I love my nails!!! The lady doing my nails was so nice & attentive (I did not catch her name🤦🏽‍♀️). Some of the colors that I wanted wasn’t there, but she got my nails as close as she could & they are perfect. Will be back :)

In the current pandemic it is very important that businesses use extreme caution and Diva Nail Spa absolutely does that. They ask you to wash your hands as soon as you enter, they all wear face masks the proper way, and they disinfect after every customer. Not only that but they also provide excellent service with care. I have only gone there three times but I am very impressed at the level of care and attention to detail that they provide. They also have a large array of colors which makes it very easy to pick the one you like. If youre looking for a new nail salon, this is the place to go!

I started coming here a few months ago after wanting to try a new salon and this salon is by far my favorite in the Raleigh area! They do great, quality work and the prices are fair. I travel from Wendell to come here and it’s worth the drive! I do recommend making an appointment because they can get busy, especially on the weekends :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!! We got last minute pedicures at the end of the day on a Sunday and they stayed after hours to give us our full pedicure. Clean and bright and they used real orange slices in their “lavender pedicure” when they used the scrub on our legs. Vicki and Scott are so sweet. Recommend this facility 100%. You will not be disappointed. Definitely my new nail place.

They have done some remodeling and the space is gorgeous! It’s very clean and bright. Vicki always does an amazing job - so the mani/pedi was great. I have gone other places but she is just the absolute best. She takes her time, does quality work, makes sure you are liking the way things are looking every step of the way. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Vicki and the work she does!! I’ve done everything from a regular mani, gel mani, acrylic, etc with her and I’m always impressed with how the nails stay looking great. Will never go anywhere else!!!

Nicky did my manicure and pedicure and stopped what she was doing to check her phone multiple times. She was very short, and didnt respond much when I tried to engage her in friendly conversation. She got me in and out as fast as possible and tore my cuticles all to pieces.

Queenie is the BEST! I have been getting my nails done for more years than I care to claim. I have been to other places, but I noticed the difference. Queenie is sweet and talented. My nails always look amazing. You cant expect to be a walk-in for Queenie so be sure you schedule an appointment in advance. I highly recommend her. I drive 25-30 minutes just to have Queenie do my nails. :)

Took Covid policies very seriously. Was able to feel safe and relax! Would recommend for anyone looking for a little pampering.

I’ve came here a few times and they do a really good job. Got acrylic nails and a pedicure. I always ask for mark, he is very gentle and takes his time to do your nails. He always asks if it looks okay. The rest of the staff is also friendly. The color I got for my nails was cotton candy. Very pretty! Love it here.

I have been blessed to have found this salon. I moved here over 1yr ago and could never find professional nail techs after 4 different locations and then I found Tina. She is the best tech I have ever had the pleasure of trusting with not only nails but waxing too. I recommend this salon to everyone. Do not waste your money. All of my nails are uneven and I asked for him to do another coat of polish because you could still see my nail (it was a light color) he told me it would be an extra $10 to do a third coat! I have never had such an awful experience at a nail salon.

Walked in on a Sunday. There was no one waiting and it was a little before 1:00 and they close at 5. The lady asked me what I needed and I told her a pedicure and she quickly told me “sorry we are too busy.” I asked if that meant I could not get a pedicure today and she said “yes we too busy.” Horrible customer service. This was my first attempt to come here and I definitely won’t try again.

Ive been here twice. In those two times, the same guy did my nails because everyone else was busy. He is the man whose table is in the middle, in the corner. HORRIBLE. I’ve gotten my nails done for the last 30 years! He dumps way to much liquid on the brush without wiping it on the napkin. By the time the acrylic is on my nail, my whole hand is watery! By the next day. I already got chips, the nail polish is coming off. he is so unprofessional, doesn’t listen to you when you want something fixed. Everyone there needs an updated class on customer service, and nail trends. Or, get recertified because I have no idea how he is licensed. Horrible. Do not recommend.

