Not impressed! Dont go to this place. Went to this place because of the wonderful reviews. Left an hour after closing (tonight), nails had to be fixed (same sitting) by someone else and this is the ending result! Glue all over especially in between my nails and the tips (leaving them very uncomfortable), shape above the nail is poorly. Extremely disappointed. Will be going back tomorrow to remove. Shouldnt have to pay anyone else to remove and fix.

Everything was wonderful. All the other salons near were closed early on. No judgement walking in and everyone was friendly. I got acrylic with dip powder and still loving them.

I got my nails done by Nina and I am in love with how they turned out! exactly what I wanted. The place is clean, it feels luxurious, and the service is great. They are very accommodating to all your needs. I got tips with an almond shape and the shaping is excellent. The designs I asked for turned out amazing. They have plenty of colors to choose from and they can do any design or shape you ask for. I would 100% recommend this place and will be coming back.

I love my nails. They executed my ideas/ visions better than I could ever imagine! Two ladies immediately helped me and while they worked really fast, my nails look great and I feel like I got great service.

My pedicure looked like I did it. She also cut so much of the side of my toenail off that I bled. Do not recommend.

Great service!!! My friend and I went on a Wednesday afternoon so it was a little slow but the staff was very nice and very detailed in their work. This was our first time here but now will be our new nail spot!

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly and does a great job. I recommend this salon to anyone looking to get pedicures, shellac, dip or acrylics. They do amazing work and very personable.

The nails lasted for 2 months! To the point I had to clip them off! Their work is amazing and really good quality! What I like about them is they have on display all the different designs they can do with the dip and decoration.

This is the only nail place I will go to even though I have to drive 25 min to get there. They do a great job. I always get dip nails, my mom does gel and we both get pedicures; they are great at all three.

They are affordable and do a wonderful job. I have never left unhappy with their work and I am picky when it comes to my nails. They are closed on Tuesdays but Id you can plan your visit around Tuesday, they are hands down my favorite location to go to. The owners are wonderful and the employees are always happy and being playful together.

This used to be my favorite place and now they only thing I would ever go back there for is a pedicure. If you go for dip they will rush through you (even if you have an appointment) and your nails will all be different lengths the dip will be super thick on some nails and will have lines in it (not even sure how that happens). I asked if she could fix the lines and apply top coat where it had clearly not been applied on my nail and she acted like it was an inconvenience because she was on to her next client (she rushed off as soon as she was done with me so I didn’t even have a chance to ask her). She applied more dip (making the nail even thicker) and had to fix it again. Then didn’t apply two coats of top coat so it was dull. Overall, nail tech was not friendly and was rude to the receptionist who was very nice and accommodating to all of the customers.

I made an appointment for myself and 3 other people and specified what services we wanted. They rushed through our manicures and forgot that 3 of us wanted pedicures/polish changes. When I reminded them of the polish changes, the girl clearly had an attitude and acted as if it were an inconvenience. She didn’t try to pick a close to my nails and, because it’s not well lit inside, I didn’t notice how horrible it looks until afterwards. They were given a generous tip for not so great service, but we will never patronize that salon again.

My daughter and I went for the first time yesterday. I got a French manicure and she did a pink and blue ombré. They came out amazing thanks to T and Nina, we already can’t wait to go again !

Got aromatherapy manicure and pedicure done. Both the ladies attending me were attentive and did a good job..I went in early around 10:30 am and the place was constantly being visited by customers.On arrival I was instantly attended and asked to pick a shade and then offered a drink. In the meantime the ladies got their kits ready and then they got busy.The total service took about an hour....The price is reasonable and service is good.I would definitely recommend this place.

I always find myself coming back to Empress Nails because they do an exceptional job every time! I love coming here for the nail art. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.

I had a mani w/dip and a pedi. I was a little frustrated when I didn’t get the color I wanted. The samples and the powder apparently don’t always match. I wanted darker and got lighter and my toes they said were the same were not. But all that aside, the finished product is nice. And the pedi felt awesome and the price was decent. I’ll go back, I’ll just make sure I get the color I want next time.

Came in with a family member, we noticed several other people werent wearing their masks so we took ours off. Right away we got lecture.. “why don’t you like wearing them.. do you not take this seriously.. do you not care.. getting shots doesn’t matter this is real”. We just followed everyone else and he didn’t feel the need to harass any other clients..just us. That was just the beginning he continued with the rude comments. We came in to get our nails and not get lecture on everything we said even nonmask topics. Soo unprofessional. And the quality of their nails is very poor. We’ve gotten our nails done before and it’s lasted way longer than this place. I don’t recommend them at all. Save your money and time.

I decided to treat myself and get my nails done. I looked this place up, great reviews, close by. Went there yesterday, walked in, and greeted the receptionist. Doesn’t greet me back and asked do I have a mask. I said no, I don’t wear masks. She just stands there for a few minutes and then asked if I had on in the car. I said to her if I had one in the car, my first answer would’ve been yes instead of no. She just shrugged her shoulders and kept staring at me. So I told her I was going to spend a good chunk of money to get my nails done and that I didn’t appreciate being treated so rudely. I said I would go somewhere else and they would get my money. While standing in their lobby, I googled Glo nail bar 3 minutes down the road. Called them and asked if I have to wear a mask, they said it’s optional. GREAT!! I’ll head that way now and I walked out. Went to Glo nail bar and was treated great. Got a pedicure and a manicure done. Spent over a $100 there that this place would’ve received. People will eventually learn that getting money is more important than trying to force people to wear a mask. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I never had been to this salon, but my usual place is 16 miles away, and I live closer to this salon... The lady that did my nails, didnt know how to do dipped nails... She took almost 2 hours to finish, but in the end, they were not uniform in color and some nails were thicker than others and misshapen. One day later after the initial nail work, one of my nails started chipping and my real nails were coming apart from underneath... I went the next day, and what baffled me is that instead of re-doing them to stop the nails from coming undone from underneath, they just made them thicker so they wouldnt break. For as much as I paid plus tip, they should have re-done them. I will never go back.

