I love this place. I have been going here for a few years now. They always do a great job and they have good COVID protocols in place.

All I got at my first visit was a lip & eyebrow wax. Ban was amazing at it. I’ve had it done at many places over the years and can tell when someone has experience and a natural talent for it. She gave me back my arched brows. She has pleasant chitchat. She is quick, nimble, efficient, and painless. Just a general tip for anyone: if you don’t like thin eyebrows make sure to let your person know, otherwise they will go with your natural shape. Ban didn’t even need to ask how I wanted my brows, she had a trained eye and could just tell. She even did a little scissor trim to make them look perfect. They take your temp & ask you to sanitize when you enter. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back for nails!

Pedicure was good/ people where nice, but the manicure was bad. Why can’t anyone just do a nice manicure anymore? First coat of polish was mostly on the whole nail and the second was not the entire nail. Why??It was $20 for a manicure! Fine I’ll pay it but at least do a good job. I wish I had the time to go back to redo it but I won’t for another week. It’s so frustrating to pay my hard earned money and get such poor results.

I walked in on a Saturday along with my sister and niece, no one was waiting but the pedicure chairs were full, and one person was receiving a nail service. We sat down and waited for about 10 minutes before we decided to leave. One of the employees (a man) walked to the front desk and he was on the phone. After he finished the call and writing down information he went back to his client. He did not acknowledge us at all. No one did! I am a very customer service oriented person. I love good quality customer service and one of my pet peeve’s is going into an establishment and no one says hello, no one even acknowledges that you are present. It is unacceptable . I went across the street to Embassy Nail Spa and the service was amazing!

I never write bad reviews but I think this one needs to be written. They DO NOT clean their tools!!!!!!? And they do not know how to talk to people. I watched 3 people walk out within 20 minutes because they were rude to every last person including me. I use to go to a Lee’s nails in Florida and it was my favorite place ever. I was so excited to see one when I moved here but sadly, I will not be returning.

Lee Spa Nails is clean and professional. I was seen within a reasonable time of my appointment. Peter, my nail tech, took his time and took pride in his work. First time customer and I will definitely return.

A friend of mine recommended this place and to my surprise this place was not what I expected. First of all the quality of work is not very good, especially stay away from Kevin. Not only they are disrespectful laughing at your face, munching words in their language but they also charge you any amount of money depending of what they feel like. Do not waste your money or time here, you are better off somewhere else.

I have been a loyal well paying customer for over 8 years to the salon and have recommended to several friends. Today was the last time I will patronize Lee Spa Nails in Garner. You make an appointment for a reason and still have to wait 30 minutes up to 45. Very frustrating. Fortunately they are not the only salon around. I will take my business elsewhere! What is the point of on line booking if they do not coordinate with the salon appointment book and technicians.

Peter was nice and sweet but my nails came out horrible. I showed him a picture and it looked nothing like the picture. I asked him did he know how to do ombré and he said yes. The pink and white ombré wasnt well blended at all. It’s no way he has been doing nails for 15 years. I’m sooooo unhappy with my results. I don’t not recommend this nail salon.

Love this place!!! I drive almost 30 minutes every two weeks just to come here. On my first trip here Kevin helped me he was absolutely amazing and professional I felt safe here they do temperatures and make you wash your hands before you even sit down they all wear masks and gloves I love this place...Lewis was doing my nails but hes no longer there.But any of the ladies and Kevin can take care of your nails.but the other guy DONT let him do it within three or four days my acrylic was coming off not the nail but the acrylic.I will continue to come here I love this place🖤

NEVER GO HERE, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. My daughter and her friend came here for what they thought would be a good nail job. Upon arrival the staff seemed nice, but also had a bad attitude. My daughters friend was being criticized for every decision she made, from color to shape. The nail tech gave her regular polish on her acrylics and blamed it on her?? Aside from that, my daughters nail tech cut her and made her bleed 5 times!!! The prices also don’t match up with the website, gold diggers. I am so disappointed. I wish I could give -5 stars. I wonder if these people even have licenses. Don’t recommend for anyone!!! If you’re looking for a good nail place definitely go to Lush Nail Bar in Raleigh, they’re the best!

