This is my second time visiting Posh Nails, and they deliver top-notch service! The customer service is exceptional and the nail technicians take pride in their work! This time Andy helped me and did a fabulous job. My nails turned out beautiful! I am glad I gave them a try, now I’m a loyal customer!

Very friendly, polite and fast people. Clean place. She used already use items on me.Unfortunately the actual manicure was bad. Got cut several times which almost ruin my water vacation from the pain and kept bleeding for almost 2 days.See pics of quality of work, she apply several layers but I guess the nail polish wasnt good because the final result was stricky, uneven and with bubbles.I had square natural nails to begin with and she filed them and made them uneven.Didnt filled the nail closer to the base and it looks like i have been growing it for over a week.Im writting this review a week later, thankfully no infection and the gel nail polish from 9 nails still standing strong, 1 nail in the corner got separated and lift off like a sticker.

I have been in NC for 3 1/2 years and I have just found a go to salon for my nails and eyebrows. UT is great and my go to here at the salon. The owner is very nice and makes sure everyone is comfortable while waiting. Even if you make an appointment be prepared to still wait, it’s always packed.

Very friendly staff. I couldnt get exactly what I wanted. I wanted French tips with almond shape. When they put the tips on with color I could still see the acrylic nail. I decided to just paint the whole nail. The shape does not look how I thought almond should lookUpdate:I went in today to get them fixed. They fixed the nails for free. They look a lot better. The pink nails are the updated ones. Very helpful staff and very friendly!

Today i went for the first time and it was okay. i asked for a colored french tip and they’re cute but i don’t think it’s worth the price. my thumb nails are way shorter than the rest of the nails. but other than that they’re okay. staff was very nice!

I had been growing out my nails for a while, so I was a bit upset when the nail tech cut them too short. After sitting in the car and looking at my nails, I realized I was being a little silly & they will grow back.There is no such thing as perfection, and no matter what there will always be something. I will say out of all the nail salons that there are in the Raleigh area, there are few like this one that will own up to their mistakes or even try and correct mistakes at no additional cost.I have been to variety of salons, so I confidently say that the customer service here is above and beyond.Perhaps The Nail Tech may have messed up or not done the job the way expected, but Chris makes sure the errors are corrected.I genuinely like to come here because I feel welcomed. The treatment here does not feel like I am just another dollar walking in the door.I have been coming routinely (with appointment) to the salon to have my nails done and only on two instances was I not 100% satisfied, but Chris made sure to make up for those experiences.Today I tried out a Glow in the dark dip on my natural nails.

The overall esthetic of the shop is pleasant. I enjoyed the wide selection of.colors and services they offer. I went in a Saturday morning without a appointment and was seated within minutes. Lisa did an excellent job on my pedicure. I will definitely return to her. Jimmy took care of redoing my nails and I love them. I appreciate the owner Chris. Chris understands the importance of great customer service and customer satisfaction. The care he shows for the customers is unmatched.

I usually have had good experiences at Posh but this bad one overrides them all. I got my nails done this same day at my 10 am appointment. I did not finish at the salon until after 12:15... over 2 hours later with this manicure that did not even last me the rest of the day. It started chipping about 3 hours later. I got SNS and then waited over 30 minutes for this flame design which took 30 minutes to finish and had to ask someone to add a top coat to my manicure so I could leave and pay. Not at all worth my time or money, very disappointed. Would love to have some compensation for this as I am a returning customer.

The man running the place was amazing. He was working his tail off. My experience was good.. I wish theyd ask more if length/shape was acceptable instead of me having to say something. I got a mani & pedi. My only complaint is my cuticles. I have nothing but hangnails a week later, and the picture is of ones I havent already pulled off.. I know its not the overall salon but seems like more training for cuticle trimming might be necessary.

Came in last Saturday for a full-set and pedicure. Tiffany was my nail tech(amazing) Evie did my pedicure (such a sweetheart) . Great customer service throughout the entire establishment. In my opinion this ombré medium full-set was over priced ($70).