We got nails done here with art drawings (Hisoka theme). Ashley did a fantastic job! She was meticulous and made sure we were happy with the drawings, all without rushing. We couldn’t be more pleased with her efforts and dedication to customer service. The chairs were extremely comfortable with relaxing piano/guitar/rain music at the time. Elegant salon! They had clear panels between client and employee which was very compliant with current COVID measures. Everyone was asked to sanitize their hands upon entry as well. We definitely will be back.

They listen so well on what you want done. I this is the second time I have been to empress nails and I will soon become a regular.

Absolutely terrible service. I got nexgen and the guy put gel polish top coat on it. Within 15 min of leaving all the nails were peeling up. I went back and he fixed them but again put gel top coat even though I told him not too. Well, 30 minutes later they all start peeling it again. Absolutely ridiculous. I go back for the THIRD time and they refused a refund. No discount offered or anything. I have to come up there 3 times to get my nails fixed that they continue to mess up and they have the nerve to refuse a refund. NEVER coming back here.

I’ve tried a few other places over the years and have always landed back at Empress. Pricing is fair. They don’t tack on a million fees. They never lack in quality. After 5 months without, the spa pedicure was extra special! Even with masks. Nice new spa chairs and decor, in addition to Lucite.

I love this salon because of the attentive service workers because they have very friendly manners! They are very clean and thorough. My nails look great and Im super happy with everything, the price is very reasonable, I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!

Was by passed sitting there for 45 minutes while those who sat down after me were taken care of. Told Tony the nail tech That I wanted dip and he proceeded to do acrylics even after I told him that wasn’t what I wanted. After we finished with the service I didn’t ask for, they tried to charge me extra for nail shape because I asked for a natural nail shape. Who charges for shape? I also asked them to do no longer than fingertip length and they charged me for long nails. This place is terrible.

I have been coming here for years and its been 5 stars until the last couple of months. Today was my very last visit. My nails have never looked worse. Not having them done would have been better than the mess on my fingers. I asked for a matching pink color for my toes and I ended up with a color that is more orange than pink.I had been wondering where all the people that I had been getting my nails done with had gone and after reading Google reviews I now know.Wont be back. Save your money and try a different place. I know I will.

First time i went was amazing. however the last few times i’ve gone staff was rude and unpredictable my nails have truly never looked worse. told the tech i wanted my nails slightly longer. she didn’t listen and made them way too long. on top of that she half way applied the powder to my nails and it’s flaking off?.very cocky staff.

Moved to the area and needed to find a new place closer to the house. After a quick consult I decided to not get service there. Instead of the guy just admitting he did not know how to do what I wanted he said it could not be done that way. Well I happened to have had my nails done this particular way time and time again. Not only could he not give me what I asked for he wanted to upcharge for the shape. Who charges more for the SHAPE?I decided it would not work and walked out. I will be making the drive to my prior nail tech. She keeps current if you want trendy and she also excellent at the classic nails as well.

I had called Empress nails to schedule an appointment with Theresa. They gave me a time to come in. When I got there, they said she had gone home. So, I went on with the appointment. They told me that I will be very pleased with this person. THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THERESA. I HAD ASKED WHERE IS SHE. THEY TOLD ME THAT SHE IS WORKING IN ALLEN NOW. Thats a lie too. Theresa and Holly is working at Paris Nails just a mile down the street. Paris Nails will see a increase in client and tale. Empress will see a decrease. PLEASE DONT GO TO EMPRESS NAILS .THANKS.To let you know about Holly, she is doing great. Empress management said and I quote Holly is not working there because she is sick. She is undergoing chemotherapy. How can Empress nails management say bad things to their customers about one of their employees. I am taking all of my business to Paris Nail Salon.MIKE

Ridiculous!!!!! My daughter got a set of nails put on here about a week and a half ago as French tips. She broke a nail this week and we went back to get it redone. Now they are having trouble with the pink powders and cant seem to match it to the set that they put on. They said oh it will take a day or two for it to match the others. BS!!! I said her nails didnt change color when you put them on the first time and they just laugh. Seriously? You call that customer service? Laughing at your customers? They didnt charge her but still...they were rude and beyond humiliating to laugh at her. The set hasnt been on even 2 weeks and it took them 50 mins to fix this one nail. Then they said oh well your set is to worn out so they wont match, trying to imply she needed a new set. We wont be back!

Ive been to so many nail salons in the past that have not done my nails as great as this place. They did a really good job on shaping my nails and making them look great! The only downside is when I went, it was pretty loud because of little kids that would tag along with their mom. It wouldve been nice if it wasnt so loud, after all i want to be relaxed and enjoy my time getting pampered. Other than that it was great!

The waiting time was longer than my service!! They tried telling me that i had nexgen when I ALWAYS get gel!!! It took 2 people til they found out i had gel!! Then they still asked me if i wanted nexgen!! They ran out of the color i originally wanted so i had to find another color which they didnt have a good selection! All she did was file my nails, put the nail polish & top coat!! Will NOT be going back!!