I have been to this salon twice in two weeks for a manicure. I was just there this Monday and my gel polish started peeling off Tuesday. Today is Thursday and I have 4 nails peeling. I explained that to the nail tech when I came on Monday that it began peeling and she said ok like that’s normal. Although she was very pleasant, I will not be back. I’m soaking my polish off today. I do not recommend it.

My daughter and I went for pedicures yesterday. While the COVID procedures were great, my pedicure was not. There is still a lot of dry/dead skin. The massage portion was also very short in duration. My daughter had a kind lady doing her pedicure and she was enjoyable. However, the male that did mine was very stern, cold and bossy. It was difficult for me to relax as he had an ongoing, seeming angry conversation with a man in the corner chair (an employee I gather). He even charged a dollar for using a credit card for payment. We will not be returning.

I love this nail salon and it’s very clean!! The owner was very nice and extremely helpful in answering my questions in regards to what service I was getting. Great service was provided. They’re a lot of salons that will give you whatever you ask for vs explaining the differences. They definitely saved me money and I WILL be coming back.

NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON !!!The guy with a tattoo on his left arm was incredibly unprofessional, came here with my wife and she noticed the way he was putting her acrylics on wasn’t the best so she asked if they regularly do acrylics and the man became extremely defensive & raised his voice .. and I proceeded to ask him to calm his voice and he just disregarded what I was saying. ... she got her tips soaked off.

First, Lani is wonderful!! She knows nails and what shes doing. I called her about two weeks ago after reading the reviews, made an appointment that same day and she stayed late to finish with me. She provided options that no one else had taken the time to do with me before and needless to say I left there a very happy customer and still have no regrets. Thank you Lani for taking care of me that day. I will be back soon for fill-ins. 😁

I’ve been going to Lani for over 8 years now, she does an amazing job with my eyebrows. The staff are friendly and the environment is nice and warm . I’ve never been disappointed. I have been coming to Lee Spa or Diva Nails in the same shopping center (owned by the same people) for over ten years! I have yet to see a shop as clean and meticulously kept up with. The owner and techs work hard to ensure cleanliness! I go to Kevin or Lani and have always had good luck. They take care of any concerns I have and help make it right if something goes wrong. Make sure you call ahead for an appointment, especially right now with COVID restrictions and precautions.I get: Pedicures, eyebrow wax, and acryclic nails with gel polish.

I came in for a fill in, and they completely transformed my nails! They look BEAUTIFUL, and went all the way down to the bottom of my nail, unlike most salons. Amazing job y’all!

I have been a customer at this location for about a year now and until this last visit, have been satisfied with my services. However, I paid for a Gel Manicure on Thursday, and the polish has completely peeled off on one finger, and its only Tuesday. The polish on other nails is also looking ready to come right off. After paying what I did for the Gel polish, I expect it to last more than 4 days. I am very disappointed in my services this time around.

This is by far the best salon Ive been to and I keep coming back (over 12 years now, she counting!). As staff comes and goes, they are trained well and very service oriented. In the couple times Ive had an issue over the years, they have been very accommodating and apologetic, immediately fixing what I didnt like. But usually they do excellent quality work, have a great selection of polish colors, relax me during pedicures and offer a large variety of services. Staff are friendly and several hey me by name every time I come in, regardless of whos working with me on any given day. Ive recommended at least a dozen friends to go there and all have been happy with the quality of service they receive, too.

Seems to be a new guy in charge who is so busy answering the phone while doing my manicure he skipped a few nails glosses at the end. When I ask him to fix them he said no I was wrong. Next day I went back and ask to add my second coat gloss and he still told me I was wrong... but after the second coat was added it was 100% better. I will never go back.

Ive been seeing Van for years, and Im never disappointed with my nails. She takes her time and does a fantastic job. The salon is very clean and everyone is really friendly. I would definitely recommend this salon!

I went in on Saturday afternoon for an unplanned pedi. They were busy and of course I didnt have an appointment. I was fully expecting to wait a while because there were plenty of people there. But thankfully I didnt have to wait very long at all! I got the basic pedicure but it was fantastic. The scrub, massage, and hot towel were all amazing. Perfect pampering. Nice staff. Toes are on point!

I love this place. I enjoy going here, the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Nicki is my favorite technician. She always does fabulous work.

