After just buying my car during a rainy week, the weather cleared up and the car dried out and we came to a horrible realization that our car was covered in concrete dust that had stuck to the car and was impossible for us to get off. We looked online and came across West Coast Auto Detail and walked in. Bryan was professional from start to finish. He explained in detail his plans for our car, was confident in his knowledge and experience, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. He did two clay bar treatments as well as wet sanded our vehicle. It turned out looking phenomenal compared to our concrete covered car we originally left him with. I wish I had before pictures because it’s an impressive improvement. The car looks wonderful and I would definitely recommend others to consider his services. We were so happy with West Coast Auto Detail that will be bringing our other vehicles in for a detail as well. Overall great experience!

This man Bryan did an amazing job on my lil Ford Fiesta as you can see. The price was great and he managed to fit me in his schedule the day after I asked about a tint. (Also he shined my wheels which I didn’t even ask for!!) He is very communicative and makes you feel confident in his work and product. Definitely would recommend to any of my friends and others. 10/10 and coming here again for a detail if not another tint job. Phenomenal !

Scheduled service a week in advance. Tried to call several times a day for 2 days prior to appt. to confirm but no answer and mailbox ALWAYS full. Finally called auto sales connected to detail shop to leave a message with the owner.We dropped the car off and waited all day. No phone call to pick it up so we went just before closing only to find out it never got worked on. Power out all day. ? No phone call-claimed he didnt have our phone number although my boyfriend wrote it down for him before we left. Offers to come pick it up at our home the next morning 9:30am and drop it off in addition to a discount for the misunderstanding. We waited till 10:30am and still no phone call and no show. Had to call him to find out why he hadnt come yet and told us he was in a meeting that had just ended. ? Someone professional with good customer service would have called before going in to the meeting to explain the situation instead of leaving us to again wait without any explanation. Beginning to wonder if there even was a power outage or a meeting??We chose West Coast because of the reviews. Going with someone else because Ive never dealt with a business owner so unorganized and oblivious to what good customer service truly means.

Bryan did an excellent job detailing my Nissan Sentra. He managed to get all the dog hair out of my upholstery and yellow scuff marks off my bumper. WORST PLACE TO GET WINDOWS TINTEDFair price but it took me 4 days to get my car back tinted. Employees are not qualified to tint my Volkswagen. First time they end up cutting one of my window trims and after 3 days they took my car without permission to a different shop to finally get the job done with different people and returned back with my 3rd tail light (which is inside the car and they had to tint around it) inoperable sending me to the dealership because “that doesn’t have to do anything with the tinting process” knowing I got my car 2 weeks prior with 0 mileage