Great nail salon. Always able to get in, even at the last minute. Super talented nail artists. My daughter has gotten her nails done 3 times and they’ve always done a beautiful job. Just got a gel manicure for myself and he did a great job. Pedicures are awesome, comfortable chairs, complimentary wine or soft drink.Highly recommended

Had a hard time finding a nail salon I truly liked after I moved to the Raleigh area. After my first visit to Posh I knew I found a place that does quality work and I’ve been going there for almost two years now. Queen usually does my nails, always happy with her work. The staff is friendly and very outgoing. Chris usually runs around making sure clients are comfortable and have what they need. I was very spoiled by my nail lady in Alaska for over 25 years so my standards are very high and Queen does not disappoint. Recommended them to several of my friends who are also very happy with this salon.

They are very rude, I was told a price for dip powder was 47 bucks and when I went to checkout they tried charging me 62 dollars. I was switched from one guy to another and had to wait 20 minutes for the second guy. The first guy couldn’t work with long nails he said, which I don’t thing my nails were that long that he could not work with, I had only gotten tips with dip and wanted an oval shape. The ladies and men kept coming to the station I was sitting at to talk with the nail tech I had . They were talking in their language the whole time and looking on their cell phone while working on my nails. Very unprofessional and rude service that was offered to me. I will not be going back, they have lost my business . It took me over three hours to get my nails done by the time I was passed around from one person to the next . Also the owner Chris kept walking around asking everyone if everything is okay and looks good, he didn’t ask me not even once. Very very unprofessional and rude business . Great place! My sister and I came for the first time today after a bad experience at another place and we are so happy!! Jimmy did my acrylics and he was great, so friendly and totally fixed what went wrong before. We will definitely be back!Ps. It’s a little hard to find but it’s in the plaza by the mattress store!

Loving going here to get my nails done. Andy, Quinn, and UT do a good job with acrylic. However, everytime i make an appointment I still end up having to wait almost an hour for them to start on my nails. They never actually correlate with who is available and when. The nail tech will literally take a walk in right before you are scheduled for your appointment resulting in you having to wait. Don’t recommend unless you don’t mind waiting even if you’ve made a appointment in advance.

I LOVE Posh Nail Spa, Chris, Lisa, Andy, and everyone else at this place are absolutely amazing. My nails always look so good and the service? IMPECCABLE! Glasses of complimentary wine, top tier service, and phenomenal work? Don’t catch me anywhere else.

Went in yesterday for the first time. I was greeted nicely at the door. Got a pedicure and acrylic nails. Wynn (don’t know if I’m saying it right) was so nice and funny! I will be most definitely coming back!

Will no longer be using Posh Nails’ services. I used to love Posh and would recommend them to anyone but since my last experience, I am completely turned off. I went there to get a birthday gel pedicure. I picked the most basic pedicure ($30) because I was getting a basic white color and because I get pedicures often I did not feel the need to get a higher value pedicure. When it was time for me to check out I was charged $15 dollars for gel polish and another $5 to take the gel I had on off, something they would have to do regardless. The next day, not even 24 hours later, all of the polish was gone from my right pinky toe. I noticed this before my flight took off. By the end of the week 4 toes had no polish on them and my big toe nail cracked (I have acrylic on both big toes). The prices are always changing and going up. The man that did my pedicure seemed to not want to perform the service and it felt rushed. This is not my first poor experience at Posh, this is just the first time I am writing a review. Posh was GREAT when I first started going there a year ago but the quality of my experiences has gone down. Essentially I paid $50 for my toes to need to be re-done in a matter of days. I have NEVER had this problem before, my pedicures tend to last and hold up well. I’ve even seeked pedicure service at other salons within the year of me going to Posh and I’ve never had this issue.

