People r nice in there and this Saturday is my B-Day and this lady if I wanted gel and I told her I couldnt cause I could only do regular nail polish and she went 2 finish up and we began 2 talk and she kept on talkin bout gel they last longer and Ik so she talked 2 this guy and I got gel nails without havin 2 pay extra and this lady said 2 me I love u and Happy Birthday and she said I love everybody and I told her so do and I told her I dont care if u wuz polka dotted i will still love u regardless and my nails turned out beautiful and I will b goin back believe me Im goin back

Good job but you need to fix your times. Google says 10 am on Sunday. You have a poster by Whitehorse road that says open 10 am on Sunday. Another poster that says 12 pm on Sunday but the sign on the door says 11am on Sunday

I spent 70.00 at this place for a mommy and daughter date just for our nails to fall off 2 days later will never return they wont do refunds and my daughter was in tears she though she did something wrong never again will they have my Business In all the years I have had my nails done worst experience

Now I see why there was nobody there in the middle of the day. Shop was empty whole time I was there. I should have caught the red flag. But I stayed. They was very nice and friendly but work was horrible. Not only it took 2 hours and $50 but nails was different sizes and gel polish was horrible and lumpy and uneven. Had to go back to have them fix it. Explains why they had no customers. My first and last time here NEVER AGAIN .... looking for a awesome nail salon? This one is not it ladies!

I went in on a Friday to get the dip powder. $50 Sunday is was chipping.(he only dipped my nail 3 times) he tried to give a purple powder fill in on orange. U don’t get fill ins with the dip. I went back Monday morning to get my nails redone the correct way. The lady said she didn’t do my nails, I would have to wait for the man who did my nails. Why the hell would I want him again😡. I told her my receipt say Diva Nails did my nails. She would not do my nails or refund my money. Any way BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE FINISH PRODUCT.DONT SPEND UR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS.

Needs to work on customer service. I waited 30 mins while they worked all around me. As each customer left, the woman staff disappeared to the back little by little. The primary tech who had been walking around and paying out orders kept walking from the back to the front. I felt as if they were being very ignorant and working around assisting me. They even began to clean the shop. So I calmed myself and give an ADDITIONAL minutes to see if they would come start my nails. FINALLY, I had to ask the lady when would I be assisted and how much longer did I have to wait?! A Asian man came not even five seconds later... I shouldn’t have to ask when would I be serviced that’s the sole purpose of being there. Work on customer service being that without your customers you have NO business.... Do Better!!!

DONT DO IT! I literally just went here for the first time today. The female with the long hair did my pedicure and acrylic set. This is by far the worst if not the 2nd worst pedicure and manicure I have ever gotten. She was sweet, but it did not make up for her lack of skill. What I really did not like was the fact that she was making suggestions to the female sitting beside me getting her nails done about what would look pretty and what wouldnt, but then send me out the door with this terrible job. My gel has bubbles that look horrible. The nail is lumpy, and the sizes are off. When putting on the gel polish, she saw the bubbles, looked at me, started laughing, and then threw her hands on the table (not hard but more so in a I give up manner). Also when she did my pedicure, she did not do an even coat. I could see the clear spots. I had to tell her to add more after my feet were dry and it still looks mediocre. I would have not suggested a re-do, but I could look at her and tell this was the best that she could do and I didnt want to wait for someone else because I have to go out of town.

This place is fast and friendly everytime. Its my go-to place for eyebrows.

My 1st time there was 2 weeks ago the service was horrible i wasted 65 dollars my nails tips broke off within the first week. My polish was peeling and they couldnt do the designs i wanted so they used stickers instead😂😂they even came off smh my feet were not properly done nor cared for but i will never step foot in there again and I will not recommend them any customers either.

Never have i been so disrespected by a nail tech. My nails look so bad i ask to have them redone and was told they were fine after getting upset he attempted to fix them, needless to say i went and had them redone somewhere else the next day. I will never give my business to them.

Diva nails used to be the best. But since they changed to this new owners their customer service is bad. I went in for a wax and they ended up getting the people after me in first . They should hire more people in specially when they have only 1 person who does waxing. I waited more then 20 minutes but at the end got tired of waiting and left. I wont go their anymore.

Went to get a manicure at 4:30 this Sunday. Online shows open until 6pm but when I got there the hand written door sign said closed. Fix your hours online or stay open until your supposed to.

Horrible. Put me in a pedicure chair and had me wait for an hour. The water was cold by the time my pedicure finally started. I would have left but my husband dropped me off. The nail tech did not once speak to me for the entire time I was there. Not sorry for your wait, nothing. Will not be returning.

I paid $75 for jel on my nails and feet after 5 days gel was peeling... waste of my money and time! Very slow service, I would have been better off just getting the regular nails for $35 .. I am very disappointed now I have to spend more money to go somewhere else and get my nails done over. I will not be going to this shop any more I have been there many times before and this was the last straw.

I have only had my fingers and toes done here. I didnt even know until I read the above review that they even did lashes. All of the technicians I have been serviced by had a gentle touch and were sanitary and good at their jobs. I have training in both food service and beautification service sanitation. I think of myself as a pretty good judge of those businesses practices.Being a Femininist meaning I think girls should be glad to be girls and do girly things and still be able to change their own oil, I LOVE LOVE LOVE to go for a mani-pedi -but throw a complementary cocktail in? HELLO! Lets go! Can we go yet? Grab your sandals! LETS GO! Why are we still doing this? Come ON! Lol.Yeah, overall, I have only had good experiences there. They dont ever seem put out when I tell them I have fibro myalgia and have sensitive everything. They are always gentle but thorough. No Poppers and they make the nails thick enough to withstand gardening- Not necessarily landscaping, but definitely gardening. (Always remember it takes at least 24 hours for Acrylic etc. to cure completely and if you go rock climbing right after you leave the salon you deserve to break some of them.) I always feel like a princess. I never feel rushed and the other patrons are usually cheerful and friendly so if you dont like whats on tv, or someone else has the magazines you like, chances are the lady sitting next to you at the uv lamp bar has something relatable to talk about.

Hours of operation are 930 to 730 . I sat from 920 to 1040 and no one showed to open the shop ? I was a regular til today only because this is the 2nd time its happened 😔

Nicee people! But horrible service. My nails weren’t even, i asked for him to go over them again. He took a long time and at the end i ended up with other nails, when i had asked him for white French tip nails 😌. He told me he had messed up and couldn’t finish the French tips so i ended up getting just a color. 😫