Jason does an excellent gel manicure. I have been there twice and both times very pleased. The place is very clean and comfortable. Although, the owner could use a few tips on friendly and welcoming customer relations. But I still recommend this nail salon.👍

Friendly staff, convenient location and a very nice, clean salon. My shellac manicure, however, felt very rushed. The massage at the end was just having lotion rubbed into my arms. The whole reason I get a manicure instead of just a shellac polish, is so that I can get a massage. Very disappointing. At a glance, my nails looked good. But up close, you could tell the polish was painted over some of my cuticles. There was also only one top coat placed on my nails; most places I go to have placed two. Within 3 days, the polish started chipping. And now, 1 week later, it has almost all come off. Shellac polish always lasts me at least 2 weeks before it even starts chipping, sometimes up to 4! Total waste of money! I will not be returning to this salon.

I had an amazing experience with my nail technician yesterday I don’t know his name but he jokes around a lot and yesterday was my first time getting acrylics but my 2nd time going there. Also Joe does my grandmas nails and they always come out looking amazing.

I had been going to another Nail Salon since 2008. It was her & her husband who owned the Salon. A few months ago they decided to sell their business, so I have been looking for a new Salon to go to. I was just googling for places to go and for whatever reason I just picked Lee Nails and I am so glad I did. I was reading over the reviews and for the Majority of them they were awesome and Lani’s name kept coming up, so.....I called and made an appointment with her and I am very glad I did. Lani took her time doing my nails and paid great attention to the details of exactly what I wanted done. I, personally, think she did a wonderful job. Now, my sister and I have an appointment this Tuesday (8/28/18) to get our pedicures done and mine will be with Lani. I think I have found my next “New Nail Salon Home”. It was my very first time I have ever gotten false nails. Lani took her time talking to me, so that I could make the right decision for me. She explained the drawbacks and benefits of acrylics and gel nails very patiently and thoroughly. Really positive first experience.

Came in around lunch time during the week to get a full gel set. Took 1 1/2 hours & it looks terrible. I had french tips put on & even though the tips are uneven & started to fade & chip within a few days, charged $15 extra for french. Some nails are not straight & have hardened gel underneath the tips. All nails started peeling from the bottom within a few days. After 1 week, one nail split & two others came off completely.

I have been coming here for years & would not go anywhere else! Always very satisfied with my nails! Owner and staff are always nice and I see they work very hard!

Very rushed and poor customer service/bad attitude from my nail technician. My gel manicure looked terrible. Had to ask another nail technician to put more coats on to make it look better. Thankfully, he did a great job.

Im the type of person who doesnt mind paying for what they want! However, when you charge me $15 extra for matching gel polish on my toes and it chips all up...there is a problem. The location in Battlebridge off of Rock Quarry is wayyy better and cheaper too. Quality over quantity always!!

I have been coming here for almost 10 years now. The service is always wonderful and the technicians are great. If they are super busy and you don’t have an appointment they still try to accommodate you or let you know when they can fit you in. If you haven’t been here you should start coming!!

I genuinely love how quick the waxing went. The tech did it so fast that I could barely feel anything! Im just in love with how smooth my legs are now.

DO NOT GO HERE! I never write reviews, I have to post about my experience to WARN everyone not to waste your time or $. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. First off my tech was not friendly, my nails were rushed, she burned me with the electric nail filer 3 times. I kept saying “och that hurts” I received no apology she just continued doing my nails and talking to the other techs. They have a price list when you walk in but I was charged more than what was listed after my add on’s were included, with no explanation on why I was being charged extra $. To top it all off two days later the gel polish on both thumbs are started peeling off. Could be the nail tech that did my nails, but I will say my friend I went with was not satisfied either. That was my first and last time going to Lee Spa Nails.

Very clean and hygienic. People are friendly. If you want a pedicure they have several different options for different price points. If you walk in you can usually get in quickly.

Lani was AMAZING!!! She took her time and didnt rush. That was such a great experience. Then I smudged my nail while it was drying and Tiffany fixed it for me. They are great!!! I wont go anywhere else now! 10 out of 10!!!

My mother and I went in for Mother’s Day to get our toes done. Our people were to busy talking to each other, not paying attention, toe nails were cut crooked, nail polish on skin, my moms guy was rushed and as for my girl she picked and chose what to put on each foot instead of being equal. Was not worth the 32.00.

Ive been here several times. They are always very friendly and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is very professional and I am always pleased with my pedicures.