They worked quickly and I got the design I wanted. The length was short for work and the gel shine lasted until my fill-in

UT is absolutely amazing if you want more advanced nail designs!!! ****This salon is fabulous, I will be using it from now on. My mother and I went for mani/pedis and even though it was quite busy, they kept us together for both parts of the service. Chris goes above and beyond in his customer service!The salon itself is very lovely. Clean, great color selection, and awesome massage chairs. Complimentary beverages are very nice, I enjoyed a bit of moscato with my pedi =)I forgot my nail techs name bc I am awful with names but she did my nails very nicely. I do not get acrylics or anything, just gel polish on my short, natural nails. It looks perfect.Thank you guys for a lovely Sunday afternoon.PS Did I mention they are open on SUNDAY! I recommend appointment for Sunday though as the hours are limited.

I moved here in Oct from Maryland and I have tried 4 nail salons so far and my experience with all of them has been horrible. They would break, crack, peel, and this was just a few days after getting them done. I am not a hard person to please really. I found Posh on Google and read the reviews so thought I would give it a try even though its 30 minutes from me. I am so glad I did. They have definitely made a new customer. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and were super professional and helpful. My nail tech Evie was awesome. She listened to what I wanted and my nails turned out amazing. She was super sweet and held a conversation with me. The salon was super clean and every employee in there was so nice. I will definitely be going back. Im so glad I finally found a place I will return too. 🙌

I want to start by saying this was the most amazing place, from the people to the atmosphere everything was perfect. My tech Leanne did an excellent job on my pedicure she was kind she interacted with me and my mom they had us laughing. Chris was amazing also he was very attentive and make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. We will definitely be back, and I would recommend this place to anyone. I wish I can give them more than five stars but they deserve 10.

This is the only nail salon I go to. It is the best salon and I am always so happy when I leave. Everyone is so kind and professional! They are typically very busy but make time for every single customer no matter how busy it is. I recommend this place to everyone.

The salon is beautiful, top notch service. Andy was great! The best Almond shape nails I’ve ever received. I did the dip powder and everything came out great. I also received a lavender pedicure with gel polish. I can only say great things about this amazing cutting edge salon.

My pedicure was amazing with John, everything was well clean and he was really nice. Andy made my full set and to be honest I was shocked of how beautiful they were. More than I even expected! This was my first time coming here. I received a full set Dip... from the moment I walked in I loved it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The did a great job on my nails and I paid less than I expected. This will definitely be my nail place from now on.

I LOVE this Nail Salon. They are located near HWY 70 and Timber drive in Garner, very convenient to me and I live in SE Raleigh. They have been my go to salon for quite some time now. Pedicures are unrushed and relaxing. Ive gotten both dip powder and acrylic nails from them and been very pleased with both services. I even bring my mother in law here when she visits, she loves the place as well.

I called around 4:30 pm yesterday to make a pedicure appointment. I made my request to the male who answered the phone. After letting me know that Andy was no longer there, a female took the phone and asked what I wanted. I explained again. She put the phone down and never returned. After unsuccessfully trying to get someone back to the phone for five minutes, I hung up. Promptly called back, went to voicemail and left my name, contact info and need. It is the next day in the afternoon. Still no callback from this establishment.

Very impressed! I called last minute having an absolute nail emergency and I literally couldnt get in until next week based on my schedule. I told them a timeframe I had to get out in and not only did they quickly accommodate me but they efficiently did my full set and it looks great! Very pleased.

They do a great job and are very friendly. I recommend an appointment and being flexible the day you go because depending on how busy they are you might have to wait a while to be helped. Ive rescheduled twice now after waiting for a while and having other appointments/plans to get to. Overall, a great experience and this is the nail salon I choose to go to regularly.

