They are very friendly, easy to work with, and come out right away when needed. However, the products they use may not be the best. We had a bee problem that they came out 4 times to treat (all at no extra charge which was very nice) but the bees never went away. We had to hire a separate company to get rid of the bees but because this company is so nice and easy to work with I plan to stay as a customer.
We started using Greenix 4 yrs ago and recently moved to a new state. We were having wasp and mosquito issues. I was thrilled to find that Greenix services our new home. They came out promptly and we were able to enjoy our new yard.
Excellent customer service. Very through, answers all our questions. We’ve had to have a few reapplications which are scheduled promptly! All companies need to have such good service.
There were lots of bees between the siding and wall on the second floor bathroom area in our house. Justin and Andrew did high quality job, thoroughly removed all of the bees and nests. We didnt see any bees after the service. They were very professional and skilful. We really appreciate their service. I highly recommend this company to our neighbors and friends when they need such service. The customer service representative Brent was also very helpful and responsive. Overall, we are very satisfy with the service Greenix provided.

Chaz and Alex were simply amazing. Before their visits I was contemplating ending my Greenix service. They went above and beyond the call of duty, removing a HUGE wasp nest (Alex) and several other nests that I hadn’t even seen, in addition to my regular service (Chaz). Both were not only very professional but also SUPER nice and friendly. Although I am sure they had other stops yet to make, they took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. Since their visit and because of their superior service, I plan to stay with Greenix as long as I own my home. Thank you guys!!!
I am very hesitant when it comes to people coming door to door asking for business. However, given that we just moved into a new home, and I had been so busy with landscaping, we had a bad bee issue right from day one. So I thought I would give it a try. Im actually VERY impressed. Incredibly professional, they do amazing work, and their communication with each associate that comes out to the house, is very kind, courteous and does an amazing job each time. If you need certain areas addressed, they will make sure its handled. I highly recommend.
We moved over this past weekend and we’re able to notice a difference between our old home where we have had Greenix for the past 9 months versus the new house. The customer service rep got our information updated and scheduled our monthly mosquito service immediately. I called back after thinking about the quarterly service and they were able to adjust the service date and schedule us in within days. Best money spent throughout the year. Our pets and kids can freely enjoy the yard without big bites and we never have to worry about seeing bugs inside.
TERRIBLE communication. We were actually considering renewing our contract, as the product itself isnt bad (just overpriced).We emailed asking how many treatments we had left on our contract, as after viewing the agreement and comparing with billing, it wasnt clear. We attached a copy of both service agreements and got a generic response back about how theyre unable to pull up the account with that information. Again...the service agreements WERE ATTACHED.The second email asked what other information they require. Their response? Were sorry you want to cancel! Blah blah blah. Who said ANYTHING about canceling?This company charges hundreds of dollars for their treatments, and cant be bothered to read their customers emails and respond appropriately.Were going with a competitor that comes very highly recommended by a neighbor who claims they (competitor) have a superior product at a more economical rate, and whose customer service department is actually literate.
William was outstanding in all areas very professional at all time. Very knowledgeable and he was able too answer all my concerns and reassure me that all of my concerns will be address today. Gave me an great explanation of what services he provided me with today and offer to answer any additional questions that I may have. One of the best customer experience I ever encountered. Definitely recommend Greenix and also like to recommend William for his fantastic service.
I have used both Proof and Greenix. Proof did a great job of killing the wolf spiders around my house, which is the main reason why we opted to purchase pest control. Where they didn’t excel was vole control. Greenix’s product has been lousy at controlling bugs. Spiders have been bountiful all summer and going into the fall. Ants were also a big issue in the summer. Where they do excel is that they managed to finally kill the vole around my house.The techs that work for Greenix are extremely polite and knowledgeable. Professionalism has been the #1 aspect of their service. I am very tempted to go back to Proof though, since bugs on the exterior of the home were the main reason why we purchased pest control. It seems pointless to continue to pay for a product that doesn’t do what it’s intended to do.
Service has been awesome so far. The guy who signed me up was amazing and helpful. The person who I spoke with to confirm my account was very polite. I wasnt home when the first tech came but my husband was pleased with his service. He said he was very polite and very efficient. The second time I got Latoya. She was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, super polite and helpful. She is my new tech. All in all great service, great people. We are very pleased!!

We’ve had our services completed by David Jensen who I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for the best service around. I used Greenix for regular pest control and they’ve always been great in the level of service they provide. Today I found a wasps nets on my property and gave them a call. The customer service representative was excellent in fitting me into a schedule today as to not prolong the situation. I highly recommend this company for any pest control needs!