My experience was mediocre. The owner was sitting at the desk and did not greet me when I walked in, she was too busy cracking and eating peanuts. I stood their for 3-4 minutes before she actually acknowledged I was standing there. The nail tech was friendly but the pedicure felt rushed. Make sure you take your own flip flops because they charge an additional $2.00. Next time I will spend my $48.00 at embassy nails where I know I will get a quality pedicure.

But I got this color before. And it looked great. These are Thick because he used 3 coats. He knew the polish was dried out and continued to use it. Then half way thru he added something to loosen the polish And they are lumpy. And also he didn’t not neatly shape the sides or paint the sides and really messy looking. Ugh. Horrible.He also took an hour. And then the lady said they couldn’t do my pedi. Due to time.I like to match my nails and toes in summer. Now I gotta go with a different color. Because I refuse to go back hereWarning. Do not. Go here.

I have gone to this place a few times, just because every time I have been there somerhing happens that makes me regret it, but then I decide to give it another chance. Not anymore!First of all, let me make clear that not all the technicians are rude. My last visit involved a very unpleasant atmosphere because the owner was yelling at an employee in front of all the customers. Just because we, the customers do not to speak their language doesn’t mean it is obvious the shame and embarrassment this technician who happened to be a lady was feeling.As a business owner myself, I found it disrespectful and inappropriate.Their customer service needs major improvement starting with the owner, after all attitude reflects leadership.

This is the third time Ive tried to give this place a chance, they make you wait an upward of 39 min for service and never even welcome you in the shop. This particular time I came in, no one greeted me or even said hello!!!! I wrote my name and time down in their little pad and sat down and waited. A lady came in 10 min after I was just sitting down, she was greeted politely, given the bin to choose her gel color while i still sat there. I asked her could I see the gel color swatches since thats what I was getting and she was nice enough to share. Finally a tech rudely asked what I was getting, asked me if I had an appointment. I said no and she made a look of annoyance and walked away. No we will get right to you, or anything. After realizing I had been sitting for 20 min with nothing else said to me, the straw that broke the camels back was a technician came and took the lady that came ten minutes AFTER me to a booth. To say I was beyond angry and disappointed at wasting my time I can say that I am happy I didnt waste my money. I will never return to this place of business again nor would i recommend them to people of color, unless you like getting looked over.

In all my years, Ive never experienced anything like this! My daughter and I went to get our nails done, full set for her, and a pedi for myself. When we checked in, the lady at the desk started speaking their language to one of the other ladies. The older lady came up front and started telling me that my daughter was too young to get her nails done, and if she did them, it would be better for her to fix them so they would only last one time. WHAT??? Then she starts saying she have the rest of her life to go, so dont damage her nails. HELLO! Whos the customer here? What did I say I wanted! I didnt ask for your advise, just your service! Then she said, I can do one of you now and the other come back at 5 pm. IT WAS 2PM.... YOU THINK? . I said thank you, but no thank you . Horrible experience, and after reading the reviews, Im glad it didnt work out. STAY AWAY!!!

Ive been going to these folks for years! Make an appt., as theyre always busy (which I think is a good sign). They are thorough, and very well priced! When busy, the owner will drop what shes doing to take care of me...love that!!!

My mom and I went for Mani and pedi. Place was nice and clean. I think they were having AC issues because they had fans everywhere but was accommodating. This will be our new go to spot.

I wanted an acrylic fill in with french tips. They charged me as much as I paid for a full set of acrylics and a french manicure at the other nail salon closer to the theater (Diva Nail Spa - which is much better) for a fill-in and my paint has chipped 3 times in a week! The first time, I went back and they didnt charge me for fixing the chipped paint, but now I have two more chipped nails - one of them is the one they fixed the first time! When I had the acrylic applied at Diva Nail Spa, the manicure lasted for 3 weeks with no chipping. Here they spray on the french tip and at Diva they paint them and remove the excess. Dont waste your money here, just drive down the road.

None of the techs try to converse with you, always jibbering with each other. Chg a dollar to use credit card as pymt which takes away from tech’s tip! Won’t ever go there again!

I enjoyed the nail tech who services me. Her name is Van and every time I visit this spa she takes care of my nail and pedicure needs. Shes great and the atmosphere feels very homey.

