Amy is AMAZING! She is so sweet, funny, personable, and knows how to make you comfortable so that you really focus on your experience. She pays very close attention to details. If you like a picture from the Internet and want your nails to look like it (i.e., nail art or shape), Amy will outperform it. When you are particular, Amy knows just how to provide you that extra TLC. Amy is exceptional with her customer service skills to ensure her clients have a wonderful experience. Highly recommend and will be returning.

I made an appointment for 2pm but walked by on my way to my hotel after brunch. I passed by Nouvelle at 1pm. They said come on we can take care of you now. Jade is very professional, detailed, and makes sure you get what you want. Jade had me laughing and she took care of my feet like no other. I am here just for a weekend getaway but I will definitely return. My nails are flawless and my feet are soft, smooth and beautiful 😍 Thanks Ladies of Novelle all were very pleasant.

Been here twice. Their technical skills is better than nail salons nearby. I prefer nails done by black/Hispanic owned technicians but for convenience wise. This salon does the job 🥰

This was my first manicure and pedicure since covid started 16 months ago and I was a little bit hesitant. But, I was very pleased to see that the salon was taking really good measures to stay clean and the staff was vaccinated. Everybody was masked and they even lined the pedicure basins with single use plastic bags to make it more hygienic. They scheduled me for an appointment before regular business hours so I was the only person in the salon. Great technician and a very positive experience. I plan to go back again.

This place is amazing... definitely my go to spot for pedicures ans getting my nails done. I model so nails and designs are key... they are all super nice and polite. They are amazing with my daughters too... absolutely recommend

I have been a customer for over 3 years at Nouvelle and I will sadly not be coming back ever again. The last time I was there the manager, Lee, did my nails and left my nails all lumpy with different thickness in each nail and cut me with the filing tool several times. In the end, she never ended up apologizing for anything. It was such a hassle to get them redone and Lee was not professional about it or friendly. When I proceeded to go back and give this salon another chance, I was told they were charging $5 extra more for coffin and almond shape (something thats never been a thing in the past) because of low supplies even though I was using my own nails, not even fake ones. However, I asked my friends who go there as well after me and they told me they were never charged extra for a coffin shape or almond shape.I do not recommend this place to anyone, they are unprofessional, do sloppy work, and charge arbitrary prices to customers that complain. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Ive been to a lot of nail salons but Nouvelle is my favorite by far. Li is wonderful and if you are there when Vincent is in town, be prepared to be amazed. Hes fantastic with intricate designs. Worth every penny. Definitely recommend SNS. Doesnt harm my nails and lasts for weeks.

I absolutely love this salon and it’s always been my go to and it’s super clean! That was until I had Amy.. she over charged me for a regular single colored SNS dip for $65.(not including the tip)I didn’t ask because I thought she would’ve been honest, but a couple weeks later I went to grab a brochure where it CLEARLY states SNS (color of choice) is $40. Maybe $45 because I requested coffin shape. I’m definitely frustrated that I was overcharged. I did get a thin line of sparkle on the tip of my nails but there’s absolutely no way that cost 20 extra dollars.

Did gel manicure on Saturday and it got chipped on Sunday, it has uneven coating too. Disappointing! The 2 star is for the guy who did my pedicure!

My nail tech is the best!

Amy did my service on a Saturday night by Monday; polish chipped off nails and toes. Disappointed. I should not have to spend an additional 30 dollars on gel polish during my mani-pedis for the polish to last three days. I will continue to do at home...such a waste. I gave two stars because Amy was polite, but thats all I got from this visit.

The only person I let touch my nails now is Vincent. He’s the best!! Linda is good too. But Vincent really knows what he’s doing. Plus he’s so funny and entertaining! Wouldn’t recommend walking in. MAle an appointment

Make an appointment, do not walk in!!! Nouvelle was recommended to me by a co-worker and was she right! Vincent did my pedicure and manicure in both a timely, yet relaxing manor. I had a broken toe nail that he managed to effortlessly fix, while also being incredibly gentle during the entire process. My dip powder nude to black ombre is beautiful and I look forward to going back in 3 weeks. I am a very quiet person, but Vincent went out of his way to make conversation and make me feel like he genuinely cared about my life. The relationship between the artists and their customers was beautiful as well! I HIGHLY recommend stopping by.

I love this nail salon. They are always so nice and friendly. They like to know your name. I’ve had both Jenny and Helen and both are superb. They have plastic shields up for manis and pedis and seem to be taking as much precaution as possible right now. It was slow when I went in and not all staff is coming in at the same time to limit the amount of people.

I get SNS and my eyebrows done here. No complaints.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The service is terrible. Went in for a child’s haircut and the woman balked at my daughter’s dry hair and was critical. She made me and my daughter feel bad for her eczema that she has no control over. Then when I used a coupon for new customers that was advertised on their website she seemed irritated. And told me that if I came again that I couldn’t use the coupon. I already knew that I wouldn’t be coming in again after her rudeness. And the fact that she mentioned that I couldn’t use the coupon again was once again rude. She also said she would charge my daughter $1 if she wanted a lollipop that my disgusted saw on the counter. Never go to this place. There was only one person there when we walked in. Not a very popular place for a reason.

My daughter and I walked in on a crowded Friday evening and had to wait for 30 minutes before we could get someone to do our nails. The technicians are very patient and do a good job. The place is very clean and they don’t rush like other salons in the area. The prices are reasonable and the service is great.