1st time visiting posh nails spa I was there Sunday at noon nail tech fix nails that were not good but as I was seating and getting nails done I was watching that people coming in were asked if they wanted a beverage if they wanted the ped water warm or hot or cold. Im not being mean or disrespectful Im just thinking in my own head that maybe my $$ isnt worth more that the other person coming in idk it would have been nice to have been treated with the same respect and humble as everyone. I’ve been coming here for awhile now. I only let Quinn or Tiffany do my nails. I was there last Saturday and a guy name Tony did my maní and pedi. I specifically told Chris I would like Quinn to do my nails. She came and took my polish off while I was getting my pedi. She then told me Tony does a good job and will do it. So I assume she didn’t want to do it. I came today to let Chris know how my nails turned out. Gel polish chipped, the layer was so thin. Chris acted as if he did not care today after looking at my nails and seeing that they were awful. I’m disappointed. They double book and people are left standing in the doorway waiting to be serviced. I will be going else where from here on out. $73 total. And I had gel polish on my real nails.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever visited!!! The service, knowledge and experience has surpassed my expectations. Chris is extremely inviting and helpful while my tech (Queen, Quin?) was very talented, and super sweet! This was my first time visiting Posh!! I booked an appointment the day before and was in the pedicure chair within 5 minutes of my arrival. The owner ensures you are taken care of, from the beginning to the end!! They have a nice variety of adult beverages, and Lee did an awesome job on my Mani & Pedi!! He didnt rush me to choose my color, and the woman (Sorry, I cant remember her name) who did my eyebrows, took her time and did an amazing job, even though it was way past closing and she was on her way out!! I really enjoyed my time there, and I will be returning!! I will recommend booking your appointment ahead of time, and the salon is somewhat small, but everyone had on a mask and followed social distancing to the best of their ability!! See you all in a few weeks!! 💜👍

I was looking for a new place for pedicures and took a chance on POSH. Wow! Am I glad I did! I went in-everyone was masked- and I was glad to see a lot of clientele. They were ready for me at my appointment time and immediately offered me a drink. It’s a pleasure to relax after a week of work with a pedicure and an adult beverage. I went with a friend and we had the good fortune of having Lisa and Jonathon as our pedicure specialists. We had such a great time talking with them and Lisa picked out the PERFECT color for me. I ordered the Citrus Pedicure and I felt completely pampered. I did not feel rushed at all, I will most definitely be back and look forward to seeing Jonathon and Lisa again!

I went there today and had a lovely experience. I called ahead and ask if they had availability and they said yes. I went in there to get gel, but Quyen(I apologize if I spelled it wrong) told me about dip nail, which I have never done and I absolutely love them. She was really nice and funny. I will return to this nail salon. It has been years since I professionally had my nails done. I went to another nail salon at the beginning of February, but did not particular care for the service.It took me a month to find the time to get a fill in, but in the meantime, I searched for a nail salon and Posh Nail Spa caught my eye. The reviews were good and the pictures were great.I am SO glad that I found time to visit this location. I plan to be a regular customer. The staff is very personable and customer service oriented. They make sure that you get exactly what you have requested. 💖💖💖

I am in the area visiting family from Ohio. I went to Posh on a Tuesday afternoon after finding them online with a 5 star rating. The website is well laid out, easy to navigate and after looking at the modern aesthetic of the salon I decided to set up an appointment. They were easy to understand on the phone and were able to get me in within the hour for a mani/pedi.When I arrived I was greeted by kind employees who directed me to chose a nail color and asked if I wanted something to drink (included 1 per service).The pedicure massage chair basin was lined with plastic for sanitation and the tools were sealed for use.Jimmy was very pleasant and professional.I would absolutely recommend going to Posh for any nail services, for men women and children.

Today I got a pedicure and and a fill-in with one of the best nail technician today her name is vicky I hope I really forgot but the service was out standing and Chris the owner was a wonderful host. They really go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. If you never visited this shop you need to in my opinion you will not be disappointed. See yall in 3 weeks.

I love going here to get my eyebrows waxed. Ive never had to wait more than 2-3 mins for a Wallin waxing and the staff is always professional and do such a great job. I go here everytime and I highly recommend. Plus, its only $12

I have been going to Posh Nails a few months now and have had a good experience each time. The salon is neat and clean and does not have overpowering chemical odors. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and does quality work. The space is professional and relaxing. They offer complimentary beverages and have a nice, varied selection of nail polishes. UT is my favorite and does awesome work. I can just tell her I want a design and she creates the perfect design.

