Tiffany did an immaculate job on my nails! She took her time & ensured that I was comfortable and satisfied the entire time; all while holding great conversation & still displaying punctuality. I left with exactly what I wanted! Best salon experience to date!

Mrs. Angie the owner has incredible customer service. She always makes sure everyone has been greeted and helped. They don’t lie and say it’ll be a shorter wait then it is. If so they recommend you come a different time. Honest and friendly. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years this is a great shop everyone is friendly and does great work

I paid $140 for a pedi and full set. This picture is the second I walked out of the salon. It already looks grown out. I asked 3 times if the nail tech could do the design using this attached example picture, she said yes. I said it didn’t have to be exact but somewhat similar. Halfway through she continued asking how I wanted it done while zooming into the picture. Finally I just said, paint the whole nail one color. This is the worst my nails have ever looked leaving a salon. Wrong color (I even pointed out the color was too pink), wrong shape, no design and way too high of price. The gel is too thick and she didn’t even paint to my cuticle. Literally you would think this is a joke photo but unfortunately it’s not. It’s been 7 days and 3 nails easily fell off so I went Downtown Raleigh to Polished Nail bar. Worth the drive, better salon and way better price. I wish I would have said something but after being there for 2 hours and not one for confrontation, I decided to just leave.

This place is better than the others near NC42 but my last experience has me searching for a new salon. All staff I encountered were quite rude, curt and moody...it ruined my mood and experience. I always get this length because of my career - and I get diamonds sometimes....I asked for diamonds and was told that my nails were too short and that diamonds would be too much...I didnt put up a fuss about it but that was extremely unprofessional, rude, untrue and lazy of Nail Tech Nancy. I wont be returning. Also, they pick and choose who to tell to be quiet when using their phones.... they favor the their big spenders it seems.

I’m a very picky person who has been driving 1.5 hours away to get my nails done somewhere I am comfortable for the past two years. Recently the drive became too much for me so I branched out and gave this location a shot and am so glad I did. The prices are good, the customer service is great, and the nail technicians definitely know what they’re doing!! I’ve been seeing Tiffany who is wonderful and so talented with her designs. 10/10 recommend this salon!! You won’t be disappointed!!

I recently moved to NC and am so happy I found this nail salon! I am very picky about my nails and Angie does an amazing job every time I go. She is always ready for my appointment when I get there, I have never had to wait and I always love my nails. I definitely recommend this salon!

The entire staff was very warm and friendly. Tracy did my pedicure and she took her time and made sure that I felt relaxed and that my nails looked great. Nancy did my acrylics and waxed my eyebrows and she did such an awesome job. Lovely ladies that I would recommend to anyone. The prices are great since they match the quality of the service you’re getting. The place was very clean and the ambiance was soothing; I felt very pampered, so thank you! I’ll be back again soon!

I’m saddened to say I will not be returning to Cleveland Nail Spa. I have had great services from Tiffany, Nancy, and Tracy in the past, but today was not the same. Angie made me feel very uncomfortable. She was definitely trying to get me in and out so she should move on to the next customer. She was not interested in honoring my request to soak and get a new full set. She rushed through my service getting up times to do other things, answer phone, wax eyebrows, etc. She did not bother to make sure my nail lengths matched or even the same shape, nor did she even ask me what shape I wanted. I got some square and some round and some crooked. I was so upset and flustered I didn’t realize how wonky they looked until I got to my car. There was gel and acrylic product all over my skin and down the side of my thumb. I had to come home and attempt to fix my nails myself. Could’ve saved myself the $35.. do yourself a favor and go elsewhere and if you have to go there request one of the ladies I listed above.

I am new to the Garner area and was looking for a new nail tech. After searching google I came upon Cleveland Nails because they had 5 stars. I went to Tiffany and have not looked back since, she is awesome! There is nothing Tiffany cannot do! Thank you Tiffany for always being on time and meticulous with your work!!

