Customer service is horrible. When I got there I had to pay over $150 more than I was quoted over the phone and they shrugged it off like they didnt care. I guess they feel like if you want to pick up your car, youll pay whatever they tell you to

I wish I could give them a 0 As a lienholder, we were notified they had impounded a vehicle that we had interest in. We are over 2 1/2 hours away and I asked for a condition report for 2 days which they said they would not provide until I drove up there and paid the bill, then I could see the vehicle. They did say it was involved in an accident and I needed to bring a rollback to get it and if I didnt it would continue to be charged storage and then they would file a lawsuit to make me pay it. So I did send a wrecker, spent another $400 to bring it back in addition to the $577 I paid them to tow and store the car for 5 days to get a car back that I find out after seeing it is a total loss with air bags deployed. To the very rude women who answered the phone, would it have been to difficult to just say the air bags had been deployed rather than it has a little damage. Also, why $50 notification fee to the atl pd, it was involved in a wreck, Im sure the atl pd knew. $50 notification to the state, why? $175 to tow but another $80 to winch it and another $50 to clean up. Another $50 to notify me and $25 a day storage starting the minute it showed up on your lot and continuing at 8am every morning. Because there is no personal items left in the car, Im sure you removed them so that you could also charge the owner for recovering his possessions. Pretty sad since that is all he had at the time. I hope if any of you reading this have the opportunity to look for another towing company, please hire anyone but them.

My car was stolen… they charged me $400 to get my car back and when I asked for them to break down the pricing, the got so rude and ghetto. I do not recommend this place.

This company is totally ghetto. Stay away at all costs. Their hours of operation are false. They are open 24 hours to tow a vehicle, but only open from 9am-6pm to retrieve a vehicle. The representative at the window needs customer service training. She was rude, did not express empathy, and was not a good representation of the company, or was she? 👀 If I could give 0 stars to write this review, I would.

My car was parked private property, 4 owners of property 3 knew of car and allowed. When i heard wrecker i said hold on I have permission, they wanted the 175.00. So bad the guy took off w my car and owner came out. And the tow truck was gone and knew I would settle this. They stole my car at this point and didnt check the credentials of man that signed it he is not listed as owner on anything. I then told the guy ill pay it put it down feet from where it was in front of my house. Again he stole my car .How can an owner of a car not be allowed to have her car. The man that signed the paperwork withdrew being towed and the guy wanted my car returned. They are stealing vehicles.

My car was towed to Futos because I had been in an accident. I was hit in the rear in the accident. There was no damage to the front of my car. However, when I went to pick up my car I noticed that the towing company poorly handled my car and that the front hood was dented in. This was done by the towing company, they damaged my car. Beware.

Tell your drivers to not park in front of stores as if they have some type of authority. NO you can not park in the fire lane at Kroger and go in the store to shop. Who do yall think yall are? You tow cars you have 0 authority anywhere.

Where I live they called a tow truck to come pick up my trucks I work for a company and the money that was in my wallet was stolen I came to my house to take a quick shower and the truck was gone when I went to go see it the truck money was stolen by one of the workers today I went to futos to get the truck I had everything and they said the key for the gate was not there but they always make a excuse

These people are going into places without a contract with the landlords/owners and towing cars which is illegal in the state of Georgia. If youve had your car towed and the lot you were at doesnt have clear signs as to who towed your car & theyve towed it without a contract with the owners then fight it. They make a killing of putting people in a bad situation.

My car was towed for being in an unauthorized parking place, I had to call about to find out where it was and everyone was so rude, when I called here the lady that helped me was very nice, and they did have my vehicle. The man who walked me down to get my car was friendly as well. Its bad enough when your stressed out about an impound fee, if helps to have helpful and friendly people to work with to make it less of a hassle.

My experience here was by far the most pleasant Ive had with a wrecker service. The man at the counter was super friendly and explained things to me without being condescending. I wish I remembered his name! The man who drove me down to my car to get my belongings was really nice as well. The friendliness from staff definitely made the sad experience of cleaning out my totaled car a little better!

After towing my car after an accident, i called them the next day to arrange a two of my vehicle to another location. Receptionist was very rude and nearly hang up on me for not having the tag info available. I read the other reviews and realized i wasnt the only person to get such rude service. Stay away from them if you can help it. You dont insult your customers while taking their money. Terrible.

