My coworker recommended VIP Nails and it was the best nail salon experience I had in a long time. Staff was so nice & friendly. Had a wedding to go to and they were so helpful with color choices. I received so many compliments on my nails. So many compliments on how my nails ( toes) complimented my shoes. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Don’t go to this place. I set an appointment for two and I had to wait an hour. My nails were sloppy and crooked. The lady was rushing. She over-gel my nails. She also easdropped on conversations/made comments about it.

Peter did an awesome job on my finger bitten nail nubs and skin, and didnt laugh or judge! 😂 He made my nails look very natural, even though I have dry, paper-thin sheets for nails that are barely a cm long. Definitely planning on coming back!

The women who works here are very friendly, however, the nail tech (man) was very rude.

I got my nails done there and three days later they just stared a break off out of no where and I was very disappointed at the fact that there are breaking and they was suppose to last at these three to four weeks

Im glad I went back! My manicure looks fantastic now! The pedicure lounge is off in its own area so your not exposed to everyone. They are really sweet - heat to chat to. And they did a great job with our pedicures. The customer service was phenomenal. I will go here for all of my pedicure needs from now on. The best salon which I have ever been.

I love my new nail place. Everyone at this nail salon is very friendly and is very helpful and they also go over and Beyond to make sure your services are great. I always get my nails and my toes done they do an awesome job and they treat me like family. The salon is very clean and they offer wine when youre getting your toes done. They are kid-friendly and they love my daughter and they give her lots of snacks while shes waiting. We absolutely love this place if youre in the Raleigh area please try them out. You will not be disappointed they are magnificent.

This was my first time visiting this establishment and I was VERY disappointed. I was not greeted upon entering, they did not acknowledge me at all, and I was not a walk-in. I had scheduled an appointment the day before. Even without a greeting, I decided to wait and see if things would improve but they did not. When the time for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT came around, I was still totally ignored. No one in this so called place of business, were customer service is essential, ever uttered a single word to me. I have never written a bad review but the way that this supposed place of business is ran is an utter DISGRACE. Giving them a 1 star is generous in my opinion. I would not reccomend anyone visit VIP Nails in Garner.

I came here based on a high Yelp rating and I wasnt disappointed! VIP Nail Salon is a tiny place that can accommodate about four people at a time. They took their time to make sure my nails were perfect. All the ladies are engaging, friendly and sure to make you laugh. Im pretty hands on, so I was pleasantly surprised! Very thank ! Ill definitely come again in the near future!

First time coming to this nail salon, its very clean, updated, and all the techs were friendly. But, my nails are a mess, it looks like I did them. I got the dip done, along with a manicure. My skin close to my nails were covered in the product, since its been a day I could remove some of it from my skin, but it looks sloppy and rushed. Thankfully, it was pretty cheap, but still. Will definitely not be returning

Ive read some of the other reviews in which people said the best words with this place. They were so sweet, attentive, & fast! And did a fantastic job with designs on my nails. keep coming back to this one for all the reasons I mentioned above.

Great Mani-Pedi and although they started to get busy - they didnt rush my experience. I cant tell you how much I appreciate that. Definitely recommend them!

Friendly, helpful staff that took time to explain the options I had. I went with liquid gel, and they were so pretty I only went with a clear coat!UPDATE4 days since i had my nails done and this morning I had to go back and get 2 nails fixed. They were separating. Two different people tried removing the liquid gel with a fake nail, then a dirty tool! I had to tell th to not use the dirty tool!!!!!Been home 2 hours, since repair and ANOTHER NAIL JUST SEPARATED. Not going back in again. Enough is enough

I have tried two other salons since I moved to this area last year, and this is consistently the best gel manicure Ive ever had. Everyone was super friendly, sweet and nice. My experience was very relaxing and the price was reasonable. This might be a new love affair.

Great service and very friendly staff! This place has been the best place I have been to within the 5 miles radius. Im picky about salons using bonder before shellac nails because it keeps your shellac on longer and thank goodness they use it. Also have more color options & have some good brands and a clean salon. Will be back!

Me and my girlfriend went here tonight and were very pleased!!! They were super nice and did more than the basic pedicure for the same price! She also gave us a 15% discount! Beautiful place inside and was very relaxing. Highly recommended!!!!

Joe is amazing, he’s the only one who can do great nails but owner loves to talk junk about people and has a idc attitude. Prices and hours change too much. Then if you try to get an explanation she will say she doesn’t care if one customer leaves another will come. I can no longer take her nasty attitude when I work for my money !

I really love this salon. I can always go in a receive quick quality service. The facility is very clean and updated. The staff are very friendly every time I go. They are also one of few salons in the area that do nail dip which seems healthier on my nails.

Been coming here for about three years now. At first the service was great. But now it is trouble. The own always has and attitude and she always over look her customers that come there on a regular. If you say something about your nails were done they get upset. Wil be finding a new salon. But like someone post the own does not care. My total was 41 dollars. Why they my total was 46 dollars.This is the reason why i do not tip. Know the prices before you have your services done

Was getting my nails done last week and 2 people who had appointments walked in. I was then told i would need to get up & wait until they were gotten before I could get mines finished. I waited 2 hours respectfully being that they had appointments & i didnt . Then I called this week and made an appointment for today @ 3. Came in at 2:30 and was then told i would have to wait after 2 people that was already there with no appointment. Why was I asked to get up in the middle of me getting my nails done last week for someone who had a appointment but wasnt giving that same respect today? I will not be going back because they dont know how to conduct good business. It was very bias.

I was very pleased with my experience at this salon! Joe did a great job on my acrylic fill and his customer service was top notch! My 10 yr old daughter also joined me for her 1st mani/pedi and she loved it! Everyone was very nice and treated us both like VIPs!

Very disappointing. I came in today to get gel polish taken off and I walked out with nails that looked horrible. The first nail tech I got was very kind and accommodating but when it was time to take the foils off they switched nail techs and I got the older of the two men working there. He was very rough and rushed the whole process. Didnt file my nails evenly at all and scratched my nail beds to pieces without buffing them and proceeded to put a top coat on top of the very visible damage. Left me for a very long time leaving me wondering who to pay because there were only 4 people working there and they were all busy. I left with very uneven and damaged nails, and some of them still have pieces of gel stuck on!! Will not be coming back.

Very friendly staff. Clean salon. Great prices. I have Fred Flinstone feet with nearly impenetrable dead skin. It took forever, but she powered through it. Now my feet are more like Wilma Flintsones. I think a few more visits and I might have good sandal feet. I am very impressed.

Worst salon experience I have ever had. I was so unsatisfied that I actually had to get up and walk out. Yes its new and pretty....that is all I can say good about it. Was completly dead when I came in with only two people working! Completely untrained staff. She went to cut at my nails when I said I only wanted them filed so they could grow. Left them looking extremely rough when she went to put my nails on. Also went to cut the rest of gel that was left on, I explained that it hurts so I wanted them filed with machine, she said she didnt know how to do that and not was she wrong ! Didnt do it one way that I had ever had my nails done before! Most salons are consistent with the steps they take for their services. She seriously had no idea what she was doing! Once she put the first nail on croked and too small I asked her to take it off so I could leave. Sorry I to say I will not be going back, I was hoping this could be my new go to place.

They were very slow. I was the only customer and it took more than an hour and a half for the pedicure. The nail tech did a good, but not excellent job.