I highly recommend this salon and TINA!!!😍 she was a delight to have my nails done by, after visiting three other salons including cobe nails in garner and being rudely skipped and waiting for 30 minutes I remembered my coworker highly recommended DIVA NAILS. Upon arriving they saw me right away and this put me in a great mood after several salons weren’t taking customers anymore. Tina started on my nails and the shape and length were perfect she was wonderful including I brought my three!!! Children and she assured me several times they were okay and to relax which made me even happier. Most salons are super rude or won’t allow children in the salon the experience at DIVA NAILS was all around AMAZING!!! I have found my nail salon Tina is the greatest she finds the perfect fit for you!! Love love loved my nail session great way to start the holiday!!!

I’ve recently been getting acrylics & Peter does my nails he also has been doing my moms nails/toes for 12 years. We love it there and I get my eyebrows done there whenever needed. they are so nice !! Peters awesome, would totally recommend this nail salon.

As far as waxing, I would give them 5 stars. Customer service, theyd get 5. But Im so annoyed with the quality of their nail service that I cant even give them more than 2 stars. My sister and I got our nails done on the 17th of September (Saturday) and mine started chipping that following Tuesday. My sisters also began chipping and one broke one one week later and she essentially got a brand new set only 1 week and 1 day later. Ill return for facial waxing but thats it. The liquid they use is supposed to be purple, my sister says they used cheap products and hers was clear. Never again. I scheduled a full in with my nail tech and will not be returning here for nail services. Side note: they do great pedicures.

First time here and Mark done my nails..He was very good in handling my nails and they didnt hurt once done..He had done an amazing job on my nails.. I found my nail guy..lol

The Salon is very clean; however I got shellac / gell polish and the nails were peeling and chipping off in less than 24 hours. Wont return as I paid $30 + Tip and it didnt even last 24hours. I was getting my nails done for an event. It was me and a friend that got the exact same thing done to our nails and both had the same experience. We wont be returning to either of the 2 shops.

I have a normal nail tech and she was out of town so I decided to try a new shop because I couldnt wait. I like color change nails and they had no SNS color change options, not one. My pedicure was just ok I have definitely had better and they charged me a $1 fee to use my card. I didnt know companies still charged fees like that unless it is a super small business or you only spend a very small amount.... I will not return

I only go to Diva (and to Jackie) for my gel nails manicure. His gel manicures have often lasted well over a month for me and Im in a high computer use career. Im often stopped and asked about my manicure. I love the pedicure here too and its always beautifully matched to my gel polish and lasts a long time. Theyre a very clean nail salon, and popular, so I do recommend a reservation. An employee at Ulta first recommended them and my hair dresser too, so I tried them out and have gone now for over a year. Diva has an excellent reputation in the community.

Every time I go there they are very clean and nice. They are the best nail salon I have ever been too. People say they make wait a lot, but the reason is because they are so popular and like making sure the customer likes and they like it.

Came in to have a quick manicure and my tech did a fabulous job! She was very meticulous and took her time to make my nails look perfect. Its really worth my money and time.

A friend and I came in for a walk in visit for a simple fill in job at 1pm. They were a little busy and the woman at the front informed us that we would both be helped at 1:30pm at the same time, and insisted we just leave and come back. Came back at 1:20pm and they were all helping entirely different people, 1:40pm rolls around and we finally ask how long it will be and she said it would be another 15 minutes. I totally get first come first serve, but we would have stayed if we knew that we would lose our spot.Totally unacceptable customer service. Would not recommend wasting your time.

I love this nail spa because there is one of this nail spa is the best I ever have, her name is Trish, she has been served me since 2010. Ive been many in nails service but I never have a really personal responsibility, No rushing, enjoy and relaxing,... until Trish has done it to me. I dont have to come back to re-do my nails for at least 3 weeks...She is WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend TRISH to have the best service in town ... Im usually hesitant in trying new salons but my regular was closed and I was in desperate need of some pampering. The only good thing about the pedicure was the chair. The tech didnt take the time to properly clean and remove cuticles and left edges not painted on my toe nails. The gel manicure...horrible. My seven year old could have done a better job! The nail tech put on the thickest layers of gel, didnt provide a proper manicure and seemed not to really care. I wont be coming back.