I didnt like how she did my nails. She only did 2 coats of the nail polish so I can still see my nail a little bit. I wouldve told her to do another coat but I didnt realized I needed it till later. She also didnt moisturized or cut my cuticles. I feel that the I my nails look as if I did them myself at home. The woman who did my sisters nails was better though. She did 4 coats of color and dedicated a lot more time to her manicure...I wouldnt go here again.

I have been coming to Nouvelle Nail Spa for a long time now and always very happy with my manicures and pedicures. I especially recommend Amy because she does an exceptional job and takes her time with you. She is sweet pleasant and makes you look and feel fabulous after your manicure pedicures.

The pedicure felt was good for the most part, but they were a little rough while cutting. The manicure was awful. I had gel on already and they used the electric file to get it off so now my nails are paper thin and the polish job just isn’t good. It doesn’t cover the full nail on all of my nails and is lumpy. They were very pushy to get my friend and I to do the powder stuff, even after I said multiple times that I didn’t like it.

I heard so many good things about them that perhaps, my expectations were too high. The pedicure is nice but the actual nail painting leaves too much to be desired. I also got a fill in and a repair for a broken pinky nail which ended up being a different shape than all my other nails and oddly Frito shaped.

Terrible! Never go there again. I was twice there. Booth times they where really rough while chutting, so I bleed by booth visits and by my last visit one of my fingers bleeded a lot and hurt for 1 week. My nails are crooked, the color is not well applied, too thick applied color & much too expensive. The woman that did my nails had AirPods in and was talking to someone. I told her three times that she is hurting me, but she couldnt understand me and also didnt understand pretty much what I would like to have, since her English was not good. My English is also not the best, but at least people can understand me. I was in so much better places than this. Just dont recommend it..

To get good nails here would depend on who is doing them. Some do well and some dont. One thing I dont like is how youre rushed when there are people waiting, plus they talk about you in their language making it so obvious sometimes. Customer service is one thing that keeps me from going back.

They open at 9 on Saturdays and very graciously accepted me without an appointment. Helen was quick and did a wonderful job with sns powder. Its clean Nd well appointed and everyone seems very friendly.

The quality of service has fallen off. Ive been going to them for over a year and a half. I get my eyebrows waxed and pedicures. Dont ever go anywhere near closing time. They will rush you out the door with shotty quality. I was burned on my eye lid with the wax (too hot). It left a scab for about a week, luckily with no permanent damage. I called and the owner said I could get another wax done the next time for free. When I arrived they didnt remember and said they would do a razor instead (to save money). Overall my pedicures dont last long compared to other salons.

Lee did a fill for me today, and reshaped my nails for me. Beautiful job, and great experience.

I’ve lived across the street from this place for 1.5 years and have only gone there 4x. My experiences here have been terrible. Every time I walk in, they try to upsell me. They don’t like it when you decline(even though their gel powder will destroy your natural nails) so they treat you carelessly. They have never even asked me my name, not once. Every time I come here they’ll walk away from the table and leave me sitting there for over 5 minutes. They’ve cut my cuticles bad enough for me to bleed 2 out of the 4 visits. The third time I came here(with a friend) they gave me a nail tech who was in a hurry to clock out. She cut my cuticle so bad it bled and hurt for a week. The polish was bumpy and she painted my cuticles. When she ‘finished’ she walked away from the table and left. Didn’t even bother putting alcohol on my gel nails to set them. My friend had to say something for them to bother to fix my nails. The last time I was there(about 3 days ago), the nail tech didn’t say more than 20 words to me and that was to tell me to wash my hands, and what table to sit at. She also cut my cuticle.I’m used to being treated callously at nail salons, being young and black, they stereotype me all the time. It’s hard to get good manis because they assume I won’t tip so they don’t do a good job, but this place is the worst one I’ve ever been to.

Im new to the area and got lost, my nails looked a mess after moving over the weekend and start working on Monday! These wonderful people took me in with 20 minutes to close and completed a wonderful basic medi/pedi with perfect polish! 2 employees worked on me to finish by closing. Everyone was cordial, the atmosphere was pleasant, clean and a large selection of color choices. I will definitely return!

Stopped in while waiting for something else in the area. Had some time constraints but these ladies did a great job squeezing in a mani & pedi. Large color selection, pretty well-kept nail salon. Im very picky & always go to the same salon & nail tech - and I was actually fairly pleased with the services here. Would definitely return again should I find myself in the area!

I had 3 different people doing my manicure because someone else was waiting. They did a horrible job. On top of it, I was sat at a station with a dirty towel with clipped nails over it that had been used with a previous customer. When I pointed it out the lady told me she did not know whose station it was because she was only there a few days a week and did not proceed to change the towel until I asked her to do so. So dissapointed with this experience, I will not go back.

I’ve gone here consistently for a year and after todays experience I’m never going back. The nail technician who did my nails did not listen to what I wanted and when I told her I hated them she raised her voice at me and was visibly pissed. I apologized profusely because I felt bad (when I shouldn’t have) but she remained pissed and was very rough with my nails (she nicked me several times, gripped my fingers with her fingernails so tight I thought she was going to draw blood, and yanked my hands). Then, I was overcharged and even when I tipped (cause once again, I felt bad that she had to do my nails over) she yanked the money from my fingers and stormed away. My friend was also treated extremely poorly, was not listened to on what she wanted, and was overcharged. I’ve never ever been treated this way in all the times I’ve gone there, but this experience absolutely ruined going here for me and I’ll never be returning here ever again.

The service we received was not great. The staff was extremely pushy and unfriendly. They painted the wrong color on my toes even though I told her twice what I wanted. I will not be returning.