Greenix is providing sevices to eliminate flying and crawling bug pests. We have had a large number of boxelder bugs on our siding and windows. Hoping when technician returns, these will get under control. Two previous sprayings have not reduced these bugs.
I have been a customer for only 1 day and Greenix is a company I would score on a scale of 1-10 a 10 so far as not only has my first service been great, but the communication from the sales person (Dawson) to the technician (Ben) to the service representative (AJ) have been professional and pleasure to work with. I love that I received text messages, updates and they leave a note behind of the work that was completed. They even removed an hornets nest that was high above my front door and treated it so I never have that problem again. So far extremely happy with the service. Charlie
We hired Greenix to do a 1 year reset of house pests (bugs). We had the usual spiders and such in the basement and garage that we thought would be good to try and control.After the initial year, we were happy with their service and continued to do their scheduled pest control maintenance. There have only been a couple of time where we had them come back between regular treatments.

We have used several different firms. Greenix has the most competitive pricing (we have seen). Only reason we didnt give 5 stars is that we always have a different employee showing up for service, some are better then others, some arent that good. But if you are ever unhappy, they will send someone else to get what was missed asap for free. Great service

Very happy with Greenix and their pest control. We get all the nooks and crannies of our home treated, as well as spraying the yard for ticks fleas and mosquitos. Theyve even helped control some burrowing pests in our landscaping! Always friendly and efficient, offering to answer any questions and address any issues.

Mark did a great and detailed job of getting into areas that the other 2 guys had not. He removed additional wasps nests from the peak of the house facing the garage roof that had been over looked by the other 2 guys. Thereis a certain quality that make good employee and that is a detail oriented, quality driven and oriented to customer satisfaction. Marks ability to see what needs to be done and finding the path to getting it done, hopefully elimining return visits. This is what I see in Mark and the quality of his work. I give him 5 stars.
I’ve had several technicians come to our house and can honestly say we have not had a negative experience with any of them. Everyone I’ve spoken to that is associated with Greenix has been very kind and helpful - even when we discovered a large underground hive of very aggressive yellow jackets. We had two technicians and a supervisor come multiple times, even with a bee suit, to make sure the hive was removed and there were no lingering yellow jackets. We’ve had zero problems with insects in our home, I would highly recommend Greenix to anyone.

The technician sprayed areas, indoors and outdoors, including extra areas upon request. The bugs have not returned. Very polite and did not rush through the job. He showed care in the quality of his work.

Excellent customer service! Greenix treated my landscape and exterior of home for insects. A few areas in the backyard were missed that had originally been discussed to be included. I called and they were back out within days to service the areas. The technician communicated via text while at my property to ensure my expectations were met. I couldn’t ask for better service.
Customer service is great and responsive. Can usually get a tech out the same week. All techs are polite and through when checking. I love that if the first application didn’t work they will come back out to make sure the job is done right.
Our home was treated for spiders and insects about a month ago. The treatment is quarterly so I thought we had 3 months to make sure it was effective. I dropped the service to get a mole and pest service. But, I noticed little spiders and webs appearing. I called to see if I could get it retreated because it still fell within the quarter. They said no because I dropped the service. However, I am still within the 3 months. Very disappointing!!
I’m new to this company however they have been very prompt scheduling the follow up visit included with the first visit charge as well as allowing me to reschedule several times the interior part of the visit which was also included with the initial visit charge. The customer serve e representative today, I think Adam(sry if I have the name wrong) was very polite, helpful & professional. They have been very workable with my schedule. The salesman that signed me up was very knowledgeable, informative & friendly. Contract stipulations were explained clearly prior to me signing up. Most importantly we had an ant problem had to have another company address twice while we had a company doing insect control and since the initial visit by Geenix our ant problem has completely gone away.
HORRIBLE! For the very first visit, I was no showed THREE different times. For my 30 day follow up, I was never even put on the schedule. We had 3 different free areas that they were supposed to do, and they did one...and I reminded the staff when I called. On top of their continuous no-shows and serious lack of communication, we still have a significant amount of ants and spiders. Theyve discounted our prices twice, but unfortunately that isnt fixing the problems we are having with this company. Seriously unimpressed! 100% would NOT reccomend and definitely wont be using them in the future.
This morning I spoke with a representative that was so kind and understanding that I had to leave a review for her. I have already forgotten her name though, I feel terrible about that. Kim? Perhaps? 😔 But she was absolutely great! In fact, every representative that I have talk to at Greenex has been personable and understanding. There seems to be a small breakdown in communication to get callbacks, but everyone seems genuinely apologetic for any inconvenience the customers experience through using their service. Greenex will try very hard to correct the problems with pests you may be experiencing in your home, and will even repeat a service for free until you’re satisfied. My problem with spiders seems to be out of the range of realistic outcomes, however. I’m having a pretty hard time with the number of spiders that still live in and out of my home, so that is the only thing negative that I have to say about my service with Greenex. That, and the callback issue. Four conversations and still no returned calls. So, i just keep calling them; I’m sure it will all get resolved eventually.
I have been very pleased with this company. I just wish they would be a little more thorough when they do my mosquito spraying. It has gotten a lot better with the new technician. If they would send the same one each time I think that would help.

