and she would not explain why it was so much more than listed. I just moved here and this isn’t how things went at the salon I used to go to back home.. overall really bad customer service and the quality of the manicure was not good. I just want them taken off because they look so uneven and messy.They also sounded upset or annoyed at the lady next to me who had an infant with her.. just not kind. :/

I took my 65 year old Dad in today for a pedicure with Julia. He enjoyed himself so much and Julia was incredibly kind and sweet to him. His feet look better than they have in years and he is still talking about how great of a massage she gave him on his feet. Thanks Julia!

I’ve been a customer of A Perfect 10 for a number of years. When I moved back to Greenville I tried several places and found A Perfect 10 was superior. I like their attention to detail, cleanliness, friendly staff and price. They take walk-ins but I find it easy to schedule an appointment through their website. It’s a plus their online scheduling allows you to choose your technician so you can try several and find the one that meets your needs. I highly recommend.

I really like this place but two of the times ive been they made me bleed. And one time the manicurist said i couldnt get a color i wanted. But also one time i got the best manicure ever that lasted three weeks so i just hope i dont get clipped again!

Perfect Ten offers consistent quality, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and professional technicians. Everyone is well-trained and takes great pride in their work. They are very attentive to COVID protocols and the cleanliness of the salon is fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about how well-run the salon is! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Hands-down the absolute best nail salon in Greenville!

My fingernails looked lumpy and extremely wide. A guy did them( not speaking of the owner) Pedicure felt great aside from the cheap toe nail polish. Had to use 6 coats just for it to not be transparent. The nail tech even agreed that they shouldnt use that particular polish brand.

I walked in to get my feet done and she sat me to the side. A person she knew walked in and with no appointment and got walked back. So unprofessional and I dont recommend anybody going there.. if I could have gave zero stars I would.. poor customer at its best.. color of race get treated different

First time there, a patient had actually told me how good they were. I went in for a dip and a pedicure. I got pedicure first and they gave me an older lady that rushed on my toes. She took the utensils and just touched my toes, threw them in the box. She sweated the whole time while doing my toes in a hurry. SHE RUSHED!!!!! . The polish was SO AWFUL! Kim did my dip and she repainted my toes for me. I waisted my money I basically paid 25$ for nail polish not a pedicure I was so DISAPOINTED!!! next time I will refuse her if they give me her again. They owe me a pedicure.

The nail tech did a great job. I had an appointment and waited about 30 minutes still. Very expensive! $70 for a fill in for ombré nails.

I used to love this place, but recently they have just gotten worse in quality. The lady doing my nails today started checking through her phone before beginning on my nails in front of me. She took an excessively long time on my nails doing so many extra coats and filing several times, it took so much longer than normal. She also cut two of my fingers filing down. She covered one of the cuts with literal nail glue and then after both were bleeding proceeded to re-dip my nails into the powder pot that they use on everyone. It isnt sanitary, they dont separate the dip powder for each person. My nails look okay after the appointment, but for what it cost it wasnt the cleanliness, quality and timely manner I would have expected.

I was told to come back. I came back and was ignored. Every single person was taken back before I was even checked on. I definitely wouldnt recommend them. Its more acceptable to say youre too busy than to make me wait for some unknown time that is hours away.

Johnny has done my nails for many many years and I have never had a complaint. Has done my moms nails for years also she thinks no one else can do her nails now.

Love the atmosphere, It’s very clean, and got me back to do my eyebrows in no time. My only issue was the lady who did my eyebrows was really rough. She actually caused me to have a small abrasion just below my eye brow and above my eye lid. Kinda felt like she was being rough so I wouldn’t come back. Because who would go back after someone just ripped your skin off your eye lid. Love my brows though and the price reasonable. Just had an extremely rough experience.

I’ve been going to Perfect 10, probably for the past 3yrs and I absolutely love this place. After going there the first time, I haven’t gone to another nail shop. I’ve even brought multiple friends with me. They loved it too. Out of those 3+ years, I’ve only had one bad experience, but after calling and letting them know the issue... they were quick to get it fixed and very apologetic. That one incident did not stop me from coming. Anyone who compliments my nails, I ALWAYS tell them where I went. The place is so tranquil and great. I definitely cannot wait til they open back up!

Best experience Ive had in a long time at a nail salon. I walked in during a busy time and they were eager to accommodate me and everyone was very friendly. Best gel manicure Ive had in Greenville yet. Even with the salon being packed, the nail tech still took her time to provide quality product! I will definitely be back in the future!

Mother-in-law and I always get a pedicure (the deluxe one) and dip manicures. They are awesome, fast, friendly, clean! Have tried other salons in the around, none measure up to this one.

1st time there were roaches climbing the wall in the drying area. 2nd time I waited 35 minutes with an appointment. No more tries. Finding a new place to go.

Had an appointment but still waited 20 minutes. I got a gel fill in. The lady who did my nails was very rough, she cut the skin around my fingers multiple times. Went home and 3 hours later the gel polish was peeling off. Called the next day and told them about the issue and they offered for me to come get it fix. I will never go here again!

I got a full set as well as a pedi and the experience we good. The staff was nice and made sure I was ok. I got my nails done by JOHNNY and he did a good job on them. They are very strict and social distancing and wearing masks. I LOVED IT!! VERY CLEAN. I will definitely come back

Okay so I’m from up north, I never paid so much for a horrible fill in. I went in to go get a fill and the lady seemed as if she didn’t know what to do. She told me she didn’t know how to cover my gel polish because apparently the previous nail shop used something that they were not familiar with. She insisted I choose a darker color so they can cover over my nails. I told her no I wanted a lighter color and if she couldn’t do it I would go elsewhere, she says fine but it may not cover your other color. Long story short it has been a week and a few day’s and my nails look horrible, the paint has chipped off and I have 2 nails that are broken and I paid more for the fill in which was 55 dollars and my original set was only 40 dollars. I would not recommend this place to anyone what a terrible experience. They also practice the dip method and this is highly unsafe to do the fact that some people have cuts and blisters on there hand they are literally opening up a can of germs to the next person and the next person.

Asked for a classic manicure and for my acrylic nails to be removed. At every other salon I’ve been to, they file down your acrylics and soak it off with acetone on cotton balls. Evidently they don’t do this here and they just pry the nail off of your nail bed. She accidentally got under my actual nail and split the front of my nail in half- causing bleeding. Was still charged full price for this service.

My first time coming here, customer service was great .. I got a full set of gel nails and the very next day my polish was chipping and my nails started breaking .. I paid $50 and it was not worth it at all.

It was amazing they booked me an appointment last minute and got me in and out within an hour my feet are so smooth and pretty and nails looks great. Im most definitely going back in two weeks for a fill in.

So I spent $111 on Sunday for nails and toes. By Wednesday four of my nails have chipped off... I am so very disappointed! I spent an extra $20 here, where I pay $90 at my regular place (Dorman nails in Spartanburg) and this never happens with them! Needless to say I’m never going back once I go back and have them give this bs.