I loved this place when i first got introduced to them. I go there to get dip powder. They have so many colors to choose from. I had a tech named Peter at first he was great. Then he left. Then i had Andy and he was my go to from there but now he is gone. The past 3 times going there the place has been super busy lately. Even when you make an appointment you still have a little wait. I recently went there for a pedi and dip powder. I must of sat in that pedi chair for almost an half hr until someone came to service me. The water was cold by the time they came. I had another male nail tech do my dip powder (think his name was Tom) but he was too fast, and didn’t clean up the excess powder from under my nails. That was my last time going there.

Posh nails is amazing!! I recently found this location and they are great! My nails lasted so long! My nails lasted over a month. The customer service is awesome! They truly care about the customers and providing a quality service. Everything is always clean. I definitely recommend them.

In the many years that I have been getting my nails and pedicures done I have never found a place like this that really cares about their customers. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and asked if you would like something to drink. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. There is always laughter and fun in the air. My nails always look great when they are done. My nails are always done with care and they make sure that I like them. I always get many complements on my nails from friends and strangers. I will definitely return to this nail salon. My friends come here quite often so I decided to try it out. I had an appointment for 5 and they took me a few minutes early. The staff was very friendly and the place was beautiful. Andy did a great job on my nails! I showed a reference picture and received exactly what I had asked for. I plan on visiting many more times and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new salon to visit!!

I got my dip nail polish removed here today.They had me soak my entire hands in plastic bags full of acetone. After awhile I felt my skin getting irritated and I made the decision to take my hands out and tell the man helping me that I couldn’t take this method of removal. However, he encouraged me to put them in a few more minutes. I just don’t think this is the proper way to remove polish. People typically use foil and keep the acetone just on the tips of fingers but my hands were fully submersed in bags of acetone. My skin is still irritated from this. If you get nails removed make sure to ask for foil instead. However the owner/manager is really nice and accommodating to customers.

I had a manicure today, and it was great! Beautifully done and very professional.

I have been coming to Posh Nails for two years and have been going to Quinn one of the owners of the nail salon. Over the past two years the service was excellent until May 21, 2021. I had a 2:00 PM nail appointment with Quinn. I was seen around 2:30 PM. This is always the usual and Im not bothered by that. Once Quinn saw me not even 15 minutes into my nails I was told that I needed to move immediately and was then moved to another chair to let my nails finish soaking. Another woman moved into my chair and proceeded to get her nails done by another nail tech.Quinn then proceeded to leave me sitting there for over an hour while she serviced a white woman who had a 2:30 PM nail appointment with anyone not Quinn. Please note there were at least two nail techs not servicing clients that could have assisted this woman! By this time it was 3:30 PM and I was still sitting with my nails in acetone. I asked one of the nail techs what was going on and demanded that I be serviced. Quinn then stopped doing the ladys nails and had me sit in the seat. The lady apologized, but I explained to her it wasnt her fault and not her business but Quinns. I waited for Quinn to apologize, but I had to practically pull it out of her.She would not say sorry for the long wait, can you come back later, NOTHING! All she said was that she felt bad. And my response was, why is it so hard for you to apologize to me, am I not the customer here? Have I not been a good customer and brought countless people to your business?After she finished my nails she then charged me full price. I demanded that she lower the price since the service was so horrible. She then lowered it $5.00 at this point I said, no I need to pay half, and she told me my service was free and to not come back to see her. That Johnathan another nail tech could do my nails.Unfortunately, this is another sign of blatant discrimination and poor service! I took this very personally because Quinn and I had a great customer/client relationship. So I thought.In these times this kind of treatment is not acceptable, and her blatant disrespect and poor service will not go unaccounted for! It is clear that the wait at this salon is long and even if you schedule an appointment it is no guaranty they will honor it.

I had to wait even with an appointment. There was definitely no social distance going on, this place was packed the last 2 days to the point I was uncomfortable. My nail tech on Sunday was nice but the work quality was terrible. I did call back on Monday and the manager fixed my entire set. Much better, but still packed. I probably wont return.