Very busy on a Sunday, but not at all friendly or inviting to walk-ins. They will shout a question at you from mid store. Really, this is what encourages customers to support your business?

I got a manicure and a pedicure. My pedicure was great but the women smudged my nail and all she did was say sorry but didnt fix it. My nails look like they have been done by a child. She missed half of my nail on multiple nails. The tips of my nails arent even and look chipped. One of them needs another coat. When I told her about my issues with my nails she simply said, If I fix it then it will look bad. But my nails already looked terrible. Im not one for leaving reviews but I was highly upset with my service.

I have been going to Diva for over two years. I usually go to Jackie, but Jessica is great, as well as most of the other girls. I get gel manicures that last on average 2-3 weeks and pedicures that last a month. Book an appointment before going because it is very busy, especially on the weekends.

Today was my 1st visit. I went in just for a gel manicure and unfortunately got stuck with Mark. The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon. He didnt speak one word to me, just sat the colors in front of me and then started clipping my nails. Right before he was going to polish I noticed one nail was very obviously uneven so I asked if he could fix it. He got very irritated and kept asking how is it not even? I pointed it out to him (one side was longer and it was not straight) he then filed it down some and went on to paint but never evened the nail out he just fixed so it was rough. I asked him to smooth it out and he used the same rough file which of course didnt fix it. So I then asked if he could use the little white file he had used early to smooth it, he jerked his drawer open and handed me the file to fix it myself!!!! At that point, I was not happy and just wanted to leave. I told him that this was first time in the salon and I didnt feel like it was turning into a good experience....he didnt say a word! Just continued to paint. When he finished he just got up and walked to the register, I guess just assuming that I knew to follow him. He told me the charge was $30.00 but then he ran my card for $31.00. I guess maybe they have a $1 card fee? Which I dont mind at all, but I think you should let your customer know that. Dont tell them one price and then run payment for another, even if its just $1.00.All the other techs seemed like they were friendly and their customers all seemed happy. I guess I just got the unlucky pick of the draw. Its disappointing that I will never go back, I work within walking distance and the convenience would be great. I guess I will start my search for another nail salon with better customer service. I suggest not wasting your time or money at this place :-(

With one person waiting a head of me, I was turned away and told to come back tomorrow because they were, too busy. I was perfectly fine with waiting a bit, but the lady made me leave. Horrible customer service!

They did such a horrible job. I could have cried. I honestly think because I was black they didn’t even try to fix the issue the best they could. I didn’t get the basic pedicure and you could still the cracks in my feet and look at my polish. A pre schooler could do better than this. Businesses like this are so quick to call the police if you don’t pay but what happens when they do a horrible job like this and you’ve already paid and added a tip! If I can add pictures I would... go check the pics I added on yelp though. I work hard for my money for it to go down the drain and the man tried to rush me out. This business is a pure rip off, and will try to rush you to pay if they can, while knowing they did a horendous job.

I got full Acrylic sets and they didnt even fully paint the nails?! What usually happens is your original nails start to show when they grow after having acrylics on for a while but my natural nails were showing when finished, very dissapointed, not coming back here again but, it was just one worker maybe the others are better, but I am not taking that risk.