Regard to doing service for Carpenter bees ans saw a reduction after the first visit as well as in other pests/invasive species . Would recommend and use their services again
I will admit I was a little skeptical at first given I signed up for my Greenix service through a door-to-door sales person. However, I was having issues with ants, spiders, millipedes, centipedes, and pill (roly-poly) bugs, so I thought I would give Greenix a try. Even after the first treatment, I noticed significantly less of all of them. Now that I’ve had them treating for a year (one treatment every quarter), I have probably seen only a handful of bugs inside my home whereas I used to have a significant problem with ants on my main floor and millipedes, centipedes, pill bugs, and spiders in my basement. Even my stink bug count has gone down. (However, they technically can’t guarantee effectiveness against “winged” insects with the standard treatment.) Also, with the standard outdoor treatment, they have decreased the hornets that continually tried to build nests under my awnings as well as the number of spiders in my garage. Every service person who has come to my home has been extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. Would highly recommend.
This company is not professional. I have been paying for their rodent baiting service for over six months. Every visit by their service tech as resulted in a finding of no evidence of rodent activity. The most recent service occurred while my family was not home and on vacation. I received an email less than 48 hours prior to them showing up at my home. The service was performed and then I was charged. I attempted to call and end my service today, prior to the next scheduled service, and I have been given the run around on why the service cannot be ended. I would not recommend doing business with this company to anyone.
Friendly salesman made sure I knew what pest controllers were taking care of when they came out. Pest controllers were friendly and did their jobs in a timely manner. Got calls to see if I was happy with services the next day and that I understood my contract completely.

Tim was great. He spoke to me before applying the mosquito application and listened to where I needed the application the most. He was very pleasant and nice to speak with. Great follow up after the application with a text telling me exactly where he applied the application. This company is very good at customer service and making sure you are satisfied with their services.
I was already paying for another bug service, however kept having repeat issues with wasps inside my garage. I called initally just to inquire if they could help, and then scheduled a visit. Im writing this review because Im very impressed by the job Greenix has done! The first application was done by Chaz, he was very thorough, took the time explaining everything and was very knowledgeable about the process and products he was applying. I thought, maybe he was a one off, maybe...so I was very surprised when I saw the next technician, Anthony, working just as hard, completing each step for our follow-up visit-- even coming up on our deck, and removing any new cobwebs that had formed!!! (Most of you know thats rare, usually techs are in and out super fast 🙄.) And results???-- NO WASPS. I havent had any issues at all. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻An additional thing that impressed me about Greenix, and something that definitely sets them apart from the competition, was when I had questions about adding/removing services, I was able to get them answered by a customer service manager named Bridger. He took the time to actually research them for me before trying to pass me off or get a quick upsell. It felt great to be taken care of like a person, not $$$.While Greenix may be a little more than their competitors, theyre well worth it not only for the quality results and superior follow-up, but also for their wonderful customer service. Having been in retail for many, many years this is what matters 💯.

Ronnie Thompson came and check the rodent bait traps that are around my home. He not only contacted me prior to coming (which each technician does) he explained why the bait boxes were used this time of year and sent pictures of each box prior to him filling them and after he filled them. The other technicians would tell me the percentage of how much was gone but seeing the pictures helped me more. Thank you Lorraine

Frankly Im a bit tired of their scooter salesboys coming up to my door multiple times a summer while were trying to work from home and stand there refusing to take no for an answer. We apply our own pest control. Ive already put down perimeter and siding treatments and prefer to do this work myself. But they continue with their textbook sales tactics and wont let me get a word in edgewise, basically talking down to me like I dont know what we need. When I tell them no thank you they push back and say things like Why? Is it price? Whats the hang up? The hangup is that I typically do not hire out jobs that I can do myself for free. When we need professional help, WE will call. Purchasing a No Soliciting sticker today.
Greenix never disappoints. I call with a problem and they start working to resolve it. And it is every time I call. Greenix makes me life so much easier and better!