Two stars because they have the city contract to tow vehicles involved in accidents. I don’t want to be black-balled if their service is needed without my consent. Today I needed a tow, not accident related, and they were a five minute walk from where I was parked. I called multiple times and I was told they would be showing up in short order each time. After three and a half hours of waiting and calling for confirmation I called another service and got outstanding results. Futo’s was nice on the phone and that might be worth two stars. The reality is they don’t need to be doing anything other than fulfilling their city contract.

These guys are really nice and professional. We use them for our business parking lot and recently for a tow after an accident. It was pouring down rain, but the driver was so nice, friendly and good spirited in a downpour. The dispatcher was also friendly and communicated very well.

Having your car towed or impounded sucks. Its just not a fun thing to deal with. They dont necessarily go out of their way to make it easier, but they dont make it difficult either. The guys who work in the office are pretty laid back. Just use common sense and bring proper identification (for you AND your vehicle). If you do that you wont have any problems.

My Car battery stopped working in Buckhead during rush hour (in the middle lane of course). I spent an hour in 90 degree weather calling tow companies and Futo was the only company that would help in less than 2 hours (he arrived in less than 30 minutes).Futo proceeded to help me push my car out of traffic and gave me a jump. Gave some great maintenance advice and helped me troubleshoot a heating issue. Very helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

I know that APD calls whatever tow service is nearby if they need an immediate tow, but if you can help it, dont let this company get your vehicle. They will avoid you and the insurance company and hold onto your car for weeks. I dont think you can call the person who is at the desk/window/phone customer service. Theyll do anything to avoid giving answers, helping, or returning calls or emails. It seems that their goal is to get your car in their possession and withhold it from you to rack up charges and possibly steal stuff out of it or sell the car once theyve given you the runaround for the legally allotted time. PLEASE heed my warning.

Pros: Answered phone quickly, arrived to my car quickly to tow it to my garage. Very fast response time. Thank you!Cons: Very expensive, almost double what others quoted. The dispatcher was polite and efficient. The driver lacked any type of customer service skills, and his demeanor was unapproachable and unfriendly. The person who rescues you from the side of the road doesnt have to be Mother Theresa, but human decency and a kind word can go a long way to someone thats been through a stressful event. :(

As a body shop office clerk, I would NEVER recommend this wrecker to anyone! I cant even leave a 1-star rating as no star is deserved. I am only leaving this star so that my comment is posted. I wouldnt give it a star by any means. The customer service at this place is ridiculously HORRIBLE!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT USE THIS WRECKER SERVICE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. The way the employees talk to customers is simply pathetic.

Just talked to someone (a lady who answered the phone but didn’t share her name) at this place and they were so rude. Not helpful. I suppose they don’t care about customer service, but when someone’s car gets towed it’s stressful and he least they can do is be polite. Hung up on me when I was still asking questions. Be prepared to be treated this way if they tow your car.

Absolutely awful. The lady who answers the phone is rude and has NO customer service skills. Car was supposed to be moved five days ago and its still there. Had email correspondence stating it would be moved. I was told I could get another company to move it and she hung up on me on me. Wow! You should be proud of her!

Totaled my car less than a mile from here and the police had it towed here. Called for a fee update for release after the insurance was through and was greeted with an extremely rude woman right off the get go and was spoken to as if I had instigated a disagreement. I was nothing but courteous and just needed information.

They get the job done but I’m instantly reminded of why I moved away from NY. Unfriendly, standoffish and vague on the phone. Meh!

The tow truck driver was extremely rude and offensive with no introduction. I was talked down to and told to hurry up and get my things out of the car. Customer service couldnt be defined by this driver. I had no idea who this rude man was and told him not to touch my car, until the officer explained that he had ordered tho tow. I felt like my car was the criminal and I was a confused family member trying to understand.

Our car got towed by Buckhead police to Futos. It was an annoying situation but these guys were professional, honest and really nice.

Bunch of disrespectful dickwads. They dont even try for customer service. This place is trash. Why do police bring victims cars here. They dont even try to be compassionate or friendly in explaining what I need to get my car or why I cant. Straight up they just want to look like slackers who run decide if you have a car or not. They overcharge absolutely everybody once they have your car!!!! The manager, Stephanie has the absolute worse customer service ever. Even her own employees hate her. Until they get new management, do not do business with them.

Then when I came inside both employees still ignored me for awhile before asking me what I wanted (no other customers inside). Bad experience, stay away from this place.

Stay away from this one they are extremely expensive, more than 30% higher than almost everyone else. My quote was $150 plus $3 per mile for a 25 mile tow. Total a minimum $225 about $100 more than the average quote I received after calling about 8 places. There is obviously a reason their ratings are so low.
