I love coming here. All the ladies are so welcoming and sweet. They all take care of you wonderfully. Jenny is my nail tech usually and she has done a wonderful job always. She takes her time and listens to what you want and nails your ideas. She is amazing. Mickey is also great ive gone to her when Jenny isn’t available . I would highly recommend coming here. I’ve had a wonderful experience every time .

I dont know, I got my nails done exactly one week ago today and it looks like its been 2 or 3 weeks. The nail tech didnt do my nails all the way to my cuticles so it looked like they were old nails the next day. I dont think Im going to go back there. I am open to suggestions.

This was my 1st visit to Lotus Nails and it has a nice quiet atmosphere the young lady who did my nails was Jennifer and she did fill-in gel nails with gel polish change on my toes.I really love the way they turned out. I just wish they had more colors to choose from. I wonder if I could bring in my own nail polish??😊

Lee is great. I randomly stopped by my very first visit, loved what she did. Shes patient, not chatty, get the request done with precision.I had to call for a second appointment.... this time the pedi/ mani gel was neat and honestly Im satisfy. Will definitely return.

As a guy coming in for a first pedicure, I was understandably nervous. But spending 8-12 hours a day standing on concrete, I was convinced to take the plunge. The staff are awesome and the service is first rate. Would highly recommend this place to anyone/everyone. I do recommend making an appointment. They do accept walk-in, but there can be a 20-30 minute wait during peak times.

I came in to get acrylics taken off and put on gel instead. Linda was so amazing she was so informative about the health of my nails and that I should stick with acrylic as my natural nails are brittle and break easily. I told her I wanted the acrylics to look natural which I can never get from a nail salon but look at those beautiful acrylic nails she did for me!! They really look like my natural nail. Linda took her time and was very detail oriented. She also made sure I was comfortable. In addition they are properly enforcing COVID regulations. I came in and had to sign a form and was temperature checked. Every other seat is separated and there is a partition in front of you and on both sides. I ended up loving my nails so much I got a pedicure and a Brazilian wax. I haven’t found a nail technician that truly cares about your nails and how you want them to look. Thank you again Linda!!!!!

Picing is great, and my tech did an AMAZING job. My feet were in need, and they look great! I also got the extra moisturizing treatment for just a few extra bucks, and my legs are baby soft.

Lotus Nails is a well run, clean place to get a relaxing mani&pedi. The techs all seem pleasant, and every time Ive been there I have been happy with my nails.

Tony was super great. He was super detailed oriented. He even redid a nail because he did not like the way it looked.

Jennifer is amazing!!!!! She listens, has patience and love her work ethics, calm and reassuring voice, makes any manicure/pedicure session feel like a reset on your mood and day. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone, Thuy N., Not so pleasant, dismissive and tries to resolve things with honey, sweety talk. So sad to not see Vicky and hear her sweet voice answer the phone....Vicky youre missed.

This is a great place, very punctual and courteous. My wife and I had our mani pedi together and it was a very pleasing experience.

As a result of one nail salon cancelling on me last minute, I had to scramble to figure out another salon. I Googled and found Lotus. I called them about 40 minutes prior to their closing time. I asked for gel nail removal and a pedi. Although it was a push for time, she still agreed to let me come in. Arrived, friendly greetings, big airy, modern, ifresh smelling salon, no fumes. They got started on me right away. One woman removed my nails and the guy went to work on my pedi. $45 later a happy satisfied customer!!! Very clean salon, newer spa chairs, privacy wall for eyebrows. Lots of colors to choose from. It is in a semi-residential neighborhood next to lots of cute restaurants and boutique stores. They did have street parking when I was there. Not sure how parking is on weekends

My full set white tips turned out really well. Im a little disappointed in the pedicure that I got only because the guy seemed to not rub my feet he did my legs for a good amount of time but only touched my feet when he scrub them and put the Polish on. And he couldnt understand when I told him I really would have liked more of a foot massage.

