Over all, I wouldn’t recommend this banquet hall for the following reasons. (Yes it’s a long list)- Only stairs available to gain access to the banquet halls. They do have a narrow electric stairs- No ramps or elevators for the handicap.- DJs, musicians etc… will charge extra since there’s no loading dock or anything for them to get their equipment down stairs. So they have to get extra help to bring their heavy gear and equipment down the main stairs.- The use of fog or any kind of special effects is strictly prohibited. Only LED, laser lights. Which makes the party mood go down.- They have many halls and none are numbered to let your guests know which one it’s yours.- Bathrooms are small for the amount of guests at one time in multiple banquet halls and were dirty and smelly.The good things about this place are:- Large recently renovated bathrooms- Arcade area for children- Snack vending machines- Security at entrance- Nice big banquet halls- Large parking area

This place is heavily disliked, and I agree. Number one; No elevators, which is a lawsuit right there. Not just for handicap, but for musicians to carry their instruments, and for chefs to carry their utensils. How on Earth did my Moms Counsins baby on a STROLLER go down the escalator. Also, the room we booked has steps, but no RAMP. Number 2, the escalators are nearly unusable. They are so narrow. The bar build quality is subpar. When I put my hand on it, I was like, Man thats cheap. They couldnt even go for fancy stone or quartz. And lastly, the rooms dont have numbers. How are you supposed to know where to go. Do not choose this place. I dont recommend it.

Attended a quinceañera at this location.. one side of the scalators was down,made it very hard when we had to take heavy items up the stairs. The bathrooms where the worst..multiple halls sharing the same bathrooms is not the best idea,the mens bathroom were extremely dirty after 9pm,around the toilets there was water from overflowing toilets.. the main hallway was full of people from different halls and it didnt feel safe.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Have been trying to contact them for a week to drop a deposit off and once I call to confirm dropping payment off Janet tells me the date is taken!! It’s nice but their escalators don’t even work. Be careful!!

Liquor lic had been taken that morning. Not professional staff at all. Police constantly there checking for liquor. I was scared upon entering the place, for the police pulling up with a quickness. I daid to them officers, I didnt do it. My first time there for a wedding. My last time.

My sister’s 15 is tomorrow, they had reserved and paid off everything. They called us today saying they lost their alcohol license taken away. Why wait last minute to tell us? We can’t even bring alcohol of our own because we will lose the $500 dollar deposit we put down. Very unprofessional. Save yall’s money.

Staff is amazing. Thru my sister repast here and everything turned out great. The guest love it and enjoyed themselves.

OMG! This place was wonderful, as this was where my daughter decided to give my Son-in-Law a birthday party. Social Distance and ventilation were definitely in compliance within the CDC orders of addressing the prevention of spreading Covid-19. Guests were limited to 50 people and we all wore masks. There were three rooms to choose from and the banquet room my daughter chose was outstanding and very reasonable. i as did my friends and family recognized that the staff was wonderful and polite beyond the highest of the high. Needless to say we all had a stupendous celebration! I suggest Roses for all who have special events of celebrations coming up. I give staff and the event room 5 stars!

My experience with Rose Banquets..Your lack of a handicap accessible entrance is hurtful.. 3 different family events I was unable to attend because of your huge staircase. First event was a friend’s quinceañera and I arrived only to leave at the door because I couldn’t go down the stairs to the venue halls. Second event which was for my brother, I was told months ahead that there were electric stairs so I took physical therapy to learn how to go down the electric stairs in my chair and on the day of the event staff told me the stairs were probably 2 feet wide only so there was no way I would fit through them. The solution was to come in through the back doors and be carried down.. what about my safety and the safety of those helping me down? It was my own family too, not the staff willing to help. I couldn’t leave my brother on his special day so I was convinced and carried down. Once I was downstairs I noticed there’s handicap accessible bathrooms, wide tiled halls and like 8 different event rooms. The plaza has handicap parking outside and yet no accessible entrance?? What about the elderly who attend events? How can your venue be accessible with bathrooms, parking and halls but no accessible entrance?? 2 flights of like 15 steeps just to get in. Where is the logic and concern for all guests??You’re open to book for events and don’t do refunds either, in a time like now if your event is canceled due to Covid, they will help you reschedule but not refund..

The downside of this place is the restrooms and that they are not handicap (wheelchair)accessible. There are many party rooms and only 2 restroom with FEW stalls (1 restroom for men/ 1restroom for women). So if all party rooms are booked which occured when i was there, expect a long line. The party rooms are nice. They have an arcade room which is a +. Free parking another +.

Very nice place!! Different rooms to choose from. Definitely considering booking a room for any occasion. Family friendly and they have a small game room to keep the children occupied. The staff there are not only helpful but accommodate requests and are very professional. I highly recommend!

Best place to host a party.The people that work there are very friendly. They help me out with problem with my party and there is a game room where the kids can have fun. I recommend this place if you are hosting a party the prices are amazing.

Great place for a wedding! The venue is beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. They were so helpful I did not have to worry about anything. I would never pick anywhere else to have my wedding. It was a dream come true!

A friend from college had her wedding reception at Rose Banquets and they truly put on an amazing event. Other events were going on concurrently in the other banquet rooms and you would never have even known because the RB staff was so organized and on top of it. I would recommend them to anyone and not just for weddings!