First time for me and showed a picture of a coffin shape medium/long nails. First I had her change my left index finger since the nail was pointing upwards, then had her adjust length a few times since all nails were a different length. At the end once I got to my car the nails were tacky because they werent properly wiped with alcohol (gel polish). And thats when I got a good look at the nails. Still a length difference in nails, the shape is different in each one and the polish is applied in a thick coat that gives the nailbed a overly rounded shape.Was having a rough day wanting to do something nice for myself and left more upset.Oh well 😔

The store is very nice and they have a wide range of colors to choose from; however the service I received today takes the cake as the worst ever. A technician by the name of Henry made this visit one to remember by being extremely rude and careless. To start he didnt talk to me at all. Never even said hello how are you. Things such as this normally do not bother me, being as I get into my moods when I am over the day as well. Moving on he drilled my nail to hard and did not even apologize, then got stuff on my nails while painting and when I asked him to fix it he replied I dont have time for this. And too add insult to injury he charged me for coffin shape that he did not do. Lucky the manger was really nice and gave me my money back for the coffin shape, but that did not do much as I had given him that amount in a tip.

Let me start off by saying this—- their prices are high for the terribly horrendous work that they do. This salon isn’t even up to date with the current nail trends but yet their prices compete with the best nail salons in the area (that’s laughable). I came here because my amazing nail artist (Elizabeth) was booked with appointments and unfortunately I needed a pedicure... badly. The man who did my pedicure didn’t even ask me what length or SHAPE I would like my toenails and just started cutting and filing. He asked me if i wanted gel and I told him NO and somehow my toenails shape and length do not measure up in any type of way. This place has terrible customer service throughout the entire salon and with gel paint for my toes everything came up to $43 (well, $44 if you count the $1 they make you pay for using a debit or credit card). I am far from cheap but this place is not even worth a dime. If you want something done right and amazing consider going to Phoenix nail spa in Raleigh (Ask for Elizabeth—appointment based), Nails 1st in Garner (Ask for Anna—appointment based), or Village Spa Nail.

Dont spend money here. I had the tech David, he does not listen to what the customer wants. I get my nails done everything 2 weeks (not here) so I know that what he was saying was lies...he has all and I do mean ALL of my nails uneven and his excuse was that I have short real nails so it will always come out uneven....WHAT!??! my nails are finger tip length and Ive never had this issue before, then he charged me for service I didnt ask for...I never request silk I simply asked for a acrylic full...but of course he wanted to do his own thing...and it took him over and hour to create this atrocious mess. $50 for something I am embarrassed of. I am going to my normal tech Kym at Tango Nails tomorrow to get these removed and pay for it to be done correctly...$50 bucks down the drain. David claims hell fix them 2 days later but I dont have another hour and a half to waste on someone that I dont trust to do it correctly. Worst service Ive had in a long time.

I returned today for the 2nd time. 1st experience was pretty good. Today no one was very personable. The guy that did my pedicure barely spoke TO ME. But he did speak to coworkers in another language and made fun of how much dry skin he got off my feet.I thought that was just RUDE! I mean isnt that part of what you go for, to get dead skin and callous removed. I will not go back.

Walked in at 3:20 (they close at 7,) they asked what we wanted and before I could finish answering, they said they were full and to come back tomorrow. Will never come back anyway, why ask what we want if you’re not going to service us??

I had a horrible experience here. I went in for a full set and they broke two days later. I called them and advised I needed to come in for repairs and that I work 10 to 7. I could be there around 7:30. They advised that was fine. I get there at 7:25 and the doors were locked and they wouldnt see me. I got my nails done for a Christmas Eve event and wont be able to go in until Saturday. Then it will have been one week and Im sure I will get the its normal wear and tear crap and they wont repair it. Im out $75 for a horrible job. This is with an appointment. Rush job, not customer friendly. This was a rip off. They are owned by the salon in the same shopping center called Lee Spa Nails. Never going to either again. Save your money!!

The first time i was a walk-in and I like my nails but dont going by the website prices and nail packages !! They changed it and wont tell you. Also do your math when paying, because they over change me and 2 friends that i refund them too . And when when making an appointment make sure they write down and give a you a card with the appointment on it. I went to my appointment and she had taken other person before me and i was 15 earlier to my appointment and the other one was a walk in.i told them i had an appointment and they told me you have to wait till i finish, but didnt even start with her. So there no point in it. I will never go back after that .