We had an ant problem which is why we initially reached out. Havent seen any ants inside since. Then we had a yellow jacket nest in our backyard and they were quick to come out and take care of them outside routine service.
They are extremely nice and professional but be sure you are aware of your contract with them. They hold very tightly to it and will not cancel it for any reason. Once your contract expires they will keep coming unless you intercede on your own behalf. And specifically cancel their services. If you cancel you have to re contract yourself to get future services unless you dont cancel in first place then you can customize services to your liking but only after original contractual agreement has been met. Great service great results had huge spiders from house being uninhabited for awhile before purchase. Greenix got rid of all of them. Great professionalism by all their guys. Very respectful& clean with houses they spray for.

The wasp have been a real problem for me as I’m having new siding put on. They have been great as the wasp was keeping the men from working and they were even trying to kill them. They have been great about coming out to get this problem fixed.

I just had a Greenix sales person come to my door at 9:00pm! He did not get the hint after telling him 3 times we were not interested. I find it extremely unprofessional for any sales person to come around at that time of night, and not leave when told that we were not interested.
The customer service team is incredibly rude. Called because I had a complaint of no warning/timing of when the tech was coming. They hold their little contract over your head and will call collections 5 minutes after payment is late because of their own mistakes. Terrible company.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Marin (spelling?), regarding a follow up service call and a subsequent quarterly service that were performed a week apart. Marin explained the difference between the two services and was reassuring that they were not duplicate services. Every interaction with every employee at Greenix is a case study for superior customer service. Many companies can learn a lot from Greenix’s business/service model!

I have used Greenix for several years at current house and previous house. I have used only the pest control services and have been happy with results. I have called twice for re-treatment due to ants during summer and spiders during winter and have been successful with the companies response. During Covid the inside treatments have been limited but my concerns were addressed appropriately and timely. Prices are competitive for the services I am receiving. Products are environmentally friendly, pet and child safe.
We decided to have Greenix service our home. The main problem was chipmunks, and it was mentioned to the salesperson. When chipmunks started showing up again as weather got warmer, the chipmunks were back. Doug called Greenix and was told someone would be out to the house. Not sure is anyone came. He called a second time and was told the treatment was for mice and rats, not chipmunks. So thats $316 for treatment that we did not need (mice and rats). What is your answer to this, please.
They were actually still pretty high in their final days and the sales lady wouldnt leave us alone just followed us everywhere.. they do have some nice stuff though
Greenix has been excellent. They have walked me through each of the services they perform at our home and answer all my questions. They communicate the timing of appointments well in advance to give you lead time on sharing any current issues or to reschedule. They let me know when they are on their way the day of service, leave a summary of what was completed, and text me to let me know they have finished up. Greenix has also been immediately responsive to any one off needs. Highly recommended.
We have TONS off mosquitoes and once a min does not get rid of them. The second free service a month is a necessity. They are very good about coming back out in a timely manner.
I am between visits for bees, wasps, and hornets. Have been spotting wasps the past few days. AJ was very professional and asked pertinent questions. He was able to schedule a visit in a dew days to take care of the wasps
We had little red ants/mites all over our patio and had never seen them before. They came out three times until the problem was completely solved. So thankful for their customer service and making sure we were satisfied.
Although its not necessary for me to be home during my regular termite/pest control appts, they accommodated my request to change the date. Going from Tue to Fri allowed me to be around to ask questions and it worked better for my pay schedule.

However, they will bother you with phone calls and texts after each visit asking for feedback, and the employees who show up ask for you to rate them which Im guessing affects their job and possible compensation. I appreciate that they are attentative to customer needs and input, but Im a bit annoyed with the very frequent requests for my feedback. Im wring this review now because a customer service representative called me and asked me to write a review.

Greenix team is prompt and makes a monthly scheduled visit. I never had problems of mosquito or tick and flee since I started using them. I would certainly recommend using them if you have a big yard and dogs.

Our experience so far has been excellent with Greenix. Weve been using them for the last year or 2, and we see very few insects in the house. They do a very good job coming out every quarter to perform their service, which includes cleaning out the eaves of the house.
Door to door salesman was extremely pushy, would not listen to me when I said I wanted to talk to my spouse prior to signing up for any service, kept saying he would take money off for leaving him a good google review if I signed up right then and there. When we do decide to use pest control it wont be from this company solely based on how pushy and unprofessional their door to door salesman was, does not reflect well on the company.
Just signed up. They showed up without notice. Could not treat due to my dog not being locked in the house. Hence the problem with showing up unscheduled. Then got notified they would be coming. Locked up dog. No show. Again showing up the next day without letting me know..So far, not happy.