A DJ/ Musicians nightmare. Make sure you tax them. No freight elevator or escalator and you can’t take nothing on it just bags. The halls are located in the basement with a mile walk. Give yourselves 2 hrs to setup. Closing your set is a nightmare. Never again. Bar staff is on point though!

Rose Banquets is gorgeous! I was here for my brothers wedding and reception and it was spectacular. The staff was excellent as well; very professional. I would recommend this venue to any happy couple getting ready to tie the knot!

Ive been looking for a place to have my 40th birthday for a while. A friend of mine recommended this place to me and Im glad she did. Its was very affordable and the room was very spacious. We had plenty of space to have a good time

WOW! These guys have a good imagination for decorative ensembles, and a sharp eye for color. It would be worthwhile for anyone planning an event, to give them their business.

This is a terrible. The owner is very uptight and the staff is not very helpful. I attended a wedding and at the end of the event the owner said that the newlyweds had to clean up, they had the husband and wife taking out the trash. The people who work there were giving the clients and guess bad looks. The banquet hall looks like the basement of a church. They do not offer any type of menu and they do not provide the people with drinks. The place is isolated, run down their ceiling is falling down, and it is disgusting. Please do not book an event there. FIND ANOTHER PLACE!

The only staff that was friendly was the security officer....over price ...escalator not working...no fridge that we can use and staff attendant constantly coming in the party...

Customer service is not great at all. I called twice and the person was not in the office but this is the number they provide to call them. When she finally had time to talk to me I asked her to check some dates and she told me she has to call someone else. Before she checked to see if the dates I wanted was available she dismissed me like she was in a hurry.

This hall is overrated. My husbands daughter had her quinceanera there and a few other relatives their celebrations there, as well. For starters, the place has NO ample parking (thats false advertising). The parking allowed is the strip-malls parking. The location sucks. Secondly, there are approximately 30 stairs to get to the hall, and even though the hall has an electrical escalator...it is ALWAYS either out of service or under repair! Thirdly, the price is EXTREME...they charge $4500 dollars just for the RENTAL...!!! Yes people, NO food,decorations, or drinks included for this amount! Now, they claim they give you a FREE hour of drinks...another LIE, they count that hour as your dinner time! EVERYTHING in this hall is EXTRA...and they charge you an arm and a leg for everything! Fourth, the hall looks like a church basement with tables and chairs...no chandeliers, no stylish decor (other than ghetto paisa lighted tiles on the dance floor) and or attractive formatting. The columns that shape this said banquet hall are covered with dirty coveralls that cover cheap Christmas leftover lights...nothing to be impressed with...I mean for the $4500 dollars they charge!!! Fifth, the bathrooms are smelly, dirty, dingy, and the faucets are broken...when you ask the staff for explanations the answer is always the same... theyre remodeling the hall soon (they have been for ever since I can recall....Lol 😂😂😂) . Finally, the staff is only nice when you book the place, and hand over the cash...once they got your money...its over!!! (You will never see them again for follow up or anything) The last experiences I have had are enough for me to not even give them the star I highlighted...but I guess, in order to review, I had to....PLEASE PEOPLE, DO NOT BOOK OR RENT THIS PLACE!!! YOUR MONEY & EVENT SHOULD BE TAKEN ELSEWHERE...ROSE BANQUETS, I HAVE 3 WORDS FOR YOUR SERVICE:IT UTTERLY SUCKS!!!

Beautiful. Under new ownership and they where really helpful in every part of my special day. All the rooms have been remodeled and the place looks great. My wedding was in tne diamond room and it was amazing. I would really like to thank the staff for all there help. Managment was so accomading for all our needs. So thankful for my beautiful day. Couldnt have better.

On June 30, 12 The staff turn off the AC 10:00pm and it was very hot. I asked the staff to turn on the AC and this guy with long pony tail placed a fan instead of turning the AC. There were probably 200 people there, I will not recommened this place or attend.

Ok people the place is naco, parking very far, stairs are not useful, the bathrooms are disgusting and it is a bathroom for 500 people or more and to finish in the entrance there was a person dressed in civilian with a face of chaca which asks me to review my belongings according to what was the owner / security which is very rare but good abused. I go because Im a photographer and I get paid to go to work perma would make a party in that place. Luck!

Good place to make parties but the only bad thing when I organized my daughters XV years the air conditioning did not work but from there on everything was very good THANK YOU.

Mr. MAX, its a shame that you dont know how to run your business with ethics and respect for your customers.Trying to make a cancellation and dont deign to answer the obvious calls unless you return one of them.I definitely dont use any of their services again.

I didnt like it because there are several lounges..and it only has one bathroom..you have to stand in a long line to wait for your turn..and the security ones..are very rude..a relative told her 15 years of her daughter there ... time to finish His party. The security ones..began to push everyone out of the way, even the women..and speaking rudely..fortunately those of the party called the police wing..because it was very unfair that they would remove the people like that..it was a lack of respect...

I liked the price of the rooms and the service, which I did not like at all !! It is the access to the classrooms, all of them are in the basement, they have escalators, but they dont turn them on until after 4 in the afternoon; oh but they dont let you down anything heavy around there, you have to go down the regular stairs that by the way are huge, they have like 5 rooms but only one very small bathroom area

Very bad for those of us who provide services at events, solve something with the stairs or build elevators, their security personnel are very arrogant, they understand that we are busy carrying many things and it is heavy after a long day of work.