Came in on Mother’s Day to treat myself to a mani and pedi and just thought to come on in based on the reviews. Boy was I wrong on choosing this place to treat myself. I was told I didn’t have an appointment so there was no one available and that I would have to wait. (I didn’t mind waiting) So same gentleman whom I’m assuming is the owner stated there was someone available but I have to chose which one is more important because they couldn’t do both. And because I really wanted this time for myself, I chose a pedicure. The tech that that did my pedicure here had no idea what he was doing, even when I asked him to cut my dead skin/hang nail. I seriously could’ve just done this sloppy work in my house and not have wasted $30 here. First time here and the last!

Covid Review: great as always! Taking all precautions!! Plastic shields up and everyone was wearing masks Correctly!!!!I didn’t like that the utensils were not UV light treated between and individually sealed (since she pulled them from a common drawer...)

About two and a half weeks ago, I stopped by to the salon for an SNS full set. Itd been about a year since I was last at this location and havent experienced the new management yet. My boss at the hotel next year recommended for me to come in try them out. So I did! I had originally booked an appointment with Jenifer, but I wasnt sure if she was the one who did my nails. Anyway, I love my nails! They were absolutely stunning! Now I need a fill-in which I will schedule in time for my birthday in two weeks. When I left, I received a business card and the name Vicky was written on it. Vicky, if youre the one who did my nails, I want to say thank you very much! I received numerous compliments ever since.

Jenny has been doing my gel fill for years. She is quick, consistent and very skilled. I drive 40 min to Lotus every 2 weeks and havent found a nail salon that can match their work

I liked them! Just went today and I made an appointment a head of time and was taken care of as soon as I arrived. I got dip nails done for the first time and the guy who did it did a great job. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars out of 5 is because of my cuticles. The nails look great, polished and shiny. But, he said pedicure wasn’t included so he tried to fix them up with the nail drill but they still look a bit white. Otherwise I liked everything else. But pedicure needs to be included if I’m paying $40

This salon was wonderful. Eunice was a fantastic technician. Nice soft music playing in the background. I think the chairs offered the best chair massage ever! Not too rough, as many. Everyone had there work to do. No one sat around. I was amazed how they kept everything cleaned after I had my pedicure. Its the small details that make this a great place to go to be pampered! Was very impressed with the gentleman at the front desk. He was always busy organizing items for the next guest. I will be going again!

First time going to this nail shop. Jayden did a great job with my nails. He listened and did exactly what I wanted. I get the Dip and like it very light not heavy and he did exactly that.

They did a good job initially but then my nails 1st started changing colors after two days. Then it started chipping on 5 different nails a few days after that. I usually get gel fill on artificial nails and I have never experienced chipping. I would definitely return for a pedicure or a regular manicure but not so much gel.

The past two months Ive been going to Lotus Nails in Gaithersburg and all I can say is they are amazing. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. They talk with you to figure out exactly what you want - and make sure the quality is just the same.I had Vicky for the pictures Ive attached to this review and she is just AMAZING.I struggle with color choices that complement my skin shade and make that neutral pop but she was so good in figuring out what I wanted and put this together! I loved having her do my nails and honestly LOVE the way they turned out.Im definitely going back here - you should too!

This place was lovely. It looks so pretty on the inside and in such a nice location. The staff are amazing and really friendly. I’ve gotten my nails done a couple times before and this is the first place which has taken their time to make sure my nails are perfect. You get what you pay for.

Found this salon through recommendations on face book, and I was very happy with it. Took my daughter and sister for pedicures and they did an amazing job. They are very reasonably priced, $25 for a basic and $35 for a longer massage and extra treatment. I will definitely be back.

Very nice and new shop. Im so grateful they were open today (Labor Day). The owner is very sweet and did a very good job on my pedicure. The location is tricky but its a gem once you find it. They are set off the road a little so be warned when looking for this it. Itll be worth it!