I was also argued with every step of the way, from what I wanted to materials used.In response to the owners response.After my service I called the shop. I asked what brand acrylic they used. The first brand she gave me was the one I recognized as being used on my nails. I asked for and payed for gel. I brought this to the owners attention while on the phone. She said “I’m so sorry just come back in and we will fix it.”When I come in the next morning. The shop owner came out and said they look good just keep them. I didn’t want that because I was charged 98$ for a basic pedicure and a full set of GEL nails. She wasn’t even available despite my appointment. She then offered half the money back for my nails only ( $30pedi, $65 for the nails and a $3 service charge). When I called they were supposed to be redone but she thought they were fine so she didn’t want to do it. Even though it isn’t what I wanted or paid for. So the original manicurist come out to argue with me - just like he was the day before about the colors I wanted and everything else(and I tipped him 12$ y’all because I assumed he always trying but new). The owner says and does NOTHING while this unprofessional mess happens and people in the shop look on. I take the offer of half my money back on the nails because at this point I don’t want their services anymore and she tries to give me $30. 65/2 is not 30. I say something, she corrects this and I tell them I will just go to my regular shop to get fixed at this point. THE LADY GRABS MY HAND AND TRIED TO TUG ME TO THE CHAIR. She said no no we will fix it for you. Even though I went for a fix in the first place and they refused and just tried to offer me some (not half) money back. I snatched my hand back and left. I damn sure won’t be back.

I had the absolute best experience with posh nail spa. I have lived in garner nearly 4 years and for all 4 years I have been trying to find a nail spa that is affordable, clean, professional and gives me exactly what I ask for. Posh Nail Spa is the only nail spa I have been to that actually gave me coffin shaped instead of almond shape when I asked for it. There were plenty of colors to choose from and the decor was beautiful. The service was fast, the man that did both my feet and acrylic set ( I can’t remember his name) took his time and followed all covid 19 protocols. I felt like a queen. My eyebrows were quick, and exactly the way I asked for them to be. I have finally found my nail haven and will be back soon. Great service! Great staff! Great colors!

Everyone there is friendly and good clean place...very popular also. The owner is great and did a great job building up the business.

Yumi was nothing short of amazing. My nails came out fantastic . I showed her a picture and she was able to replicate them exactly . The shaping is impeccable, she was quick but not rushed and she was so precise . The atmosphere is wonderful; they offer you beverages and they are so friendly and sociable . They know a lot about current trends. Yumi also did my eyebrows and they are so perfect. She was able to catch my arch so well it looks like she drew them on. This is definitely my new nail home for sureUPDATE: 12/22/20Quinn, the store manager is nothing short of amazing, very professional and quick. Showed her a photo and she duplicated it entirely. Very nice and funny. Chris is amazing, he’s so happy to help no matter how busy they are, all nail techs are amazing. They also serve beverages to relax you, atmosphere is really chill, clean and professional. Great business

The owner of this nail salon was very accommodating and friendly! He got me in although they were very busy and I did not have an appointment. I took off a couple stars because the male technician that did my pedicure took a cash tip from another customer while doing my pedicure and did not change his gloves afterward. Grossed me out that he took money that had been who knows where, stuck it in his back pocket and then continued on with the pedicure. He could have at least taken 2 minutes to change gloves and keep things sanitary. He also clipped my cuticles so much and so close that there’s now a scab on my big toe. Other than that, I enjoyed the salon and would return, but would prefer a different technician!

I was recommended here and im glad I was everyone is friendly its clean and no rush service like anywhere else I will definitely be back... this is now my favorite nail salon

Absolutely loved my service!! They were so nice and caring. I got a full acrylic set with jewels and she did great! My mom also got a gel manicure and she loved her service. 5/5 stars I’ll definitely be revisiting.

This was my first visit to this nail shop based on the great reviews. Also my first visit since Covid. Very nice staff. Great mani/pedi. Sorry to say i will not enter the doors again. There is a definite problem with cleaning and wiping down nail stations. Dust on plants and dividers and the nail ultra lights clearly not wiped regularly. In my opinion significant health risk. So sorry but this needs to be corrected.