I went here originally because they had 5 star reviews. They charged me $15 to remove my set of nails by ripping them off with another nail rather then soaking them, ruining my nail bed. I also noticed during covid no one sanitizing any of the equipment or using new files. Flustered, I paid and left. I wrote a review on here and was bombarded with texts and calls asking to remove the post and they would give me my money back and a gift certificate for doing so. (Im assuming to keep the 5 star rating) Being annoyed from all the texts I finally deleted the review and got my money back with a attitude. I saw on FB someone recommended here and I decided to put my review back up. I dont recommend.

This nail salon has amazing customer service. With the Morals of the customer is always right! They have beautiful nails and stations with friendly artists who want you to get the nails you dream of and always deliver.

I bumped in to this gem by accident... They had meAt “Hello, would you care for a drink” Friendly, clean, professional... quick service, beautiful designs...and they fixed a bad set (from a different salon)that kept breaking with innovative reinforcements and perfect reform. Tiffany!!! ASK FOR TIFFANY!!! They gave me a Christmas coupon and my own bottle of cuticle oil... Amazing quality and Value!

This place is amazing. Jessica did an awesome job on my nails. She took her time and did one completely to make sure I was happy before she did both hands. Tracy was also great for my pedicure. Highly recommended.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve been ranting about how I have yet to find a good nail tech in the area. So I was referred here by a friend, went a few weeks ago and Cindy did an amazing job on my nails! I went back for a fill in, done by Angie, quickest & flawless! My friend got a full set done by the man that works there, her nails came out amazing as well! We both got pedicures by two ladies who were absolutely fun and helped us enjoy our pampering time! They gave us fist bumps and cheers with us! We were served complimentary drinks so we chose wine. Yes ladies, wine IS available here while getting glammed up, but you must be 21+ of course! This is our new favorite spot! The energy and atmosphere is just amazing. Hands down the best place!

I have been coming to Cleveland Nail Spa for a few months now. They take great care of my natural nails and always give the best suggestions for colors and designs. Angie is always making sure customers are comfortable and satisfied. I’ve also had services done with Tiffany and Cindy. They are all amazing and would recommend them to anyone.

Tiffany is absolutely fabulous and very talented. The artwork on my nails is just awesome! She listens and takes the time to explain things to you so youll know what will work for your nails.

I went there to renew my nail (I got my nail done from another place).Jessica was my nail tech. She is AMAZING. She took time to reshaped a d fix every nail for me.Theyre looked brand new now.She polished and designed them perfectly.The design I gave her, other nail shop cannot do it, well Jess can, and look better than the picture.I am so happy when I left there. It was my first time getting acrylics and first time going to the salon, im very glad to say that i am not disappointed! The result exceeded my expectations. We were walk ins for a pedicure and didnt have to wait but the atmosphere was not very welcoming. I dont know if the lady that did my toes was new or not but the polish job was just OK. I will give them credit as far as being patient because it did take some time to pick out the color. I havent decided if I will go back or not.

I would call and ask for an appointment and arrive and will always be told that now we are busy. First time I waited 30 minutes or more for the appointment the next time I drove 15 minutes away and get there and was told come back tomorrow. While on the phone tell me people who call you do not have time or don’t take appointments.

Came back for my second time and they again exceeded my expectation. The environment is like a mini vacation. What stands out to me the most is that the techs know their stuff and actually care about your natural nail. I really love this place. I work in my garden so me going in to have a mani/pedi is a treat for myself. I have been going since they opened. Great experience. I haven’t found a place I love until now, mostly because I’m picky about massage chairs, and theirs are excellent! Cleveland Nail Spa is my new spot. The whole staff is very welcoming and immediately offers complimentary water, wine etc.Last week Jessica did my pedicure and manicure and was personable and friendly. She did an excellent job and the polish was perfection. This week I had Tracy and Angie. Tracy has really strong hands and gave an excellent foot/leg massage. Angie did my pedi color and manicure. She’s very meticulous and both look fantastic

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to! It is impeccably clean and has excellent infection control procedures in place. I was greeted cheerfully when I entered the salon. Everyone was friendly but professional. Angie performed an ombre manicure, lashes and an eyebrow wax on me. The prices are competitive and the service excellent. They really exceeded my expectations.