The place was good at first. the people were nice. But the guy that did my nails didnt do a good job. i got coffin nails. my left hand tips are more thinner than the ones on my right. like its real noticable. Also they charge so much. Ive paid 25$ for better nails. I paid 45 dollars. never again... & on top of that he called me picky. me picky? maybe do your job and i wouldn’t be so picky. half of my nails are crooked.

Went in here to get a pedicure was going on a trip.. guess because I was a guy no one acknowledge I was even there. I signed in and had a seat several people walked in after me with no appointment and they was greeted and seen immediately... Horrible service will never go back... This place suck will never go back shouldve listen to my wife and went to Cobe nails... Once again this place SUCKS!!!!

Tin does a fabulous job on my nails using a liquid gel. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

This was my first time coming here. The guy who did my nails took forever and they look so bad my nails are uneven they hurt and also my nail isn’t painted all the way I want my money back or another full set this is horrible. I had somewhere to be and didn’t have time to stay. I don’t recommend this nail place. Nails 1st is the place to go.

I swear that if it was a -⭐️ I will use that rating. I went there exactly 8 days ago and I lost my nails already... 1st the guy didn’t do my nail not even close to the picture that I show, 2nd he didn’t put the oil on my cuticles and in the process of filing the nail beds he burnt (or cut) my cuticles and I start bleeding he did apologize and put alcohol on my finger!!!...I do not recommend going here because I will never go again! They wanted to charge me 60$ because of the shape of the nail, and supposedly gel instead and bla bla bla, I was not agreed with that and I ended pay 50$ but still no worth a penny. I wanted to try this place because of location convince but I will never ever go back to that place! I will drive all the way to capital blvd to go to the same salon that I used to go that always do a great job, and nails last about 4 weeks....

I made an appointment for two nail fill-in and a gel pedicure. When we arrived it took them 23 minutes to address us. My daughter has coffin shape nails and I have stiletto, they charge an extra $10 for the nail shape alone. I was able to overlook the nail shape amount and now wanted a design on two of my nails. So the nail tech processed with applying my gel color then worked on the design. Well the nail tech started using gel on top of gel for the nail design, and Im sure everyone knows how light it shows. I advised her to use the regular nail paint and she acted as if she didnt understand and kept doing the design. At that point I was already upset . I told her to take the color off because I didnt like it. Due to the nail tech trying to rush because of high traffic volume, some of my nails are different shades lighter then others.😡😡😡. So we move towards the back for my pedicure. Im all set in my chair with my eyes closed relaxing. So the same nail tech started working on my feet when she asked if its gel color on my nail. I told her yes and that I asked her to bring the gel color that she used on my nail so she could apply on my feet. I asked what was the purposes of me asking you to bring the color with you if this shop doesnt use gel? And you guys are just informing me that you dont use gel for pedicure and on top of that wanted to charge me an additional $10 to take off the color. So now I totally have smoke coming out of my ears and told her never mind dont touch my feet and that I didnt want the pedicure anymore. As I was walking towards the front my daughter showed me her nails and her middle finger which she had repaired was way longer and didnt even look like it was coffin shape. Needless to say I spent $75 on two fill-ins that Im truly pissed off about. They will never in life get another cent from me. Id rather take my nails off before going to them.Yours trulyDissatisfied customer

The last two times I got acrylic nails, they all fell off within two to three days. I went to Lee Nails and express to the nail tech that I was worried about a crappy experience and he promised me he would do well and he took his time and was very precise and careful about what he did. I had a good experience and I would go back to see Kevin again.

My sister and I go out to get our toenails done together as a sister time to enjoy together.This was the first time AND THE LAST TIME WE will EVER walk into this business! First, I know that my toenails are not in the best of shape but I go in to get them cut and painted and if you have a problem with my feet and dont want to do them, please feel free to let ME know instead of thinking I dont understand what you are saying to each other in another language.....RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME WHILE STARING AT MY TOES/FEET!! As if this isnt enough,you cut them crooked and say you cant do any better!! I do this well at home myself and DONT HAVE ANYONE MAKING ME FEEL TOTALLY UNCOMFORTABLE!! NEVER,NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU SEE MY TOES, ME, OR MY MONEY!!

My Daughter and I came in & she had Luis and I had a very nice lady. We loved our experience and will be back :)