Now my new place (since October 2017) is Lotus Nails!!!The staff is very nice and the salon is always very clean (a major plus for me). I discovered this nail saloon about a month ago and i was welcomed and impressed by their loyalty point scheme as most reviewers have said below. The second visit was ok but with much less attention and a very mechanical handling of customers. The third time, i requested to have my loyalty card stamped but the manager claimed she could not do it because she did not remember me.. however she told me immediately afterwards when it was time to do my mail nails she order the nail technician to go for gel manicure because that is what i had asked for the visits that i made to this saloon ( quite a selective memory!)I was rotated seats two times to accommodate other customers . While the nail technician was handling the foil, she cut herself and wanted to proceed with doing my nails. I requested her to use a glove since she had a cut and she said it was not a big cut. I insisted which really worried me in terms of her health and safety knowledge. It was not evident that all tools were being sterilized as one could notice nails dust on nail clippers and other tools.And finally i was moved to another table with gentleman who seems to be a security minder or overseer of some sort. I had noticed previously his aloof attitude towards customers. He acted polite at first until when i went to wash my hand and came back with wet hands because i could not see any towel around. He shouted back at me saying cant you see the paper roller? (which was not obvious from the sink area). i did not say a thing but All customers around turned their head and he cooled down. i did not want cause a scene but i did mention to him that i will never come back again.Bottom line, there are so many issues in this place. Needless to say that i will never go back there again, in particularly because of the heath and safety concerns... and there so many other saloons around to risk my health

Linda the owner has done my nails for about 24 years which speaks volumes. She is very diligent to do an excellent job everytime. I know she is very sanitary which is debatable with other salons. I would never go elsewhere.

I saw several signs near Frederick Ave. advertising Lotus Nails 20% off - under new management so I decided to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The receptionist told me that I had to have a coupon, which I did not have so I decided just to get my eyebrows done -no annoyed feelings.The young lady who did my brows acted very rude to me. I was asking her chit-chat questions when I asked how long were they open and she muttered ask him and pointed up front. No more talk from me.Once she finished, she quickly left the room without saying a word and TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS before I even had a chance to get off the table! I was wearing a surgical boot so it took me a few seconds and once I got up front, she never looked up from her phone or said goodbye.In all my years, I have never been treated like that. I would have given them one star but the receptionist gave me a discount without my asking and was very professional in his delivery of services so I gave them two stars.The place was very well designed, catered to children and very clean but that did not substitute for poor service.Thank you giving me the opportunity to review Lotus Nails.

This place does an okay job but they also are just rude as hell and won’t really speak or look at you. Makes you feel like you’re not even there. Its weird!!! 😂

Sadly I had to go back twice in a week to have my gel manicure fixed. Finally after a week and half and 2 more nails chipping away I just peeled them ALL off. The new management is meh. They also refused to do my 3 year old daughters manicure. I brought her for her birthday and they said she was too wiggly. Shes 3.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Terrible customer service. They dont have to worry about me returning which is pretty sad since I live in the adjacent building to their shop.I called and made an appointment for today Fri 5 pm. I even made sure to go to the ATM to have cash for the tip just to be turned away because apparently someone had me down for Thurs. I have a standing appt every Thurs at 430 elsewhere which would have prevented me to make a 5 pm here or anywhere.Next appt available 2 pm on Monday as if I dont work. Shame on me for trying to give this place a chance since its in the community when this is their 2nd time not respecting my time. Another time I made an appt for a pedicure and they had me waiting almost an hour before the nail tech I scheduled with even showed up.Save yourself the stress and disappointment. Dont come here.

Please dont go here! I got terrible service. She didnt even glue the tip on properly. No base coat on my paint job. I got home and discoverd bubbles and hair in the paint on my nails. I will never go back.

I’ve been here for a few times . However, Last tile disappointed me . Acrylic fill in was done horribly . There was air left under nails, so water could get in. And when I took the nails off few of the nails are green. Never coming back

I just had a pedi there yesterday. The gentleman who performed my service nicked the side of my big toe, and today I have a skin infection!! Never going back!

The customer service was great but my nail polish is falling apart in just two days, really!

I had an infection after getting my nails done. I called the shop, spoke with the owner and she laughed at me saying “things happen sometimes”.
